Dated and worn. Needs a refresh.
⚠️ Bathroom mixer taps are faulty and there's a high risk of burning your foot. Be careful.
🛌 Bed sheets don't fit the bed so the underlay is visible.
🍽️ Buffet breakfast was well stocked however every second plate was dirty.
🏊 Pool was stark and not like the photos with furniture and cover.
Otherwise the staff were nice and the location was good for my stay.

Great location, pleasant staff, easy check-in, friendly valet parking service. Noteworthy was Jordan at reception, he went over and above to assist with an online booking problem and make the whole experience stress free. Well done and thank you to Jordan and colleagues!

Check in staff on the desk were very helpful checking out staff today 23/1/22 were appalling. We were treated with incredible rudeness rang our room to ask us to vacate as we had checked out when we had actually asked for a slight extension to finish our coffee in their restaurant! We were 10 mins late because our room key didn’t work and then left standing with three staff members not checking us out..
As Corporate Members in another Accor vacation club we’re very disappointed owe won’t be changing from our Hilton Diamond loyalty any time soon..

Pullman's Mecure King George's Hall is a very beautiful Motel though isn't right what they will refuse. You may get yourself one of their rooms for a night I'm a member and liked the service though if you'd like to park down stairs they would still want to charge $50. That amount might not be much though for someone with a disability is a lot of money.
I have a valid and visible disability badge in plane view and as I parked in a metered Zone $413 fine. My service here 😒 is nice though why not to VIP members give them a parking spot also for someone who has a disability??? 😔😔

First time stay in this hotel, while the service was excellent and most of the staff was quite friendly, the room was quite basic with old carpet, looked like it wasn’t vacuumed for ages, I put my mobile phone on the table overnight, in the morning I could wright on it with my finger in the dust.

Easy check in n out . Room was upgraded.excellent service. Only issue goldfinch restraunt got limited menu for dinner n basic buffet breakfast is a massive rip off at $42 pp .

Nice hotel, but the executive wing wasn't very "executive". Some of the staff was super friendly and some not so. The restaurant downstairs wasn't too amazing either. Still 4 stars for having a lovely weekend there
R. N.
Extremely friendly and attentive staff. They are ready to help you and greet you, even as you pull up to reception. With a fast and efficient chauffeur service they move like clockwork. Even a system error was nothing to them, fixed within minutes followed by "We have upgraded you for the trouble, Welcome to the Pullman Brisbane and enjoy your stay!". Highly recommended!

we enjoyed our stay here in Brisbane. Though I was expecting better room and washroom in the hotel.
But everything aside this review is only for the Kota Sato she had made our stay worth cause the breakfast she arranged was amaazzzzing. We loved it and I am sure am gonna come her again for this breakfast and her amazing service.
Also Vilasta was very nice too.

Shelly and the whole team of the Goldfinch restaurant was very helpful when my 3 year old got hurt. They went above and beyond.. Great staff to have in your team

Home from two nights stay at Pullman...great location...staff very obliging. However definitely not 5 star! Rooms most definitely need upgrade...looking very very tired and out of date

The staff when arriving at The Pullman were attentive from the get go. Donna was standing waiting as we pulled into the front driveway. She was very friendly and informative when directing us to the parking garage. When we made our way into the foyer, Donna was there waiting at the front desk to check us in. She engaged with peasantries and assisted us with directions and parking tips and tricks for our next destination. Our room was luxurious and spacious, crisp and clean a complimentary Nespresso machine and pods waiting with robes and slippers to relax into after a long day of traveling. The hotel and staff were very professional throughout and taylored service to make us feel fancy and valued as guests. Will be returning and recommending this establishment for a nights stay.

The presentation of the foyer was beautiful, although quite dark and a little bit gloomy. The check in was painfully long, but the staff did their best to be accommodating and were helpful. Our room was beautiful, well laid out and the king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit of a let down though, a lack of ventilation whilst showering and dim lights made it difficult to use the vanity mirror. There was also a lack of hot water in the morning which was frustrating.
The hotel was also quite cold, the breakfast the next morning was chaotic to say the least. we were allocated a table, and shown where to collect our food from. On return from the food buffet our table had been taken, we then had to wait for another table to be cleaned before being seated. There was also no clear instructions on the self serving coffee machine, which had left everyone trying to use it scratching their heads. There was also an issue with the shortage of milk for the coffee machine and orange juice. We had to ask the same waitstaff on two separate occasions for juice and coffee, we got the juice, but no coffee.
It was real pity, the hotel itself is quite beautiful, it's centrally located and very well priced and the staff were all lovely and helpful. It's just the overall feeling of the place is dark gloomy and cold, and at $25 a head for breakfast I expect a hot coffee. I would stay there again in a pinch, but it definitely wouldn't be my first choice.

Very pleasant venue, the food, coffee, & cold drink stations were well supplied & within an acceptable temperature range.

The wonderful staff - Koka, Vlasta and Shelley at the Goldfinch , Concierge Stuart, Jordan and Alex at Reception and Liam at the 16 Antlers rooftop bar . Plus Sam and the people who do a great job behind the scenes like the chefs at Goldfinch and all the cleaning staff. From the bottom of our heart we thank you for an amazing week . Definitely coming back again soon . We were supposed to stay at another Accor up the road BUT due to that being suddenly used for a quarantine facility we were transferred to the Pullman . We now FAR prefer the Pullman . The highly professional staff are exceptional and we cannot speak highly enough of how good the Pullman on King George Square is .
J. E.
Will gladly stay here over and over again. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant and rooms. Food is to die for would eat here even if not staying. Was wonderful
N. M.
Bit pricey for no justification. Room was a bit dated. Food wasnt the best and everything comes with a fee - e.g. $35 for access to movies for 1 night.

Calling this 5 stars is a bit of a stretch.
No exhaust in the bathroom leading to a sagging roof from the humidity and rust dripping into the bathtub. No robes or slippers available (perhaps if you asked?)
Bed was very comfortable however and location reasonable
L. I.
The Hotel is close the shops and the king gorgre square. Very convenient and city feel. Kids love the bathtub in the room which not all 5 star hotel have. The top floor pool is beautiful however they are not maintained well. My kids said dirty. I wish there is hot spa would be beautiful
C. W.
Crowning jewel of the Pullman franchise. I was isolating due to work requirements and the staff took care of all my every need. Evon was especially fantastic. Thanks to all the staff for their attention and courtesy.
J. K.
Can't fault the service of the staff, cleanliness of the room and the toiletries provided. The Goldfinch Restaurant (attached) provided a lovely atmosphere and beautiful meal to boot. Due to a flight cancellation they afforded all stranded passengers with courtesy and speedy processing.

Nice room and friendly staff. Great position in the city and not to far from anything

What a fantastic hotel in the heart of Brisbane City. Check-in was a breeze with the valet parking and speedy service at the front desk. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and smiling, and very efficient at their job. Our room - 463 (a corner king room in level 4) was very spacious and modern. The bed was super comfy, bathroom clean and had a nice enough view out the window. It was very quiet - no noise from neighbours or the street. The block-out curtains helped us get a sleep-in too. The rooftop pool is small and doesn't get much sun until later in the day, but still a nice area for the kids to have a dip. The included breakfast downstairs is sensational - great variety and very tasty! The lobby was beautifully decorated in Xmas decorations and the indigenous paintings on the walls are spectacular. We really loved our stay at the Pullman and will make this our yearly tradition. Especially at Xmas with it being across the road from King George Square. It was about a 20 minute walk (easy walk at that) to South Bank to experience all their Xmas festivities as well. Queen Street mall is a mere 5 minute walk from the hotel. You really are close to everything here. Thanks for the great stay, Pullman team!! Merry Xmas!!

Nice hotel and staff breakfast was good value for money also restaurant good.
r. b.
Staff were friendly, and overall the hotel was nice, but was just lacking in some areas. Would give 3.5 star
L. A.
Didnt stay just had a Xmas party in one of the rooms but the food was average and overcooked
P. B.
Beautiful accommodation, service was over the top friendly and could not help me enough, Asian lady in the breakfast lounge was so so nice and I could not rate her high enough she made my experience complete. The reception staff again so well picked and trained. Well done Pullman Brisbane. If you own a hotel do yourself a favour send your staff here to see how it should be done. Cheers Paul

Nice hotel, the valet parking was terrible and the food was very questionable
C. S.
I always love this hotel. Friendly, courteous, helpful staff, crisp clean rooms, fantastic restaurant (Gold Finch) with plenty of gluten free options both in the restaurant and in room, underground valet parking via concierge desk (charged to room, no third party ticketing), no stairs (great for parents with prams) and easy access to all that the CBD has to offer. I especially like not having to walk down any dark/quiet streets to get back to the hotel at night.
D. H.
Very nice hotel. We had a Christmas lunch in their function room. Very well set up with Christmas tree. Nice lunch and fantastic dessert! Loved the air conditioning on the hot day. Valet parked, so easy.
A. G.
Amazing welcome. We arrived super early and just wanted to leave our bags but the lovely lady on the desk this morning moved a few things around and let us check in, instead of leaving bags... We didn't expect that due to the time but we definitely appreciated it since we had been up at 430am....
Only real issue we had was the TV remote wasn't great but that wasn't a huge deal....
J. W.
Easy checking in and out; Friendly services in the restaurant and roof top bar; Responsive house keeping. It is what you expect of good hotel services.
j. k.
Fantastic hotel, one bedroom suite was spacious with tasteful art in the room. (Side note: the 3D art on display at hotel entrance shows amazing skill by the artist.) All staff we interacted with were friendly, professional and very helpful. Special thanks to ‘Dan’ Who greeted us on arrival and managed to make us (and probably all guests) feel very special.
The rooftop bar is stunning and a great place for cocktails on a Saturday evening. The buffet breakfast was excellent, the variety and quality was the best I have had. This hotels rooms, bars, and restaurant makes it the whole package for a weekend away and you don’t even need to leave the hotel.
J. Y.
Great location and excellent customer service which brought up the score
The interior has a slightly older look than i was expecting and alot of the things inside the room are outdated.
The gym and pool is not located on the same building either. You need to go to a seperate level, then walk across to the mercure which has the gym and pool. Gym has the essential machines and free weights. Average for a hotel gym. Pool is nice though.
Wifi is not included and you will need to get it seperate $10-15 for 24 hour access.
B. S.
The front desk and concierge service was very kind and helpful. The hotel was decorated lovely for the holiday. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant on Christmas Day and it was pricey. The lady that seated us a got our coffees was a bit short when questioned about the coffee. The room was your standard hotel room. The mini fridge had not been restocked prior to our arrival and for a room that sleeps four we only had enough bath linen for two. We booked a balcony room which is only on the third floor, so if you are thinking you will be up higher for a better view you won’t. It is at a great location for the Queen Street Mall. All in all it was a nice place to stay and I would stay there again.
C. M.
Great place for a function. We attended a High Tea last Saturday and the food and service was amazing.

Beautiful staff, very helpful. Lounge area is very comfortable though a Bit more variety of food would be great. Nikki did an amazing job to give our little one a birthday surprise, and we all received a beautiful treatment from her. Late check out was great to spend more time in town.
Breakfast at the lounge was very tasty, big and good quality of products. Had a look at the buffet breakfast at the restaurant and looked massive, lots of options. Hot station for omelets etc, lots of fruits, juices, sausages, hams, lot of hot and cold options for everyone!
Only reason not giving 5 starts is because room was pretty noise, next to the elevator and lots of street noise. Some updates would be very good.
J. P.
Had a wonderful stay at pullman brisbane. Rooms are very spacious. Great service from all the staff. They were all welcoming. You also get coffee from the restaurant downstairs with complementary drink voucher if you have accor status.

We absolutely love staying at the Pullman for our dance ball events.
It’s a nice staycation instead of driving back home after a late night.
Rooms are clean, service is fantastic and we love being able to have breakfast as well.
J. L.
No mini bar, not chocolate, not even a biscuit to have with coffee. I want something sweet and there's nothing to have, disappointing for a 'five' star hotel. I feel a bit ripped off.
T. W.
Happy with my visit, thanks to the staff for making this happen, fantastic all round especially dining staff.
R. M. B.
Our check- in was smooth with friendly and professional staff. The lobby was very nice and the room was clean with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. We had dinner at the bistro allure and our choice of food was exquisite and very yummy especially the chocolate fondant. The breakfast was varied and in buffet style and you can always asked something else if you wanted. The hotel itself is in a great location, few minutes from Central station and the Queen mall, several shops and restaurants. Overall, our week-end away for the birthday occasion was very enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff for the impeccable service. We would certainly do it again.

It looks nice I've only been through the main entrance to get to the bar on level 16. It looked like a really nice place to go to just by going through the entrance so probably a nice place to stay at in the city.

Really mixed feelings about this hotel.
The Good:
Location is really handy.
Waa recognised as a Platinum Member.
Staff are generally very helpful and friendly
Dinner in Goldfinch was excellent - especially with the Accor Plus member discount. Great service from the evening team in there.
Executive Lounge a nice little haven to relax. (The evening canape selection could be a little more extensive. What was there was good, but a little limited).
Housekeeping was to a high standard
The Not So Good:
I did one breakfast in the Executive Lounge then tried the main restaurant the next morning to get a bigger selection. It was chaos with staff run off their feet and dishes not refilled promptly at all. Getting my coffee that I ordered took 25 minutes and 4 (polite) queries of the staff to chase it up.
The lift doors are *SO NOISY* when they open and close. You can hear it on other floors. It sounds like they just need a good dose of oil or something. My room was near the elevators and I could hear this grinding all night from my floor 15th and every time the lifts stopped 2 or 3 floors below. I slept very badly.
Satellite TV signal was really grainy and not clear at all. This was for all Foxtel channels.
$50/night for valet parking is steep. Even in Sydney that would be steep. So be it. However, if I'm paying $50/night for secure valet parking, I don't expect my car to be parked on the forecourt of the hotel all night and then moved to the car park in the morning hoping I wouldn't notice. To be fair, after mentioning this at check out one night's parking fee was removed which was appreciated.
No not water from 11.00pm to 2.00am one evening due to plumbing issues. Things happen, but still a bit inconvenient when wanting to take a shower before bed after coming back from dinner.
Leaking air conditioning duct in the lift lobby soaked the carpet. I had to walk through this back and forth from my room.
Only given one welcome drink voucher - all other Accor hotels give Platinum Members two. Small point but seemed petty.
Hotel is quite old now and a bit tired. Definitely more 4 star than 5 these days.
I don't think I'll come back. By the time you add on parking fees, the much newer Novotel not too far away seems much more appealing and better value.
So all-in-all it was ok at best and not without issues affecting my stay.

Rooms and the Executive Lounge are first rate. Canapes and drinks in the evening were plentiful and delicious, breakfast had multiple choices of hot dishes as well as a continental selection with excellent coffee. The staff were professional and friendly, the service was faultless. We never felt rushed and were made to feel very welcome and are looking forward to our next stay. Thank you Nikki and staff.

I associated the name Pullman to that of the Pullman Porters who delivered exceptional service to long haul passengers on the sleeping train. Thus was anticipating service of similar kind, and was met with friendly front desk customer service, the porters ever so ready as if reading your mind of what you needed. The room I stayed in at level 5 although didn't have a great view the coziness of it made it all the while. With Mercury they have a great dinning area, full of light which radiated warmth in Winter. It is modern, and definitely in style, with technology hidden making it look like you have set back in time. Its locality was very convenient for me for shopping with just 5 minutes away from Brisbane Queen Street Mall., the Bus station and train station.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were very clean and modern with well appointed rooms. The large bathroom with double sink was amazing.
An excellent location with multiple restaurants and bars at the venue. KG Bar (Street side lounge bar) is owned by Pullman and is a great place to kick back with great cocktails, wine and beer.
The staff were all very helpful throughout our stay and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Was in town for work function at the Pullman, thought I would shout myself a night in town. I think it is over priced, I have stayed at much nicer and newer accommodation for a lot less. Pullman may have the name but needs to have an overhaul, room was nice enough, clean and within walking distance to everthing but over priced .
B. D.
This establishment charges for WiFi use. In this day and age where internet services are reasonably priced and provide unlimited data, therefore these "upmarket" hotels, like the Pullman Brisbane need to change their policy for charging for WiFi usage.
IT'S JUST SHEAR GREED ON THE PART OF THESE ESTABLISHMENTS. ANOTHER I STAYED AT RECENTLY WHERE A CHARGE FOR WI-FI WAS MADE WAS THE MANTRA GERALDTON.
Boycott them until they change their ways.
I have stayed at many country hotels and motels where no charge is made for WiFi.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was so convenient for us to walk to the shops, public transit and even across the bridge to Southbank. The staff were all very friendly and the concierges were so helpful with helping us confirm our transfers, etc. There was a very pleasant lady working in the cafe and we enjoyed our chat with her. We did get the breakfast buffet on our last morning there and while it was good, I feel it was a bit overpriced. The room was large, clean and modern with a great view. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is centrally located near the heart of the cbd. Most shops and amenities are easy walking distance from the hotel.
I found my experience at the hotel was comfortable and satisfying. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The overall presentation was neat and clean even with the renovations occuring outside.
I did find it odd that there was no bed side lamp or even a reading lamp for the room.
With my previous stay at your sister hotel down the road, i found that no complimentary bottled water is supplied for the room. It was the same with this hotel as well.
The bathroom was large and the shower had good pressure and the water was hot. My only minor complaints would be the lack of exhausting air in the bathroom and the hot water would take awhile to come through only at night.
Breakfast was pretty standard and could do with a little more character/variety for this class of hotel.
The valet service was good. My only issue was with the front drive thru entrance for the hotel was a little too small if 2 or 3 cars came in at the same time. It was abit of a dance if 1 of the cars was just dropping off and the other were waiting for the valet to park the cars.
Check in and check out at the front desk was friendly and quick.
Overall i would be glad to stay again at this hotel
S. S.
Overall I was pleased with my stay. The room was very comfortable and staff were very welcoming and responsive. However, aspects that detract from that experience and from the hotel being a high end star hotel was (1) charging extra for early access to room despite us attending as an interstate delegate at a conference hosted at the hotel (12pm) - this should have been part of the hotel conference arrangement, (2) pay for internet access - this is now a standard service (3) having to pay extra for someone to make a latte with my breakfast banquet.

The woman who helped with my reservation by phone was very helpful. The valet who arranged our car parking couldn't do enough for us. The reception team both at check in and check out were professional and charming. Room service was efficient and also courteous on the phone. Food was lovely. Bistro Allure staff on Friday night were so pleasant and attentive. Again the food and beverage were just delicious. Day spa was a very good experience. The atmosphere I really appreciate from a day spa. Breakfast was very good in Bistro Allure and the staff were excellent. Our room was lovely. Spacious, comfortable and most importantly, quiet. We loved our stay at the Pullman and can't wait to stay with you again.
Regards, Donna Bassett.

Rooms are clean and nicely sized. The gym is small and lacking in total body equipment. Ideal for business goers looking to get a good sweat but not enough to body build due to lack of free weights. Nicely decorated lounging pool. Staff are friendly and accomodating.

We stayed for three nights in an Exec Club Room. The room was 1563~~a corner room. With extra daylight & plenty of space it was delightful and a real WOW! The service in the Club Lounge was excellent. The breakfasts and evening canapés were great. We were invited to a Loyalty Party on the Wednesday evening in Allure Bistro where it was good to be able to chat to the hotel staff. We were given a generous amount of time on our last day to keep our room as our plane did not leave until rather late in the day. That was much appreciated. All in all we had a wonderful stay and thank all the staff for making it so.
B. H.
As a family we enjoyed our stay very much. We were upgraded to a Queen size family room as they had run out of Double family rooms so that was a real bonus as it was a much bigger room. The room was very tidy and clean and the beds were lovely and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very efficient and friendly. We loved the close proximity to the main drag and the river...all within walking distance or a quick ride in the free hopper across the river to Southbank. Loved it and would definitely return .
J. T.
Just had BEST stay! Jordan at front reception was friendly, professional and lovely. Our room was huge! Perfect getaway night with hubby!
P. L.
Extremely comfortable bed and good sized room.
All the staff, from the housekeepers to GM are EXCELLENT at what they do.
My wife and I will continue to return on a regular basis.

My wife and I stayed here over a weekend. The room (959) was in an unacceptable condition. We asked the staff for another room. The staff were nice and friendly people. However our request wasn't attended during our stay. She made a complaint through email and then a manager tried to apologise and compensate. It is a nice gesture, but it would be nicer if they attended to guests when they are staying. They whole hotel must keep up to the 5 star standard that it claims to hold.
On the other hand, the rooftop bar and the restaurant were pleasant and hotel location couldn't be better.

Hmmm, m going on a holiday w my boyfriend. Everything seems so amazing as we discover new city until I stay in this hotel that destroys all my feeling. The staff and services were professional as always ask to help us when we need. I’ve book the ”Deluxe King room” at nearly cost $200 for 2pp/1 night. Suddenly, they put us in a room, seems like King room as well but with TWO SEPARATE BED and without any notice or even mentioned about that when we check-in, we were surprised and came to ask them. Then the staff just said that was some emergency problem and the room we book is not available atm. Actually, I would absolutely accepted the room with positive behaviour if they could mention it with us at the beginning, not until we received the room then suddenly said that was an emergency problem and they can't deal with that. However, the staff gave us 2 of us free morning breakfast with the deal.
Moreover, we pay $200 for only one night, and everything cost us extra money. For example, the internet needs to pay, two bottles of water in the room also cost $8, etc.
But anyway, the location of the hotel was excellent and the staff was friendly.
B. R.
Great location with convenient parking across the road. Stayed one night. Bed was very comfortable staff and service was A1.

The hotel is easy to get to and very central, it was easy to walk anywhere that we wanted to go. The lobby is large and presented well. The room I booked (a double twin) was spacious and the bed comfortable. For the price I paid for this hotel, I am very satisfied with the location and comfort of the room. However, I'd say that my overall expectations were not met. I was weighing up between the Pullman and the Mercure (right next door), and decided to spend a little more and stay at the Pullman. I recently stayed at a Mercure in Melbourne and was very impressed, and so I felt from the rating and images that I'd have an even better stay at a Pullman Brisbane, being part of Accor group. As I arrived late in the evening I decided to order room service, unfortunately the risotto I ordered was undercooked and the rice was pretty crunchy. I decided not to worry about mentioning it, as I wasn't too fussed by this one thing. I then noticed that the room was pretty stuffy and took turning the air conditioning off and on several times, and playing with the fan settings to get it working. On the second night I called reception who let me know the best setting was on level 2 so that it doesn't have to work too hard. I was somewhat comfortable but for the air conditioning being set to 22 degrees, it certainly wasn't that cool in the room. The LCD TV in my room had the home screen menu noticeably burnt into the screen, so it displayed as an overlay on any channel, and the pipes in the shower made a loud jolting noise during showers. My wifi login didn't recognise me as a guest, and when I called the Helpdesk to resolve this on my first night I was on hold for an extensive time before I gave up, and on day 2 of my stay I called again and left a message for a call back in "approximately 10 minutes" which never came. The wifi ended up connecting later that day when I tried again, so I guess it was fixed but I wasn't advised.

We arrived about 10.00am and were greeted by the welcoming smile of Schrone who informed us that our room was not available, as we anticipated, and directed us to the Concierge who took care of our three bags. Spending some time in the city we received a call about 12.30pm to inform us our room was ready. The call was appreciated.
Being upgraded to an executive twin room, on the fifteenth floor, was very much appreciated. This gave us plenty of room to spread out.
Friday night's dining in the Allure Bistro was a pleasant experience and Alex possessed an informative understanding of both the menu and the wine list. Breakfast the following morning was relaxing. Our corner table on Ann Street was an ideal setting to just take our time and browse the weekend newspaper.
The 12 noon late check out enabled us to pack at our own pace.
The trainee employee took care of our invoice. He was also dressed in a suit with a great black and white tie and demonstrated politeness and care.
As first time guests at this Accor branded hotel we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would have not hesitate to re-book at the hotel when next in Brisbane.
All employees highlight the positiveness of the Pullman brand.

It was a lovely stay
Everything was so nice, tidy and clean in the room (the only item i noticed was dirty was the hair dryer it had finger prints and smudges over it when i first went to use it)
All the staff i encountered were very friendly from the reception, concierge and the cleaners i passed in the hall.
Breakfast and Dinner was wonderful, and the prices are very fair. All the staff in the Dining room were absolutley fantastic.
I overall really enjoyed our stay and will defiently be returning in the future.

This hotel need to renovations. Worker is very nice!!!

I love the location of this hotel. The suites are a great place to stay. They are actually two rooms unlike some other brand hotels. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. My only reason for the 4 stars not 5 is that the bars close early and the buffet breakfast is a little below the Novotel standard. Although saying this the omelets made by the staff ate really excellent.
B. B.
The room was clean and the hotel is in a lovely central location, however the service left quite a bit to be desired and the executive experience was no where near the level of service given in other hotel chains. Our room was advertised with fresh fruit, which consisted on one tired apple for the three of us. The Nespresso machine was cheap coffee and tea sachets, the requested third cup did not arrive. The reception desk did not know that the booking was an early bird special with breakfast included and wanted to charge it as we went to the restaurant after being told we could by the staff member in the executive lounge. Overall poor service for an expensive night in a room that was really just a double with nothing to justify the price. I had booked this as a birthday treat for my daughter to experience drinks, canapés and a night of spoiling. I had high expectations as the hotel was a Pullman and they are usually 5 star. Sadly it was not even as nice as the Mercure beside the river. Quite disappointing. I would stay in the hotel again because of its cleanliness and location but I would not bother with an upgrade as the service received left a lot to be desired.
S. B.
I found your Hotel lovely and positioned within the CBD was brilliant. My experience with your front desk staff was great but unfortunately your Restaurant needs much better organisation as it does not operate very efficiently and every time we ate there the experience was the same. There were very long wait times for food to be delivered and whilst your staff in the Restaurant tried very hard to please I think that the kitchen let them down. Perhaps a more experienced Manager of a Restaurant would make it all flow much better. I also found the cleaning staff arrived into the rooms too early.
R. T.
Rooms are ok but nothing special, canapés in the executive lounge were ok but very basic, beer and wine selection there was very limited.
Staff were all helpful and courteous, and there are two bars on site. That said, the food and drink options at those bars aren't great.
Over all it's an ok place, if a little over priced. Probably fine for a business trip, but not really a feature.
R. W.
Rooms a little on the old side but comfortable. Desk staff and cleaners very good along with Restaurant staff made you feel welcome. Enjoyable stay though I think restaurant food could do with a bit of improvement. Nice that they provided a little welcome gift - it was enjoyable. Nice experience would revisit because of staff and central site.

Great hotel right in the centre of the city. Friendly staff, comfy beds and well decorated rooms. Nice rooftop pool and bar.
Thank you for our stay and also for the really nice bottle of wine.
We would definitely stay again, highly recommend.
M. K.
Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Carpet was a tad dirty in my room, and the shower screen has a gap that allows water through. No gym or pool in the hotel itself, they share it with the Mercure located within the same building. A comfortable hotel nevertheless.
N. P.
No problems at all with location, service, or cleanliness of rooms. Unfortunately the room just didn't have the wow factor I'd hoped for. Usually Accor have a point of difference in the decor, services and facilities provided but the Pullman Brisbane had none of these, it is just a hotel, clean and very centrally located but nothing out of the ordinary.
It had been promoted as 4.5 - 5 star but i'm not sure why. We had a twin room as a king wasn't available to us for our 7 night stay, there was only one bedside light shared by the two beds and one small overhead light in the ceiling so it was quite dark for reading, not helped by dark carpet and dark furnishings. Lighting could definitely be improved on.
Room amenities were sparse, minimal choice of tea and coffee , only one green tea bag provided , one shampoo, one shower gel, etc. For a twin room I'd expect two of everything as a norm (at least there were two towels) . When I asked if the local bottled water was complimentary which it normally has been at other stays in the group I was told if it was with the mini bar items we'd have to pay for it but if it was beside our bed we wouldn't. Odd?
Went looking for the pool only to find it closed for repairs.
The hotel was on special when we booked it so for the price we paid I'd say it was a fair deal but would have felt very disappointed if i'd paid any more.

Service was delightful, rooms were spacious enough for a quick two night stay but the shower heads are suited for LEGO men, not the average height so make sure you bed your knees if you’re taller than 5’5.
Extensive fresh food breakfast selection downstairs but the team in the kitchen at night need to work on their menu for night as the food needs help with flavours.
T. N.
Good locations. The room are spacious and clean. Reasoanble price rates per night. They are currently under renovation so the pool is unavailable. What a shame. The reception is well layout. Top notch customer service. Smilling and always willing to help.
S. T.
On arrival car was parked by your valet service who were pleasant and no extra for that service which was great seeing as parking was $45 anyway. As a gold member we were upgraded to an Executive room which was very appreciated as it included the use of the Executive lounge which was a first for us . The rooms though while being well set out and quality they do seem to need updating as they appear to be showing a bit of age. The Complimentary loyalty drinks and nibbles on a Wednesday for members was appreciated and we thought a great idea of promoting your hotel and the Accor brand.
S. M.
Beautiful lobby and extremely friendly and polite staff.
Need to clean up the rooms a bit more. Specially the carpets and the cracks in the walls. Hope you can partner up with anytime fitness once they open and provide a decent gym option.

Found that the hotel was facing difficulty with computers for the 2 days that we were staying: from not being able to have a room key at checkin, to checking out and accessing a copy of our paid account. The room, 707, was good, but its furnishings (arm chairs) were very tired as the chair fabric was deteriorating. Also, the reading lamps by the bed were not in place and the room was dark and not bright and welcoming. Bed super comfy and beautiful shower and bathroom. Breakfast good......no table service for coffee now? Why? You could be more welcoming by chatting to the clients in this way!!!

Nice rooms clean and liveable

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Pullman for his birthday and we were both beyond happy with our stay. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet. We had the Spa Suite and absolutely loved every aspect of it.The staff were really friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. The concierge service for parking was excellent also. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Would highly recommend the Pullman to everyone. Plus the benefits of being in the Le Club Accor Hotels Club really topped off our stay :)
S. P.
Such fantastic service!!!! Seriously from the moment we walked in everyone was super helpful. It's not that there weren't issues, it's just that the issues got resolved really well - not enough towels/mugs/wine glasses for the four people booked into the room? Sorted after one phone call and a few minutes (Brett also sneaked us a Nespresso machine...). Broken air conditioning? A serviceman was up and had it fixed within 20mins of reporting. Super, super nice staff. Also, we were concerned that with four people in a room with two double beds and a rollaway and heaps of luggage, we'd be really cramped, but the room was designed really well with heaps of storage. We had heaps of room.

I found all of the staff (except one) to be great and went over and above expectations. All aspects of the building were very good although the conference room signage led me to intuitively end up in the wrong part of the hotel. Restaurant food was a bit pricey but was of exceptional quality and presentation.
Unfortunately, a restaurant staff member was below expectations... But she said she was tired because it was a busy day... Part of me appreciates it, we're all human... But it stayed in my mind after leaving the hotel because of the multiple uncomfortable/apathetic interactions. Also, the restaurant was the last place in the hotel I visited before my departure ("only as good as your last performance" phenomenon -despite it being somewhat unfair).
C. G.
Excellent service, even when I was just there for a conference. Valet service was great.
Staff very accommodating to my plastic free choices during difficult COVID requirements

From our first steps into the Pullman we were greeted by happy and helpful staff. We mentioned we wanted a nice dinner that night and their recommendations were perfect. Sooooooo helpful. We had a spacious room with chocolates and wine on arrival - delicious. I could not believe how comfortable the bed was as well as the sofa and sitting chairs. Breakfast at the Allure Restaurant downstairs had an amazing variety - all fresh or made to order. Everywhere in the Pullman was clean and fresh. The staff in each department must love their work and working environment as it shoes in their labor. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would happily return.

My stay was nice, however not a standout, each morning at breakfast I noticed there were no staff even smiling, after 4 days of this I got the impression staff were either miserable or just didn't care. There seemed to be communication breakdowns between staff, when I spoke to front desk staff about an issue or something I needed the message did not often get passed on to where it needed to go, when the final bill came on check out there were multiple extras added that were not used (mini bar charge for complimentary water, additional parking nights and more) I was not offered a look at my final bill upon checkout, I had to ask (I think that is a very bad practice especially considering all the extra charges I found, which would have just been charged onto my card without agreement or confirmation) All in all I would say the customer service experience need a lot of work, there needs to be standards so each staff member works to those standards without so much variation in service. My work colleague had a similar experience during her stay. Would I stay again? Possibly if required, would I recommend it to friends and colleagues - probably not, which is a shame as the hotel has a lot of potential.
G. P.
The staff were very friendly and helpful (reception and concierge) . Accor Plus on the other hand was not great...... as staff promoted the Pullman was 5 star (mmm) for a Pullman brand we have stayed in Novatel and IBIS and Mecure that rooms have been of a similar standard, so maybe you should not claim as 5 star!! The downstairs bar was closed at 10pm on a Friday night and we were directed to the rooftop bar where we could not use our welcome drinks (we ended up giving away to an elderly gentlemen in reception the next morning). The breakfast very average. When it came time to settle our bill, we were then informed that the bill for the bar did not belong to the property and discounts did not apply ( this was never communicated and we will take this up separately with Accor Plus). Thank you for allowing us to provide feedback. Again staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the bar star at the rooftop need product training. We ordered champagne initially and received sparkling wine, after I did ask him twice was it champagne, future orders we did receive CHAMPAGNE
E. Y.
Lack of information provided on check in our available in the room about the gym and pool, Sixteen Antlers and the Exec Lounge (which I had access to). However, the service was friendly even if check in staff forgot to write my room number on my check in card. The room was modern and fresh although the bathroom decor a bit out date although spotlessly clean. Great location and within easy walking distance of many attractions.
G. L.
Check in was friendly and efficient. The bedroom looked good but the bathroom and tv was very dated. The thermostat in my room was faulty and only pumped out very cold air throughout the night and had to be turned off and thus the room was stuffy . Didn't have a good night sleep. The TV was old with screen burn in and the reception cutting in and out. Not much of a view but the room was quiet. Reported to maintenance in the morning but on return, none of the staff could provide an update. Disappointing for a Pullman property.
B. B.
The food was amazing in Allure for our anniversary dinner and a accor plus member free wine. There is a nice rooftop bar we didn't know about 16 antlers. Staff were very good. Even got complementary ciders for my birthday was nice. The only negative was parking. We rang to see if parking was available and was told each room is allocated a spot. Not til checkout did we find out it was $40 a night. We didn't need to have the car there being local and could have left it at home. That left a bitter taste on joint birthday and anniversary stay.
J.
Good location. Friendly service. Fast complimentary WiFi. Stayed here for 1 night and was upgraded to spa suite which is enormous! Breakfast however in lounge lacks choice, any hot drinks/food needs to be ordered and takes a while.
O. D.
From the moment of my reservation til the day we checked out, the team, service, facilities were faultless. I had stuffed up the booking and your reservations manager fixed it, honoured the promotional price and added a note to the booking about my husbands birthday! On arrival, we were surprised to find out we'd been upgraded, a beautiful desert plate and wine was left for us! I immediately rang reception to thank them so much and ask that our appreciation be passed on to the team because it's very thoughtful and appreciated. My husband was embarrassed but I loved it! Haha. The breakfasts were impeccable - Camembert, smoked salmon for breakfast? Yes please!!!
Every staff member was polite, courteous and helpful! I hope they all get a great pat on the back.
L. B.
Unfortunately, our room was not ready at the 2pm check in time. It was more than an hour late. Once we made it to our room, all was forgotten! The room was beautiful, clean and had a spectacular view. We had breakfast included in our package and expected a continental breakfast you find in most hotels. We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast included hot food.
J. U.
An excellent buffet breakfast!
Mostly our stay was good - however the fact that parking is not included in the room rate and costs an additional $45 PER NIGHT left quite a sour taste. There was also no room/hotel information provided in the room, not even which (very few) television channels were available.
A. C.
Nice room. Quiet and dark. I was here for a conference so it was convenient to be able to go straight to my room afterwards or at lunch. Shame the pool was not available however I was given the option of using a nearby hotel and also offered to be driven there! I was only there overnight so I didn't worry about it . Best thing about this hotel is the staff
a. m.
I loved the area it was in. Easy to explore the city, I enjoyed taking a jog across the bridge to the Botanical Gardens. Shopping and amenities all within walking distance. I found the rooms to be comfy, the bed very nice and the toilets clean and adequate. The staff were warm and friendly, and helped me on my way to wherever I was going.
T. B.
The room was really good. Clean and comfortable and the staff great. The location is very good and the parking worked well.
Only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. The heated tubes that store the plates were not on so plates were very cold. The food in the bains was also at a cooler temp than should be and of course this was made worse by the cold plates. I would suggest replacing the existing bains with ones that the lid stays up on whilst you get your food and not fall backwards out of sight! It is impossible to balance a plate of food, a lid and a serving utensil all at once. I believe that overloading of the bains contributed greatly to the coldness of the food.. We ate our fruit and tried the hot(tepid) food but then left for a cafe in town for a hot breakfast so it worked out to be a very expensive plate of fruit! Should there be a next time, we wouldn't bother with breakfast.
A pity really as this was our free night as an Accor member.

Rooms are average, pretty spacious, but improvements need to be made throughout. Firstly, customer service could be better improved on. Concierge staff seemed rushed and cut me off before I could attempt to connect to the internet via the access code as my name could not connect to their in-house wifi. Secondly, there were no towels in my bathroom, and I had only realised when I was about to take a shower. Called housekeeping, and the lady who picked up told me that she'll check with the other lady who cleaned my room. However when she called back, she said in not a very polite tone, more sort of accusatory, "Doll, have you looked into the bathroom because the lady said she had left them there." In customer service, I don't think it's appropriate to be calling customers "Doll" or "Honey". There should be a sense of formality especially for a 5-star hotel like theirs.
R. B.
Lovely hotel. Nice room. Shame the executive lounge was closed but I guess that's COVID.

My partner and I stayed five nights at the Pullman Brisbane King George Square on holiday. The first room we were in had a very noisy AC unit that didn’t work well. It kept us up all night and didn’t cool the room. We brought the problem to the attention of the front desk staff not once but 3 times and nothing happened. The fourth time we were exasperated and exhausted having 2 terrible nights sleep, but had the good fortune of meeting Ashley, one of the Duty Managers. She was very understanding and apologized profusely that she had not been apprised of the situation before. She promptly moved us to a new room on a higher floor, and gave us complementary breakfast for the rest of our stay. We felt she was genuinely concerned about us and went out of her way to turn things around. We had almost given up on this hotel and the Pullman brand if it hadn’t been for Ashley. She is a true professional who exudes customer service. This hotel needs to keep this Manager around and promote her. She knows how to turn a problem into an opportunity. Thank you Ashley. You’re a super star!! We’d be back just because of you. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Brisbane. Rooms are comfortable (once we got the noisy AC sorted out).
T. M.
Put into a very ordinary and dated room on the 9th Floor. Needed ear plugs to enable any sort of sleep. Great location for businesses and shops. Sydney & KL Pull*** staff greeted us and took care of our luggage. Can highly recommend the chips and the spiced lamb pizza. Breakfasts were great.
S. R.
Extremely helpful and genuinely cheerful staff, great location to everything in the Brisbane CBD. The concierge staff appear to really enjoy thier work. Restaurant has great food and service the ground floor bar has an inside and outside seating area and my experience with the staffhas been enjoyable . The 16 Antelers roof top bar has great views of the CBD and is open to the elements. King rooms are slightly dated but are very clean and well serviced. The beds are heavenly to say the least. Can't forget the cafe at reception the lady that works there is a delight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
G. T.
Very good location for attend conference or functions. Close to Central, King George Bus Station. Plenty of weekend parking options too. All very handy. Breakfast was a hiqual options for all cuisine styles. Check it out and bless yourselves and loved ones.
D. B.
Great hotel very close to the city and Southbank. Excellent for walking over to QPAC for a show. Very friendly staff who were very helpful from before checkin to checkout. Valet parking service was great. Our car was always ready when we needed it.
The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We shall be back.
T. P.
Booked a spa suite and where upgrade to the presidential suite. The room was huge and sooo clean, I love clean so was overally impressed. Staff where very friendly ensuring we new exactly where to find out conference room in the evening. Great food and wine.
C. L.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The light in my bathroom was not working the next morning.
There was no towels available at the gym facility
I had to follow up due to discrepancy charge into my account which was incorrect.
I had to follow up as i have yet to receive the deposit which was placed during my stay (4 days)
K. M.
I had a fab time in January staying here. The hotel is next to shops and restaurants. It's within walking distance to southbank. The staff were very helpful rooms clean. I would recommend their rooftop bar the cocktails were lovely and with a view over the city it's worth a visit. I will be returning to Brisbane in August and will definetly be booking the Pullman again.
M. P.
Easy to check in and out. Comfortable and spacious room. Convenient location. Had a bit of trouble with the thermostat setting (bit hot at night) but otherwise very happy. Buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and quality food.
K. M.
I only went to the 16 Antler's bar, I didn't see much of the hotel. The bar was nice, bit of a tight squeeze and the food was very ordinary. The buns for the sliders were rock hard, and the other food items were pretty basic.
R.
Staff were friendly but the building shows its age. Clean and tidy but seems dated. Had problems calling from room to reception. Called multiple times over 30 minutes. Phone just rang out. Had to go down and speak with reception. Wouldn't really be a big deal but having a 8 month baby & 5 year old and multiple bags, makes it extremely difficult when you have limited time. Advised reception that phone wasn't working.

Staff Room Location All Fantastic
J. W.
The arrival at the hotel was excellent with the concierge staff taking care of our vehicle and luggage. The check-in staff at the front desk were accommodating and quickly got us to our room.
The room was very comfortable.
We checked out the next morning and were very satisfied with our stay. We would recommend the Pullman to any who wished to stay in the Brisbane CBD,
S. P.
Our trip was a mixture of business and leisure, so being able to rest and be ready for our meeting was important to us. Housekeeping was fantastic getting our express dry-cleaning done on time. The highlight was a room upgrade that allowed us to enjoy the executive bar daily.
K. G.
Have stayed here before. As it was my wife's Birthday weekend I chose Pullman as the destination to celebrate. Management even had a Birthday greeting waiting when we arrived . My wife was delighted with the Wine and nibbles. We had the breakfast deal , as before the breakfast was great . We stayed Friday and Saturday nights.
The only hiccup we had was on Saturday with house keeping. As we were relaxing we asked house keeping to return, suggesting sometime after 3 pm. We returned early evening and were dismayed that our room was not made up.Wife contacted reception to report this , so within the hour had a special make up made by an evening house member . He was such a delightful chappie.
D. Z.
Well equipped hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. Bathroom is a little dated but not bad and the bathtub is a little on the smaller side. However, unless you plan to spend your entire stay in the bathroom, then it's a great hotel to get setup at.
C. C.
It was indeed an excellent stay for our family having stayed in two rooms with two beds in each room at the Pullman Hotel King George Square. Being a silver Rewards Club Accor Leclub member we were given welcome drinks. The buffet breakfast was very good. The Pullman-Mercure King George Square was centrally located where you can walk to a number of city destinations as the Town Hall, Queen Street Mall, Wheel of Brisbane and the Brisbane sign, Queensland Performing Arts, City Botanic Gardens, the Myers Centre shopping among others...
The Pullman Hotel staff are good and the hotel offers excellent accomodation!!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!! Will definitely stay in this hotel again!!!
J. Y.
A very modern and stylish hotel room. Friendly reception. A small treat for my little girl. Feel welcomed by the reception guy. Room is clean and tidy though bathtub is a bit small. Appreciated if extra kids slippers available.
S. L.
Great little rooftop bar on 16th floor.
Pizzas were pretty good on ground floor restaurant as well.
D. L.
Lovely stay, nice room, great amenities and very close to the business district.
M. S.
Very impressed it still after many years still has amazing grandeur. The coffee shop near day spa on the ground floor was awesome. Yummy cakes hand made and the best coffee. Went to a conference in ballrooms which has being newly renovated and looks fresh.
S. M.
Just a beautiful friendly hotel, but just wish the breakfast was a more of a buffet style. But not complaining as it was yummy.
D. M.
Great location. Very good Executive lounge and amenities. Friendly staff. On the downside while we had free wifi I still find it odd that wifi is not free for all. The executive king room was adequate with a comfortable bed. The worst feature was the lighting in the room with one not very bright overhead light, two bedside lights and no lighting over the desk area.. Not adequate for anyone trying to do any business.
J. F.
Lovely staff and good food and fabulous massages. Pool was very disappointing. Also very disappointed at not only not being able to use my Accor membership on ANZAC day but also being charged 15% extra. We came to mark this day from nz as my husband is a 31yr navy vet and still serving. While the rest of Brisbane offers deals to vets the Pullman charged us more. Our membership advantages were never explained on arrival. Told at check out we should show our card at the hotel for every meal. Surely having it on our booking should be enough. The ottoman outside the room lifts is disgustingly dirty and stained. I liked the hotel but sofitel is better. I cannot fault the staff at the bistro. They were so friendly and professional. Please clean the ceiling fans though.
T. J.
Great service, staff are awsome and the room was perfectly clean with a super comfy bed. 😁👌🤙
T. M.
The hotel was great to stay in as we were going to a function at City Hall. I was very pleased with the level of service at check in/out. The room was very clean though a little shabby around the doors. The room was nice enough however the bathroom needed renovating and the shower was over the bath.
S. O.
I was staying at the hotel for 4 nights for my Bday. I was welcomed by Alex Bilenki whom made me feel really special. I was delighted to find some bubbles and chocolates in my room.
The breakfast was varied and good, we enjoyed it every morning.
On the check out, the new receptionist from Auckland was really nice,... a real sunshine !
T. c.
When booking i had a choice of two hotels both were to have HDMI in put for entertanment to run my Xbox I game to relaxe at night, The Pullman was the better of the choices with the infomation at hand and that was confirmed.
This was not the case when i arrived i was informed that it was not possible i even had confirmation about the HDMI . I must say your staff tried there hardest the Concierge Kuta and the two young ladies at the front desk were amazing but a free cupa didnt realy help matters, then when i went to depart was to be charged for a breakfast i had already paid was a slap in the face not what i expect of a Great Hotel.
I shall return very soon so you can put things right if you wanted to.
m. p.
We had cocktails at sixteen antlers. The cocktails were amazing and the bartender did a fabulous job looking after us. The child were not great though. The parmesan tasted like the powdered cheese you get.
I will definitely go back, it's a beautiful view of Brisbane, if you don't mind the clock tower chiming on the hour.
D. B.
Had a great one night stay here. Bed was incredibly comfortable & as we were on the 15th Floor it was so quiet so had a wonderful nights sleep.Staff were efficient & very accomodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
M. P.
Nice hotel, lovely room and bed. Not 5* as too hot even with AC on Max. Also there were renos and a restaurant was out of action. Be warned this is a mercure and pullman in one with a single reception. I was pointed to the wrong lift bank and spend 20 minutes looking for my room.
r.
Noisy hotel. Can hear the bell ringing from the nearby church. Not recommended for light sleepers.
Update. Stayed here again. And this time the housekeeping staff are really very noisy.
Update:
This place is in a need of a revamp. The door creeks, no video on the TV except for audio. Even the TV remote control labels are almost worn out.
J. C.
Hotel is a little old. Co-located with Mercure Hotel and is within 5 mins walk from main shopping area. Staff is courteous and friendly. Room is cosy and spacious. Amenities in room like coffee/tea, minibar is great.
T. N.
first time stay at your hotel, love it. However its a bit confusing between your and the Mercure!!! good and quite room thats what I like and the executive lounge is top, especially Kit and Jasmine they are so friendly and helpful . Will coming back again
A. M.
The Pullman hotel is a great venue for a business conference. It has great facilities. Attentive staff and obviously fantastic food. The central location makes it a stand out for me and I look forward to the next event that is held there. Keep up the great work Pullman team
J. S.
Comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Great location in the heart of Brisbane
.. ..
Visited for a work function, the function rooms are lovely, spacious and we were provided with friendly and efficient catering with excellent food including vegan options and impromptu meals for our pregnant team member. The staff everywhere here are genuine and helpful.
L. H.
Postives- huge breakfast choice, I can't remember the chefs name but he made me and my son fluffy buttermilk pancakes (French toast on the second morning), the roof top pool, centrally located. There was an issue with the lights on the 11th floor of the mercure tower flashing like a strobe light, but the manager instantly moved us when he heard my son has seizures
Negatives- a staff member scoffed at us quite rudely and loud in the restaurant during breakfast. Long story short, my 2yo daughter is going through a stage where she won't eat anything except ham and cheese sandwiches. I made her a sandwich and asked for some glad wrap . Not once have we had an issue at any other hotel, but I felt embarrassed when I was basically yelled at. The manager said he would sort it but when I walked into the restaurant I saw smiling from both of them. I was to made out to be a thief when technically I paid for breakfast
J. J.
This is a refurbished 80s style building. Pullman have put their touch on things and the restyling is ongoing but it still has a dark 80s boxy feel to the lobby and bar areas. Very pleasant staff. Rooms are clean and fine. Lounge was nice. Very good location where you are a walk away from the queen st mall. You will be woken by the chiming clock of city hall depending on what side of the building your on from 7am onwards.
j.
We loved our stay at The Pullman Brisbane. The location is fantastic and the valet parking is a great service ( a little pricey) after driving for hours to arrive.
Breakfast was included in our rate and this was a huge bonus for us as we were busy and needed the convenience of not having to go in search of that first morning coffee.
I would recommend the hotel to friends visiting the city.
J. T.
Wonderful, it has amazing staff as well ready to help you. Rooms are decent, slightly dark but cosy. Still, a great stay with an amazing restaurant downstairs.
S. K.
Stunning hotel and great infra. Beats Novotel Melbourne which was one of the class accor hotels. Two awesome bars with one at.roof top facing king george square and amazing quality of interiors.
M. T. S.
When i arrived to the hotel a staff member immediately came and helped me with my bags. The staff were very well mannered and they just made me feel very welcomed, to the point where i felt like Pullman was my home away from home. The accomadation was great and room service always catered on time.
J. C.
My husband and I spent 2 nights being spoiled by the generous management and staff here at the Pullman. It was our 30th Wedding anniversary and we were treated to some special surprises...and every staff member made us feel important and welcome. We will definitely be returning!
Z. P.
Nice hotel but definitely not 5 stars! So many things to be improved before 5 star's. No freezer, kitchen, limited cutlery, movie service very expensive and bad quality TV. The movie software and remotes likely haven't been updated in 12 years.
L. H.
We enjoyed our time at the Pullman, the breakfast was nice. A mention to Aiden from the executive lounge who went out of her way to help. My only concerns are the light was too dim in our room and it took me a long time to get through to concierge / housekeeping / reception over the phone, so I ended up waking down to the front desk to request a shaving kit.
A. S.
All the staff are so friendly and helpful. From check-in, to housekeeping, to the restaurant and bar, everyone is an absolute credit to this beautiful hotel. Great location, easy walk to everywhere you want to be in Brisbane including the Mall and Southbank. Looking forward to going back once the renovation is complete.
A. F.
Lovely, thank you. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, one very small 1st world problem, only one bedside lamp beside twin beds. Every encounter with staff was friendly and professional. A very short but pleasurable stay.
D. G.
As per above, usual excellent service, as a very regular visitor to both hotels I get to use Allure quite regularly,
It's about time the tired old menu, slightly changed last Nov.was given a total revamp, to a regular it's very hard to choose something you haven't had last week or 10 to 15 times before. Perhaps a Daily Special or Weekly !!
could be introduced to add some variety for the regulars. Service is usually good and staff try hard, also wondering why the complimentary Bread Basket that used to be offered as you were waiting for your meal has been withdrawn it always seemed to be popular with the patrons.
J. M.
Quite pleasant, efficient check in/out, would recommend this hotel. Unfortunately the "complimentary" drink offer is actually restricted to "beer or wine". Pullman should liaise with other Accor Hotels and they would understand that other establishments offer a drink of choice. Better to not offer it at all rather than offend in my opinion.
A. F.
I stay at the Pullman every time I visit Brisbane. Overall it was a positive experience, and the friendliness of the staff are always a highlight of the stay. The only minor issues were that my bathroom towels/bathmat were taken each day but not replaced during my stay (I was there 3 nights) and there was no volume control for the tv, nor did it adjust on the tv itself. These however were minor issues and overall I enjoyed my stay there as usual.
T. T.
Our stay was very pleasant, from the lovely lady at reception to the well appointed rooms, all of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and professional. The only comment I would make is the executive club experience was better at the Sofitel.
W. B.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and clean. The whole hotel gives you a homely feeling which is nice.
Staff are friendly and welcoming providing great service.
Would stay here again.
J. P. N.
I flew from newcastle - brisbane to catch my flight to hamburg germany. So i stayed for an night here. My stayed was great but they didn't post anything about their pool was under maintenance so i can't access or enjoy the pool. Question is do i need to pay for WiFi here ? Even in the most expensive resort WiFi is free. Their TV still the old model and i cant access TV to watch movie as it said press blue to watch movie on the switch but it came back to same program news. And no welcome drink for guest ? Cmon be real. Pullman hotel in Bali got free WiFi, welcome drink and cant u do the same. Hope in the future u can be a better hotel with better service . give ur guests good services cus we paid to stay there not for free
M. F.
My Wife and I really enjoyed our 2 nights at the Brisbane Pullman Hotel. The room was comfortable and tastefully furnished. I thought the bed in room 1157 was amazing I would love to know the brand and model of the mattress? We enjoyed 2 mornings of breakfast in bed and thought highly of the breakfast menu. In conclusion we are looking forward to having another reason to return to Brisbane to stay at the Pullman Hotel. Cheers!

Room was great. Central location. Restaurant a cut above.
R. S.
While it is very conveniently located, and offers a few good bars /cafes it is simply getting tired. I have not seen inside guest rooms but the function facilities are starting to show their age.
K. P.
My husband, 11 year old daughter and I had a lovely weekend away in a well appointed room with 2 queen beds. The location is just perfect for exploring the city & Southbank cultural precinct. Good gym with a view!
P. S.
The location is perfect, very close to Southbank and the Queen street area. The hotel itself is nice, but being a shared resource with Mercure, it isn't up to the same level as other Pullmans. However, the service is top notch and I would definitely return again.
C. A.
Overall, quite good, however there were a couple of things which I found strange:
1. There was no hotel directory in the room - I didn't know where the pool and gym were located or how to get there;
2. The TV in my room was terrible, it kept constantly pixelating and dropping out and was most annoying.
J.
The hotel was nice, no complaints. The food from the restaurant was pretty nice, not the best pizza I've ever had, certainly not the worst. Overall bit was a good stay here. Would come again.
P. B.
We always enjoy the hospitality that you provide us. This is why time and again we go out of our way to stay and dine in your hotel.
The only regret was the cost of secure parking. Could you not charge $45 . Surely you could reduce this fee.
A. L.
Nice hotel with a great location. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, but the thermostats can be finicky at times. Breakfast spread at the restaurant on the ground floor has a decent spread.
L. M.
Average. The hotel was nice, but old. The swimming pool was closed which was a shame.
Having to pay for wifi is a big downside as I was there for business. Free wifi should be a given in a hotel like this.
Location was great. Right in the heart of Brisbane.
P.
Very pleasant with attentive helpful staff. Signage regarding the lifts could be improved e.g. A display in one lift says take our lift to the 16 th floor for pool bar etc but the lift in which the sign is displayed only goes as far as the 15th and once there there is no obvious way of getting to the 16th eventually did not bother and went out
T. F.
This hotel lives upto its billing and is perfectly located. Queen street mall is 2 mins walk away, train station opposite. Very helpful and friendly staff. When I checked in I was upgraded to a Suite free of charge due to my Accor Plus membership
K. K.
The room was great, plenty of room with a big bathroom. The staff were able to check us in early so we could change for a afternoon engagement. Much appreciated as was the fruit platter
S. B.
Not letting people know that parking is not included or mentioned is quite poor. Then to charge them $40 per night is criminal. The service and comfort was overall pretty good although there is much to be improved that can make the valet services more efficient.
s. a.
3rd time at the Pullman, just as good as the first time. Even with covid restrictions. Staff were great really friendly and welcoming. We will back in 2021.
D. W.
Nice hotel, but the room we stayed in felt old. The bathroom had rot on the back of the door and things looked very ages and worn down. The staff were very friendly and professional just getting a little old.
D. S.
Lovely hotel with excellent customer focused staff. More importantly, as a coeliac they are brilliant at catering for my needs. Free internet and wifi at an added bonus. Highly recommended.
T. M.
The hotel is located close to the main city bus station and central railway station is a block up the street. We walked a lot around the city & to the fabulous South Bank which was busy with the children on the *** made beach there. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
C.
Here on a business trip. My first experiance if this hotel and I'm impressed. Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and the staff helpful and in hand. I will be back!
T. C.
I stayed here on Business travel and then extended for a long weekend and flew my wife up from Sydney for the weekend.
The rooms were clean, decent size and beds very comfortable. We didn't eat in the restaurant as we prefer to get out and try the local restaurants through recommendations of others.
I'd say the best thing about Mercure Brisbane King George Square is the location as it's a nice walk to Southbank and also down to the pier or shopping areas. We would definitely stay here again.
C. U.
My stay at Pullman King George Square was pleasant the whole time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean, modern and so comfortable. Will definitely return if I ever get the chance.
M. H.
Great decor, friendly staff. Establishment was well laid out. We were up in the level 1 fuction roo. For the DXC launch, only negative point i have is one of the taps didn't work in the mens restroom.
B. M.
Attended for a conference. Facilities were adequate but a little old and tired. The venue was very dark with little to no natural light. Staff were friendly and professional. Food was good, fresh and healthy.
T. M.
Extremely loved it n enjoyed a lot, but this visit is extremely relaxing n rewarding. Short walk from Central station to hotel. The staff more than made up for this and contributed to a wonderfully relaxed weekend. Tried to ring front desk they didn't answer so we went down and they moved us to a smaller but quite room.
S. W.
For the price this is a very disappointing hotel. Our glasses and tea cups were dirty when we arrived, the perfume of the previous visitor was overpowering in the room, and the balcony overlooked a small outdoor smoking area.
The restaurant was okay but, like the hotel, the price did not reflect the quality.
D. D.
Not a big fan of the room brightness. It is dimmed despite switching all the lights on.. cleanliness can definitely be improved. Apart from that amazing location in the city.. 1min to king george station.
A. G.
The Pullman Brisbane is a great place to stay. Professional Checkin Staff, that go out of their way. Central Location in Brisbane. Rooms are modern, bathroom looking a bit tied but still above average amenities. Restaurant and Roof Top Bar are great. Also the breakfast was very good too.,
D. M.
I was happy with our room, our breakfast every morning was above average, staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again when in Brisbane, the lifts amused us they sounded like a banshee wailing which amused us greatly
s. S.
Once checked in found a bag of Caesar Salad and half bottle of apple juice in fridge! This was in fridge until I checked out! Concierge desk not manned and needed to wait far too long for service. I was the organizer for our group and had advised through our booking agency to charge all to a particular Amex unfortunately another staff's Amex has now been charged! Rooms need a spruce and more detail in housekeeping.
M. S.
I found this hotel excellent, the location was central to all our needs. The room size was great. The staff were very helpful in every way. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
J.
Nice clean room - on the smaller size for the fee paid, but spacious enough.
Toilet system was a little finicky and made a weird noise for up to 10 mins after flushing.
R. S.
Great, friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, great atmosphere.
During my stay I had an episode where I was feeling very unwell. I went down to speak with the concierge (Clive) who assisted me to phone for a doctor to visit me in the hospital rooms. The doctor subsequently advised I should attend the hospital immediately for further treatment of what was very high blood pressure. Clive came with me to my room to help me pack and then stored my belongings in the room in case I was admitted and could not return in time for book out. He then helped me with travel arrangements to the hospital and gave me his mobile phone number in case I needed his help again. Clive is a compassionate gentleman and went way beyond any expectation I had and is a credit to your establishment. I would come and visit here again on the basis of this alone!
J. T.
Excellent pick up spot. Never stayed there but if you're picking anyone up from the CBD area around Ann st and Adelaide st, you will know it is impossible to stop and pick someone up due to the buses. This is the best spot to pick someone up
A. S.
The facilities themselves were perfect, however, my security deposit was not returned. The staff stated that I had received a cash return but they didn't provide one. An investigation by the Manager found nothing. I will never stay there again.
D. B.
Great location for our 300 people planning conference. We spent two days in some of the conference rooms. We had some great food and barista support to help it run smoothly.
N. G.
I always enjoy staying at the Pullman Brisbane, comfy beds, fantastic showers, great staff and an excellent location.
T. P.
Fantastic staff. Great exec lounge and beautiful rooms. Bathrooms a tad dated but still not an issue for a traveler
G. R.
Overall I do enjoy staying at the Pullman. One area of concern for you is the concierge. Once again the Pullman has offered me a service of my car being ready for pickup in the morning, once again I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my car after accepting the offer of it being ready. In future I will arrive in the foyer 15 minutes early than I would have and wait. At the time of waiting there was also approx. 5 other people waiting (not saying they had pre-booked). I would recommend you remove this service from the Pullman as clearly you are unable to live up to expectation. I do find it disappointing that management do not take feedback seriously as they have promised in the past that this will be fixed.
M. E.
Had trouble with getting into my room multiple times with the keycard. Found long stands of hair on one of the chairs. But all can be forgiven for the comfort, service and breakfast buffet I enjoyed.
R. R.
I was here on business and found everything to be nice and comfortable. The lounge and restaurant were very good, the service was as well. The location was fantastic, it's the ideal spot for being nearby everything the city has to offer.
G. C.
Not bad rooftop bar. Odd/gross that the men's room has a shower. I guess it's due to being next to the gym but I feel sorry for the cleaners after a Friday or Saturday night. View from the rooftop bar is not bad.
J. P.
It was a very restful and pleasant stay. The room was modern and tastefully decorated. The view of the city was nice and the hotel is so well located to see the sites and go shopping.
o. a.
1.The quality of the room was not upto the standard of the usual Pullman hotels.
a. TV wasn't working properly and the tv screen wasn't clear.
b. Bed was not comfortable
c. Room seemed really old.
2. called room service and restaurant on two different occasions and it rang through with no answer twice. I certainly don't expect that from a "5 star" hotel.
A. 黄. H.
Somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. The room was comfortable. I didn't use the facilities. Conveniently located. No free wifi, so definitely not as good as an IHG hotel, but unfortunately there are no IHG hotels in Brisbane at present.
J. C.
The room was fantastic and the staff were very helpful
L. K.
So disappointed. Woken up at 6.30 am. Hammering and drilling outside our room. We had no notice before or as we checked in of the work going on. We where moved to another room and told it would be quiter only to find that they are outside this room. Way to loud to sleep or even watch a in house movie. First room we checked in to the bathroom mirror had water splashes with toothpaste on it and had to wait over 30mins to get extra towles brought to room after we rang again for them.
M. F.
The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and premium. The room service, particularly creamy tomato soup is fantastic. I always stay here on business.
B.
Good location, room is OK but the bathroom needs an uplift. The showerhead is really short and I have to bend low to wash my hair. I'm 6foot tall.
A. F.
The rooms are very tidy, clean and comfortable. Nice beds too & bedding. Awesome views outside from the room. Feels glamorous staying here we love it.
m. x.
Rooms are comfortable enough, food is good. 4 stars as the wifi provided is relatively slow compared to what im normally used to, and also it periodicaly drops off which interrupts certain internet applications.
A. R.
We had a great time during Christmas. Was well priced and the price for the executive lounge access was affordable. Overall a great stay with the hotel situated central to the city as well.
G. S.
From check in to leaving a very pleasant experience. Room servicing was excellent, valet parking convenient and prompt, enjoyed the bar and dining facilities and all staff were pleasant and helpful.
C. W.
Great place, a lot cleaner than most hotels, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Overall its a great hotel!
S. V. D. R.
1st star for location. Surrounding the hotel are easy accessible transport and food. Korean, Singapore, Vietnam food joints, fast food and even 24hrs Pancakes Manor is available just a 10min walk away. It's about an hour ride from BNE airport as well.
2nd star for hotel room. It's normal to have a 2 beds room but to have 2 basins is extraordinary. iDEAL for sharing a room and no need to share the basin while washing face or brushing teeth. The room is very spacious and clean as well.
3rd star for the overall environment during my stay. Even though the tissue box are not replenished. 2 slippers are provided which is very thoughful for couples staying.
S. B. C.
An excellent hotel with large rooms. Our bathroom featured a double sink and a bath. We had some city views and also overlooked Roma Street station and parkland. The Pullman is located across the road from King George Square bus station and a short walk to Central station.
N. S.
A massive commendation to Donna Smith :-)
I left my prescription glasses on my room service tray last night. I had to leave early for an appointment and when I came back I realised my mistake (I only took my prescription sunglasses with me this morning).
I was frantically trying to track them down. She was the fifth person that I spoke to and moved heaven and earth to get them back to me!!
Thank you Donna for going above and beyond.
A. W.
Huge room with huge comfy bed. Location is awesome. Just in front of a train station and 5mins walk to shopping st. Just tht room is a bit dark. But overall is great.
T. M.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal if you have business or want to play in Brisbane. Free if you are accor members. Thank you Brisbane for an enjoyable experience & the Pull*** for a peaceful place to come back to for rest & rejuvenation.
D. K.
It has been a good place to attend for our work's leadership development course. Function rooms are a good size, good coffee and tea, and very good lunch and dinner.
M. S. (. D.
Although the room was tidy, their willingness to fix an issue was less than helpful. Hammer drills at 11:30pm is unacceptable, especially with no offer to move rooms. PS. I'm the type of guy that gives everyone 5 stars.
N. N. (.
Friendly staff, amenities as expected, including a kettle with tea/coffee. Locatedin the middle of CBD, there is also a public underground parking across the street, much cheaper than in the hotel.
L. S.
Room was ok but dated - needs an upgrade - paint peeling, doors chipped etc. Reception staff were very friendly though which made up for it. The corridor to the room was in a very bad way and smelt bad, cobwebs on the outside of the windows which were also very dirty. The courtyard in the middle of the hotel was barren and very sad looking.
G.
Business stay. Good location. Good Covid control. Comfortable room but shower only warm that was disappointing
S. H.
Centrally located near Kind George Square with easy access to the CBD, buses and trains. The walk to the river down at Eagle Street can be a bit far, but there are lots of coffee shops and retailers along the way. If you walk down Edward Street towards the river you will pass a number of high end shops. The hotel is a little moderate-to-high priced for the services and highlights available nearby, but the hotel offers a good professional service.
w.
We had a lovely function at the Pullman Hotel a couple of weeks ago, food was lovely and so were the staff especially Cory was so professional and did make us all feel special. Would definitely have another function at this hotel.
L. N.
Right in the city centre yet still quiet and peaceful. Rooms were spacious. TV needs to be updated for all free-to-air channels. Staff friendly and helpful.
A. T.
As always when staying at an Accor group hotel, service was excellent. Unfortunately this stay was let down by a king size mattress that was overly soft on the edges when compared to the middle area of the mattress, leading to an uncomfortable nights sleep.
D. D.
Comfort, convenience and great service.
Only fault was the cleaner vacuuming outside of our room early in the morning but I understand that they have a job to do!
J. P.
The hotel was beautiful. Staff lovely and professional. The three star rating was because I was utterly shocked to find out that to park at the hotel overnight is $45 per night!!! WHAT A JOKE.
A. B.
Attended a conference. Place was spotlessly clean and staff friendly and very helpful. Disable facilities are lacking. Only one toilet and on the other side and different floor of the complex to where we were.
P. E.
The location of the Pullman is very central and convenient. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff are wonderfully welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks
M. S.
Great location, has park views. Rooms were modern, and comfortable. Service was friendly and responsive, breakfast was very nice.
A. W.
The restaurant served an incredible meal for 4 of us. Oysters, pork belly, ribeye steak was superb. Love the art exhibit by a young artist, in the restaurant and hotel corridor. It's 3D!
J. H.
Lovely rooms, excellent service, friendly staff. Breakfast was a little disappointing.
D. W.
Great place to hold a party or xmas party
F. L.
Beautiful reception, older but clean rooms. Attached to mecure hotel. A bit confusing to navigate. Decent gym and pool.
Excellent dessert.
j.
Excellent room, friendly staff. Loved the roof top bar. Overall very pleased. I am sure we will be back.
K. A.
Budget toilet paper in a premium hotel. Fit out in room is a little outdated. Good location. No soft close toilet seat
W. K.
Very pleasant, conveniently located near my Brisbane office, Central Station connection to Airport, and
reasonable value. Staff are very professional, bed exceptionally comfortable and room service efficient.
C. P.
Large 15th floor room which was great. Very helpful staff. Included breakfast was lovely. A most enjoyable stay. Thank you
I. 1.
It is a very Nice hotel with beautyful rooms, luxury standard and Great service. The Hotel it self is located in Central Brisbane and is very close to the central station which makes it very easy to get around!
A. O.
A very enjoyable stay, helped by great location, friendly helpful staff and a comfortable bed and pillows. Buffet breakfast was great especially in diversity and quality of choices.
C. I.
I haven't stayed at the Pullman for a long time and I was impressed with the level of service, the decor and whilst it doesn't have all the 'bling' of a five star hotel, it is more than compensated for by friendly staff.
N. S.
Great location. It's near the major shopping centres, parks and landmarks. The rooms are decent size and clean. But they don't have free wifi.
J. T.
I was dropping a friend off for her wedding. Reception staff were lovely, and the Canberra raiders were there so must be a decent place. Lovely carpets.
C. S.
Staff were excellent, just could have used some directions, we we went via the Mercure lifts. The room was wonderful, and the stay was lovely!
J. G.
Good location, friendly staff at the front desk, very clean from the lobby through to the guest rooms. Nice café in the lobby. Good value hotel.
E. J.
Great value for money. Friendly staff and timely service. What's with the one green apple on the coffee table? Why only one when the room is for 2 people? Is it complimentary?
V. M.
Great location. Spacious room.
V.
Spacious room. Room that I got was dimly lit at night with only one ceiling light, no lamps by the sofa or desk and only one bedside lamp. So one side of my room was really dark as the ceiling light was not bright at all.
A. W.
Location and service was excellent. Rooms clean but pricey for the age of them.
The staff are incredible.
B. R.
Really nice rooms and the view was pretty good didn't get to try out the food or the bar they had to offer though
S. M.
Very friendly and professional staff. Room was big and clean. A nice welcoming touch was the water and chocolate in room to recognise my loyalty.
K. D.
Attended a seminar here - excellent facilities, clean and modern with good food and wait staff. Chef prepared a vegetarian meal for me which I greatly appreciated.
Q. B.
Attended a seminar in the function room, which was spacious and clean. The morning tea provided was delicious. The staff were considerate and efficient.
P. V.
All aspects of the stay were of the highest quality, including the professional, friendly staff, the room, the concierge / vehicle staff, and the Executive Lounge for breakfasts and for just getting away.
S. H.
Mike the concierge is an absolute asset to your hotel. Kind, friendly, helpful. He made our quick trip memorable. Will return just to see Mike.
M. A.
Was not advised the pool was not available. Disappointed! Also building next door is quite loud, and disturbing. Otherwise was very nice, great massage spa.
V. S.
Great hotel. Nice clean, roof top pool and well equiped gym. Fantastic buffet breakfast!
K. L.
Friendly staff, Good location. Gym is great. But rooms are 3 stars standard and walls are paper thin
A. F.
I stayed here for the day. Very clean and spacious room with great service from the staff. Central in the city and 20mins from the airport.
A. M.
Comfortable hotel...noise air conditioning in the room but as it is constant it nb is not a problem to sleep. Good convenient location and friendly staff
A. &. C.
Overpriced and over hyped. Refurb on the cheap. Really showing its age. Sound from hallways is loud. Look for something else for the same price, you'll do much better.
S. L.
It says 5star but it's no soffitel. Lovely rooms, wonderful staff. Excellent Accor specialties. I would say 4.5star
S. L.
Went to the Pullman to attend an Uppababy info session. Hoping to get a demo on an accessory but the accessory we wanted wasn't there. Facilities seemed nice enough and they had cold water which was very welcome.
T. G.
Friendly staff, the room was overall very nice. The bathrooms felt old and tired, 5 star hotels need a separate shower
F.
Good location but tired rooms and facilities. They try to charge you for WiFi. It's 2019 Pullman, I get free WiFi at maccas, get with the times.
P. M.
The stay was perfect except for the expensive parking cost of $45 per day for 4 days for a gold member.
I will revert back to my Novotel regular stays just for that reason
P. W.
Its a pity that the rooftop pool is closed for renovation. Plus you may take the wrong lift to another hotel lol.
Big and comfortable bed. Loved it
J. W.
Another great stay, no problems encountered your staff at the front desk couldn't be any more helpful & considering it looked to be a very busy weekend they were wonderful
J. N.
Enjoyed a superior room with enough space to feel comfortable for days. More importantly the location is great. Most importantly the staff are tops!
f. l.
Nice room. But the furniture a bit old. Wifi was good however tv was not working when im there for 2 days
M. S.
nice clean rooms..food in the hotel is Good too if you are lazy to venture out.relatively short walk to the shopping area too.
P. L.
The experience was excellent from check in to check out. I was very impressed with the friendliness and courtesy of staff. The room was comfortable and well appointed.
P. M.
Excellent location and comfortable beds. The roof top bar, Sixteen Antlers, is a great place for a drink after work.
E. W.
Wonderful and friendly staff. From check in to the restaurant staff and house keeping. Room was very comfortable. Highly recommend
J. F.
Rooms are newly renovated. Buffet breakfast was good. Fairly priced. Fantastic location. Would definitely recommend.
B. H.
Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast isn't worth getting up for or even having. Ok if having a continental but not a cooked. Close to station and south bank just over bridge.
M. T.
They staff were amazingly friendly. The room was set up exactly as requested.
Breakfast in the restaurant was not amazing.
D. R.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Our suite was up to date and lives up to its standards. Room service was very fast.
K. L.
Nice rooms. Good location. Had diiner at restaurant. Steak was nice but ask for medium and serve with medium done.
B. L.
The staff are really good - friendly, welcoming and helpful, with the exception of the breakfast maitre d who was a little cold. Breakfast average fare and the executive club room a little disappointing.
P. C.
Offered quick lunch services at reasonable prices. Service very attentive.Lunch menu a bit limited however our choices were tasty. Good outlook at window.
G. S.
Overnight stay for a special occasion. The hotel gave us a lovely complimentary surprise, which made our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you so very much!!
G. N.
For business this is well located and has a good level of comfort for me. The pricing for the restaurant is a little OTT but again the staff here are easygoing and pleasant to deal with.
B. T. S.
Great location with very close proximity to Queen Street mall. Got a very clean and modern room with 2 queen size beds and complimentary drinks and wifi access.
J. A. E.
Great location within Brisbane City, prices reasonable to slightly higher than other hotels. Underground carpark not for 4wds though $40/day parking fee
e. k. c. h.
Rooms are spacious and modern . Except the bathroom still maintain the old design before Pullman hotel group take over the old hotel .
M. H.
Wonderful place. Helpful friendly staff. Lovely spacious clean rooms. Definitely will book again
N. S.
Great service, great rooms however would prefer balcony room as they are great just to relax after work.
but great hotel and staff
W. M.
Great location. Easy checkin - we were even upgraded which was a nice surprised. Would stay there again next time I'm in Brisbane.
A. F.
The Pullman is just off king George Square in the heart of Brisbane city. It has a large restaurant and a downstairs bar and a small roof top bar which overlooks the city. If you have a nice afternoon I high recommend having a drink on the roof top while watching the city workers Beever away below.
S. B.
I enjoyed my stay at the Pullman. It was close to the Mall for shopping and restaurants, the Train Station, and bus services. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean and tidy.
S. T.
Staff went above and beyond to make us feel special on the night of our engagement. Amazing people, and a beautiful hotel.
P. L.
Rooms and styling a bit dated but still nice. Food choice is average. Confusing being 2 hotels but not really.
C. P.
Very nice rooftop bar, great ambiance and a very nice clientele. I had a nice night
S. M.
The reception staff and concierge where super helpful and went out of their way to assist us.
G. Y.
Nothing special about the hotel, felt a little outdated and in need of a renovation. The location is very central which was the best part about my stay
T. Y.
Nice stay. But mineral water $6.00 for 2 bottles. Should give as a complimentary to guest.
C. O.
Thinking of a clean and quiet hotel to lodge, consider Pullman Brisbane.
World class treat.
D. R.
Nice and spacious rooms, good staff, pool was not very warm. Handy location.
B. G. (.
Fantastic rooms and great service! The coffee shop attached to the Mercure side also does great coffee.
s. r.
Great hotel , very well appointed rooms , very friendly and helpful staff and a great atmosphere, rooms are well appointed and roomy with comfy beds
M. N.
Nice, clean and very professional. Highly recommended the rooftop bar 16 Antlers. Great views and atmosphere.
N. B.
Always good to stay here. Particularly at this time... we felt particularly valued.
M. K. (.
Went up to the roof top bar for drinks. Has a great view an atmosphere. Drinks are reasonably priced for the area.
T. G.
Friendly reception staff,
Wonderfuly helpfully event staff,
And the rooms are nice as well...
Definately worth the stay and would stay again
G. S.
Friendly staff. Rooms clean n comfy. WiFi slow n disconnects regularly. Walking distance to shopping street.
M.
Awesome rooms each and every time I stay and the food is amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again...
C. O.
I had requested a higher floor, but was put on the 7th floor on the Roma Street side and the noise of the traffic was awful - no sleep in!! There was also no coffee machine - super disappointed.
K. H.
Great double room with views over the city, bath tub and beautiful breakfast included. Wonderful helpful staff.
C. K.
Hotel and staff excellent - was upgraded and room was fantastic compared to standard suite. Unfortunately location is noisy for sleeping.
P. T.
Nice reception and friendly staff. Where there for a job interview in one of the conference rooms so didn't se much of the hotel.
p. w.
One of those high end hotels still charging for internet access. Absurd.
L. K.
Good location to the shopping area n train stations in Brisbane city. Rooms are ok. Approximately 20 to 30 mins from city.
H. G.
Good hotel with clean rooms. Had issues with the payment as it doubled the amount it held on the card. This happened to a friend of ours before.
M. M.
Staff are amazing very friendly location is great the bed very comfortable everything works perfect thanks Pullman will be back
H.
Excellent hotel, one of the best service staff bases in Brisbane, conferences are run extremely well, Wi-Fi is solid and fast.
A. B.
The hotel room looks nice, good view and very comfortable. Hotel staffs are friendly.
R. A.
I was here just for massage, I like this hotel very clean and staff very kind. If you need mobile massage you can find me from my name
s. H.
I found the location was very centralised and easy to find. The event I attended was in the Oliver room which was set up exceptionally. And the staff were very curtious.
z. b.
It's a great place for a private venue. The staff are very accommodating and willing to help.
I would recommend for you next venue.
T. W.
Fantastic location for a conference. Staff were amazing. Food was great and nothing was too much to ask. Thanks again!
T. L.
Great location. Walking distance to lots of things. Nice clean room. Good breakfast.
B. C.
Very Good location, polite n friendly staff. But the room itself I feel it's very cheap quality...
M. P.
Really nice hotel, great location, right in the heart Brisbane and just a short walk to anything worth seeing it doing.
R. C.
The room was nice overall, bathroom ceiling had water stains. Had to paya fee for Wi-Fi.
C. P.
Great place to stay and the service was very friendly, the only downside was that you have to pay for parking. The parking should be free for guests.!!!!!
D. R.
Christmas lunch was amazing! Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a food coma 😁
K. M.
Lovely food and friendly staff. Beautiful conference rooms too
P. G.
Friendly hotel in a great location. Staff were all helpful, amenities were good and overall a good experience.
B. P.
The new sixteen antlers is a great place to relax on a Friday afternoon after a long week. Nice views of the clock tower as well.
s. s.
For the rates they provide I think the quality of the rooms could be better
G. S.
Great facilities, great rooms, rooftop bar is great to catchup with colleagues, close to fantastic restaurants!
F. C.
Spacious room, quiet with large comfortable beds. A bit old and need to be refreshed to get back to the standard.
B. C.
Stayed 2 nights. Very clean, comfortable and convenient city location. Service and friendliness great.
