T. M.Still here until Friday have just put new furniture in. If you need anything they are on it right away it is excellent. I'm on the top floor and am over looking the school which you can not hear at all. And got great views of the tree tops looks fabulous.
P. S.Highly recommended Rooms clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Building and surrounds well maintained. Enjoyed the stay.
L.It was adequate. The bed was comfortable. The sheets clean. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with most of what you would need including containers for left overs (no oil though). The bathroom was clean. The shower leaked a little, but only onto the bathroom floor. This hotel used to be the Quest. The markets across the road on Saturday was great. Uber trips around town are cheap.
S. M.Amazing staff. They’re so friendly and helpful. We recently stayed but had to cut our journey short to escape the border closure. In the haste, I left my precious jewellery box in the drawer of bedside table. When I finally remembered where I left it and enquired them, their response was immediate despite the fact that It’s been almost a month since we left the apartment. They kept my jewellery box and some other bits and pieces we left behind and kindly sent them over to us.
I highly value their honest and warm customer service. The room had everything we wanted, clean and cozy. Convenient location for shopping and stroll to the beach but very quiet and relaxing.
It was such a pleasure to have met such friendly people in our short and unique journey under lockdown. We have no regrets staying there during Darwin’s first lockdown.
We’d definitely go back there when Covid situation settled.
