J. O.Good location, but rooms are a little dated. Because of the location, outside each room at night is a big bright ornagw light. They need to put black out curtains in the rooms or kill the lights. Probably better places to stay for the cost.
G. M.Lovely place to stay. Modern, very clean and well decorated in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to town (or more accurately a good walk to digest some food!).
Gareth was super friendly and accommodating to any requests.
Supermarket across the road, bottle shop downstairs, comfy beds and a fabulous shower.
Highly recommended.

S. H.Lovely and clean, comfortable rooms. Datef building but you're not there for architecture. (Its a converted old school mallbut done very nicely) Nice and quiet with Bric walls between rooms. Secure areas and easy access carpark.
Bottle store on site and plenty of great eateries within short walk (Solo and MeWah are great)
Could do with telly upgrade for Netflix/Stan or Foxtel but a decent place to stay and would love to go back.
R. B.Clean, central to shops, modern newly-renovated King apartment, plenty of off-street parking, kitchenette, comfortable and quiet, given it was Christmas and NYE holidays. Downstairs there’s a fabulous bottle shop if you like craft beers.

L. S.Most rooms open onto an internal courtyard. As they are converted shopfronts there are full length windows, so no privacy at all if you open the curtains, which is the only way to get some natural light into the room. We found this depressing. We requested to be moved to a room with an external facing window as we were staying for some time. These rooms are lighter and much nicer. Watch out if booking over a holiday period as they can double or triple the daily rate. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean if a bit dated in decor.

P. R.Very nice hotel opposite Melbourne cricket stadium, just across the road to Jolimont Metro station on a direct line to Southern Cross Rail, Coach, and Skybus station. Nice room, clean, comfortable, with TV, wi-fi, tea/coffee making, and additional wine, water, crisps, sweets in mini bar (chargeable). Fairly standard city hotel, with a pleasant downstairs bar and eating area - I had a nice burger and beer on my arrival evening. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights and we're pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. We had a fridge, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
T. R.Great time. We spend three nights and will go back. The location is very good for families, good parking and we were really delighted with the service. The guest laundry is free and the staff actually folded and returned our clothes to our room. There are at least three wifi base stations giving free coverage in the rooms. Good TV. Quiet.

N. L.Room is clean but the aircon unit has a smelly smell when power is on. Whole room is a bit stuffy as no windows as these rooms used to be shops.
Luckily I brought along my stain remover to eliminate the smell throughout the room.
There provide the usual amenities (shampoo, body soap, conditioner), microwave, toaster, plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery, fridge.
No safety box.
Outside the compound, there are restaurants, winery shop, supermarket, and a 24hr mcdonalds opposite the road.
M.Great motel with friendly staff. I was really suprised with the room size, it's a lot bigger than most motels. In addition to that the room, beds and pillows are great and clean. I have a black light which I use especially on the pillow case and bed and it was spotless! The location is great as there is a lot of restaurants nearby. Not only that there is coles (which open till midnight) and woolies close by so you can stop by get some supplies or ready microwave able food that you can heat up because there is a microwave in the room. So overall I had a really good experience here. Highly recommended!
C. I.Brilliant secluded place in the middle of a lot of things. A thing to note is, you'll have a lot of foot traffic outside your door as your front opens up to the mall. If that doesn't bother you, there's decent parking, Coles next door, as well as a lot of restaurants and cafes all around.

C.My memories of this accomodation are not very good, on our last night there the fire alarm went off at 2.45 in the morning, we had to evacuate and were all standing around outside in the cold for at least half an hour before the fire brigade came. When we checked out that day nothing was said, no apology or explanation, which we thought was a bit poor.

V. S.(Translated) The location of the motel is very well located in Hobart. However, I give only 3 stars because a 4 star accommodation should look different. From which state did the 4 stars come? Early 80s? The rooms are huge and with everything you need for a stay so I think there can be a little bit of a makeover. It actually looks like 20 years ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Here absolutely no criticism. Priced okay. Good for one night. Personally, I would not recommend a longer holiday here.

Die Lage des Motel ist sehr gut in Hobart gelegen. Ich gebe jedoch nur 3 Sterne denn eine 4-Sterne Unterkunft sollte schon anders aussehen. Von welchem Stand stammen die 4 Sterne ? Anfang der 80er ? Die Räume sind zwar riesig und mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt so gebrauchen kann aber ich finde dort kann ruhig einmal ein wenig renoviert werden. Es sieht tatsächlich aus wie vor 20 Jahren. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier absolut kein Kritikpunkt. Preislich okay. Für eine Nacht gut. Längeren Urlaub würde ich persönlich hier jedoch nicht empfehlen.
