Not far from anywhere and great access to Litchfield and Kakadu National Parks, Berry Springs swimming hole close by along with the Wildlife Park
Stayed there as a couple for a week, Owner has recently taken over the park after lease expired with a lot of care being taken to make sure we were comfortable. Amenities were all good, nice clean park with plenty of shade. Owner Ray was a pleasure to deal with and offered friendly advice and knowledge on the local tourist spots.
Would definitely stay again
J. J.Caravan park with cabins, salt water pool, bbqs and coin laundry. Clean amenities blocks and tidy grounds. Quiet clientelle, and the park has a policy of quiet after 10pm, although traffic noise audible at all times from the nearby Stuart highway, inaudible while wearing earplugs (or from inside a caravan I guess). All sites have power and water. Some sites are shaded, some not, most sites are dirt pack but not grass. No specific grassed areas for tents, just multi-use sites, although the gardens themselves are lush and green. Peak rate for a site is $40 p/n which is steep for only one tent but that seems to be the going rate around the top end over winter. The staff in the office are kindly and were very happy for me to look around before deciding to stay. Despite some drawbacks, this caravan park is as good as any in the Darwin area, and much better than some.

G. D.Great park when visiting Darwin. Most reasonably priced in town. 25 minutes to town. Nice pool. Friendly owner, next to pub and small shop, 1 km to large shopping centre, Coolalinga Central. Only downside is traffic noise.
