Beautiful! We needed early check in for an event and got in at 12 instead of 3pm, got upgraded to a higher floor & the apartment was stunning with the most amazing view. Beds were huge & super comfy, and it was so clean and modern. Man at the desk was really welcoming & helpful too. Not to mention Kevin Murphy products in the bathroom - how good! Will be back for sure. Thank you so much
D. S.
Very happy with our stay. Nice and clean and well priced. Beds comfortable and all you need in the kitchen. Modern furnishings too. Airconditioning in all rooms. We stayed in the 2 bed executive. Will be back to stay

The room was fabulous with spectacular views, quite spacious, well equipped kitchen.
Olivia Rattan is very welcoming and has
a professional manner, she's very efficient even under pressure. We were most impressed, she took care of our every need and went over and above our expectations. Olivia certainly helped make our stay special.

We stayed in a high altitude 2-bedroom apartment and the unit was really spacious and clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the air conditioner in all the rooms kept turning off throughout the night/day. This made the unit very very warm and at times uncomfortable.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, beautiful views. Amazing customer service. But the only disappointment is that I still haven’t received my bond back. I’m not sure if anyone else has had the same problem but they have, given confirmation that the bond has been refunded. I have been waiting 12 business days and nothing has been refunded. I’ve called my bank and they have they can’t see anything either. I don’t know what the process is, but surely it should take this long for it to come through. Just one thing I’d be careful about.

Really good experience. Place was comfortable and convenient to early night life. Will stay again!

We stayed at the meriton on the 72nd floor! The views were absolutely unbelievable day and night. It's right next to Howard Smith wharves, which was awesome.
The room was spotless, the staff all very polite and helpful. We have stayed here many times and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
M. E.
The Manager organised the perfect room for us. a good view, quiet, clean. We could not fault it. Also a great location with everything close by.
Will 100% be back soon!
I. M.
Amazing place! Wonderful views, room location! 100/100 staff were very nice and the rooms super clean with comfy beds! Will stay again soon
My favourite in Brisbane

We had the best time here. The views from our suite on 71 were amazing. The facilities were just what we wanted.
P. E.
Clean spacious and comfy beds definitely a place I would stay again

We stayed in the 14th floor. Really nice room, nice and clean, crisp linen, great view. The windows opened, nice and quiet except for early am rubbish trucks! Bathroom was fine but shower screen leaked but that was not really a problem. No car parking available so we had to walk about 5 mins to the howard Smith wharves car park that they had organised, I wish we had time to explore that area more.

Stayed in a lower level room and could hear traffic noise, room felt tired. A/c was noisey in bedroom. Staff were pleasant.
C. K.
Great location, excellent staff and nice, clean well equipped rooms. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is small but important. The doors to the stairwells and rubbish room don't have "soft close" mechanisms meaning they get slammed shut very loudly at all hours. I watched a staff member with earphones in access the rubbish room and then the stairwell, both times the doors slamming closed extremely loudly. Maybe management can ask them to be more considerate? As I said only a minor detail but very annoying considering the many great points this hotel has.
I stayed there July 2021.

A little confusing where to park for check-in. Lift a little temperamental. Nice view and rooms are pretty good complete with gadgets all in all a great place for gateway.
R. K.
Amazing and clean room. Very fast and amazing service from an amazing hotel. Highly recommend

We stayed twice here (2017 & 2018)and always loved how the high room have amazing view of city/valley 😍
Loved the experience and amazing staff🙏🏼

Very nice place to stay. Large rooms with good views of the city. The elevators are tricky at first but easy once you understand them. The room was clean. Being able to stream to the TVs was a pleasant surprise.
The parking at the hotel is very limited and there was no way to reserve a spot in advance which was disappointing. They will set you up at a car park nearby at their rate which is significantly better than the rate at the parking lots.
J. Y.
The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were clean. The front desk was very nice but I couldn't ever call them from my room.
A. D.
Was amazing this place, due to getting spiked there I had an amazing time I don't know about
H. M.
Bit it a mixed bag. The reception staff were super lovely and helpful but it goes a bit down hill from there. The fixtures are getting old, worn out and broken. Cleanliness leaves a little bit to be desired and the ‘high-speed wifi’ is a bit of a joke. Couldn’t even load Facebook let alone watch a movie. Stay here if you have to but only if you don’t have other options.
M. R.
Beautiful views. Amazing bed. Comfortable accommodation.

First time at Meriton Adelaide street as I normally stay at Meriton Herschel Street. The room is nice clean and spacious and well laid out. Parking can be hard to get but the front desk was able to help me out. Really appreciated.

Apartments are great and location is good however car parking an additional$35 per day and if not pre arranged it's offsite but still at that rate. Most of the staff are great but they have a gentleman who is very condescending and ruined the experience and great service the other staff offer
K. S.
After staying in a lot of different places in Brisbane. These apartments are my preferred. Relatively new rooms, well kept, everything you need. You can Cast to TV which is amazing when you're spending so long away from home!
K. L.
Love this place, the staff there are really lovely and friendly. I've stayed a few times myself and booked my relatives visiting Brisbane here also.
Its next to Howard Smith Wharfs and only a stone throw away from the Valley and Eagle st pier. Riding a scooter to South Bank is so easy if you are new to Brisbane Meriton Adelaide Street is the place to be.

Lovely room, good A/C. Awesome kitchen.

Easy check in, staff helpful & freindly. Rooms spacious & beds comfy, great night's sleep. Book your parking though as they may run out & will have to park offsite

Nice clean building. Little loud over the weekends

Always stay at Meriton properties & have never had a bad experience. During this stay we had to wait 30 mins after check in time to check in as we were told the group before us had checked out late. The staff member was accommodating & offered us free late check out.
M. C.
It has great location....has its own drive though drop off area and a separate entrance for carpark... Has access on all sides of building....
It's very modern and clean
L. L.
Nice hotel but windows dont open.
A. R.
Lovely room a few little details like. Couldnt find a pot holder to get hot things from the oven. The lifts were smelly and hot but overal a great place to stay.
J. a. K.
Really great value for the price. Check-in was fast & so friendly & helpful! Room was large, clean & we'll appointed. Bed was heavenly. Only thing that stopped me from rating 5 stars is that it was quite loud. Could hear the people above walking around at 7 am and doors banging out in the hall, which was really surprising given the size of the place.
G. J.
Great views from Level 23. Meriton standard is about average. Room internet speed is woeful in this day and age. Well located to river and all the CBD attractions though.
A.
Highly recommended hotel in Brisbane's CBD. Awesome staff who make you feel special whilst staying there. Big shout out to Mel at reception, Your customer service skills and friendly and welcoming manner make the Meriton the great place it is. Thanks Mel and the Team

Plesent time spent at the Meriton. Good location and good walk to city. The room was clean and tidy. The views from the 74th floor were absolutely spectacular. The gentleman on the front desk, Gurheed, was amazing and made us feel right at home. Would definitely come back
N. J.
Lovely, clean and modern, friendly helpful staff, beautiful large, bright lounge bedroom, great little laundry with dryer and washer. bathroom with bath, but shower over bath, not ideal if you have problems stepping over, (I never requested bath) so maybe worth checking on booking,) disappointing to have no balcony, never thought to ask, took it all had balconies
Views over back of the city, parts of Story Bridge and Howard Smith wharf, which is about 5min, walking distance, lots of choices in eateries and Brewery, little supermarket next door and around corner past that is "Pallett" lovely little cafe with a big delicious breakfast, fresh juices, coffee etc. Lovely river walk to inner city just down the hill, and Ferry terminals to check out the river..... Lots of old places to explore close by as well...

The staff at the front desk treated us, not only like valued guests, but like family. They were all incredibly warm friendly and helpful in every way. The rooms are spacious enough we had a one bedroom suite (they have two bedroom suites or three bedroom suites). The house cleaning staff do a marvelous job; not just sloshing dirty water around, they actually clean the unit!!
I highly recommend this hotel. It is located within walking distance to restaurants and Queen Street Mall where you will find anything you you are looking for.
S. P.
Absolutely stunning. Loved this place. Our room had everything we needed. The pool and fitness area was amazing. Easy five minute walk to fortitude valley. My only annoyance was having to walk three blocks to secure parking that we had to pay $35 a night for.
J. A.
The views are spectacular!!!
The hotel itself doesn't match the view unfortunately. It wasnt as clean as you would expect, hair left in bathroom and sludge around the base of the toilet, the room had been smoked in before we arrived leaving ash on the window and a gross smell on opening. The small toiletry items weren't brand-new either, some had been half used, a sign of a lack of thorough cleaning. I would stay here again due to the incredible views, but I was left disappointed by the hotel itself.
D. S.
Perfect room with magnificent views. Nothing could have made our stay in Brisbane better. Staff are friendly and helpful and are willing to go out of there way in order to guarantee you have a nice stay at this Meriton. Amenities are okay, however, the pool has way too much chlorine so we did not swim at all. All in all, the experience we had for the price we paid (just $200 each night on a March Madness sale) was that of a five star hotel. Could not have asked for more.
B. C.
Lovely suite with separate bedroom, very clean and the bed comfortable albeit a little too soft for us. Location a little away from city centre but we didn't mind. Great value for the price we paid but think that might only be due to the Covid.19 situation.
B. D.
Reasonable price, great service.
K. F.
Good location, easy to walk to most places. Nice, spacious rooms with good amenities. Clean. Booking was deceiving, very tall building that markets rooms up high, but we were only in the second floor with no place in the building to see the view, which was disappointing as the views were a huge draw for us booking this place.
N. N.
Really amazing view from the higher floor apartments. The thing that makes this hotel only 4 stars is there is no balconies in any of the rooms. It would be lovely to go outside to enjoy the beautiful view of Brisbane City that you get.
A. P.
Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Would definitely come back!
S. S.
Fantastic place to stay in Brisbane. Reasonably priced, very clean, and comfy beds. Amazing views. The staff are great. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, friendly and helpful. A small hiccup we had with meal delivery was dealt with efficiency and with courtesy. We really did feel they cared. Definitely 10 out of 10.
J. M.
We stayed two nights in an altitude apartment on 73rd floor to celebrate my husband's 60th Birthday and we absolutely loved everything. The view over the city and the river was absolutely amazing. The apartment was beautiful and so clean and well appointed with everything you could need. Loved having a coffee machine.I would highly recommend the Meriton as a five star establishment and only a short walk to so many restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were polite and helpful. We loved our stay and would love to stay again,
l. c.
The best bed I ever slept in with beautiful bed linen. A nice apartment with quality fittings in a great location. Will definitely be back. Only complaint is that I needed to be a contortionist to reach the toilet paper roll. Needs to be moved.
M. G.
There was a dirty hand towel on the floor when we first walked in the room. The lifts were a bit annoying because it's not clear that level 1 is the ground floor. But the location and room size was great.
If they picked up their dirty laundry, then I would love to make the review 5 stars.
M. R.
Really loved the Meriton will definitely come back and stay here especially on the top floors the views were amazing if I had to live in Brisbane I'd live in one of the suites there.
M. V.
No matter what time of the day or what is the weather like outside this breath taking view is so refreshing and inspiring. Management and staff are always so calm and helpful. The amenities are always look spotless and smell fresh. The only thing I would improve are the lifts.
G. C.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Ben at the front desk was excellent. Courtney and Taylor (I believe that was his name - the Doorman) were also exceptional in making sure our needs were met. There was one front desk manager who wasn’t as service oriented and made our transition from our 3-bedroom suite a bit more difficult but that happens. We had three different rooms (had to flex as different family members joined us) and enjoyed each one in different ways. The views from the 73rd floor were spectacular. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit.
C. L.
Our family stayed in a 3BR apartment for 2 nights and we were very impressed. They allowed us to check in early {as we arrived from a 17.5 hour flight very early}, responded to all questions and even gave suggestions on what to do and see. With a family of 6 we appreciated the cleanliness, customer service {which exceeded expectations} and location. Nick was the one who was the person who dealt with us most and was wonderful however all of the staff including the cleaning crew was very impressive. Cheri Ludwig and family.

Meriton hotels tend to be very reliable. I know I can generally expect a certain level of decor, cleanliness, and staff professionalism. This particular one surprised me though: staff were friendlier and more helpful than I expected. Windows opened, and the suite was nicely insulated against sound. Minor issues: the shower-over-bath arrangement in 1-bedroom suites would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to manage, however a shower-only option was (if I understood correctly) available. The coffee pods provided were horribly bitter - granted I'm a fusspot over my coffee.
c. 8.
Fantastic room, very clean and spacious. The only down side is that the bedside lamp switches are set too high on the wall so you almost have to get up to turn them off, and not much bench space in the bathroom to put toiletries. Otherwise all great - fabulous view of the city and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I have stayed there before and will stay again.
R. M.
Just fantastic. Really comfortable, great amenities. In a good spot in the centre or Brisbane near story bridge. Will be recommending. Amazing value for money.
S. S.
Very spacious modern suite, fully functional kitchen, only a short walk to local supermarket and Chinatown. Also has pretty good views.
There were however a couple negative aspects. The shower/bath tiles and window blind were a bit grimy and unless you have a credit card or debit card you are unable to stay here because they don't accept cash.
G. I.
From the moment I was directed to parking, then checking in, the staff were friendly and professional. The icing on the cake was Blake upgrading our room. The room was spacious, well presented and had truly spectacular views which because of our special occasion made it even more special. Easy access, great gym and pool. Simply fantatic!
A. S.
Great views, a little bit out of the city, but friendly service and good amenities, apartments have everything you need. Pool and facilities are great, pool is slightly heated, which was great for people from warmer climates like us. I will definitely stay here again!
A. L.
A short stroll to the bars and restaurants along the river , comfortable bed and clean room. Make sure you check in first using 10 mins car park - they didn’t appreciate it when I went straight down to the car park and then up to check in !
J. L.
The rooms were clean and well laid out. Central location, although parking was a bit tricky to begin with. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Great view from the room we had. Gym and pool facilities were standard for a cbd apartment building.
S. M.
Great customer service from the Manage Saturday night. Whilst checking in, he was very caring and helpful with places to go all to dine in or out.
Such a great price for what you get,
The room was fully self contained and so beautiful.
Booking a 1bedroom apartment it offered a extra TV in the bedroom with robes and slippers. This was not giving, so I am unsure if you actually need to request these before arrival.
Kind note to cleaners: The bedroom lights, Bed headboard and TV was abit dusty.
I have bad allergies, so I noticed after a hour of laying down I had to take my medication.
Other than it was a great experience and will definitely reccomend!

I'm only on the 2nd day of my stay but I felt I should write my review early. The reception staff are amazing and extremely accommodating. Alexander and Brittany were very helpful and understanding. I was able to check in early after being awake for over 24hrs so that I could get some sleep. Unfortunately the room I was allocated was near the road and quite noisy. I asked for a higher room and for a small fee the request was accommodated. Later that afternoon I was asked if my new room was more suitable and if everything was ok. Thank you for taking care of your guests! The one bedroom apartments are spacious and clean. If I was going to find one fault it would be that they say they don't guarantee rooms with views, however when you are going through the booking process all the advertisements state partial river and city views.. To avoid disappointment from a customer point of view this should be removed if there are rooms that have no views at all, like the level 2 rooms. All in all a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff.
I. S.
We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite on the 74 floor for 8 days. The views from there are spectacular, more than 180 degree view of Brisbane. The rooms are also have a very comfortable beds and tv for for entertainment. The living are and kitchen are also very nice. The staff are very accommodating to our request. Also the room cleaning are very good. Aĺl fantastic.
S. W.
Great value, rooms clean and well appointed very handy location to the city.
J. M.
The receptionist was really accommodating and personal. Although he couldn't fill our high floor request (can be noisy in the city) he gave us the option to upgrade for $10 or a complimentary late check-out. Room was a big studio, very clean and modern. Location was almost dead centre in the city, so getting around was a breeze. Will be staying there again in future!
N. J.
Lovely room, good A/C. Awesome kitchen.
W. S.
A modern apartment style hotel with all of the amenities! The staff were very helpful and professional, on-site parking was easy it just costs $35. Would definitely stay again!
D. S. J.
Everything is great. Except the attention and intention of the service. I have stayed her 6 nights per week, 7 weeks in a row. Still whenever possible they miss out on face towels OR don't give you the tea and coffee pods whenever they want to. Pretty annoyed, especially being a customer for 7 weeks in a row because I had to work there.
J. H.
A ultra modern apartment with all the facilities you will need including washing machine and tumble dryer. You could cook a full meal here if you want. Bed was very comfortable, up there as one of the best I've slept on. Walking distance to just about everything you need. No restaurant here. Gym and pool were a nice touch.
R. K.
Nice clean building. Little loud over the weekends

I stayed here for four nights in January 2020. My first stay to this Meriton apartment, I have stayed many times with Meriton apartments within Australia, so was keen to see how this one compared. In a lot of ways this is the best Meriton apartment I have stayed at. World Tower in Sydney is great, really great but Brisbane Adelaide street has great access by vehicle and so close to river and other attractions around Brisbane and is way cheaper than Sydney. Making the booking online is so easy and best price when you use their website and not an over- priced intermediate agency. Don’t use any other website for best deals at Meriton, other than the genuine Meriton website, best price going direct to Meriton. Service at check in was very good, efficient and friendly. I booked a one- bedroom apartment, it had a kitchenet, washing machine, dryer etc. The room is huge, way bigger than a normal hotel room. It was great, I like to buy my own food some of the time i.e. breakfast, and preparing it here was easy. The kitchen had all that I needed, for breakfast and dinner. I also like to walk around the river, use a gym downtown, the washing machines and dryer in the room are great for washing stinky clothes, so they get packed and go home clean. Very very convenient and well set up are the rooms. I did not use the gym at the apartments, it was basic, but ok, pool and spa looked really good (world tower in Sydney has the best pool and spa overlooking Sydney harbor!). If I had to try and find fault with the place, I had to ask for a bag stand to be delivered to my room as there wasn’t one, I don’t use the cupboards! Oh, my only real gripe is no USB outlets beside bed or anywhere else in apartment, we all have phones, tablets where are the outlets, they are so easy to install and or you could have devices that you could plug into. Power sockets besides beds are hard to get to and are usually got bedside lamp in it. Love my stay, so many easy things very close to these apartments, groceries, restaurants, cafes, public transport, river walks, shopping centers. Great location.

I have stayed at other Meritons before with great experience, but this one left me feeling a little disappointed. The staff and facilities are easy 10/10. However the room smelled of cigarette smoke, it kept coming and going. I noticed the smell was most prominent in the bathroom especially after a steamy shower. The shower area had mould around the tiles and soap scum on the window and fixture. The design of the suite seems a little lazy, for things like the toilet roll holder being mounted behind you - or the bedroom TV mounted on an awkward and wobbly stand. All in all, it’s a nice hotel, I guess my expectations might have been a little high this time. 3/5 stars for an “OK” stay
L.
Stayed for the weekend as a little getaway, from 21/4/17 to 23/4/17. Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Was a little mix up upon checking in regard to the bed type (booked a king size bed, room had 2 singles) but was an easy fix. Elevators are very fast and efficient, only stayed on the 19th floor so not too sure how it would be going up higher as that's about a quarter of the way up. The bathroom though, water pressure was top notch. Views are pretty good, could see the Story bridge from the room and a bit of the Brisbane river. Will definitely stay again, probably with a double room as they are up higher and hopefully the views are better.
I. D.
Really nice hotel, especially the views from higher floors are amazing. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen with all the basics you need. The only negative is the swimming pool as it smells really strong with chlorine.
C. S.
Had a fantastic stay here last Saturday night. 70th floor 2 bedroom apartment. The view was stunning. The place was immaculately clean.
It was a fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. We had 2 guests come visit and they were ushered up to the room after a quick phone call from reception confirming who they were. Everyone was friendly and the place has a great buzz about it.
We read other reviews and decided to not even try to get there with a car and ubered, cabbed it in and out no problem.
J. L.
Staying on level 69 the altitude suites the view as you can see for yourself is absolutely breath taking honesty words can not describe just how lovely the view the suite as well as the structure of the most amazing 5 - ☆☆☆☆☆ actually is. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Note: Not for the faint hearted!!

Have stayed here quite a few times and the we have never been disappointed. Rooms are always clean and with great views of the storybridge, river and city. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We will be back in March2018 and hope to stay on a higher floor than 35 next time. Highly recommended Meriton Suites Adelaide st Brisbane
S. G.
Fantastic accommodation. Large apartments that are great for larger families or extended stays. The views are amazing from the upper floors. Close enough to town for quick access and right next to the river for a nice morning run. Recommended
P. B.
Customer service is brilliant and rooms are great. Car parking is AUD 35.00 per night and a bit expensive to my mind.
Unfortunately the gym on the 5th floor does not correspond to a 5-star hotel. There are few workout stations and two were out of order during our stay. There is no cleanser/sanitizer and therefore most handles are sticky.
The blackboard on the entrance is saying “NO TOWEL NO ENTRY”. Sadly there are no towels provided in the gym and our room was not equipped with spare towels. So we had to ask customer service every day again for additional towels.
In summary, the hotel is a good choice except for the gym.
M. C.
Perfect place for a getaway! The amazing staff made the stay very enjoyable. My partner and I checked in with Carmina and she was super welcoming and helpful. Definitely will be back!
K. P.
Super clean, lovely staff & super helpful, great view ,very very clean & spacious. Would highly recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed!! 100/100
L. A.
Great place to stay at, exceptional service and not to mention how clean and tidy the rooms are and you’re not even required to clean up the room before check out. Beds are really comfortable and the view is just amazing, I believe Meriton is the tallest building in Brisbane city so far hence the great view. Park is abit pricey but you’re not required to travel the whole bloody city to try and get one so rest assure, you will have a car park near by. Great price as well. I rate 5 out of 5.
M. H.
For the price easily the best room I have stayed in. Still can't believe it. Bed was comfortable. View of the river was an added bonus. Only thing I could fault was the parking cost which is expensive but given I didn't have a car it wasn't a problem for me.
Y. V. S.
Very nice place to stay . Very comfortable... It's like you renting a unit with your own kitchen.
A. M.
Very comfortable and clean. Excellent facilities. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are supremely comfortable. Parking on site is extra. Reception is 24 hours. Staff are very helpful. Nice views across the city.
J. C.
This matter has been resolved after talking to the management team. I am satisfied with the team's swift response in providing a prompt resolution!
Worst experience ever, stayed on 19/05/2019, checked in at 10:15pm. Made a request to be on a higher floor but they gave me a lower floor when I turned up. Their excuse was they did not get my request in the booking and it was fully booked so they can't move me up.
I told them politely if that was the case I am happy to get a refund and move to another hotel that can give me a higher floor. They said I can cancel the booking but I can't get a refund due to company's cancellation policy, despite I had a genuine reason - the noise.
The room was 207 which is right next to the busy road - about the height of a bus.
Told the duty manager that I was unsatisfied but he blamed everything on the company policy and upper management. He said he will get the management to call me the following day but tonight I have to bear with the noise.
I stay in Meriton Apartments for about 30 days every year. This is by far the worst experience I have had in any hotels/apartments.
I do not recommend Meriton Adelaide Street until they hire better quality staff and fix their booking system - so they can actually get my booking request.
In short, I am not satisfied with the way the duty manager handled my complaints and also the way Meriton treated its returning customers.
L. B.
Well appointed serviced apartments close to the city. From check-in the staff are helpful and have you quickly on your way to your room.
The beds are super comfy and the rooms themselves are large with cooking facilities.
J. F.
Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, offered me a room on the 73rd floor upon check in.
Great location, overlooking story bridge, short walk to some great restaurants at eagle st pier.
Amazing views from the room, comfortable beds, would stay there again.
A. S.
Great value for money and great rooms. Significant minus you have to walk somewhere if you want to get a dinner - not that much in close vicinity.
Pool is very chlorinated - personnel assured me that they check levels every day and it is safe but you smell chlorine all day long after your swim
T. M.
We found the location of the hotel to be very good. Transportation in the area was pretty easy. Lots of inexpensive decent food choices directly in the hotel. Their soap smells nice by the way. There is a very nice kitchen inside. The hotel is located next to a mall for shopping.
M. P.
Lovely rooms with an amazing view of Brisbane. Even as a local, you wouldn't expect a view like this from the upper floors - it's mesmerising. That said, be prepared to wait a long time for the lifts, they take a long time
L. W.
Nice room with very nice views. Everything is clean and comfortable for short or long period accommodation. Its only a 10-15min walk from the city and the casino with some great places to eat on the way.
however think twice about staying here if you plan on parking at the hotel as it is usually full but if you do get a park it costs $30 a Night.. We had to park about 10 mins (Walk) Away and couldn't use the car the whole stay as you have to pay each time you go back into that car park.
S. K.
I have stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment on the 24th floor and a 3 bedroom apartment on the 73rd floor and every time I have stayed here at the Meriton it has been a great experience.
Modern furnishing and very clean rooms with an amazing city/river views.
The best thing is the price! For such luxury apartments it is very affordable to stay at which is great for a university student even. Cannot recommend higher the services of Meriton and their staff.

Had a very good experience starting with greetings and welcome from an amazing gentleman Gurjeet on reception. It was our first visit to Brisbane and he made us feel welcomed. Nice facilities, clean and easily accessible. Will definitely keep coming back.
Thanks

We were in one of the 70th floor apartments. The view was panoramic fantastic and beautiful. Unfortunately we cannot talk about other rooms or apartments but it's views from such height it's beyond this world. The liftd are super fast and you can feel the pressure change. Good location for a party or function or even for the holiday. Certainly Lee Miller return again.

This is the best place to stay in Brisbane. The rooms are clean by any ocd's standards. The staff are extraordinarily nice and actually make you feel welcome. We were upgraded for free for our wedding anniversary and from the 69th floor you can touch the moon.

Wow what an experience, Shanelle and Tiago were very helpful and I couldn't ask for better customer service. I would reccomend this hotel if you ever stay in Brisbane. The rooms were very clean and very modern and we had such a great view of the city.

Lovely rooms,
well appointed and clean. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Pretty good service. Some staff members were slightly rude and I believe that's because of our appearance as typical 'backpackers/normal travellers'but other staff members were amazing! Would recommend staying there if you have the chance to. They were very helpful and supplied almost everything we requested
S. w.
Nice and clean. Good location and friendly staff. Great room rates available
J. N.
We booked this place so we can park in their parking lot but they did not have availability so sent us 10 minutes walk to an other parking lot.
It was a major inconvenience since were going to the airport next morning and took us half an hour to get the car to the hotel to load our luggages.
The room was nice so its 3 star for no parking

Clean modern accomodation. Good position easy access to main roads. Easy access to Eagle pier and Howard Smith warf

Great view and top location for an almost unbeatable price. We would return to Meriton Suites Adelaide Street everytime again when in Brisbane. The staff is top-notch. Thanks to Gabby for the excellent service.
D. M.
The Meriton Suites were clean and comfortable with amazing view. Being close to the night life of Brisbane, it is good place to book for the weekend. The hotel staff were very welcoming upon check-in and check-out
M. P.
Very good experience, very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic rooms and amenities. The price is on point for the area and is much better than similarly priced apartments and hotels. Thumbs up and I highly recommend it
J. H.
Will be staying here again the next time I visit. The building is new, suites are modern and nicely furnished. Our suite was on the 69th floor with an unparalleled view of Brisbane. Highly recommend.

Check in staff were lovely, apartment was clean, comfortable and a practical layout. Convenient and fairly quiet location. Would have liked a bottle or jug of water or ice cubes in the fridge when we arrived.
M. G.
Staff were amazing and really went that extra mile. The rooms were modern with everything you could need including full kitchen, living room and laundry. Only 2 minute walk from the main strip, about 5 minutes from the beach and the tram station was out the front of the hotel.
K. M.
Great apartment... Fantastic location.. Great views of the river... walking distance from the popular, river front restaurants and Queen Street...close to the ferry stations for the South Bank ferries... Amazing time there..
H. T.
Very impressed with the service and state of rooms. Large sized room. Good location as relatively close to CBD. Only complaint would be the car park was full so we had to park down the road at a secure parking site.
X. N.
Room was really great, clean, spacious and beautiful. The staff were super helpful and nice. I have stayed here before and would happily stay again.

Positives: Rooms are clean and stylish, block-out blinds & curtains work quite well and the city noise is minimal. Located near the river, lots of quality cafes and restaurants nearby, a short walk to all forms of public transport services.
Negatives: The bed is uncomfortably hard, pillows are uneven and uncomfortable (no variety in pillows), and the bathroom products were not replaced from the previous tenant upon our arrival. Lots to like about this place, but getting very little sleep is a big down-side.
E. R.
Loved my stay here. I lived in this building for a few months so didnt deal with any of the Hotel staff but the building itself was nice. Convenient location to the CBD (about 5 minutes walk) (15 minutes walk to Fortitude Valley) has nice amenities like sauna and spa pool also lap pool. Gym is pretty decent when it comes to Hotel gyms. Only negative about this (and this is across the board with most meriton Hotels) is when you have pool facilities there really needs to be a leisure pool and lap pool..nothing worse than having kids jumping in and out of a lap pool when trying to excercise.
R. S.
Emailed meriton twice to request a room on high floor with a view, ended up on 3rd floor looking onto the street. Asked at reception on checking in and was told sorry, check again tomorrow, nothing available. Bed was really uncomfortable with a large ridge in the middle where the two beds join. Pool was great, good location and the room was clean.
G. W.
Has the best views of Brisbane, day or night, from the upper floors. The suites, themselves, are large, clean and comfortable. It's interesting that the air temperature in the lifts is quite warm. They are not air-conditioned. No big deal.
L.
The staff are helpful but the hospitality skills can be improved. Our room was kept nice and clean everytime the housekeeping team visits it. :)
The dishwashing machince has rusty dishdrawers. It also leaves a strong soapy smell on glassware and cookware so we had to do extra rinsing before usage. Maybe an extra cleaning of the washer itself could help fix the scent it leaves on the dishes?
The bed in our room was comfortable for sleeping but they are two single beds pushed together leaving an awkward gap in the middle. The site advertised an extra large double bed for the room so it was disappointing.
H. C.
Clean and easy. Well organised. Some rooms with very limited view. No rewards programme. Very inflexible with check in and check out times, even if you stay in hotel but change room.
R. G.
Had an amazing AMAZING stay. After staying at other hotels, I have realised how truly amazing Meriton was. Staff were friendly, view was astonishing and the area was very spacious. Whenever in Brisbane I will always look to stay here. Lovely hotel, great location and a awesome stay. Highly recommend if you want to have a nice night/nights in Brisbane City!!! 5 stars!
A. J.
Brilliant place for the price. Rooms large and modern, 15 minute walk to Queen St Mall, 5 minutes to Eagle St Pier, 10 minutes to China town. Enough restaurants around if you want to stay in. Service was great also, just be ready for the $30 a night parking is all.
R. M.
Excellent accommodation, clean, Covid Safe. Great view from our studio on level 33. Will definitely book again
I. U.
Perfect central located, modern, super pleasant.
Helpful, professional & smiling staff to welcome you😀😀😀
WOW view on Brisbane skyline and river (providing you stay on their upper apartments...). IU
K. C.
The location is great its centred to most ideal things. The rooms are beautiful and very big and fancy. The service is great. Such lovely people and the house keeping team is so polite.
K. L.
Enjoyed my stay here with my family. Very nice view of the river and night light of the Brisbane city

Neat, clean rooms with amazing views of Brisbane. Great place to stay if you want to kick back an enjoy a few. Easy access to Brisbane City or Fortitude Valley restaurants or night life. Easy recommend.
K. G.
Beautiful Suites in Brisbane. The Suites are very spacious and super well equipped. There is a concierge service in the hotel lobby and they are able to tell you all the top places to go to in Brisbane.
I really preferred this Suite Hotel over a regular hotel and not just because we got to stay on the 70th floor, what a view (see picture).
Needless to say that the place was very clean and in great shape. Everyday the Suite was also services - cleaned.
Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer everything available.
Would stay there again any day.
T. P.
Beautiful service. We weren't happy with our 1st choice of room.
Staff gave us a better room with a beautiful view of Brisbane city.
Thank you.
J. D.
The best hotel. Kept very clean, the view is amazing. The design is beautiful. The price matches perfectly for what you're receiving. Would definitely come back.
M. Z.
Spectacular in every respect. Excellent price and excellent value for your dollar. This was my third time at a Meriton property and will always be my first choice for accommodation.
J. F.
Very comfortable suite, good location city view only. Parking on site affordable
S. C.
Stayed in floor 69 with my parents 2 weeks ago!! Shanelle was amazing to us, she’s such a beautiful kind soul!! Definitely will be coming back💫

Comfortable Hotel. Parking too expensive. Good fitness room. Unfortunately no pool outside. Very friendly staff. Good value for price except the parking.
j. d.
Great location nice rooms

Great location, great rooms, good price and friendly staff.

Stayed there last night - it was absolutely beautiful! Spectacular views, apartment was clean and had everything we needed! Did not want to leave. It was perfect!

Just a short drive from Suncorp Stadium, Meriton Suites Adelaide Street is a comfortable setting and boasts views of the Story Bridge, Brisbane River and Brisbane. This property is conveniently situated and is only a short drive from Treasury Casino.
Equipped with free wireless internet, the property provides a variety of facilities, which include a heated pool and a sauna. Convenient services include an express check-in feature and a luggage storage area.
Meriton Suites Adelaide Street provides air conditioned apartments with a flat-screen TV, blackout curtains and luxury toiletries. They each offer a private bathroom, an in-room dining area and a refrigerator.
Meriton Suites Adelaide Street is surrounded by the area's famous attractions, restaurants, nightlife and shops, and Queen Street Mall is within walking distance. St John's Cathedral is also within walking distance.

Nice looking serviced apartment. Nice view of the Brisbane River. Wish the location could be better. A bit too far from the city centre for visitors. Lots of younger crowd on weekend, so it can get a bit loud!
M. D.
Great place to stay. Good location, clean, reasonable price and most important: people who will take care of you no matter what you need. Hey guys: those 5 star rating is for all of YOU working. Thank you for making my time in Brisbane so special.
S. B.
Awesome room ,dreamy bed, great staff ,best location in Brisbane!!!
W. H.
Always clean rooms and friendly staff. Would be good if you got a few free bottles of fresh water in your room.
Free pay TV on most channels. Well laid out rooms. Kitchen is well set up and heaps of room.
The gym is great. There's also a pool and spa. Im sure there is more, but didnt go in the pool area.
Parking, im not an expert on parking fees in Brisbane area, but there are places charging less then here.
Would still recommend this place over others I've tried in the area.
M. V. P.
Lovely efficient hotel, stayed on the 74 floor with breath taking veiws of Brisbane in a modern 2 bedroom apartment that has everything you would ever need for your stay. Any problems were handled promptly and effectively by staff with a smile. Will stay there again.
R. G.
Had a wonderful time. Great rooms and very clean. Shower was fantastic with awesome pressure. Clean, quiet and very flash...everything you could ask for. 10/10.
V. C.
Location is quite far out of the city. It's at least 15 min walk to the mall but good access to the river and nice restaurants at riverside. Rooms were well equipped with everything you need to live like you are at home.
A. M.
Nice swimming pool, spa and sauna. Very nice furniture with high quality appliances. The rooms and baths are very clean. High apartmemts have a great view of Brisbane river. Overall an enjoyable stay.
S. D.
Highly recommend staying here. Most polite staff. Great room service options. Very affordable stay. Feels homey. I will definitely be going back!
N. M.
Nice contemporary apartments with separate bedroom and comfy bed, and pretty much everything you need to have a comfortable stay.
Only downside for me was getting a lower level room facing the city, meaning I missed out on the great views that could be had from the other side. No balcony either.
K. S.
Story bridge view is beautiful at night. Rooms were large, clean and modern. Staff are quite snobby.
A. D.
Very clean and modern rooms. Coffee machine absolute bonus! Great location so able to walk to most places within the city and ferry only an 8 minute walk away. Staff very helpful!
J. D.
Probably 1 of the best hotels/apartmemt buildings in Brisbane CBD with amazing views!! Always feel at home when staying at the Meriton, they provide everything you need to cook small meals and feel comfortable during your stay. If there's something you need that's not already provided it's usually only a phone call away. The beds are super comfy and the duvets and pillows are among the best I've ever used!! Love the large TV in the bedroom when booking the 1 or 2 bed apartments.
Parking is extremely expensive though at around $45 per night when you can park for free in the evenings and at weekends across the road near Woolworth's. You can also park for free at any time about 5 minutes down the road in New Farm.....All depends how deep your pockets are!! Staff on reception could smile too, 1 of the younger women that is usually there is very stern but the porters are always extremely helpfull!!
Overall I would definitely recommend staying at this Meriton...... Especially if you can secure a higher floor. The views of the city are unbeatable!!
e. J.
WiFi connection should be more compatible and secured, should allow me to stay the room away from the big o’clock outside as it interrupted my rest during the layover, thank you for your understanding and assistance. Highly recommended.
M. M.
Affordable rates and quite near to Brisbane CBD. Parking is expensive starting $30 a night. Rooms are neat and clean and very spacious.
Choose high floor towards northwest view and enjoy mind blowing views. on a clear night you can see Brisbane Airport and flights landing and taking off as well.
d. g.
It's beautiful and we were put on the 71st level but the hidden parking fee was a shock and in fact seemed not that worth it when on the website nothing clearly stated that. Just down the road there was a place with $14 flat fee weekend parking that we should have used but were told to use their $30 parking instead..
E. C.
Had a million dollar views from 68th floor absolutely amazing! Staff are nice and helpful. Room was clean and cozy. Walking distance to the riverside restaurants and cafe's.
S. B.
new looking apartments, but had a cheap fridge and tv set that didn't match the quality of everything else. the lifts were confusing at first with poor signage. there are no patios but the views from inside were amazing
S. C.
I am a big Meriton fan at the best of times.. Loved the room, great price. Comfy bed. Only down fall... Having to park a 5 or so minute walk from the hotel as they had no car spots.. And having to pay $30 to park there over night. Make sure you organise your parking ahead of time. As I live in NSW I figured it would be supplied. Besides that, a great position. Thanks Meriton!
L. M.
Perfect for one night stay! Pne beddy apartment was great size and beautiful city and river views. Great staff, super helpful with local knowledge for events and food. Recommend and will stay again!
L. A. S.
Staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful and clean. Not one downside to our stay. Thank you!
T. G.
Excellent value for money - we did not expect such high quality accommodation for the price.
A few little negative points - there was a really long wait for the lifts. Also as this tower is close to fortitude valley, you can actually hear the noise from the entertainment precinct from the upper levels of this tower.
F. K.
Affordable accommodation at good location but there is a long queue to be served and quite noisy in lobby area most of time of my stay last week
t. h.
Comfy bed, super clean room and the staff are so friendly, organised and helpful! Location is awesome, walking distance to cafe’s, bars, etc. Thank you :)
N. R.
I recently married and my partner's family flew from Japan to attend the wedding. We've been visiting the Meriton each day and the experience is swell. The staff are accommodating and the accommodations are staffed. Everything a hotel should have.
M. A.
Great place for a weekend away.. Joe and Courtney on the front desk were fantastic, so accommodating. Thanks guys ..👍👍👌
Only downside was the price for parking , besides that we had a great stay..
S. L.
Stayed for a week. Very enjoyable experience. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to borrow a rice cooker. Parking was a little on the expensive side but otherwise no complaints at all.
E. B.
Front desk reception, the suite, the view(!!), are great! My only problem is the slow/cutting wifi connection, which I needed. Otherwise I would have rated Meriton Adelaide a 5-star!
S.
Fantastic views overlooking the Brisbane river, good location, great service and very helpful. Our room was clean, tidy and very modern, we would stay here again.
T. G.
Very nice place. Elevator system is a bit weird. They charge much more for parking than even a Wilson car park. Rooms are nice, view is excellent.
M. M.
I would say it is more than 5 star hotel to be honest, loved the accommodation best service ever. brand new and top customer service.
We had a great time, hope to stay here again.
T. W.
The room we stayed in was fantastic and affordable. The room was very clean and modern, equipped with everything you could need.however Underground Parking was very cramped and would be annoying if you were going in and out alot.
S. C.
Awesome two day stay. Impeccable customer service. Very clean, gorgeous suite, brilliant views northwest to south east.
M. M.
Great views & friendly staff. Most importantly the beds were very comfortable. Some bath salts would have made it a 5 star experience for us.
L. L.
It's awesome! The location is good. And the suite has got kitchen, washing machine, and everything. Service is good too. Very good value for the price!
C. D.
Stayed 1 night. Level 31, loved the view. Can't believe the windows open as much as they do! Doesn't seem to code. Didn't have time to use the pool/spa.
G. A.
Large rooms with all the neccesities. Rooms have pretty awesome views. Rooms are pretty new and updated and everything is clean and tidy. Staff have been lovely!
M. W.
Everything is well looked after, service is prompt, some pretty good views too.
Not much parking around the place though, if you want to park in Meriton's place it cost me $35 each night. So bring your cheque book!
A. N.
Great views although apartment was slightly small compared to others I have stayed, to be expected though due to the high rise nature of the place, well worth a visit
S. P.
The rooms are excellent, and the pool is great. the location is great as it's just a few minutes walk from a supermarket and bus links, there's also a great cafe down stairs.
A. c.
Very nice and clean easy access to the city staff very helpful nice to be able to use the complimentary swimming pool and sauna overall very good would definitely stay again
L. S.
Floor 73 is amazing, would recommend it for the view to anyone. The staff are courteous and friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Room was also spotless when we arrived. Very enjoyable stay.
J. G.
We stayed in one of the presidential suites, it was magnificent, very spacious and well maintained. The staff were professional and welcoming.. Would highly recommend to anyone.
R. W.
checkin staff friendly and easy checkin. Room was clean and we had a great view. Great price for a 2 night stay
B. O.
The rooms were absolutely stunning, with all modern facilities and gorgeous views! Had a amazing night celebrating an anniversary with my partner & will definitely reccomend to anyone.
P. F.
I thought it was average. The rooms are comfortable. The lift to the floor is very frustrating..no buttons as you you your room card. I found this really annoying as did everyone else.
