T. C.Our family of four stayed for the weekend. Location to the Princess Theatre was perfect and easy walking distance to come back for a swim between the show! Great access to shops and restaurants in Fitzroy. Rooms lovely and spacious.

T. B.Honesty is the best policy, if you don’t have some advertised ammenities then you should say on your website so people can make a choice. We weren’t even told at checkin of all the items that were “not currently available” : 1. Wifi not working. 2. Restaurant and room service not open (no chef). 3. Aircon out of order (sorry it’s not working and there are no other rooms available). We tried this place out to see if it could be our regular annual city vacay and I’m not sure if we will be back to be honest. Definitely check all the advertised items are “currently available” BEFORE you book here.
Apart from the above the rooms were dated, but great. Two bedroom apartment was spacious, can’t cook a proper dinner due to lack of pots/pans etc but had an oven, stove, microwave, full sized fridge, kettle and toaster so that was helpful. Living area upstairs so when the weather is hot and no aircon you are literally staying in a sauna from 8am to sunset.
aircon in bedroom is on and off all night and quite noisy, but they worked. Location was great and free parking onsite. Would’ve been good if the restaurant was open and the wifi worked for the kids, AND the air con worked.

M.Firstly let me say I’m happy car park was free. I’m over paying $50 for parking per day. Room was clean and very spacious. Unfortunately the decor was way outdated and felt cheap. I have the same opinion as previous reviews, as it felt more like a motel than a hotel.

a. g.Really relaxed and clean, i was staying alone after arriving late at night. The security gates and extra security services made me feel safe walking around the grounds to find my room. The room was immaculately clean with all your creature comforts and a full size bathroom.
My only complaint is the pillows are thin. Ahaha.
Aside from that the room was great and the staff i met in the morning was kind, cheerful and polite.

A. A.Lovely hotel in Fitzroy. So great to have a pool and car parking space that close to town. The check in and check out were a breeze and the staff were very friendly. The decor is a little tired but very spacious rooms with everything you need.

I cannot recommend this venue highly enough. Without the staff, it would still be a very reasonable venue, particularly for the price and location. The standard of the rooms, in addition to the absolutely stellar staff, make this a brilliant place to stay.
Remember, if you're new to Melbourne, ask the staff, they're magnificently helpful.

S. M.Beautiful hotel, ideally located in Melbourne. 10 minutes by walk to the Victoria Museum. A lot of shops, bars and restaurants around. We had a beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a nice living room with a big TV and free access to many movies. Excellent wifi. Kitchen well equipped (toaster, plates, soaps, coffee machine...) the bathrooms were good as well. We tried the room service and ordered the pasta carbonara, the waiter came 10-15 minutes in our room with the food. Lovely staff, the lady at the reception is one kindest person we’ve met in Melbourne. She really made sure that we didn’t need anything. They are excellent and deserve 5 stars absolutely.

D. G.It is a bit noisy as all rooms face onto an internal, hard-surfaced courtyard and upper floors are reached by steel staircases. I requested my room NOT be serviced, but it was. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free under-cover car parking is great.

M. (.From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by very friendly staff who were very helpful. The room was a very nice size it was like a 1 bedroom apartment was very open and appealing. The upside was it over looked the street but that was also the downside to with all the noise from the traffic and trams it had a nice sized shower and bathroom. Where it is located is not far from the main CBD of Melbourne its easy to jump on a tram out the front and go in to the city. It has a very lovely courtyard with a pool. The onsite underground parking was ok but could be better I was lucky to get a 1 bay parking space but others are 2 bay so you're car can get boxed in very easy or you could box someone else in if you do you have to leave you're keys at reception parking was $20 a day that's is not to bad and the room was $129 a night they do go up in price as well. So over all it was a very nice place and if I have to stay in Melbourne again I would say here again and would recommend it to others.

I stayed here last year when I was having a night out as we were all going out in Brunswick Street, and was told about this hotel/apartments.
Situated on Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, in a great location close to trams, cafes, bars and restaurants, everything within walking distance for that inner-city staycation experience.
When I arrived, I was greeted at reception to a friendly and lovely welcome, I stayed in a 1 Bedroom Spa Apartment and the furnishings were neat and clean.
The courtyard and pool reminded me of a boutique hotel in Santa Monica I once stayed in and had that lovely summer feel.
The apartment was spacious and clean and the beds were comfy and the kitchen was great for those guests who want to stay for longer than a few days to cook for that added convienence.
This hotel is very well priced ( rooms starting from $120 per night) is safe, clean and has secured underground parking, and is suitable for solo travelers, families, couples and friends,
Would defintley recommend to anyone looking for a hotel 5 mins out of the city, who are looking for a great location where you can stroll along and try out some of the best bars, restaurants and stores that Fitzroy has to offer.
B. C.Really like it here. Staff were friendly, the room we stayed in was large and clean. Street side rooms are a little noisy from trams and cars. Buffet breakfast was small and only had a small range of hot food but still it was nice and wasn't expensive.
