The place is cozy and beautiful presented. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast.! The bed is comfortable and the additional shampo, creme etc are a nice touch. The shared bathroom though needs to be fixed. The toilet seat was too small for it so as a girl it's impossible to feel comfortable... Also the fact that it said there was parking for free isn't true! You have to pay for it if you stay during the day.....and it's on the street. For the price it should be included! But rather than that it was a nice stay!

Just made the bench mark. Had a dirty , stained towel. A numbers online game for reservations. Rooms far to expensive for what's on offer. Would stay again for its simplicity and after the aircon was worked out. Located in a dodgy area and not as convenient as touted. Mislead on parking. There is none. Street only and slight potential of a fine.

Hi my husband and I are from the Eastern States and we recently stayed at your premises. What a fantastic location, a hop skip and jump from the city, trains and buses were passing all the time and WOW the new stadium a stones throw away. We found the place very clean, tidy and well presented, credit must be given to your housekeeping. The continental breakfast was great, we got to meet other guests and share our experiences of our stay in WA. The staff were very friendly and polite. Our stay was very enjoyable it was like being at home again. We will be back and we will recommend you to all our friends. Heather

My husband and I stayed here for a night and loved the place. The premises are clean and tidy. Breakfast we presented beautifully and Lindsey the ***ager was a perfect host. The hostess was very accommodating of my request to hold my bags after checkout while I was out sightseeing before my flight.

Stayed here with my family during the week and loved the place. Really friendly service and close to all the city attractions. The rooms are beautiful and the place was really clean and cozy. Everything is brand new. You could tell that no expense has been spared. I would definitely stay again .

The location of this place is great. I had an ensuite room but there are some rooms that share facilities. The house is spacious and we were able to rearranging the furniture to create a great entertaining space in the lounge room/outdoor court yard. Would definitely return when in Perth.

My husband and I stayed at City Quarters with our two young children aged 4 and 8. The property was located in a easily accessible spot which was conveniently a close walk to a beautiful park and nice café's. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy with new furniture and stylings. The property gave us an options to chose our now bed configuration which was really handy as both of the kids could have their own separate beds but also be close to us. Breakfast we presented beautifully and Lindsey the manager was a perfect host. Will definately recommend.

Sorry, because your booking page does not indicate the password door lock, so when I arrived at the hotel on 1/12/7: 30, 2020, I waited 30 minutes, called 3 times, it was the language, the management did not open the door, and I had no way Check in, please help me cancel the payment, thank you There is a trap here in the booking system. I did not check in. They are not willing to refund.

I stayed with my girlfriend, the room was excellent more like a boutique hotel than a bed and breakfast. Building site next door noisy. We arrived an hour after check-in time to find the place closed and as we don't travel with a cell phone had to call the host from a neighbouring store.

Pip always makes you feel so welcome, a real home away from home. The staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodated us at short notice. Breakfast was contenental and can be recommended. The owner is helpul and the breakfast complete. I love it when they make fruit salad.

It was nice time when I stayed in this place. Nice rooms, tasty breakfast, and very good location. To the Perth city center is about the 15 minutes walk. Near the accommodation there are a park so you can walk there and enjoy your Australian vacation.

The decor was so tranquil and if or in Perth for business its very ideal for some peace and quiet when you come back from a hectic day. The location is ideal. We had the dearest room in the place so hate to think what the cheaper rooms are like.

I stayed here for the weekend with my girlfriend as we were visiting friends in Perth. The place is in an excellent location walking distance to the Mount Lawley Café strip and Northbridge. We have a really good experience with the management and the place was clean and tidy with a real warm homely feel. I would definitely recommend it for personal or business.

Room 3 hadn't been cleaned properly since my last stay there 6 months again! There was still old soap stuck to the back of the shower head and the exhaust fan had still not been cleaned.

Mould in the room is never a good thing and used soaps in shower is ratchet as... we also has some druged out homeless people try to enter when we did and became nasty when we didnt let them in and continued to bang and yell at front door until 1am but bed was good and complimentary breakfast was great
