S. N.We stayed here for one week from 24/01/22 to 31/01/22 on level 38. The size of the one bedroom unit appeared large enough with high views from the balcony. The rooms appeared clean apart from underneath the sofa full of dust & crumbs + found a old flight boarding pass dated 19/12/21 from underneath the sofa cushions & some long strands of dark hair on the bed under the covers.
Fantastic water pressure especially when showering + laundry facilities in the bathroom.
Plenty of kitchen facilities & utensils.
Unfortunately the dishwasher was out of order.
Hotel Pool large enough & appeared to be cleaned & maintained on a regular basis.
One other frustration was the lifts, sometimes very slow especially when only one lift working. Witnessed on many occasions more than 4 guests were in the lift when clearly stated only 4 guests in the lifts when in use, due to covid-19 [social distancing].
Fire alarm went off during one late afternoon & most guests used the slow lifts & defiantly a NO NO NO & should have used the emergency fire stairwell. Luckily it was a false alarm & unknown cause from the fire officer when asked.
Quiet in the common area during the night & we both slept well.
L. E.Have stayed here a few times now, maybe its Covid? however our experience pretty ordinary value for $300 one night + prking. Tea& Coffee was dismal, there was only 1 set of towels, no spare pillows or a blanket. TV remote in bed room did not work, changed batteries, no movies in bedroom either. Also, Lifts were far too slow for upper level. Probs wont stay here again.
K. N.Amazing location right in the CBD, near Queen St Mall and heaps of restaurants. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and has everything you need. The only complaint is the very slow lift, as there are only 2 that service the higher floors, and the old style TV which does not connect to the internet, and is unable to connect to Netflix, Chromecast etc. The wifi was also very poor and slow. I was there over NYE and the room was very quiet. I was on level 31 and there was a balcony (I believe the lower floors may not have balconies). The shower water pressure was very strong.
R. C.Clean and tidy spacious close to many amenities, no neighbour noise very quiet room. Helpful staff went out of their way to help with a non working dvd player. Fantastic balcony view, just don't go out on balcony if you are scared of heights.

Our room on the 13th floor was absolutely spotless and spacious and the bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. This hotel is so convenient to everything, 13 minutes walk to Qpac, less to the riverwalk and all the eateries, also Queen St mall. About the same to Central train station. Definitely recommend, it’s now the place we go when visiting the city.

The premises is very clean and is a super busy place. Very convenient for business travelers and tourists in the city of Brisbane. This tower presents superb views for their apartments of the city.
The apartments/rooms are super clean, very well maintained, super clean and offer super comfortable stay environment for residents. The toilets are big, beds are comfortable, toiletries and beds are made up everyday. Any minor complaints about the apartment facilities are attended to very promptly.
No complaints. The hotel staff are very professional and courteous with a prompt efficient service.
I will definitely return to this place again. I have stayed here a couple of years back and did not notice any deterioration of the standard.

K. F. (.The room was lovely, happily paid extra for the executive room’s view. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry were nice as well, bare minimum kitchen equipment due to COVID.
However, called the day of my booking to confirm parking, got through to the Oaks’ call centre and was under the impression plenty of parks were available. Hotel staff were very helpful but told me parking had been fully booked for two days, they didn’t understand why this hadn’t been mentioned by the call centre.
Had a pleasant stay and got my money’s worth.

T. T.UPDATE: I was extremely impressed with how my complaint was handled by the manager of the hotel. He spent 2 days trying to contact me as I was away and explained the reasons very succinctly as to why I received poor housekeeping and service.
I am more than happy with the outcome and prepared to treat this as a one off experience and use their services again. Thank you for the follow up and explanation. It was very well handled.

Previously: Not the greatest experience from a service point of view!
The rooms were great! Comfortable and an ideal size for 2 people.
The laundry was huge with extra shelving and the full kitchen had everything you needed.
Check in was great with a phone call not long after asking if everything was good - which it was.
Unfortunately housekeeping was a let down and the staff service after that was not delivered as it should be.
We did not receive the daily service that we paid for 2 days in a row, despite it being set as a priority after the first day of not receiving it.
When it was delivered, there was no follow up at any point to make sure we had all that we needed.
This did not match with the services offered by the hotel and was a disappointment.
T. M.Excellent location, close to everything. Apartment building seems quite new & neat. One bedroom unit is quite large with spacious living room & balcony. Balcony is superb with city view & windows. Most disappointed was the 2 single beds, too small & narrow, not comfortable at all.

Problems !
1 couldn’t use dryer it had sticky substance that transferred onto the clothes, had to wash again and dry clothes in side the room on chairs.
2 kettle was also dirty
3 dishes too had dust and hair on them. Some with food stuck.
4 sugar sachets dint get refilled by house keeping.
5 extra toilet rolls were not placed. Had to call and ask for them every time.
Collected the after use dirty dishes and kept for house keeping but they dint touch them. They were simply tea cups and plates.
This does bother me so Im mentioning this.

A. H. W.I stayed here in late 2008 when I first travelled to Australia to do the first two Australia Awarda Fellowships. Well, tha one was actually Auatralian Leaderahip Award Fellowship. This building is actually not a typital hotel. These are seeviced apartments. The facilities they have is very nice right at Brisbane CBD.
F. G.I think it is a good hotel to stay in the middle of Brisbane city, which makes it very handy to move or walk around the city without driving. You can even stay for one night or rent one of those units for long periods. Enjoy your stay in this place if you choose to stay here.

Was so pleased when we stayed. When we got there they had the air-con already on, the curtains were open to the nice view. The room was spotless and well presented. Loved going to the gym, both the pools and loveddd the sauna. You will see us again very soon.
J. H.Affordable, fantastic location and modern. Parking, although expensive, is directly underneath the hotel. The hotel is in a prime location to the CBD, walking distance to everything if you are visiting as a tourist. The rooms are modern and spacious, however the in room facilities were a little lacking. The TV was tiny. The hotel lap pool was clean, cool and quiet & I really enjoyed the sauna. I would definitely stay again but mainly due to the cost and locality.

P.I really like the location of this place, right in city and so close to river and parks. Lots of choices of places to eat very close. I really like self contained, I often go here for business and pack lite. i like to run and exercise so having the washing machine and dryer is why i stay here. The worst thing about this place are the elevators...slowest elevators ever!! Seriously, every stranger in the lift every time complains about how slow they are, they are the worst!!!! The other thing I really dislike about this place, i come here for work many times, each and every time after i give them my name and credit card they ask "have you stayed with us before?" They clearly have no CRM system, their level of personable attention is minimal to none. I did however receive some nice after hours service from one of the staff with a leaking shower head on my last visit. That's about it all the times i have stayed. The rooms are very functional, however no USB port beside the bed... how hard is it? Who does not have their phone or device charging beside their bed these days yet no provision for it, you have to wrestle with the bed or table to uncover a power point to plug into, its not that hard team! Place is very functional.

Suffers common hotel/motel problems - slow lifts, squeaky doors and fridge/freezer opening the "wrong" way. Toilet cistern in our suite made an amazingly loud high pitched whistle when refilling.

E.Very nice apartments. Spacious and with lovely beds and good showers, although the bathrooms do not have ventilation which is a bit of an annoyance. The balcony was very beautiful.
Wi-Fi is overpriced though. Free is limited to 30 minutes a day (then starting at 5 dollars/30 mins, going down as you get more). Main problem are the elevators. Six elevators to serve forty-odd floors just aren't enough.

M. H.Well this is a serviced apartment which provides for all your basic needs as well as being conveniently located within the CBD. There are not much in the way of luxuries here but they do have a pool and gym should you feel the need to get the blood pumping on your travels. Recommended for short term business travels and the budget conscious travellers.
s. s.Very nice apartment in the heart of CBD. The apartment is clean and it is very close to shops, south bank and public transport. Facilities include gym, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Staffs are very helpful and they make sure your stay is comfortable.

d. g.Booked a self contained appartment was nice but was poorly equipped had to buy cuttlery as they didnt have any, cleaning was a joke was there for 7 nights our room was cleaned 2 times, even asking front desk for toilet paper.... the beds were uncomfortable, the exhaust fans in shower & laundry were full of dirt and aircon filter was as well never been cleaned for months, the lifts were incredibly slow and the front counter staff were very rude. Will not be staying here again. I would give this top 2.5 stars at top.
M. P.Great location. Walked to botanic gardens with markets there on Sunday. Short walk to Eagle Street and free red ferry. Short walk from Southbank back to Apartments for a dip in the pool. We had a minor issue and staff were very helpful with a change of rooms for our 2nd night. Staff member also went over and above with delivering our takeout to us, fixed intercom phone, adjusted aircon and even helped get wifi on our phone. Genuinely friendly service.

J. S.A good place to stay if you need more space. However the rooms I stayed in on my two visits could use some updating and they only had one lift operational and the cleaning staff used it as well so you had to wait up to 10 minutes for a lift at times.

T. M.Direct views from high floors are unavoidably obscured by the adjacent Rio Tinto Building but nice view of the river and city from each end of the balcony and the bedroom window. The bed was comfy and if you kept the sliding door closed the city sounds were muted. For a very reasonable price I would recommend this to anyone.

Front desk was very helpful, room service was wonderful, local to pubs, clubs, the myer centre and cafes and restaurants. It has a pool, gym, aircon, wifi, and a wondeful view for such a good price! 10/10 would recommend
h.Been here twice rooms aren’t that clean and mine n partner room smelled kinda bad and the queue to the lifts is a nightmare completely you are waiting for awhile but cheap during off peak only good thing that’s about it and goodluck with parking we never got any available had to go Wilson next door who milk you if you’re not careful
M. P.Charlotte towers is by far my favourite place to stay in Brisbane. The apartments are large and well appointed and the price is better than most single room hotels in the CBD. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the hotel is right in the middle of the action. The only downside is that the lifts can be very slow during peak times.

R.It is one of the best and modern property of Oaks. Recently renovated offers amazing room service and entertainment system. Doest offer food. But all rooms are equipped with full fledged kitchen and other items like washing machine etc. Just bring you grocery and laguage and start living here.

P. S.I good spot for business travellers or tourists based in town . A kitchenette and watching machine can be very useful when staying for 2 weeks. or staying regularly. The rate can vary based on corporate bulk discount .
There is even car parking available at a cost. My main complaint is the lifts and long waits.
V. A.Very convenient place right in middle of Brisbane CBD. I booked a single room apartment they given me 2 bedroom penthouse for the same price on the level 48 with amazing view. Stuff very friendly and place was very clean.

G. D.Great place to stay in the heart of the CBD. You can walk to the Queen St Mall, the City Botanic Gardens or the museum, art galleries and restaurants on the South Bank.
The room are equipped with a full kitchen and laundry.
The only downside is the $35 per day parking fee.

K. M.I was originally booked in to Oaks on Charlotte & I booked 3 rooms close together for my 40th Birthday guests. When I arrived we were advised we were all moved to Oaks on Charlotte & the rooms were 10 floors apart with lift keys that only worked on their own floor. So much of my time was spent having to meet each guest downstairs to individually escort them to my apartment. The lifts are quite slow to arrive also. Another 2 of my guests booked separately. One was also moved to another floor at Oaks on Charlotte & the other was moved to a different hotel! We were also advised no parking was available. Instead of a relaxing afternoon by the pool with my friends, I was stressed & hot & sweaty going up & down in an unairconditioned elevator. The apartment was very nice & spacious & the staff were lovely & arranged parking & complimentary late checkout. Oaks obviously overbook hotels on purpose & just move guests to their other hotels when one fills up ( I met a few others who were moved in the elevator) but that is not acceptable when we have specifically advised we are all together & need rooms close together. Instead of arriving to be surprised by a decorated apartment I arrived to find my friend in tears with an expensive cake melting in the car whilst arranging parking. Lots of prior planning went into this night out as you only turn 40 once. I hope this is looked into so somebody else's special night isn't partially ruined.

Rooms Are modern and have full kitchen, clothes washing and drying facilities, gym and 25m lap pool. The Botanical Garden are a short 5 minutes away which will take you out on the Brisbane City Boardwalk and access to the city cat ferries.
