Highly recommend. As for Rm204b: Really clean everywhere. Good mattress with great linen. Clean cutlery, plates and glasses. AirCon is excellent. Fantastic bathroom and quality products. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money and better than some that cost far more. In short, very happy!

M. J.Place was spotless with everything you need. Staff super friendly and accomodating. Cross the road and you find yourself in a huge shopping Center. Hotel is conveniently located with cafes and restaurants the walking distance. The last two photos are night view from our room.

J.Walking into our suit was an experience like no other. Every cupboard and draw within was open, the couch cushions, both seat and decorative were on the floor. It looked like it had been ransacked but perhaps the cleaners had forgotten to put everything back together after they cleaned.
Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.
We paid to park onsite, beware if you have a large vehicle as the entrance/exit is steep and narrow. It looks like many have scraped the wall on the way out.

S. I.Great little hotel in a fantastic location. We got a two bedroom apartment. Everything in the room is clean and kept nice. The mall, cafes and shops are all walking distance. The only problem was parking. The underground hotel carpark entrance has a steep and narrow ramp not suitable for a SUV. I had to make at least 5 attempts to turn back and forth to come out of the carpark and lucky not to scratch my car. I didn't go back in that carpark afterwards. Found parking City centre rooftop parking at $14 a day which was a bit inconvenient as its a 10min walk from the hotel.

T.Oh my god. What more can I say? This hotel definitely lived up to its expectation plus more. My father and I stayed here 1 night in a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor and we were both very impressed.
I think the only reason it didn't receive 5 stars is due to the price and also the amount of homeless people who sleep near the entrances

H. D.We had booked a four night stay at this venue, thinking that it was a reasonable price. Then I was alerted to parking problems so rang the hotel to confirm. I was told "plenty of on-street or nearby parking - or $25 per night at the hotel". As seniors, there's no way we wanted to be dragging luggage in from the street, so cancelled the booking. This parking charge needs to be clearly spelled out on their website and on booking outlets.
A. C.New hotel, room was clean and new, good amenities, espresso machine and all.
Prices were low, quality was high.
And the location right on the city walk is just perfect.
Parking, however, is a disaster. No parking for the hotel, you need to park at the Canberra Centre, pay them separately and walk between the two places.
Shame, I really wanted to give them 5 stars.
H. E. G.Stay for 4 nights. Nice place. Facilities are very good. But not impressed with people who working there actually. Not helpful at all. One day ask for the room service guy for empty the bins he didn’t even talk to me. I forgot my charger when i was checking out then call for reception for check it that guy didn’t even call me back and give me any feedback. Very poor hospitality service ever. All these 3 stars for the quality of the Aprtment. For service 0 stars.
C.Very comfortable, good service (don't expect cleaning during COVID), and good facilities. Close to shopping and restaurants but you will have to book parking or expect to pay $14 per day on a secure rooftop with no weather protection quite a long walk from the hotel. The 5 minute parking for book in or out is difficult to access and most often not available.
C. M.Had a good stay for 2 nights i was there with my girlfriend, brother and his girlfriend. The rooms were really nice unfortunately the wifi kept cutting out had to keep logging back in all the time. The parking was really tight as i ended up scratching my car on the way out from the basement car park. Really good heating in one room the other room was up and down with heating. Overall would stay there again

T. N.The receptionist, Fahad was exceptional. I was up in Canberra for my partner's work and on our second visit I had arrived a couple hours before check in and had to wait by myself because my partner had to go to work. After a while I went to ask if Fahad could let me know if the room was ready earlier than check in time however he was already on it. Very efficient and considerate of him, he made our stay extremely pleasant both visits.
I called today to request for the same room and early check in tomorrow as were coming back for work. To my surprise Fahad had already done this, this man deserves a promotion.

M. S.Great hotel, stylish new rooms, good size rooms, clean, good kitchen facilities and close to shops and restaurants. Good sized TV mounted centrally on the wall directly opposite the bed, not off to one side. No smell, just clean, fresh air. Friendly staff at checkin and a real pleasure to stay at. Highly recommended for work trips or leisure.
A. S.Being right in the heart of the city it was easy to walk everywhere I needed to go for business. A variety of restaurants were within easy walking distance for dinner. Coles and Aldi were just around the corner for the rest!
The room was very clean, and the wireless was good! I did find that the mattress was _extremely_ firm, which isn't my ideal, but that's entirely personal preference and not a reflection on the hotel at all. The rooms are really nice and the balcony helped to give the feeling of more space. (Don't book a room with a balcony if you're expecting a nice view, unless you're super tall you wont see over the wall)

V. A. N.Ultra new service apt in literally the heart of Canberra. It is near the mall, food, and culture loop bus. The area is very very safe. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would come back here when return to Canberra. Superb!!
S. H.First stay here and will definitely be returning on next trip to Canberra. Our 1-bed apartment was clean and well designed/laid out. Friendly service from all staff we met. Great location with front entrance to drive up to on Akuna St. Walking out the side/back entrance you step out onto the pedestrianised City Walk, with all the big shops in the Canberra Centre like Myer, DJs and hundreds of others all a safe 30 seconds walk away. Very central location so a 10 min drive takes you to the absolutely brilliant National Art Gallery or to Parliament House, the Museum etc. Limited car parking underneath so best to pre-book a space, $20.
W.Very clean and modern. Across from a Major Shopping center. Parking $20 per day on site, but we used metered street parking at the back entrance and it was fine for us. Would happily stay there again.

J. R. N. M.Is quite easy to walk because is the centre West Canberra if you travel by train the taxi cost only $22.00 to$ 25.00 also is near the commonwealth Park walking from the apartment's only 10 minutes and enjoying the spring. Or summer.
