G.I was expecting worse but it was "ok".
We booked one week, the first night there was a cockroach walking on the ceiling...
Free parking (when all the spots are not taken). The place and particularly the rooms and kitchens definitely need a refreshment! Internet was ok. The windows inside the rooms can not be locked so I was a bit concerned about it, at least they could put a stick so people from outside can not open it. There is at least one security guard all the time.
You get what you get for the price!
n. w.I absolutely loved this family friendly stay . No pool or outdoor area . But besides that..it was great! . Mattress and pillows were 5 star ! . I really enjoyed our stay here. Central area and all round thought it was great
W. L.For the money it is perfect. Friendly helpful staff. cleaned and fresh towels daily The best shower easy to adjust and good water flow. Handy to everything. Kitchenette was a bonus. Thank you to the staff we had a great stay at City Waters.
A. B.Booked for an overnight stay with hubby. Very old, maybe sixties building but very clean and tidy. Great for a budget overnight stay with a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Would be good for a family or couple on a budget. Plenty of places to explore and eat/drink nearby. Free inner city transit nearby to get into the city and back. Limited parking so best to try to check in as early as you can. Friendly staff - even lent us an umbrella! Also received text to make sure all was ok and we wer enjoying ourselves.
K. C. W. T.What an excellent place to stay while in Perth. Absolutely love this place. The accomodation I had was the 2 room unit for 6 adults with kitchen and batroom. We love the layout and having free parking was helpful. My suggestion to this property would be to have better water pressure in some of the rooms. I look forward to my next stay with them. The staff are helpful and friendly too...
S. M.Very good value for money. Close to shopping centre, river and.Elizabeth Quay. Clean. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Everything works. Generally for Perth CBD though, very few places to eat after 4pm except high end places. Recommended. Would stay here again.
A. A.Nice budget apartment for family with children. The spacious room has a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook meal so you can save some money along the trip.
N. N.It is near to the bus station and city center. Apartment has a kitchenette complete with cooking utensils, fridge, tv, iron, hairdryer. All you need to do is buy your own groceries and cook. There are a few convenience stores nearby. Receptionists are friendly. Parking space is free for guests.

S. R.I stayed here for a week. Loved the fully equipped kitchen! City waters is opposite swan river and it’s nice to take evening walks just across the park. Staff are friendly and location is right at the city! Will definitely come again next time

H. L. (.PROS:- 1. Excellent Location with nearby restaurants and local cafes serving Western, Middle-eastern or Asian food all within walking distances. Easy walk (Flat path for those who needs to be on walking aid/wheelchair) 20mins walk to malls in the city. Please Request for ground floor unit of the apartment if you have anyone with a disability issue as there are no elevators in the apartment.
2. Easy accessibility to Perth International Airport by public transport. Walk down TerraceRd, make a left turn up Hill Road and cross at the traffic lights. Take Airbus A380 directly to T1/T2.
3. Daily maintained and serviced apartment. Kind and responsive
reception as well as room servincig team. Basic amenities such as coffee, tea bags and toiletries are replenished daily.
4. We took the TOP floor double-bed unit with balcony facing Langley Park and the beautiful Swan River. No regrets paying extra for the balcony view.
5. If you want to do the Rottnest Island, the pick-up point is at nearby hotels of the apartment. One of the pick-up point is just round the corner - about 3-4 mins walk to Pan Pacific Hotel
6. Within walking distance of 30mins-45mins to Heirisson Island, 5-10mins walk to Perth Mint, 10-15mins walk to Elizabeth Quay and Bell Tower. Just Perfect for my family!
CONS:- 1. Old dated furniture. Some are really torn and broken ( these are in the old yet to be refurbished units). 2. Locking system of the main door seems inadequate 3. No corridor lights from evening onwards so it is pretty dark. 4. Apartment is not only open to tourists but also for long-term and short-term lease so you will encounter mixed residency - and people who will stand along the corridor talking loudly on their mobile phones or smoking 5. No elevators for those travelling with bulky luggage, strollers, the elderly or the disabled. 6. Security for the entire property can be further enhanced.
A. R.Very convenient for site seeing around Perth. Stood to the test of 3 stars. Would recommend to others. ( only shower over bath was the minor issue so take care )
s. d.Always friendly clean stay here often philomenia lee amazing really good hospitality personified and I should know was a chef then chef manager hotels restraunts resorts mining now setting up hospitality sites for clyents it's like a home away from home baths showers full kitchen facility's all in apartment style acomidation washing machines and dryers to use clean .Free WiFi if book online or through there friendly teaming the phone some staff changing now and philomenia leaving at end of month so will post again after this to see if opinion changes

The best place in this hotel, except the departure from the pier, the Swan River is opposite, leaving hay st, murray st pedestrian street 10 minutes walk, 15 minutes walk from South Bridge Chinatown 15! The most important is free parking. .
There is breakfast for 3 minutes walking nearby and Chinese breakfast for 7 minutes.

房间非常舒适，厨房，卫生间，冰箱，微波炉，风筒，免费wifi 应有尽有。。来过几次澳洲总觉得停车费有点小贵(一般一小时5澳币)。。这家酒店最好的地方，除了离开码头很近，天鹅河就在对面，离开hay st , murray st步行街 走路10分钟，南桥唐人街15走路15分钟！最重要有免费停车位。。
附近走路3分钟有早餐，7分钟有中式早餐

The location of this hotel is very good, very close to the city and the main attractions of the waterfront. The hotel has a kitchen. It is very convenient to do simple meals by yourself.
