J. F.The staff were amazing, we needed an extra night and a late check due to flight changes they went above and beyond to help us out on both occasions. The hotel location is in a great spot easy walk to everything. Great restaurants near by. Rooms and amenities we good very clean, they had extra pillows and blankets. They have parking for an extra $10 this is well worth it. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.
K. P.Nice place to stay, close to everything. Our room looked over the water which was nice. They were great when we unexpectedly had to stay another night. The cafe is really handy for a yummy breakfast.

Wow it was huge full lounge dining and kitchen and 2 large bathrooms and nicely furnished.
Very close to restaurants, bars and city shopping we will definitely return lovely spot to stay in Hobart.
C. M.Location would have been great except for the traffic noise and the light coming in. The dryer didn’t work properly and neither did the air con. When we informed the reception guy about the air con, he scoffed and said we had it on the wrong setting. Well the instructions were wrong because we followed it to a tee. Anyway was fixed. Just found his attitude a bit rude. But lady who checked us in was lovely. Cleaners were fabulous. Room was spotless every day.

A. S.Stayed here for 4 nites. Fantastic location right by the water. CBD, Cafes, restaurants, shops and Salamanca market within 10 mins walking distance. The studio room well equipped but the decor need to be updated. The cleaner did not do their job properly. A few time they did not wipe the kitchen bench ( bread crumbs) and did not hoover the carpet and one time left the rubbish behind. We called the reception 4 X, different day and time but they never pick up the phone.
T. M.My wife and I took a 10 day trip there for our honeymoon. The location is decent depending what you are after. I thought the hotel as a whole was incredibly clean. The staff of this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful. Will definitely go back there with the family.

Everyone was polite and helpful at every turn. Our room(s) were always immaculately presented. This hotel is so convenient to everything hobart has to offer. Well done!! Highly recommended. P. S.Friendly, helpful staff (unlike the rest of Hobart's cafes, shops and resturants) and the convenient location made this a great stay. I thought it would be noisy near the road but it was OK. The decor is contempory. Gym and sauna are tiny. We had to book two apartments as all the 2 bedroom ones were all booked. The second apartment had a funky but completely useless mirror if you need to shave.
S. L.Quality apartment, no views to speak of from our rooms but so close to the wharf it didn't matter. The receptionist was delightful and found us a secure car park even though I had overlooked pre-booking this. Love it.
A. W.Clean and modern a nice 5 min walk from Salamanca. If you like us are driving, access is a bit tricky - via Evan At and a narrow roller shutter accessible only with card. Gripes are, no electric blanket, the wash basin is really tiny and the washing machine is the 2-in-1 type with ineffective dryer.
E. M.Lovely place, very comfortable bed/room, a couple of areas to improve- bathroom sink blocks up and there are no drawers to store clothes- just 3 small shelves in the cupboard. Great location!
E. C.Location is convenient. Close to the harbour. Perhaps the other end if the harbour would be more convenient for restaurants and other activities though. The difference isn't great though. Amenities are nice. Great place to stay.

K. L.Room was ok not enough signs when in car park to get out of the building to the street. Studio room was described as having city views with balcony, was no balcony only sliding door opened onto main road. Noisy with traffic .

A.Modern concept, neighbours are a little annoying when they complain about hotel guests. It is as if they didn't know that they were buying into a hotel complex. Remove the residents and you'll have a brilliant hotel.
