D. V.Being at this hotel for many months if I could give it 100/10 I would. Eric really has one of the best hotel team I have seen. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure the stay was comfortable for being there for over 5 months. …
R. C.Clean and comfortable rooms. Room service non existent. You get served from one of 2 restaurants. Service average. This hotel appears to be very short staffed. The staff are most accommodating but seem to be working under stressful circumstances. That is a fault I place entirely with the management. They definitely need to to spend more time on the front line.
Orders are placed through reception. When we arrived there was only one person on duty, yet she was expected to place the room service orders through to the restaurant as well as doing her check in duties. Food was way below average. Ordered a beer but the bottle arrived unopened, and there was no bottle opener in the room. Food supplied in polystyrene boxes with plastic cutlery. I'll give a one out of 10 for that.
S.OK, so not a place I would have chosen, but when your flight is delayed its any port in a storm. Check in was slow, but to be fair a couple of hundred people arriving at less than 4 hours notice is always going to put a strain on things. Room was superficially clean, but some unpleasant looking stains on the carpet. Aircon good, and shower was also good.
Nearby Chinese restaurant was noisy, but food was good.
Not on my list of favourite hotels, but adequate in the circumstances.

W. M.It’s a very nice, clean hotel, and good if you need to be close to the airport. With easy access to the Mercure and their facilities. Also, the Chinese restaurant is good, and very popular. Plus the pool was good, but a bit cold at this time of year for me. I’d recommend this hotel.
P. N.Clean and comfortable rooms, 6 minutes walk from terminal building. Breakfast is available across the room at the Mercure Hotel. Great room with balcony.
D. A.room was good and clean,unfortunately they don’t provide toothpaste, which i dont mind to buy in their shop at the lobby, but their shop is run out of toothpaste as well, need to walk outside to mercure to get toothpaste, just a small thing but make it inconvenient

N. F.Arrived on the first day of snap lockdown so we saw lots of the inside of the hotel room! Short walk from the airport terminal. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the room service food was delicious and plentiful. Great place to layover when flying in or out very late.
S. N.Great Customer service provided by Grace at the reception desk! Friendly, welcoming, polite and helpful. Also I met two housekeeping ladies who were also very friendly and welcoming.
The room was very clean and well presented with all the amenities you would expect, including bar fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, iron and board.
The bathroom was spacious with a shower size for 2 people.
There was a small balcony although quite hot due to facing the sun.
My room had two double beds and a large TV.
There is a small shop in the lobby offering drinks, snacks and icecreams.
There is a also a Gym room with an extensive range of equipment including walkers, weights etc.
The pool is located to the right side and also extends the dining area for the Loong Fong Restaurant.
The food is delicious with a good variety on offer.
A bus shuttle service is available for FREE to and from the Airport.
Wheelchair access ♿ and parking is available.
I highly recommend you stay at Novotel as staff are friendly and it's value for money.

P. R.7 minutes walk from the arrival terminal, at 0100 in the morning the air conditioning was a welcome relief. The lovely Johanna was friendly and excellent at making me feel welcome while quickly and efficiently getting me checked in and up to my room. You can go next door to the Mercure and charge meals from the restaurant back to your room. They room was clean, quiet and air conditioned, just what I needed at that time of the day.

It was a pleasant stay. as being Accor plus member, I had free drinks and discount of food order in Mercure Darwin airport, which is opposite to Novotel Darwin airport ( just cross the road, very easy). strongly recommend for all the airport transfer guests, only 5 mins walking ( free shuttle is also available at hotel) . But I prefer walking. LOL
D. N.Extremly close to Airport, Rooms are of good size and bed was soft enough to sleep on.. On checking the older lady behind the reception desk appeared to be over whelmed despite no being there at time of checkin.. her customer service was below average and i found that when i spoke to her she abrupt but co operative. The rest of the staff were extremly helpful especially the young Irish lady who always had a hello and a smile. Would I stay here again, if I need to yes the price point was good but if you were like me who slept through day and worked nights dont get a room close to lifts and the cleaners as constant door banging all day.

It's just missing a few things that regular hotels have- plates, bowls and cutlery (they only have mugs, a kettle and tea supplies) and a tissue box. These things would have made it feel less 'empty' and a better experience.

Only real gripe is the WiFi - every time my colleagues and I check in, it seems that the room keyed WiFi logins don't want to work. This is usually easily solved by requesting a voucher code from the front desk but it is a bit annoying.
2.Only have ever stayed here briefly for a night travelling on the way to work. Rooms are ok always clean, the restaurant in the hotel is good havent had a bad meal yet (although i tend to get the same few things every time) Has a pool but never been there early enough or long enough to use it and the bar thats there looks ok. There is a resort across the road which also has a pool which is nicer and a bar / restaurant which again is good.
C. H.Amazing location with Shopping center and restaurants located in the vicinity. Management nice, friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth the price for what you pay. Air-Conditoned rooms, Free Wi-Fi, Outdoor Pool, Gym, Bar and other helpful amenities. Great place for a family holiday or business meetings.

B.Really close to the airport, which is handy, gym is fairly well equipped and clean, the pool was really relaxing to hang out at. Buffet breakfast was next door at the Mecure hotel, which was pretty good. Staff were really helpful and gave me a ride in the airport shuttle bus to an appointment at a nearby location, which was really good!

A. L.Nice room. Would be better if the rooms had one big light which is controlled by one switch rather than 10 small lights which are individually controlled by 10 switches (which makes it a pain when you want to turn them all on or off). The milk in the fridge was nice and the rooms were clean.

f.There's an identify crisis with their hotel naming. First check your reservation before the friendly receptionist asks you to walk 10 minutes up the road in the Darwin heat to the other Darwin Airport Hotel. Other than that, it's a nice hotel.

S."Jetlag" Checkout bis 17 Uhr mitgebucht, da erst um halb zwei Uhr nachts angekommen. Bei unserem früheren Checkout am nächsten Nachmittag gegen zwei Uhr wurde dann weniger berechnet - fand ich sehr entgegenkommend. Der Flughafen-Shuttle zum Hotel war prima. Nur die WLAN-Nutzung sollte frei sein und nicht 10 $ extra kosten.

Gutes Hotel und wirklich direkt am Flughafen, d.h. man kann mit den Koffern gut hinlaufen. Gute Bar und chinesisches Lokal im Haus, Pool und Gym auch gut, Münzwaschmaschinen und Trockner gibt es auch: wirklich alles da und für frühen Flug sehr zu empfehlen, da auch preislich interessant.

凌晨到达按照标牌很容易找到，大约5-7分钟路程，据说也有班车但是好像没必要体验。
居然有个小阳台，但是外面有车有马路还有飞机起落还是不适合打开。 …
J.Door een vluchtwijziging kwamen we pas vroeg in de ochtend aan op de luchthaven. Wij konden nu eerst ons ontbijt genieten, om 6:30 al, en daarna nog heerlijk slapen tot 12:00 check out.

Saknade duschmöjligheter efter att ha varit utcheckad tidigt och legat vid poolen till det var dags att åka till flyget. Jag kunde bara tvätta mig med handduk, inte duscha håret. Detta var ett minus för hotellet
