Had a nice time. Lovely clean modern room. Pool was refreshing in a warm night. Check in friendly. Didn't eat there but heard the food is good. No complaints from me.

We booked three rooms for the night as we had a work Christmas function to attend in the city. The rooms were clean and lovely, however the following morning there was no hot water available and at check out when we mentioned it, all we got was they had problems but it was fixed now. I mentioned that it was a little late. I know issues happen, but not to receive an apology or any form of compensation (like a free breakfast) was very poor on their behalf. The least a guest can ask for is hot water. Then breakfast buffet was a disaster, there was no normal size plates, no glasses, we asked for cutlery but had to remove some off other tables, plus the food was cold. Definitely not worth the $25 a head.

I had Two nights at the Country Comfort Perth and have stayed there a few other times with work. Without doubt it is clean, modern and comfortable and also has a great restaurant co-located with the facility.

Country Comfort Perth is a really great place to stay. Our room is lovely with a Poolside view. Beautiful, Clean Bathroom and Amenities. There is a lovely Restaurant here which offers a Continental Breakfast or a full Buffet Breakfast in the Mornings. The staff are friendly and this has been a very positive experience. The Bed in the photos has been made by me, not the room service staff, it was very nicely made when we entered our room.

My deluxe king room wasn't very clean. Surfaces needed a wipe down. Kids playground broken. Kids Pool had leaves and rubbish in it. Also Upon asking the reception nicely 4 times for pool towels and cutlery delivered to my room, they still did not deliver. Which I had to end up going to get them myself. The service at this hotel needs some great attention. Breakfast was nice. Bed was nice. Main swimming pool was nice. Overall it serves well as a 3star hotel.

We asked for a disabled unit, but found this was more on the dangerous side when taking a shower! Luckily the staff in attendance were great and realised our predicament - they need to take notice of the disabled persons accommodation as an occupational health and safety matter! The entire place is a hidden gem. We have stayed in 5 star before that is well below this hotel quality. The amenities, the room comfort, the staff, the food, the service, everything far exceeded any expectations. If you need anywhere to stay in Perth, close to the city and highways. Whether it be for a quick stop over from airport, or as we did, quick weekend get away, 20 mins from home. With or without the kids. This is your spot!! You won't regret it. Some big points to make 1) super comfy beds and lovely clean rooms 2) service is beyond and they make Evey effort for you 3) the food onsite is well priced, amazing in taste and the hours of room service and restaurant are perfect. 4) we are smokers and to find a place e where you are not put in a back corner for it, is very rare. Plenty of space means they have accommodated to both non smokers and smokers. Obviously not in the rooms, but in and around the amenities and most rooms have outdoor area also. 5) the distance between airport, city, and access to highways, makes this location better than being in the city itself. 6) the pool area and playground and BBQ area make it even better when staying with the kids. Seems there is plenty to do and we would come back with our little ones just so they're occupied whilst we sit back and relax. If we HAD to choose something we didn't like it would be, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The traffic noise from where it is, but once doors are closed, you don't even notice. Pathetic I know, but had to choose something lol hence why we are so delighted with our stay.

Had a lovely couple of days, food was great, location great and grandies loved the pool. Only fault was I could find was at the pool, myself and another elderly lady found it difficult to get out of pool as there where no hand rails, which put me off going in again. If you could look into this matter it would make it an excellent place.

Nicely laid out with good sized rooms overlooking a swimming pool. Handy to Airport and Shuttle service available. Only faults were curtain won't close completely and noise from outdoor seating nearby but 10PM curfew meant I could get a sleep. Menu items for the Firehouse restaurant look good pity early morning departure wouldn't allow breakfast.

I recently stayed in an executive room with a king bed, comfortable and spacious, however, was overcharged and also overcharged for a second room I booked for a family member. This room is described as a “triple deluxe” but It is more like a budget room. Again overcharged! When I queried the overcharges it was blamed on computer error. Won’t be staying here again as we were given a room with a damp smell prior to this visit. Continued to return as the secure parking is a bonus.

Staff were fantastic and friendly. Room is a really nice size. The one downside is the noise from other rooms. The sound of the shower pipes from the above floor could be heard and it was easy to hear a lot of chatter outside the rooms. I would still stay there again though on my next Perth trip

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms in blocks 1,2 and 3 are great with balconies or court yards. The spa room is absolutely beautiful top floor of the second block. The rooms in block 4 are great, but unfortunately most of the rooms do not have a balcony or court yard.

My family and I stayed in the new section of the hotel the last 3 nights. Previously we have stayed in the original part of the hotel, which has always been beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The new rooms are very sleek and modern with very, very comfortable beds. Even the fold out lounge that the kids slept on was very comfy. The kids spend a lot of time swimming in the pool which was clean and well maintained. The service of all the staff was as perfect as always. We had an amazing meal at the restaurant on our last night and again the service didn't dissapoint. We will definitely come back here and will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Free shuttle that picks you up upon arrival from the airport upon request, and runs every hour from the hotel to the airport. The rooms are a little tired but comfortable and quiet. No safe to keep valuables. Restaurant on site open until 9pm most days (I didn't visit that so can't speak for it's quality). Bus stops for multiple routes right outside. Friendly service at reception.

Stayed here 3 times in the past 6 months, and its great! Even better since the refurbishment. The rooms are spacious and great value, very peaceful and comfortable. Have also stayed in the apartments at the back of the complex - they are modern and spacious, if not just a touch old on the inside.

Stayed at the executive room. Room has almost everything you need, clean as well, liked the modern concept of the room design. Bed is big and comfortable. Restaurant has a nice ambiance, food is great as well. Ample parking space and location is near to the city as well as to the airport. Loved the airport transfers, available even in the early morning. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There are a few petrol stations nearly as well within walking distance.

The chicken burger I tried was not what I expected, it was sliced chicken breast where I was expecting a breaded chicken breast. Even though, it was a tasty burger with good slaw and cracking chips. All in all it was pretty good.

I have rebooked for 2 nights in January 2019 and looking forward to this proffessional accommodation establishment! I have arrived and service was excellent, the room not really what I expected this time. Room very clean and ideal for a stay over for 2 people. Bathroom very good. Ample parking and easy access from car parking. Still a 5 ***** in 2019 😁 Below is 2018 reviewing details! Well! Arrived to find checkin is 2pm the earliest. Waited outside to deside what to do. Upon rechecking if there was somewhere to get changed, as we were heading over to Perth Cup today about 12.00 and wanted to get there before the first race. A gentleman then said that he can help us out with a room. You beauty! So far from what I have seen, looking like a 5***** The room is very clean and well presented. Having a reasonable size pool and also children's play area. A bbq area with shelter also. Ample grass area for what ever you are allowed to do. Having a shuttle service is definitely a bonus for holidayers, travellers or even for business accommodation. Definitely will check out the pool later. Room service is prompt and courteous. This place has very well presented buildings, gardens and secure parking.

I found a lot of traffic noise at night as this place is located adjacent a busy main road. The rooms inside was very nice. Had some other noisy guests and woke me up at 3am with the sound of slamming doors multiple times.

I was trying to organize a booking of people visited this motel in person, had a look at the restaurant and rooms and was really impressed with this place. I tried to contact the reservation manager to negotiate the possible discount and commit the booking. Well it appears that they are not interested in dealing with potential customers at all. In fact I had to present some proof identity when I asked about the price! Poor client service or total absence of communication skills can describe this motel! I’m taking my business to another place where the management cares about clients.

We had a competition in Perth to attend and my work colleagues have been staying there for 4 nights. I went there for brekkie only and to pick them up, but from the rooms I seen it is a little outdated and used but still comfortable and clean. There is allocated open garage carpark under each unit, space for two large cars. Brekkie is quite good with an array of cereal and typical English brekkie. All in all a easy to reach, close to the city, very affordable average classes motel/hotel.

A hotel in a strategic location.. You can easily take bus to Belmond Forum (a big shopping mall).. You can easily take bus to Elizabeth Quay.. And they have their own famous restaurant, Fire House Restaurant, which is highly rated over here aswell.. Unfortunately, I havent got the chance to try it when I stayed there..
