A. D.From the moment we wheeled in to Citadines St Georges Terrace, we were greeted by friendly professional staff. The hotel was clean and the accessible studio room was spacious with all the amenities you would expect. Centrally located I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable inner city hotel
H. H.Depending on who is on the front desk, either a good experience or a not very good experience! Small and a bit boutique I was vaguely worried when I checked in. Needn't have been though. Very clean small but functional room, comfortable bed. Central because it's right in the CBD, so time to do those things like haircuts and shop for a couple of things while passing through. There is a bar next door that does pub style food. The offerings were very slim in choice at the bar as they had only just reopened that day after being in lockdown. But the location made up for those inconveniences.
S. L.Booked this room for my partner. Room was in a great location and was clean and spacious and bed was comfy and had a great shower and decent bath. Tv was decent size and wall mounted so you could watch from bed and move it so you could watch from the table or couch. What stopped me giving it 5 stars was the parking charge which wasn’t clearly indicated before staying. The tv was also not a smart tv so couldn’t watch Netflix etc which most hotels now have. The only other thing was it got very noisy on Saturday nights and the walls are quite thin. The customer service was good and my partner had a pleasant stay.

LOCATION: Centrally located in Perth city, so it's a short walk to public transport, Elizabeth Quay, and plenty of restaurants. Don't expect a good view though - the hotel is totally surrounded by buildings. For us that wasn't an issue because we were only sleeping there.
SERVICE: Very friendly and welcoming. Pretty much cashless and contactless.
AMBIENCE: It's an older building, that seems to have been spruced up. The décor is pretty 'retro', and the age shows - especially in the elevators.
ROOMS: The rooms are large. We took the 'Executive Double Suite'. Two rooms with an interleading door. The bathrooms are basic, but were clean and functional. Each room has it's own kitchenette with fridge, microwave, hotplate, sink, and kettle. One room had some minor ceiling cracks that will need attending to. Both rooms have ample electrical and data ports to hook up your devices. We had free WiFi as well. Although there was a TV in each room, we didn't use it. Each room had it's own air conditioning settings panel that worked well.
PRICE: We found the hotel to be very well priced for what you get.
R. N.Serviced apartment hotel on St George's Terrace, Perth. A short'ish walk to Northbridge, shops and so on.
Rooms are large and well appointed. My room had a kitchenette including bare essential cooking utensils, small oven top, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and standard mini-fridge.
Large desk but only one non-coaster chair - I would have preferred a standard office chair. Plenty of electricity ports, USB ports plus a HDMI port to connect to the large screen TV. Free to air TV only.
Decently priced and I would recommend for a business traveler. They do not accept cash, so only take debit/credit cards. They are "contact less" except when you hand them your credit card and photo ID.
A. R. S.Al I can say is thank you thank you to the Citadines staff team. They are all great and super helpful. I stayed there for work and they were very kind and helpful with bringing some tea and honey for my poor throat, to helping me find my watch that I had misplaced in the lobby. My room was comfortable enough, only thing is too many blue lights at night come from switched and tv, but honestly, the service you will find here is sensational. The bed was comfy too.

Hassle free check in but minimal parking as with all central hotels they do offer discounted parking with third party just across the road.
Rooms were spacious and clean with a large bath and shower, toys bedding, bowls and clean up kit provided for pets.
Receptionist on during the afternoon and evening was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Will definitely stay here in the future.
Only downfall was the fact they didn't have the bar/restaurant open and no decent coffee but there are a few coffee shops close by

J. K.I had a great stay at Citadines Hotel in Perth. The main reason for my stay was to relax and to enjoy the spa bath.
The room was nice. The room and elevators used access cards for entry. The TV was very basic no Netflix or device casting support.
The bathroom was nice and big, and there was a safe in the coat area.
t. f.Well priced with nice rooms. Certainly not luxurious but that's not what if expect at this price point. Rooms were clean and well sized with all the expected amenities. Nice little desk area if you're staying for work or working while you stay. Bed was comfy and large and there was a little daybed/lounge in our room as well. Would stay again.

Popped in just a couple days before our event to try and get booked in Naomi on reception was fantastic, so helpful, happy, Smiling, funny and accommodating. She got us booked in on what was a busy weekend in the city and we had a great stay. Rooms are well equipped, modern and spacious. Would definitely stay ourselves again in this hotel and would definitely recommend.

S.On arrival the parking was convenient, Front desk was easy thanks to Naomi , she was very helpful and bubby , ran through all the important info , gave us some tips for nearby eateries, rooms are spacious and modern , had a lovely night , walked down to Elizabeth quay as it was walking distance , had a lovely Thai meal , got back to hotel with ease.

Hotel is located within walking distance to Perth convention and exhibition center, shopping street, quay, etc.
Lot of restaurants nearby. Not worrying about quick bites because there is a nice restaurant just beside the hotel at the ground floor.
Spacious room, king size bed, mini kitchen, room built in jacuzzi so you can have good relax time with your love one.
Air-conditioning was just alright but the control seems bit not sensitive to control.
Will return for next trip.
P. J.Rooms are very spacious and hotel staff were nice and welcoming. All the basic amenities were in the room. However it used to get bit noisy at times due to some maintenance work happening in the room above I believe. There is poor noise insulation and you can hear people in the lobby opening their doors or talking. Apart from that I had a very good stay.
T. M.As soon as we entered the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and we had a lovely conversation. The location is right in the heart of everything and close to the bus station for day trips. The room itself was modern and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

N. N.The perfect place to stay when in Perth. Stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights. Room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable and there was also an attached kitchenette. Kitchenette facilities include a microwave, electric kettle, fridge, mugs, coffee cups, plates, glasses, plates, bowls and cutlery. Coffee, tea, milk, sugar, butter and pepper were also provided.
The bathroom amenities include shower gel, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, facial tissues and shower cap.
Room wifi was fast and stable. Hotel staff were friendly. The housekeeping team did a good job cleaning the room on a daily basis.
The hotel is also secure as you need an access card to take the elevator up to your room.
Another thing which I like about this hotel is that it is conveniently located in the heart of Perth CBD. Hay St is just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It is also easy to travel to/from the airport as I just need to take the 380 bus, and the bus stop is only about 500m from the hotel.
Will definitely return to Citadines the next time I'm in Perth.

S. K. B.After a hellish time negotiating parking we were initially impressed by the room. Spacious, simply and stylishly furnished. Upon closer inspection we found stains on the coverlet. Our king sized bed was merely two singles pushed together. Otherwise a pleasant enough stay.
C. B.Great location. Transport out front. Large executive studio, modern, clean and very well equiped with all you need for your stay. Maybe request room at back away from street noise if your a light sleeper. If your short like me the pots and pans are out of reach in top cupboard. Apart from that I would highly recommend to stay there.

Dislikes
- The reception staff who work in the morning shift is cold, slow service, not a single smile from him to any of the guests (observed he served 7-8 guests throughout our stay)
- We requested for early check-in days before (twice), but seems like not recorded.
- no wheelchair accessible entrance
- surcharge for payment with credit or debit cards.

B.All the employees are a credit to this establishment Nothing is too much trouble ..rooms are fantastic..close to all major tourist and regular shopping.rooms are immaculate and large..have been here twice in the last month due to medical appointments and will be returning again in the next few weeks. Spoilt as at this establishment I won't be going anywhere else when I have to stay in perth and they are close to St John of God (10 min drive) Sir Charles Gardiner hospital and Elizabeth Quay and king's Park also 5-10 min drive.taxis rank outside the hotels door as are buses..

S.Citadines is a great place to stay for your one night stops in the city, whether a it's for business or a place to crash when you don't want to go home after a special night out, rooms a stylish, not to cramped for all the furniture in there, pillows are pancakes though. Otherwise perfect place for a one night stay
v.Not the best value money. The rooms are missing some things I like too see, like bathrobes..and the furnishing isn't very aesthetically pleasing. But overall nothing wrong with the place a fine place to stay
