R. N.Quiet, comfortable rooms and great gardens with lemon trees. Quite a nice walk around the area in general. Suited us perfectly while visiting the area for 3 nights.
N. Z.Communication from this place was very poor - reply to special request was not answered until day before checking in & that reply was one word only - if they do not intend on answering special requests made by customers then they shouldn't have a special section for it on their booking page. Place was tidy, however not as clean as I would have expected.
A. C.Great location, close to beach and Toby's Inlet, chalets are spacious and clean, recommend.
w. l.Currently staying in self contained 2 bedroom villa with a wood fireplace. Really spacious with everything you could need.
The wood fire ( wood supplied) is perfect for curling up in front of on these cool nights and the leather lounges are extremely comfortable.
There is also a split aircon for heating & cooling.
The king bed is super comfy with a pillow topper.
Floor to ceiling windows look out onto a beautiful private garden area, we love everything about this villa and would def recommend to friends. Also only a 30 sec walk to the beach.
J. H.Great location. The accommodation was fairly clean but there were a lot of dead ants and flies in the kitchen area. Plenty of room for the 6 of us - 4 adults and two kids. The one downside was we had booked with a guaranteed 12pm checkout, but the maintenance person barged in at 1030 to do some work upstairs. Fortunately we were almost ready to go but it would have been a totally different review had we been still enjoying our accommodations!
Edit in response to owner's reply: It's a 4 star review! We enjoyed our stay. All our paperwork confirmed a 12pm checkout so we were not expecting staff to be hanging around and trying to get in before then. We were still packing up our car and checking the rooms when your handy man arrived with his ladder. It was a little uncomfortable to be checking through the rooms and having pre-departure toilet visits whilst he was in the villa with us. If my review prompts someone else to double check their confirmed departure time on arrival then I think it's worth it. We certainly will be in future.

P. U.Lovely spacious accommodation. We had two families staying and had two houses but could easily have fitted into one. Management are very amenable. Great location straight across the road to the beach and also has an on-site tennis court and games room. The landscaped gardens everywhere are magnificent.
Q. N.Great self contained 3 bedroom unit that is 3 min walk from your own little beach where you can take your young children. Very calm waters in Dunsborough. The unit is very clean and close to the local shops. Recommended.

Had a great stay in exceptional villa style accommodation. Plenty of sleeping accommodation in a well furnished and equipped premises. Lovely grounds. BBQ's, games room and tennis court. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend - especially the unit owned by 'the Baker's' (forget the number) but we have stayed in that one a number of times.
R. M.My family and I have been going to this place for about 6 years now and it's always a really nice stay. The beds and rooms are clean and comfy and the kitchen and lounge room are really good and equipped.
It's a really good spot because it's just a walk away from the beach and river & it also has a fun games room
There is also a little playground and grass area for young kids
For the price it is totally worth it and I think the only complaint I would have is we can't make coffee fast enough!
(I would also like to say that the cleaners do a really amazing job and are very very polite!)
I. F.Beautiful location and extremely well thought-out units. Upstairs bedroom is perfect for children with its own TV, air con and plenty room for play. Our kids spent a lot of time up there, allowing the adults to relax. Furniture is great quality and comfortable, kitchen has all the equipment you'll need. Only gripe is that WiFi is a bit slow and shared on the same network between all units.
B. W.Nice villas. Perfect setting for families. In general very clean. The only shocking thing was how dirty the kitchen, plates and cupboards were left and not cleaned. So we had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it. That's -1*...

H. M.Wow what can I say!!! Thank you so much. The room was perfect, bigger than what I was expecting. Very clean and comfortable. When we arrived the heating had been put on for us so the room was nice and warm as soon as we opened the front door. A lemon tree out the back allowed for several cups of lemon tea. We will def be back and I look forward to contacting you direct :-)

E. T.This was our second stay at Bayshore and just as good as the first. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The grounds are immaculate, and the units are well appointed with quality fittings. Highly recommend, will definitely be back
J. A.Comfortable stay, had everything we needed. Loved the fireplace, wood was handy although starter kindling would have helped. kitchenware was great, beds super comfortable. My son loved his bedroom in the loft.
D. B.Close to the beach. Has a tennis court, games room and outdoor swings and slide. Our particular apartment needed a bit of maintenance but our friend's looked much better so quality varies. The grounds were well maintained.
B. M.Good, clean accommodation; well run and friendly place; 20m from the beach, though no sea view; games room with pool, table tennis and football table; also full size tennis court. 3km walk or cycle to the centre of Dunsborough and 200m from local sailing club.
S. Y.Fantastic place to stay for family - main room was spacious open plan and modern with all facilities you would need and all working well. Complete kitchen with all pans, cutlery and appliances.
Garden area had lovely table and private view for great relaxing between outings. Site has good tennis court, table soccer, table tennis and pool table games room and BBQ that was clean with very hot burners - cooked a butterfly lamb roast on it in 35 minutes !
Staff were really willing to help and set the tone for a lovely stay with an upgrade room as well - would definitely return to this place - close 4 minute drive to town and so very peaceful with walks to beach and river behind pathway only 50 seconds away.
Superb experience and almost guaranteed to be free of schoolies or such loud groups - thank you guys !!

Manager was lovely and advised some great places to try...we were given a two free drinks voucher per meal at Palmer Wines and Wow what a delicious meal we had....so a big thank you to Bayshore and Palmers for a great stay. Cant wait for next visit...
M. B.Resort is a misnomer. It's a tightly packed collection of brick units. Quite ordinary. No resort features at all. The units are good. We'll appointed, but not flash. Nice outdoor table at rear of unit. Service sullen and usually not available. Beach is just across the road, through the strip of bush, and is lovely. Overpriced.
C. L.Very nice accomodation and a pleasant feel. Unit was supplied with all the necessary items to make our stay comfortable. Location is ideal if you dont need to be in the shops every day. Would recommend to friends looking for a quiet, easy going location.

J. R.I was so happy when I walked into my villa and "home" for the next 4 nights and I made the mistake of popping into the office to tell the woman how happy I was with my villa. I wasn't sure why she didn't seem impressed. That evening I discovered the dvd player wasn't working so the next day I left a polite voice message. I hadn't heard back 24 hrs later so I sent a text to the "Emergencies only" number stating it wasn't an emergency. The woman came to fiddle around with it and was clearly quite unimpressed but we got it to at least play. The next day I popped into the office to say it played but didn't do anything else, but it was OK. She said by the way, the owner wanted her to check with me I was only using the one bed, ensuite and toilet as that was all I'd paid for. I assured her I was definitely only using the one bed etc. and what an odd question? She repeated herself many times and I eventually gave up trying to assure her I was a trustworthy and honest person. I think maybe she just has a mean heart and wanted to spoil it for me, and she definitely succeeded. She spoiled the magic for me.
Other than that, I was very happy.

B. V.Great location only minutes from Dunsborough, great amenities including washer & dryer, tennis court and family games room located next to swings and a slide and a well kept BBQ area. All located a short walk away to Geographe Bay.
O. D.This place is a gem. Positioned between the bay and the inlet, it's picturesque in both directions. Amenities are great and apartments are comfortable and well appointed. Will definitely be back.
