Great location and beautifully presented apartment! Spacious and comfortable living. Every amenity supplied. Right on the river front, with great views and open balcony to enjoy the setting sun with a BBQ and beverage. Close to town, however in a quiet area. Modern fixtures, appliances and furniture, super comfy beds and amenities. Very spacious where you need it to be in the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Book in and departure were well communicated and seamless. Owner was fantastic. Would recommend a stay here.

Immaculately clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed with some very thoughtful touches. Modern free laundry a big plus for travellers like us. Pleasant views and a convenient walk into town. Very highly recommended.

Tony and Val have prepared a beautifully cozy place to stay in Ulverstone. Some friends and I stayed in the two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, and it was very comfortable for us. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, which is great because there is a full kitchen stocked with essentials if you'd rather stay in and cook. Big fluffy white towels and since we'd been traveling all over Australia, I was very happy to see a washing machine and dryer inside the apartment WITH laundry detergent! If you stay on the ground floor, you can sit on the back porch to watch people along the river or watch something on the big screen TV if you'd rather decompress that way (I loved the option of both). All in all, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed on a work/family visit to Ulverstone. Arrived in the middle of the night with a large trailer. Tony came out to greet us at 12:20 am and was extremely helpful in finding a place for my trailer. The place was so clean and exceeded our expectations 10 fold! Couldn't rate this place more highly. Made our time in Ulverstone really enjoyable. We'll be staying again. Cheers Tony & Val.

It was absolutely amazing. The room exceeded our expectations. It was clean, the decor was stunning, the view was priceless and the hosts were super friendly and accomdating and helpful. I cant wait to stay again. Check in and out was simple.

What an amazing experience it was to stay here! The furnishings were amazing and the attention to details was just excellent. Val welcomed us in person and even gave us a little gift for our honeymoon. The bed was super comfy, we had Netflix on the TV which we could watch from the claw foot bath tub and we could cook some dinner on the little barbecue out on the deck overlooking the river. Just lovely. Highly recommend!

The place is very nice its very well kept. Location is great and Val couldn't be more helpful. The only down side was the apartments are all co joined and there is apartments top and bottom so u here next door and the people above all the time

Wow..what a beautiful apartment. 1st class accommodation with a relaxing view of the Leven river. We have stayed 3 nights in a comfortable bed. The attention to detail was excellent. Beautifully appointed and the owners Val and Tony wee extrenely pleasant and helpful. 10/10 will definitely be back.

Beautiful rooms, great service! Everything is thought about! Spacious and very clean! Little details like real milk in the fridge, make up wipes supplied, ect! Definately recommend
