A. W.My daughter and I have just called in for breakfast and OMG it was so beautiful. The food was excellent, we had the omelette and it was huge full of flavor. The coffee was so good too.
Sitting outside next to the waterfall in the beautiful outdoor area was so relaxing. The cafe and staff were great. We will definitely be going back and we will be referring it to our friends and family 👍

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
T. R.Accommodation was clean and comfy. An iron and a bottle opener would be handy and better pillows as ours were like pancakes. It's also impossible to find outside bins anywhere on the property but all just small things which are easily fixed. A pleasant stay overall and lovely that they allow dogs.
J. G.Just stayed here recently. Would say the "Accessible Room" is 90% accessible. However very happy with our stay regardless!!
The bathroom has railings for the toilet, unfortunately there is a lip into the shower so its not roll in. The room is spacious, however the bed is a little high. The bed frame is chunky which leaves a significant gap from the chair to the mattress. Good height under the bed to fit a hoist if the guest required one though.
All in all, its all dog breed inclusive. Accessible to my personal needs, and most likely those using manual chairs or who have good mobility.
Would 100% recommend staying here, and will be back!

Grounds were well maintained and accommodation very comfortable except not really wheelchair friendly as made to believe (cannot get into the shower that has a lip and the desk positioned outside of bathroom made hard to get into. Some rails beside the toilet, an inexpensive addition, would have been wonderful)
T. M.Had a trip to the cafe for Easter Sunday catch up with family. Our room at the end of the hall was quiet. Hotel amenities were all excellent in the room. The staff never failed to greet and smile to each of their guests. I think you get what you pay for.

T. M.We required accommodation that was pet friendly as we needed to accommodate our dog and cat. Very reasonably priced and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay on the outskirts of the city. Stood at the entrance to sing and we could barely have a conversation as it was too loud.
T. M.I had the pleasure of staying here for a couple of nights because of work. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Breakfast was a very good standard. The room price is very reasonable for the standard. Shame as lovely setting and could be so much more but it wasn't.
T. M.We stayed here for 3 nights on the 2nd stop of a tour. The whole experience from arrival to having to leave was excellent. The staff at this hotel could not be more friendly and accommodating for. Easily accessible to taxi from the hotel. The pricing was good for the area.
E. S.I've been here for breakfast a few times, and I can say the egg-based breakfasts are wonderful, very tasty and perfectly cooked. However, my friends were very disappointed by their pancakes, and overall the prices are very high for what you're given. It's a shame as the setting is truly beautiful.
J. M.Such a huge beautiful delicious salad. Great value for money. Beautiful location. Lots to choose from on the menu. The avocado theme to the menu is fantastic. Love the avocado bowl with the hollandaise. I got here often and highly recommend it.
T. M.Lovely place to stay. A clean out with lemon or vinegar works wonders. The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way. The location is simply perfect to where we want to be as per our itinerary. Excellent location we sat outside in the sun and overlooking the river.

L.Love this place .Come here most Sundays and have stayed in there accommodation at least twice a month .Joe the owner is just great .And James the manager is the best they always make you feel welcome and nothing is to much trouble .The food is it die for .The staff are just exceptional. M.Found this place by chance driving by - stopped in for a coffee and ended up having breakfast. Food was really fresh and service we great. The grounds of the property are beautiful. I will definitely be back and very soon.

T. M.I had heard of this place as a friend of my mum's had been here and I have driven past and thought the setting was lovely. An added bonus was the guy playing guitar and singing just outside in the alfresco area. In desperate need of a decent nights sleep.

B. D.Avocados Accommodation units are very well situated opposite a water running creek with water Lillie’s and many other plant species, a very relaxing setting. The unit we stayed in was extremely spacious,at least 50% larger than similar units we generally stay at, the air conditioner was a typical modern wall fixture with the compressor outside, but this Breamer model was so quiet and efficient. Our room was a standard layout with a bathroom that was almost the size of a small Bedroom. $139 per night
R. K.I had the Benedict Bowl with Salmon for breakfast today and it was delicious. Wanted to lick the plate but I didn't. Too many other people there watching. :) Merry Christmas to Joe, James and all their terrific staff.

E. A.If you drive on the road, you will never think there a place like this here. Once you turn into the property, you’ll be greeted a couple of Avocado trees. A little walk on , that’s where the beauty is. A lily pad water reserve that is as picturesque as you can imagine. If you are lucky enough to get a seating in thenoutdoor area , you can enjoy the idyllic scenery as you chow down the lovely meal the in house restaurant has to offer. Don’t know why people are giving this less than 5 stars. For me, it’s a no brainer. 5 stars.

Un parc hôtelier situé dans la Banlieue Sud de Perth, l'endroit est proche de toutes les facilités et le site est très agréable. La restauration n'est pas possible tous les jours, se renseigner. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, le personnel est agréable. Parfait.
