G. A.Stayed one night in a twin room which was prefect for a family of 4. Hotel has been refreshed and they’ve done an amazing job with it. Overall hotel including rooms are nice and modern. Buffet breakfast is great value with a good size selection.

Not really liking the TV. Seems a bit old and also unlike other Crowne plaza or really IHG hotels, you couldn’t mirror your device on the TV.
Overall a decent stay meeting the expectation of Crowne plaza.

We were very impressed with all the comforts of the room and having a cot already set up when we arrived, but the main reason we had splurged and booked this room was for the bathtub. While trying to fill up the bathtub and have a bath the water would just empty as the plug is not sealed properly. All other aspects were amazing but I was just disappointed with bathtub.

Comfortable room nice and clean. However we stayed in a room with 2 double beds and had booked 4 adults in. We had 2 towels in the bathroom which we thought that's fine we will call room service for more towels. We ended up calling 3 times in a 2 hour period and no towel delivery. We ended up finding a housekeeping trolley and and got our own towels in the end.
Vallet parking is over priced especially when you have to take your own luggage out and load your own car.
I think its super convenient to hot spots and that's the only reason I'd stay again but there's no wow factor.
