M. j. Y.The room was tidy and clean. Only thing that we stayed for 5 nights but no housekeeping daily which it was not inconvenience.They have to improve on hygiene. Overall it was good.
The receiptionist was very helpful and nice. Keep it up. Will recommend your motel.

I found the staff to be really friendly and accommodating, the cleaning ladies are always happy to see you and very kind.

N. A.Horrible room that smelled of damp and stale smoke. A lot of dodgy people hanging around. We spent 10 minutes in the room making arrangements to go elsewhere. No refund. Were told that there has to be a day notice for a refund but would not refund for the second day when we said why we were leaving. Would not recommend this old and rundown place. We were told that there is a $200 fine if we smoked in the room. We are non smokers and our room reeked of cigarette smoke.

Great park across the road, if you want to exercise. Good thai massage within walking distance .

The Bella Vista Restaurant is attached to the building and the food is absolutely wonderful.

K. R.Both me and my extended family have stayed here for years BUT not ever again. They now rent out the secured car parking privately so secured parking is not guaranteed and according to management it is stated on their website but I could not find it and staff could not show me where at the time of my stay. Management said it now runs on and I quote "first in, best dressed police". We had a couple of other little things go wrong (like no running water) and when we approached staff (reception) we where met with rude and passive aggressive responses, eye rolling and load verbal sighing. Most disappointing to be treated with such disrespect, with a little empathy and politeness from staff and my rating would be very different.
G. B.We were at Bistro Bella Vista. Had Thursday Rib Eye steak special. Perfectly cooked to M-R accompanied by creamy mushroom sauce, coleslaw and chips. Superb as usual and at specials of the day rate less than $30 ... couldn't ask for more.
B. P.Very good value accommodation in good location.
In view of the very low price we didn't have high expectations and were surprised to find a very modern, clean and functional room including microwave, toaster, etc. There is also a small desk and chair which together with the reliable free Wifi allowed me to comfortable get some work done.
Free parking. The yellow cat bus stop is just around the corner and it's only 4 or 5 stops to the city.
The only negative point i can think of is that some rooms are directly facing the main street and could be a bit annoying for someone who is sensitive to street noise.

P. B.Surprising to see some really appalling reviews, perhaps those are some unfortunate circumstances. Nevertheless, they do offer a clean room and parking space your car. Any cheaper and you would end up in those backpackers' lodge. They had a clear warning sign prohibiting guests from smoking in the room. Not a big issue, just step outside if you need to smoke. Do not expect five star room service, and you will be fine.
G. S.A hotel / motel that punches well above its price tag. Glamorous or luxurious - no. But this is a clean, tidy and well thought out accommodation which suits me perfectly as a single business traveler. Items such as a proper fridge in the rooms, power outlets in convenient locations, a well located desk.
Close to food outlets and has a great Italian restaurant adjacent and in a quiet part of East Perth.....apart from the occasional sirens of emergency vehicles heading to the nearby Perth hospital.
After staying at so many hotels and apartments in East Perth, this Motel suits me best.
C. “. N.We recently stayed at Baileys and although it is basic it is clean and ideally situated, but we had reason to book again and then had to cancel booking no fault of our own and they refused to refund. We were not happy and warn other people on their policy of no refund!
T.Overall, it was a good stay, unfortunately they don't do services daily. Location was convenient with public transport. The receptionist, Edwina was really friendly and helpful. She knows what to recommend and isn't biased with her suggestions.
V. B.Staff onsite were very helpful. Had all the basics and clean and secure. Location is very good and next to a park. I recommend Baileys Motel for your next stay.
l.I would not recommend this joke of a joint to anyone!
My father had just been diagnosed with cancer and was staying at the hotel because of its proximity to the hospital.
Once he had finished scans, he was going to stay at home because it offered a lot more comfort.
Upon attempting to cancel his room, approximately 36 hours notice, he was informed that he would not get a refund for that nights booking, as it was not the required 48 hours notice.
My wife spoke to these cretins, and they said because the room could of been booked, they were losing money, because they were turning away people to stay.
My wife, upon hearing this, challenged that they would of already rebooked the room and that they would of been getting twice the nights rent for one remnant.
.......the tosser on the other end of line went quiet.
This is a shocking display of customer service and compassion.
The more people that boycott this establishment the better humanity will be!!!

C. C.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed after a late flight and if werent so tired wouldnt have stayed. The bedspread and blanket were dirty, sweat stained and full of hairs. I had to strip it and sleep with the just the sheet on. My partner slept in the car. The service was not that friendly. We didnt hang around the next morning for breakfast.

H. G.I am disappointed to read some of the other reviews. Bailey's staff have always been helpful and the restaurant meals of a great standard. Rooms are OK. The cost of hotels in Perth is high and Bailey's is one of the cheapest so you shouldn't be expecting 5 star.

R. T.I wouldn't recommend this dive to any1. Because of the lying, arrogant manager the restaurant & bottle shop next door lost out big time! We asked about their highly advertised pool last week only for shim to say the council hadn't approved it yet and it's closed for winter (in Australia winter finished a month or so ago)
I didn't really worry about it again till 2 days later when it got hot and the kids were playing in a hockey tournament we asked again only to get the same response from the so called manager so I called the council and was told that they had done 2 tests there and approved the pool 2 months ago!! I then get a phone call from the young girl at front office to say "the pool is "clean"now and can be used.. so as I was walking to the reception I ran into the manager who kept insisting that he never received the email from council?? & He has an email that he sent to them. He showed me the email sent on the 5/10/16 @ 1200pm in which he sent to council minutes after being rang by them to advise the pool was right to go after I had rang them (they said they would ring to let them know AGAIN!)
Now I couldn't care less about the pool thing but I couldn't handle the BULLSHIT so I requested an apology only to be spoken to and looked at like an idiot so I told the piece of crap what I thought of IT. We rang the dealer we went through and they didn't hesitate in giving us a refund for the last 4 days we were there (this doesn't happen often!!) and we booked into Another motel on hay st which was a lot more comfortable. We ended up going to another restaurant with 40 other people (this is what the bottle shop & restaurant Missed out on because of the so called MANAGER)
I wouldn't have given this place 1 star only I had to to write something....

방은 크다. 냉장고,전자렌지, 식기,도마. 퐁퐁등이 비치되어 있다. 퍼스 시내는 옐로우 캡버스로 이동 가능하다. 직원은 친절하나 사무적이다. 전화 한통 사용에도 1달러를 요구한다. 안전성에 있어서도 높은 점수를 줄 수 있다. 근처 웰링턴 공원에 노 숙자가 있지만 보안이 철저하다. 차량 주차도 용이하다. 미국의 모텔이나 inn과 유사하다. 이 숙소에서 5일을 머물르면서 pinnacle desert wave rock 을 왔다갔다 했다. 좀 먼거리를 달렸지만 충분히 볼 만했다. 특히 wave rock 가는 길의 대평원은 장관이었다.
