Stayed here for a night whilst visiting the Twelve Apostles and found it to be suitable for our needs. The room is more spacious than we had expected with a large soft bed and big bathroom which includes a spa (which we didn't use). It seemed private enough though you could hear the neighboring rooms arriving and leaving. They provide milk, teas and coffees with a couple of biscuits which is a nice touch. Microwave, toaster and kettle are useful and the mini bar items aren't too expensive considering the location, should you be tempted.

Location is great, just minutes from the ocean and shops and restaurants. Price was okay and the rooms big enough and well equipped with kitchenette. Generally it was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in a group in three different rooms/ huts and there was no complaints.

We stayed there the weekend before lock down and Liz was so kind and the place is so nice I would say to any one when we get out of lock down go there you won't regret it once again Thanks to the manger Liz.

The place is getting a little old and worn out. Definitely needs a renovation. Distance from the beach is a little to far for walking. Prices are way too high during Christmas time. Pro: The location was quiet and the beds were OK.

This hotel is perfect at a stop over whilst exploring the amazing journey that is the great ocean road! I personally found the hotel was lacking on facilities, but the rooms were very good. Large, clean rooms which are perfect for stop overs. One small point is that we found it hard to find the carpark for the hotel, but it was around the bank on another road, our sat nav struggled to find it. But the access to the twelve apostles is perfect and the price is an accurate reflection of what you'll find.

Spent one night there after a long Great ocean road trip. Cozy room. Spacious bath room. A large jacuzzi that surprise us, however, not enough time to enjoy it. Tips: Good place to stay after a long drive from Great ocean road. 15 minutes drive to the 12 Apostles.

Good spot to stop in Port Campbell. We stayed in a family room which had bunk beds and small pull out couch in one room and Queen bed in main living area. Room was clean and reasonably sized. Bed was comfortable and could use laundry facilities which was convenient.

This is the perfect place to stay with family as the family rooms have a separate bedroom for the kids. The small kitchenette makes it easy to have light meals in the room to keep costs down. Staff are welcoming and more than willing to share their knowledge of the local area. Hotel is located walking-distance from restaurants and shops and on the doorstep of many tourist attractions.

Lovely relaxing stay at BestWestern in Port Campbell we have stayed here before Liz and the Staff are really helpful great location quick walk to Beach. Very quiet and the rooms are spacious having kitchenette is a bonus.

Room was OK overall, quite clean. There was not enough blankets on bed so had to run split system overnight to stay warm. TV and Microwave were broken, not a major issue but frustrating when you're trying to heat dinner or breakfast. Would stay again in a pinch but would look at other options first.

Not a bad choice to take a break there after a long drive along the Great Ocean Road from Melbourne. You can get every basic needs in the Best Western Great Ocean Road Motor Inn. It is clean and comfortable, and price is affordable. It is located in an easy accessible tourist spots.
