R. B.Very secure compound if your riding a Motorbike (as I was). The cabins are great and the air conditioner was already on 👍. I usually stay at the discovery parks down the road but for the price honestly here is much better a lot more secure and pool is better. This will be my go to park from now on.
J. D.We had a great stay here for a week and a half. We started in the self contained cottages then moved to the cheaper rooms for the second half of our stay. The amenities are very well maintained on the grounds and the housekeepers do an amazing job everyday. I was very pleasantly surprised, it is an amazing price for what you get. We would BBQ our dinners by the pool every evening. The staff... What can I say? They were always willing to help, have a good sense of humor and are just overall very pleasant people. Very laid back place you can tell. The location of course isn't the easiest if you're too lazy, and sometimes you hear the airplanes, but who cares?... Seriously, I would definitely recommend this place.
S. C.We had a lovely 1 night stay here and felt really at home. Comfy simple rooms with good aircon and noise reduction. Reception was super helpful, polite and accomodating. Extremely clean grounds, nice pool area with shaded section over pool and cute water feature. Meals at the restaurant are hearty and big portioned though not quite to my taste.
M. C.The leprechaun resort has the most lovely facilities. A refreshing pool, beautiful rooms over looking well maintained gardens. We also had such a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. Perfect for a quick get away or business trip.
L. G.I found the Leprechaun Resort to be a weird conundrum. On one hand, the rooms themselves were old and quite obviously once a youth hostel (as a plaque on the wall declares). The U-bend of the upstairs toilets pokes through the ceiling of the bathroom below. Everything looks like it hasn't been renovated since the seventies. BUT. They were as clean as could possibly be, the housekeepers clearly work very hard and diligently. The array of complementary tiny toiletries were as carefully laid out and beautifully presented as at any five star hotel, and looked like high quality products. The customer service was exemplary from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The attached restaurant was another pleasant surprise, with fantastic food that was of a reasonable price. We noticed a lot of locals coming in for dinner too, which is a good sign. A very pleasant stay all round!

Y. P.We originally booked 1 night as we work in caravan Park and know that web sites are not always what you get. This places is so much better than the web site stats,so we booked another 2 nights, staff from reception, maintenance and cleaners all friendly, clean Park and cabins. Once we finished our travels to Kakadu, Edith falls, Kathrine, Adelaide River we came back to leprechaun and was treated like old friends. Highly recommended to any one. M. L.This place is amazing! I absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed in a deluxe cottage and it was really lovely. I asked for a corner cottage that was quiet and the staff did not disappoint. The cottage was very clean, modern and functional. The resort facilities are great. The location was perfect for me- very central to everything. The staff are lovely. Only downside was the free wifi internet that was included with the accommodation was really, really slow to the point of not working, so I had to use my phone the entire time. Also the site that I booked this accommodation on listed that the resort has Foxtel/Cable TV but they don't. I would have loved to have had cable TV and would have paid extra if the option was available. All in all, it was a great holiday. I would love to stay here again.
D. K. (.Went to the restaurant for mothers day. Was really nice. Place looked clean, food was great. Tables and seating were comfy. I didn't do anything in the actual hotel part though so I have no words on that.
M. M.The Leprechaun Resort was a great venue to host an event. Great large indoor and outdoor space. Highly recommend this venue for functions and workshops. Coffee was lovely served in an enormous cup (mug size) which is 2 x times a mug size.
B. T.I stay all over the world , normally in 5 star hotels. I was stunned at the quality of the rooms, service, food and ambivalence of this resort own by an indigenous corporation.
Reception check-in worthy of any 5 star. Ditto for the quality of the food and the spa package provided at the beginning of the stay. Every staff member , from the chef to the room cleaners was polite with a genuine interest in ensuring the best stay possible.
I stayed four nights . I ould suggest taking the corners if you dont like noise . However the internet is not strong so have mobile hotspot as back up.
The motel is entering a quiet time as the warmer weather hits.
In the flight path but only heard maximum of three planes per day.
Coles Express next door for all the incidentals.
A.Avoid the older 2 story motel rooms along the main road, you won't get any sleep from the local people sounding very drunk and arguing loudly at the bus stop. The old style window rattler airconditioning units fitted to these motel style units don't help much either. Cabins at the rear are much nicer. Staff are polite.
D. H..The hotel is far from the city (15 aud taxi ride) the hotel is old but well maintained. The rooms are small and the ones by the road are loud from all the traffic. the restaurant is closed. The hotel makes up for a lot by the staff. Winda the receptionist was great very helpful. On a budget this is a good place, looking for upscale go elsewhere. It is close to airport and the Crocodylus Park.

S. L.(Translated) It was a dream, the staff super friendly, the rooms always clean and the grounds were well maintained. The food in the restaurant was delicious, but a bit expensive. The one pool was rather simple, but the other was really nice with artificial waterfall, lying and cooking possibilities. There was a huge chess field with big figures. The bus stop was right outside the door and if you needed something urgently there was a gas station and a small supermarket nearby.
The airport was also only 10 minutes away by car.

Es war ein Traum, die Mitarbeiter super freundlich, die Zimmer immer sauber und das Gelände 1a gepflegt. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker, aber ein wenig teuer. Der eine Pool war eher schlicht, aber der andere war richtig schön mit künstlichem Wasserfall, liegen und Koch möglichkeiten. Es gab ein riesen Schachfeld mit großen Figuren. Die Busshaltestelle war direkt vor der Tür und wenn man dringend was brauchte gab es eine Tankstelle und einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe.
Der Flughafen war auch nur 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Although still located directly on the Stuart Highway, neither the airport nor the road can be heard acoustically on the premises. I had a "Luxury Cottage" and loved it. Large room, park directly in front of the bungalow. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Kitchen available. Small, very nice pool in the middle of the resort with the next well-maintained barbecue areas.
Not only because of the proximity to the airport, but also to excursions in the area perfectly located.

Ich habe im Leprechaun Resort übernachtet, weil es nur ca. 15 Minuten vom internationale Flughafen Darwin entfernt ist (Achtung: noch etwas näher liegt ein Militärflughafen, das Navi hat mich zuerst dorthin geführt, weil ich einfach "Airport" eingegeben habe... 😉
Obwohl zudem noch direkt am Stuart Highway gelegen, ist auf dem Gelände weder der Flughafen noch die Straße akustisch zu vernehmen. Ich hatte ein "Luxury Cottage" und war total begeistert. Großes Zimmer, parken direkt vor dem Bungalow. Alles war extrem sauber und gepflegt. Küche vorhanden. Kleiner, sehr schöner Pool in der Mitte des Resorts mit den daneben gelegenen ebenfalls top gepflegten Grillplätzen.
Nicht nur wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen, sondern auch zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung perfekt gelegen.
