i. h.Rooms very clean neat and tidy, every thing was there that was needed. Staff very friendly and also respectful. Could not apologise enough for alarm going off did everything they could to rectify issue in shortest time possible even being Christmas day. Highly recommend staying here
K. N.Have stayed here on two seperate occassions and cannot fault the place. In a studio for one week and in a standard one bedroom for 2 weeks.
Rooms are great value for money with everything you need including a washing machine and coffee machine.
Plenty of space in rooms, paid parking available, toiletries, super comfortable beds, really friendly, helpful and accomodating staff and a Japanese restaurant in the foyer.
I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it

n. u.Charged the wrong person for one of my stays. Key card did not work for one of my stays. Did not have dish washing liquid for one of my stays. Overall the housekeeping was poor, for example dust collected in the edges of the carpet where it meets the wall, and you could tell it had not been vaccumed. Marks and stains on the carpet. Dirty oven at one of the apartments. I don't know when the extract fans were last cleaned because they were not exactly clean either. Definitely not worth the 4 star hotel status it has

M. K.The studio apartment is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Everything works, but some minor maintenance needs to be done. It is close to the red cat line giving easy free transport to the bus, train and ferries. Number 40 and 395 buses are handy cheap transport to the airport.

Staff are nice, it's on a 1 way street which is a little awkward tbh.
The washing machine is a nice add but no dryer... The clothes line is pointless because there's no air flow.
They give you an oven but no oven trays... What am I meant to cook? Lol
W. L. H.The apartment has all that you need for your stay. Warm and helpful staff. Short walk to city centre or option of taking the complimentary Red CAT bus. Close proximity to a very affordable airport bus which comes with luggage storage racks. The only qualm is the apartment is a bit dated
H. Q.Great accommodation in East Perth, rooms are quite spacious, cat bus just nearby. Has a Japanese restaurant inside and a bar downstairs. Price is affordable. Just a short walk away from St Mary's and the Mint.
r. s.Relatively quiet and convenient hotel/serviced apartments close to the centre of Perth.
The staff were generally very amiable and responded relatively quickly to issues and requests as and when they arose.
All Suites also has complimentary WiFi included with rooms which is reasonably quick, though note that only three devices can use it at any one time. We did have a new Windows 10 device that had issue connecting too.
The beds are firm yet not too hard which is an issue with various hotel beds. The presence of a washing machine and fridge was a reason for using this location, and they have proved good reason to come here, making the trip easy going and providing good benefit.
Also of note, the water pressure in the shower is really good, so you can enjoy a really good comfortable shower whenever.
In all it is well worth using All Suites with all considered.
g. v.Overall a good accommodation choice. The apartments are big and spacious, with a kitchen allowing you to cook. Bed was nice and comfy, and the toilet has a BATHTUB. The room came with a heater/aircon, which was a nice touch.
V. N.Having had a long stay at this place, I can say it's a good option for the price. Good location and space. Could be cleaner (they didn't clean the bathroom's sink a single time during a 10 day stay...) and the air con needs a chemical cleaning asap! Other than that, it's a good alternative for long stays.
J. T.Location was great. Front desk folks were helpful. Weird vibe here though. I think there was a whole family living (not visiting) in the zero bedroom suite next to us. They were crazy loud, fighting, small child bouncing off walls and crying. Seemed like a lived in crowd here. But did the trick for our few nights stay.
G. D.We stayed here for five nights & I think it's one of the best value for money places we've stayed. The room was a great size with everything you need, tv, fridge, microwave a cook top & stove, kettle & toaster.
The room was turned down daily & the staff at reception were friendly & helpful.
Also there was no water saving head on our shower, I know it's not great for the environment but it was fantastic for my soul. Like standing under a waterfall, paradise.
It did have a couple of little quirks but I'm not even going to mention them because for the price we paid for what we got & the location I can put up with a couple of little quirks.
We will definitely be staying here on our next trip & I hope it doesn't change a bit, quirks and all
E. H. (.The location was convinent but quiet. The reception was very helpful on my arrival helping to carry my luggage up to the foyer. Not sure why so many people have problems with the stairs - it was only one flight of stairs and there is actually lift available if needed.

The room that I stayed in was really quite even thought the apartment is at the central of the Perth. Great location and will book again.

Before checking-in, I thought it is not a good condition.
And now very comfortable, clean and nice room, and even there is a laundry machine... perfect!

Right in the heart of the CBD it in a great location and an easy 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal and shopping mall.
The room is simple but very clean and roomy.
The shower was amazing and the bed comfy.
The staff were always friendly and attentive. Rooms are serviced every day and the convenience of having a cook top, fridge and microwave was an added bonus.
This is a great place to stay if you don't want to spend too much money but still want a nice room close to the Perth CBD.
Would definitely recommend it and will be staying here again next time we're in Perth.
T. Y.Basic serviced apartment just 10 mins walk from centre of town. Clean. Once I took just one key card out and when I returned it didn't work and reception was closed so had to wait 20 mins for someone to fix my card. Always take two cards with you.

S.Nice clean affordable room with a big cosy comfy bed...... located pretty well central to everything from Northbridge to Elizabeth Quays to RPH. It's all within a 5-10min walking distance depending on where your headed....... Had a big fixed closed veiw only window with a typical urban scape veiw so no fresh breeze entry but good aircon instead..... Also parking onsite is avalible but costs extra and is VERY minimal so be sure to call ahead and book it!!!

T. M.Doldam and Sue are very nice and helpful. The nearest GS 25 (convenience store) outlet is about a 10 minute walk away. I would recommend Doldam guesthouse if you like get away from busy city life and stay in a peaceful and cozy village. They help us to arrange taxi tour with good price.

F. W.ou cannot fault the location as it perfect for us. Close proximity to the city and to the buses made all our objectives achievable. Security was excellent. Getting food was also very convenient. There is a Japanese Restaurant downstairs and a convenient store round the corner. Great stay!

W. A.I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was a very comfortable size for two people. I could see it getting full with four people since it had one full bed and a sofa bed, but still not comfortable. WiFi is limited to 1 GB per day per guest and no cleaning on stays under 7 days but I still recommend it. The pricing was a little on the higher side though everything being closer and the free CAT buses save you on some expenses. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bathroom, you'd need to bring your own essentials as they only provided one small shampoo for four guests. Overall, a good stay.
N. T.For the value traveller like us, this hotel is a great launch pad for your vacation in Perth. There was washing machine, kettle, microwave, cooker (metal heater plates), bathtub etc in our room 802.
There is a direct bus 380 from Perth Airport T1 (takes 30min, AUD4.7) which stops 3min walk from the hotel.
To get around, there is a red CAT (free bus) stop at the road beside the hotel (1min walk).
It also takes just 10-15min to walk from the Perth train station, good for those nights when you get back on the train and no more buses. (We did a Fremantle day trip from 8am - 10pm)
D. R.Location is very central to CBD. There are free bus shuttles on Hay St. It is quiet and has everything you need for a business or weekend stay.
