J.I never want to leave this place! The beds and pillows are so comfy! I love the set up of the studio room has everything you need & is super stylish! Affordable & location on point! I can't wait to stay again.

Hotel is funky and has lots of character. There is a restaurant call rose room, connected to the hotel for breakfast (Cafe style, not buffet) but cannot be charged back to the room.
My room was right above the pub so faint music can be heard through the windows, but it stops about 1:30am.

K. T.Great hotel - lovely staff, incredible design, all fab amenities. One caveat - take ear plugs. We stayed on a recent Sat night, and there is a club above the hotel and another beside - the music was very loud (even with blackout blinds) until 3am. I had, by chance, packed ear plugs so my sleep was only interrupted by my partner (who didn’t have ear plugs) and his angry turning. He didn’t get to sleep until 3:30am .

My only complaint is the water pressure. It was much better on this trip. A month ago it was a trickle. just enough to get wet. This time not great but much improved.

Michelle who checked me in was one of the most charismatic, warm and open people I have ever met, and made my experience one of the best I have had. The Constance is dripping with incredible art, clean and well thought out room, comfortable and seriously funky. Cannot recommend this experience enough. Great location in fortitude valley. Do yourself a favour and check this place out
F. P.I’ve had one of the most memorable stayz ever, as soon as I walked in the greeting by Kayla was incredible. Kayla is the most warm hearted person I’ve ever met. After a very long morning and week Kayla put a big smile on my face with being so helpful, lighting my room up, leaving me card with words that brightened my day. Going to extents that no hotel or person would. Kayla is an absolute asset to the hotel as well as all other staff that have made my stay so enjoyable.
The hotel itself is incredible, location, decor and cleanliness is outstanding.
Considering staying here is a must.
I was here all week in brizzy at a 5 star hotel and chose to move to be closer to the hospital. This was the best decision I could have made.

J. E. (.This is an EPIC hotel. Very funky, place for art lovers and design. However, our bathroom had a semi clear screen to the shower which faced the bed. As well as the door to the bathroom was clear. We found it awesome, but staying with friends or family may want more privacy.
Staff were also lovely, and had great taste in music making the front desk comfortable and lively unlike some dull music playing receptions.

Take a stroll around the floors, they feature different and beautiful art, also the shared balcony on level 4 is a lovely place to have a few drinks and meet fellow neighbours.
Unfortunately the downstairs restaurant was closed but the hotel is situated in a place where it’s a short walk to tonnes of restaurants, bars and a convenience store across the road.
The bed was a little uncomfortable and the room isn’t the biggest but I would definitely stay here again 😊

Bed was super comfortable and felt like memory mattress. Rooms are also clean and modern. Recommend this hotel if you stay in the valley. Also only 4 mitunes from the train station.
J. K.The staff were lovely. Unfortunately I could hear music from nearby pubs etc for the duration of my stay. I was Also a little miffed that the bed lights weren't connected and the alarm clock was unplugged. I had to google how to set the time on it so set the time and an alarm. When I came back from work it had been unplugged again. Pretty annoying. Otherwise the place was nice. Not that I'm any expert or have the right to judge.

B. C.Very funky Valley accommodation with a lovely cafe downstairs. They do great coffee and awesome breakfasts. They have a Rooftop bar & DJ (a tad expensive for food and drinks though...) We couldn't even hear it from our room later in the night which was good! Rooms are small but all you need for a quick city stay. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

E. O.First time staying here & will definately be back. Booked the king room with the outdoor spa and it was excellent. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and relaxed so it was a great feeling straight off. Great location with walking distance to all pubs, bars & restaurants etc. auto blinds, double glass doors so you can't hear the noise outside, rain shower - just loved it! Outdoor spa and area was brilliant too, could have definitely stayed longer.
One thing though - as soon as we walked into the room it smelt of cigarettes so guessing the precious people had had a few and the room need to be aired out more etc.

C. B.Good hotel located centrally in Fortitude Valley. I reckon this is one of the best places to stay if you're interested in street art, since the hotel itself is almost like a gallery.
Efficient check-in and -out, clean rooms, and parking is good and cheap, especially by Brisbane-standard.
Only downside is that the rooms are relatively small, and doesn't fully compare to the style of the rest of the hotel.

J. M.Brilliant hotel close to everything in fortitude valley! Absolutely recommend this place for business or pleasure! The artwork and colour schemes are beautiful to look at! They have a rooftop bar that is quite large with plenty of retro aspects. They also have an eatery in the ground that serves great coffee! There is a gym and a library/conference Centre. You won't be disappointed by the service or facilities!

L. S.The service was excellent, all the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Every request we had, they did their best fulfill. Our room was recently sized and had pretty much everything we needed. My only criticism is that the bathroom door is just a glass panel that is a. see-through, and b. doesn't seal out any sound or smell. Now maybe some couples are fine with that, but my partner and I definitely value our toilet privacy and certainly don't want to subject each other to the sounds and smells of the bathroom. I would rethink the bathroom situation, but everything else was lovely.

S. L.This hotel was the highlight of our visit to Australia. We arrived to the hotel, which is in a trendy neighborhood in Fortitude, and were surprised by the atmosphere which is a mix of street art with nuvo design. The staff greeted us and since it was our honeymoon not only they were so kind that they were able to upgrade our room, and provide us with a spa kit, which made the experience of our stay in Brisbane unforgettable in a hotel that not only has a great atmosphere but also the staff is impeccable. If you are in the city, this hotel is a must.
*P.S. The bathtub is amazing and you can spend a night relaxing in the middle of the city
T. M.Brilliant art all over the hotel. Its team is really professional with a smiling kindness. The cleanliness of the room was well kept. Within walking distance to the downtown market. Just the shower is complicated enough. The hotel is close to all shops. The cleanliness of the hotel was great.
G. W.Great art hotel in the Valley; excellent for young people or professionals who intend to spend most of their time out. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to help and accommodate requests. Amenities are basic (no kitchen/kitchenette, chiller instead of fridge in our room) so you will need to eat out. Location is very good; walking distance to the centre of the Valley and Newstead so great dining/coffee options are readily available close by. Atmosphere is inspired - each floor's artwork and theme is designed by a different artist, really tying into its location. We stayed 9 nights beginning of July 2019 with two adults and one 15mnth old. Struggled a bit without the kitchen and the noise from local clubs, but I don't think we are their normal target demographic. I would still definitely recommend to young people, professionals, and people looking to be close to the heart of Brisbane.
J. G.Hotel has a really nice feel. All of the staff were super-friendly and the location is really handy. Restaurant is good, nice library, terrific wifi and entertainment hub in the rooms. 4 Stars as there's a bit of noise at night from nearby bars; (it didn't bother me much but I can see how some would have an issue with it) and the room was a little smaller than expected for a king.

B. W.My Daughter and I have just enjoyed an overnight stay at Tryp. We just loved it. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were so funky with all the graffiti artwork. Archie's Restaurant provided us with Amaretto Sour Cocktails and a delicious breakfast (not at the same time HA!) I would definitely love to come back.

J. H.I Stayed here with my wife over the weekend. Staff was very friendly, nice and took the time to show us to our room and point out the history and the room amenities. The hotel was very clean and had a unique artistic feature. The room we had was up to date with smart tv's and free wifi. The bed was very comfortable unlike a lot of the other hotels we have stayed at. Only a few blocks from James Street and McWhirters shops.
The restaurant attached to the hotel is really good, I highly recommend the brisket. .

P.Great location close to cafes, pubs/clubs etc. Lovely staff and the building is very cool and rooms are very nicely furnished - swanky touches like blue backlighting accents in the room and original building artwork visible from the window made it feel very premium. Rooms are on the smaller side so best for short stays only. Other than that I enjoyed my 12 day stay, however I'd recommend sorting another place to have your car - there's a $25/day fee, and as it is garage parking of a neighbouring building, a staff member has to let you in and out which got a bit tiresom.
T. M.The street art is awesome and the room was really well appointed. We arrived early from our cruise and the staff was more than accommodating. Clean and just up the road from The Met. We love the funky bright feel and that they have embraced what is unique about the valley.

T. L.Good position, and we'll sound insulated from outside nose, but inside noise is another matter. Rims are quite small, unless you're lucky enough to get one of the few street front rooms. Off site car parking is also interesting, because access is via staff at front desk. Needs a better system, because there is no disount for the inconvenience of having to park the car, go to reception, wait for them to go and open garage door and move 4th he car parked behind you. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.

So staying with a mate in the room involved coordinating shower times so the other wouldnt accidentally get a rude show haha.... still a 10/10 experience

P. R. R.TRYP is a fantastic place to stay. Close to shops, public transport, and entertainment venues, this is where to be when wanting to have a few nights out on the town. The facilities were top notch. The rooms are sound-proofed to the point where it is a shock to the system when first stepping outside. I would wholeheartedly stay at TRYP again!

Nearby pizza and Osbourn Hotel for dinner breakfast around corner to James Street about 6 minute walk.

A. L.If the location doesn't entice you, the street art should. Each corner is covered in some interesting form of art, and the piece de resistance is definitely the library. With a metal library and colour coordinated books, it is an OCD person's dream come true. It can be a bit noisy in the halls, but the rooms are spacious and well maintained. Overall a pleasant experience in an interesting part of town.

Lovely handwritten note with 2 Chupa Chups on our bed :) Love the art and bright colours. Functional room with all we needed for a one night stay in the city. Couldn’t find fault with anything. Will be back. Sofi (staff member) was lovely. Chur Burger next door = yum! Roof top bar “Up on Constance” next door / up from Chur provided great views. Gave me inspiration to book my next birthday or function here.

K.Very nice hotel with awesome street art throughout (we've been told that originally it was an abandoned building site where local street artists practiced, and when hotel owners bought it, the decision was made to leave most of the artwork and add some more). The hotel is located few minutes walk from a train station. Rooms are really nice, smallish, but with everything you need. Exceptionally clean. Rooms have WiFi and you can operate TV on the wall as a screen and search internet. Nice hand written note greeted us on arrival. I particularly liked double windows with blinds in the middle - it stops all the outside noise and also blocks the light 100%, so great for a bit of sleep in :) it also has a gym on the top floor, which we used. It was nice to start a day with a bit of a workout. Check-in is at 2 pm (I think, from memory), so try to get there at about this time - we arrived quite a bit earlier and walked the surrounding area, which is nice anyways as it has lots of boutiques and small trendy cafes. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this unique and different hotel!

The facilities in the room needless to say, the smart TV can go online and watch various programs, and the refrigerator is full of various Beverages, beds and air-conditioning are also quite comfortable, and the streets are full of street art design, especially the old buildings are remodeled, quite like, and fit the feeling of Fortitude Valley.
The only shortcoming is that the glass before the shower and the bed is transparent and translucent, so there is almost no privacy in the shower or on the toilet. If it is a close lover, it doesn't matter, but if you only love, you may not want the other half. See you go to the toilet... Free unlimited wifi can only be said to be available, but compared to the local 4G high-speed mobile network, you can only say a thousand miles, but thank you for providing the service.
