J. M.Situated in the historic Battery Point district, this apartment is minutes from the Constitution Dock area bars and restaurants. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with comfortable bed, large, well equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches like a nespresso machine, bins in every room, plenty of pillows, access to power outlets etc. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here!
J. M.Excellent location to downtown. Beds were so comfortable and the owner was always willing to answer any questions. Hint: if you stay there hire the owner for a drive to the airport in his fancy car it's cheaper then a cab or uber.
L. C.Access to the carpark is not obvious, but OK once you know where it is. The laneway is a bit narrow, but OK for small & medium cars. The apartment is clean, with well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Overall its quite comfortable. Sandy Bay Road is just outside but road noise is not noticeable.

F.Bec was so understanding after we canceled due to nsw floods then rebooked then our flights changed date , each call Bec was helpful and calm , our apartment was just wonderful , quiet and very well appointed located 200 meters from restaurants markets and a wonderful bakery up the road , We will return to Portsea and stay longer next time .
