Hmm sad to see this place become so bad!! Room is average bed is very comfortable decent size. Other than that I have stayed in less rated hotels that are better and you at least get complimentary water. Apparently tap water is all we need and forget the usual shower cap, ear buds, toothbrush! I had to ask if any are available and only toothbrush and paste is. Pool areas isn’t as big as I thought but it definitely is a place to be if you have kids as towers would be a little boring for them. I suppose I simply expected more being part of crown.

Paid $200 each for a Christmas dinner in the buffet area. Coffee not included, tea not included, sparkling water not included. You can get three different types of beer for free. Thanks for being a really responsible alcohol venue. What I would really love is to get my monies worth on beer, and make a great decision to drive home, because I didn’t have an option to “slow down” the food was great, the service was great. A woman named Putu in the dessert section was just lovely.
Oh… and we all had to wear masks, (a covid thing) except it seems if you are senior management. After we got the lecture that we had to wear a mask when going up to the buffet by our waitperson, you look over, and a guy with a walkie-talkie and a suit… giving directions to other senior staff… right at the buffet… yep, no mask. We told the waitstaff that we would take our lead from senior management and pointed to the clown. She told us that he was someone from security, like that makes him especially immune from passing on Covid 19 or he was exempt somehow.
Over, not really impressed, however, we’d go back.

Whats not to love about Crown Metropol. The room was great. The facilities were top notch. The gym has probably the most extensive equipments we have seen in a hotel gym. Not to mention a small fridge stack with free water bottles for the gym goers. But you definitely have to admire the pool, because it even had seagulls! I have to wonder what on earth were seagulls doing by the pool at Crown! As if they were paid actors to be props to make you feel as if you were on a seaside pool 😆 Having said that, I love our Crown Metropol. It has been around for as long as I remember. Then as Burswood hotel and now as Crown.

Just spent the night here for my birthday, got a birthday package that included breakfast and complementary bottle of wine and late check out. Had a great time, beautiful room great service.

My fiancée and I stayed in the Loft at Metro due to Crown Towers being almost fully booked. For a ~$1500 room it certainly delivers on space and views (we got the city view thankfully), along with a gorgeous bathroom with spa bath, generous shower and a comfy king bed as you'd expect.
We had a couple of issues with the cleanliness of the room, with hand prints on walls, dust on surfaces, sticky carpet in some spots and windows that needed a good clean. Definitely seems like the cleaners were rushed, but they hadn't even finished cleaning over an hour after our 3pm check-in time! (Got there at just past 4pm and they were still cleaning)
Maybe Crown Towers has spoiled us, but having to manually open and close the window curtains was a bit of a let down as well as the light switches that had a mind of their own. Give us a tablet with all of the controls for the room to make the user experience easier! You even have to get up and go into the other living area to adjust the aircon if you wake up hot/cold.
Overall it was a good experience with the lovely bathroom making up for some of the other downfalls. Would recommend splitting the cost with friends and booking the room next door as well and making a night of it.

Had a fabulous 3 day 'bucket list'holiday. We had an amazing, surprising room upgrade. The loft studio was amazing. The staff were very friendly and professional and we loved every minute of our stay.Thank you Crown Metropol.

Room was fantastic. Room service food was average to say the least , Cold vegetable sides with frozen butter , Spanish onions posing as shallots accompanying the oysters. Requested extra bath towels three times over a 3hr period to no avail. Valet parking very prompt and friendly service .
A. C.
Fantastic! We paid a bit extra for a city view room and it was well worth the upgrade to watch the sunset. Great view of Optus stadium too. Complimentary bubbles and choccie in arrival for our anniversary was an added bonus - highly recommend!

Me and my partner visited the Crown Burswood Perth at the weekend stayed crown Metropol hotel. The check in staff where very helpful and polite and very quick. The room was a good size and very clean. Great hotel and great staff, we had breakfast there which was brilliant. It’s a very busy hotel so make sure you arrive half hour before check in to help avoid long queues.
Overall a good experience and friendly staff.

Just go and see it for yourself. Worth a trip. Plenty to do. Great place to stay. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Stayed for 4 nights at the metropol, sizeable room, don't expect too much in terms of service. Staff tend to check to refill mini bar around 5pm so make sure you have your Do Not Disturb turned on, unless you want visitor in the middle of something. Also, tea don't get refill on a daily either.

Beautiful architecture and ambience, however these are sunk capital costs and 3 star rating is purely based on the perceived relative price of dining here. Quality and service was of course of high standards, so kudos to management for this.
M.
Very good , stay 3nights ,the housekeeping cleaned our room everyday 👍very hard work &they are friendly . The breakfast is wonderful, a Asian waiter is very nice &lovely. Definitely will back to this place again .

My partner and I stayed there last Sunday night. Everything was very nice.
Only a couple of minor issues. Firstly, the receptionists were very unwelcoming. They looked very stressed and unhappy to see me. The receptionist kept calling me Cow. My name is Cao. Which is pronounced Ciao. I was offended that she would keep calling me Cow without asking me how to pronounce my name. Perhaps your staff need training regarding different culture names. All they need to do is just ask nicely, how do you pronounce your name please.
Secondly, there is no Toothbrush and cotton buds in the room.
This should be standard for a five star hotel.

Accommodation was beautiful with stunning views, the check in experience not so good huge queue, ok once you got to the counter, room service was $33 for a hamburger, no thanks, would stay again but would be better prepared, had some chips at the merriwell, worst ive ever eaten.

Best place ever to stay after my birthday dinner at Atrium. The room services was great, food was delicious ❤

Wow! So excited to come back! Booked this place for a wonderful rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I like this hotel and I'm so happy I stayed at my favorite place cheaper than what I generally pay.
Wow. Get the special hotel stay deal. Great value and be treated like royalty. Fantastic food and entertainment options something for everyone.

Excellent, clean, neat rooms. Friendly staff with great service. Very much enjoy staying when we visit from Tom Price. Thanks
T. M.
Such a great potential, yet so many people kicked out but yobbos roam inside, nothing like it was in 1984, it had class, pizaz, dress codes, now its a jungle in there..Todd Johnston should run it, he is amazing there.
D. H.
Family took their mother there to celebrate Mothers Day. Perfect dining location, overlooking the pool. Everyone had a beautiful card that permitted them to choose a half lobster. Food selection was incredible. Everyone enjoyed. And we enjoyed valet parking to top of this experience.
R. H.
Beautiful place but having a 3pm check in and still had to wait till 6pm for our room to be ready was not the best.
Y. J.
I had stay there in Christmas. Super convenience location that have everything you need. Plenty options to host, feed, shop and entertain yourself and your group at different age.
Atrium Buffet is a must go option for breakfast and dinner. Hundreds of food with premium quality and taste. One of the best restaurant in Perth. Good for money.
Bedding and facilities are good but in room towel wasn’t in very good condition. It’s clean but not soft.
Must highlight its outdoor pool areas. Good for kids and relax/rewards yourself.
Drawback is it’s elevators. Not enough when the hotel is full capacity (such as Xmas). Takes longtime to get onto ground floor and take longtime to check out. So be prepared in advance if you have limited check out time.
j. h.
The metropol pools aren't as heated as towers and both the outdoor spa and indoor spa were not fully operational .the although very clean would have been better if they used an expresso machine rather than packet coffee. Otherwise everything was good

We had amazing staycation at Crown Metropol for 4 days and 3 nights, big room, very nice and clean ambience, friendly staff that makes us very welcomed 😊😊 If you decided to stay at Crown Hotel I also will suggest you to valley your car if you bring your car. It really makes life so much easier as we in and out a lot, save your energy and all the hustle 😉😉

Top notch surroundings and service was impeccable! Truly a 5 Star Service Hotel!

It was our 1st time to try Crown Metropol Perth, we booked 2 nights (sat and sun) on a Luxe Twin Room- room is smaller than expected! basic room set-up, aging carpet floors, nothing exciting with room extras/freebies, bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste or you can personally ask from concierge and they’ll give you a really cheap toothbrush with bristles coming out as you brush. You have to wait for 4-5pm service for free room water bottles, If you miss out then call guest services.
Main goal- winter staycation- indoor pool and spa is great! adults and kids love it, beware of very slippery tiles though. Outdoor pool and spa closed for maintenance. Kids club room next to indoor pool area is great too.
If planning to dine at Atrium then prebook when you are booking room as its a bit cheaper than charging it to room after.
A. G.
Originally, we were put into a smoking room, which was not something that we had selected. However, the concierge very kindly moved us to a non-smoking room. We were surprised that there was no warning while booking online or when we checked in about the smoking room, especially for the price of $300/night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and had a nice staycation!

Just had a recent staycation at the Crown. We had a great stay. Beds where comfy, Room had a great view and room service was good.. Pool area was great for the kids the slides kept them occupied for hours.. cocktails by the pool was great especially the slushy ones.... breakfast in the morning had a huge selection of food and check in was smooth. Overall a please try stay :)

We made a booking here for our wedding anniversary And were looked after so exceptionally well by duty manager John. Thank you so much for making our stay even better than what we expected! Lovely, clean and luxurious hotel. We have stayed here many times and will continue doing so! :)
M. K.
Hotel rooms are amazing, the place it self is amazing. But the food and drinks could be not soo expensive and the wifi is really bad and they need to put complimentary packs in your room (accessories). But overall we had a great time as a family and definitely would come back
g.
From the guy who got my friends bags to the charming Penelope behind the counter. Crown gets high marks.
But then....I have never stayed there. And I haven't gambled or eaten there for over a decade.
L. M.
Was a nice room however a $500 deposit for a $280 room is a bit much.
Could also do with some touch ups around the place and more entertainment down stairs.
Also found the pool closed when it wasn’t that late so a bit of a shame.
Also not sure why they wouldn’t pre warn ppl about the pearl area as had no idea what the area walked to and felt bad when asked what we are doing when we didn’t know what the corridor was going.
When checking out the little side area felt like a small bad area when waiting for the mini fridge to be checked….
Over all was a nice stay However some adjustments need to be taken

Had a fantastic stay-catio,. Excellent service. Friendly and understanding staff. Great food.

What an experience! Absolutely loved it. The room was just fabulous, and i loved the pool with the poolbar as well. The buffet breakfast and dinner in Atrium could be a bit better. I expected a bit more variety in meat/fish in stead of 10 different types of bread. And the the breakfast buffet was partially the same as dinner. Both good, but too expensive for what they offer.
M. N.
Love this hotel, and the service and food are great. I can’t give it five stars this stay as it felt overrun and over-crowded with lots of long queues, no pool lounges available, and so many kids everywhere, even running around in the quiet areas and jumping around in the relaxation pool area. It’s nice to see families enjoying the hotel, but it’s just hectic and noisy for those of us looking to relax without kids, and it takes away from the quality of the overall experience. I’d love to see some more adults only spaces in resorts like this.
S. O.
Stayed at the metropol rather than the towers this time, we think its more child friendly. Still missing something for family fun, after dinner there's very little to do, no movie channels in the rooms because they sell old movies for $15. A bowling alley or something close by would be great.
P. R.
The $800 room wasn't ready upon arrival. We then had misadvertised view issues so had to wait longer for another room. ALL staff have the whole "pretend I'm busy and look up in the air" attitude. Casino reps nag you ALL night "excuse me; have you got the Crown Rewards card?". Room service and valet were great on the other hand. Really good oysters and time efficient. I did leave for a few hours and came back in the morning. Empty lobby just about, all staff unoccupied with clientele. From entrance to my room- not a SINGLE "Good morning". It's not a bad experience but wishes a lot to desire for. No 5 star room accessories or amenities. Hotels with less expectations and price deliver more. Very inconsistent to Crowns in other states, too. Will not be staying again. Deserves 3.5 stars but unable to rate so on here. Such a shame.
N.
The hotel is close to good walking paths and the river. There is no shopping or other cafes or restaurants close by apart from the ones within the complex. We did walk to the Canfield Pub one night for a pub meal. We also walked to the …

Had stayed at Metropol for the weekend and service was alright to say the least. Had headed down to Metropol pool for the couple of days we were there and had been served with stellar service by supervisions named Bernadette and Jason. Absolutely grateful for all the amazing service they had provided me and my family with and couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you to the both of you for making our time by the very busy pool so delightful and comfortable. I have mentioned your amazing service to all my family and friends and we all look forward to coming back to such brilliant service. Definitely made our stay worth while! Thanks again Bernadette and Jason!
K. R.
I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the reception/foyer smelling like old smoke and the rooms needing a bit of a birthday (getting shabby) otherwise it's a fantastic place in regards to activities for both adults and kids. I personally would not pay $$$ to stay here but my husband loves it so this is where we go.
S. N.
Had a lovely 3 night stay. Great housekeeping service. Only downfall we had each morning getting told breakfast wasn't included when it was. Even though we sorted this out with front desk it still happened. Just annoying for a top hotel not to communicate. Desk staff at breakfast quite rude about it all.
K. E.
Busy as up marketnext door to casino( ho hum). Optus stadium 10 minutes away walking
m. h.
Fantastic, my daughter's 30th birthday we booked 9 rooms for friends. All our rooms had cold champagne and they upgraded her room to and higher level room. We had a great night thanks to the staff for making her day so special.
J. R.
Nice rooms but not great quality. Leaking taps for one thing. Staff also give you reminders to move on on time. The Atrium is also way over priced
M. &. A. R.
We had lunch at Nobu Restaurant for the first time, and cannot speak highly enough of the staff who served us. They explained the food on the menu & were very attentive! Will definitely be going back
S. K.
Enjoyed our stay! The customer service is o exceptional🤓

Just wanted to say that our recent stay at the Crown Metropol was amazing.
My wife and i were part of a small wedding party and dealt with wonderful Laura Farias who made the experience amazing from start to finish.
From check in to check out nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the room was awesome. The way in which Laura took care of the small details when booking the stay took out the stress of the day for the Bride and Groom and made everything run smoothly.
We cannot compliment and recommend Laura and the team of people working with her and i will be looking forward to return again in a couple of weeks time.
L. S.
Lovely venue and facilities. Just make sure you have enough time up your sleeve for all the waiting you will experience or the disappointment at not being able to do many activities due to closures or being booked out weeks in advance. Wish I had known this before I comittmented to my booking.
K. W.
I've loved my stay here. Even though I only live 40mins from here, it has felt very much like a holiday a long way from home.
Rooms are fabulous, food is fabulous and service is fabulous. Just try not to spend too much time in the Casino $$$ 😀
J. H.
I stayed here with my hubby about a month ago and the stay was amazing. Prices were a little better then the crown towers and rooms were very nice. Will be back.
M. D.
What a lovely birthday! Staff were very friendly from the moment we checked in. The room was spotless, bedding luxurious. We had a family room with twin double beds. The bed was larger than expected and there was plenty of room for 3 of us. The pool and kids room were both great. We also had valet parking which was super convenient and highly recommended. Will definitely be back, we had a lovely stay.
T. R.
Clean rooms, very polite customer service from all staff. Room cost (almost $300) could be more affordable/accessible to Perth residents and I’m sure the hotel would enjoy more business from locals. Food was the let down. Had the rib eye (as well as a few other dishes) which was almost $50. Asked for medium rare and got medium (which is becoming almost an expectation around Perth) meat was low quality with a lot of gristle, jus was barely a sauce with no flavour and came with the steak cold! Not entirely sure if the 3 cherry tomatoes complimented the dish either! This was at around 9:30pm so the kitchen still had an hour and a half to change over to late night menu. The general cost of most things on the menu needs to be re-evaluated as well. Again pricing is probably based on frequency but if food was priced at a lower cost the kitchen would probably be a lot busier. Just received an email saying that a soft drink was missing and my son and I never touched the mini bar at all. So will be querying very shortly.
M. Z.
Very good accommodations. the waiter who delivered our room service was a bit of a tool. But we didn't pay the gratuity as the sandwiches cost a small fortune.
G. D.
We booked the King deluxe with Spa, and it was the best choice!! Room service was here in 20 minutes, which was excellent, as we had developed a small appetite 😊😊 We have 2 more nights here, and we look forward to exploring the indoor pool, and the onsite gym, which is open, 24 hours!! **UPDATE** We have decided to extend our stay from Friday, until Sunday. The view from the first room, was less than spectacular, so we opted for the same room, with a view of Suncorp stadium/ poolside and more of the city. And we are more than happy, that we were able to do so. Thank you!!!!
M. E.
I was lucky enough to stay on the 10th floor. The views were incredible morning and night! The pools were lovely for a swim too.
The room was a good size, very open and spacious. The bathroom was really modern and nice. Comfortable bed, good locations for power outlets and light switches.
I enjoyed my stay at Crown Metropol.

Stayed for 3 nights over Christmas and it was perfect!

Best hotel I've stayed at for 2 nights vibrant night-life good restaurant s lovely room warm pool food great staffare friendly
M. B.
Hotel itself is always good but the extras and staff this time around. Not enough seating around the pool with all cabanas left empty available ‘for a fee’ despite already forking our hundreds of dollars for the privilege to be there. Had to put our things on the pavement near the bushes (So not meant to be crown). Altrium breakfast was very underwhelming for the price, most Bain Marie food isn’t warm enough and barista coffee... you guessed it available for an additional fee!
S. G.
Love staying here. Very comfortable and professional. Great view and even better restaurants! Plenty to see and do for everyone of all ages.
P. T.
Great place for a break. Very comfy bed and we'll set out toom. View from our room was fantastic, pool, Crown Towers, Optus Stadium, Matagarup Bridge, Perth City. Beautiful?
A. P.
Great hotel, very accommodating , helpful and professional staff . Hotel rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel has numerous eating establishments enough to forefill all needs. Recommended
K. H.
Wonderful weekend with friends celebrating the 50th birthdays of our husbands.
The King View rooms had wonderful views over the Swan River, Perth City and the pool area. Bathrooms also very modern with a separate toilet and shower. Also included a lovely bath with sliding divider to open up into the room.
Rooms were equipped with a king size bed, 2 seater sofa, 1 seater, a desk, 2 chairs, mini bar and sliding mirror wardrobe with coathangers, luxurious bathrobes and slippers. There is also a personal safe, iron and hair-dryer.
Immensely enjoyed our stay.
J.
Dinner at Bistro Guilemme was fantastic. Buffet breakfast at the Atrium was also great. Room service wasn’t as great.
The sheets and pillows weren’t great. Could do with upgrading.
C. S.
Wow. Get the special hotel stay deal. Great value and be treated like royalty. Fantastic food and entertainment options something for everyone.

Stayed at Crown Towers for the first time to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday. The entry way was breathtaking and immaculate. Every detail well thought out and presentable. The waiting bar room is honestly the most stunning bar I have ever seen world wide with impeccable service.Very high standards of cleanliness throughout the complex. In particular, the service desk worker named Claudia who checked us in and out was very genuine, professional and well presented even down to the finer details of how eloquent she handed items. It's rare I see such an exceptionally high standard of professionalism, Claudia is the face of Crown Towers, well done to you, you are truly an asset to the establishment. As I checked out I rebooked again, 10 out of 10
M. F.
Very nice relaxing stay, good pool and service
m. z.
Really nice hotel. Great atmosphere in the lobby. On weekends they would have a live singer in the lobby which was really nice. At night time their were purple lights coming from inside the room which was really cool. The pools were amazing. The lifts were one of my favourite parts. I have never been so fascinated by lifts before. They move so fast and you get a view of the lobby. The hotel also has many restaurants surrounded they have some in the lobby, some fast food downstairs, some places in the casino and some in the other hotels nearby. Also in walking distance of the train station. Also get a view from the lights from the city. The city also is pretty close as well. 100% recommend coming here.
S. D.
Very clean and glamourous! Staff are friendly and helpful and there's plenty to keep you enjoying a night without leaving the hotel.
Decent variety of bar and restaurant options through the entire place.
Pool area is nice and big so it doesn't feel like you have to get in quick for a spot.
Close to the city and other points of interest, nice parks to walk around in the mornings.
Highly recommend!!
W. S.
Always good at the Crown... Good drink prices at the sports bar... Would like to see a few better give away at random like promo people tapping ya on Shoulder with vouchers or prize
S. T.
Has been a good stay. Would have been better if both beds were comfortable. One was lacking springs. The customer service was exceptional.
K. A.
Stayed overnight in one of the double rooms. The hotel is nice with very friendly staff, but the rooms are a bit outdated. The Metropol is marketed as a luxury hotel (and cost luxury prices) but the room was average. The beds felt old and lumpy, same with the pillows, and the carpet and walls in the bedroom were stained and old looking. The bathroom was quite nice, and the hotel seems to be climate controlled which is nice. Its all about location, which is why we stayed, but I doubt I'll be back again unless the price drops accordingly or the hotel rooms are renovated.
J. W.
Stayed here a couple nights after a big event and the quality of the room was flawless. Loved the room service and general dealings with the staff. Lots in the area to see and do, heaps of good choices in the surrounding casino and entertainment areas. Didn't find the room too expensive and would definitely go back. Highly recommended
B. M.
A favorite place to stay and to dine out with my family. The service is world class from the time you arrive till the time you leave. Fantastic selection of restaurants. Hotel offers day spa hairdresser and other amenities . Excellent location to all tourist attraction, Perth and airport .
I would highly recommended from business to families.
C. E.
Always nice to stay at the Crown after indoor skydiving at iFly
J. l.
Thoroughly enjoyed my Birthday stay .. Nice room ,good deep bath ..Staff very friendly & Helpful .Food was amazing ...Best of all were the great Pools ..
s. w.
The hotel is nicely designed with shopping mall, casino, nice restaurants and pool. The room is so nice and the utilities are so new! And the breakfast place got wide range varies of food to choose, and coffee is great. I got a good time there.
E. C.
I always love staying here. The staff are amazing. The feeling of comfort and luxury in the rooms is wonderful.
H. T.
Make sure you have the Safe WA app before you go the the Casino. Having to line up to get in was a pain because many people didn't have the app. There should be a express line for you to go straight through. Mr Packer didn't get my money because of the wait.
B.
The customer service at this hotel is impeccable. From the reception to the concierge, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. A shout out to NEIL who made our stay extra special by going above and beyond. Will absolutely return to this hotel!
J. T.
The view of Perth, the Perth Optus Stadium and the Matagarup Bridge from the Metropol is fantastic.
P. P.
Great meal too many dishes ! To choose from. Couldn't fault a thing .
C. L.
Was lucky to receive an upgrade to a spa room with views of the arena and pool areas. Very clean, diet and serviced. Liked the sliding privacy screen for the bathroom. Didn't like lack of temperature control in the room, it was set quite low and felt too cold. Fortunately the fluffy bathrobes were cosy and warm. Everything was on the mark except no shower cap provided with the bathroom accessories.
P. R.
Great place to stay. Very clean.
Great service. Friendly but efficient staff. Excellent restaurants.
Highly recommend.
C.
Lovely big rooms. I’ve taken the 3 grandkids with us and they supplied two portable full size single beds at no extra charge. Kids love the several swimming pools and water slides.
M. E.
The aesthetic of the hotel was just so well thought of and put together. Nice staff, great food, beautiful pool area. I would highly recommend a stay here.
B. J.
The staff are wonderful, friendly and very professional. They made us feel welcomed even after coming from Victoria with its Covid-19 issues
W. B.
Outstanding hotel in Perth. All the amenities you could ever need. Amazing views of the city and Swan River from the rooms. Rooms are spacious (albeit showing a bit of wear and tear, time for a refresh.) Fast check in with friendly staff. The room service menu is one of the best I've experienced with a very large selection.
H. C.
A fantastic hotel, with great service, amenities and close to the city and Optus Stadium.
The room was comfortable with a nice deep bath and excellent views of the city.
We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast at the Atrium buffet, included in our room package and would definitely stay again.
F.
Crown Metropol Perth has a wonderful location and from the second floor up, you have views of the pool below and Optus stadium in the distance. The pool itself is great, with an indoor spa and heated pool, right next to the kids hub, big outdoor pool and a little corner with a kids pool. It even has water slides! The room service is great, even on busy nights, like Friday. The all you can eat buffet (Epicurean) has, well, all you can eat! Luxury bathrooms, beds, storage and even a full-access TV that gives you access to menus and tv guides and you can even rent movies from it! There is luxury stores and the lobby itself is amazing. Tip, never bring your own food! You can still bring snacks though.
R. M.
Room (twin king) was immaculate and service was outstanding. Had an amazing time and would definitely stay again. Very child friendly - all staff were attentive and responsive. The pool area inside and out was lovely - couldn't believe we were still in our home town of Perth as felt like a tropical paradise (weather was very kind to us)
M. M.
Luxurious hotel with all the amenities, as well as a great selection of world class restaurants in the complex. Everything is top tier. Well, almost top tier. Pretty much every aspect of the hotel experience has an option to spend more money: the wifi sucks unless you pay, the pool is great but pay to book a day bed, there's even an extra pool if you want to pony up the cash. Crown is great but be prepared to have a constant voice in your ear encouraging you to spend more.
S. C.
Room was nice, perfect location, awesome view from the room but very, very inefficient housekeeping. Vacated the room for 4 hours with the clean room light on, room still not ready upon returning.
G. A.
I guess this is one of the best hotel in Perth. Felt comfortable with the room and bed. The service team are really helpful and courteous. Tried a few restaurants - junction grill, silks and noodle bar. Food in junction grill and noodle bar were good. The Tim sum in silks was not really good and very expensive compared to the price we paid. Breakfast was just mediocre. Seems that the dishes is almost the same every day. Since this is a entertainment place, don't understand why they closed the drinking counter so early.
T. M.
My 6th stay in as ***y months and does not disappoint. The rooms are beautifully designed and contain everything that would be expected of Crown opulence. Have stayed twice for for work, want to come back for a holiday and enjoy a relaxed buffet breakfast and then swim in the pool.
P. B.
Friendly helpful staff, very comfortable rooms with great views, excellent breakfasts. Walk straight into the Casino
H. C.
When you pay $438.00 for a room called Luxe View King for a stay less than 24 hours, you expect everthing to be perfect.
I was very dissapointed with how dirty were the windows. Whole point for me to pay more for a view room (they also have a lot cheaper rooms) was to enjoy the view with my husband during our dinner on my birthday.
However in this particular room, you'd prefer to look somewhere else as the windows were too dirty.
Apart from that, room service menu was pretty good, service was quick and food was delicious.
Reception staff was very friendly and efficient.
K.
Always a pleasure staying here. Only small issue is checkout waiting times. Need to ramp staff up at this busy time to checkout guests faster!

We had a fantastic stay for a weddinganniversary. The room that we had booked wasn't exactly the one that we were after but after one phone call to reception we were changed to a satisfactory roomfor only half of the usual upgrade fee which we were very appreciative of.the food and drink services both in the room and around the complex were fantastic and it was a really nice walk to the football stadium for a western Derby!
T. M.
Love this hotel , room was great and had the best view .We received wine on arrival the last time we stayed but didnt get any this time , so a bit disappointed there .The food was great , especially breakfast. Staff all very friendly. Well done to all.
D. B.
Just had a very nice afternoon tea
Is excellent
I. H.
Excellent room. Loved the food at the grill restaurant. Very good.breakfast at the bistro.
D. A.
The room quality and customer service punches well above its weight here. We got a bit fussy and wanted a bottle from a restaurant downstairs brought up to our room- concierge Neil went above and beyond to make it happen. The hotel industry needs more Neils
T. J.
Had a very interesting experience at the Crown Metropol. Having next stayed at a Crown hotel from the outside they seem very luxurious and a cut above the rest. I settled into my room well, until my neighbours had arrived.
Though I only needed one room there was an interconnecting door. Family were either yelling, or door was not thick enough to cut out the noise of their conversation. Being on a business trip I did not want the same problem to exist at night time, so I called front desk to ask to change rooms, I was told there was ONE more room available I could go to. I accepted the other room thinking any option could be better, was moved to another room that was even noisier near the opening to the restaurants, children screaming, dishes being washed- you could hear it all . The original person I spoke to about moving rooms must not have understood what I was saying. I called again to move rooms and was settled into a much more secluded room. Which I appreciated from the Crown.
The whole process took about 2 hours out of my stay to adjust rooms 3 times and we asked for a late check out of 2pm. I went to the hotel to get my key updated to 2pm checkout and I encountered the same person who originally checked me in -Emily Dempsey. She was so understanding and adjusted our check out time to 3pm and removed the fee for the inconvenience of changing rooms. She was the most switched on staff member who actually took time to listen to what I was saying and used initiative to resolve our dissatisfaction with Crown.
The process of changing rooms was also a bit impersonal. The supervisor did not come and apologise in person or give us our key cards, but a porter who did not know anything about our situation. They were just told to deliver new cards to our room. This could save us a bit more time if the manager was the one to go to the room and resolve the issue in person to ensure the customer is satisfied.
S. S.
Was nice but not as nice as last year. Food better l art Christmas, menu was a little boring, normal food nothing different. Enjoyed though
J. H.
Great convenient place to stay rooms are getting a little tired with marks on walls carpet etc but service is exceptional as always
T. M.
We spent a week in Perth and couldn't have been happier with the choice of accomodation. Great Central location. The room was beautifulwonderful view of the city and great sunsets. Good restaurants and coffee shops and obviously CASINO if …
D. E.
Great alternative the the less affordable crown towers, exceptionally professional staff who are very helpful and accommodating.
Loses a star because I keep ending up in a room with a view of the car park, very rarely have I managed to score the room with a view of the river (and the illuminating stadium on nights that the footy are on).
P. O.
Got an amazing room upgrade. About a 5 minute walk to get to stadium to watch AFL. Parking to stay at hotel is difficult to find during weekends of footy. Great eastern highway is quite congested at times so is best to add 10 minutes for your commute
B. M.
Simply put, this hotel is awesome! The biggest in Perth and probably the best too, it offers many entertainment facilities such as theatres, casino rooms and restaurants. Went there for my mum's 50th birthday dinner. We ate at the atrium and the wide array of food was stunning. The hotel lobby is probably the most beautifully designed lobby I've ever seen. I could go on and on about how much I love this place but that would take for ages, so visit this hotel/resort/casino if you haven't already.
A.
Love coming back here. Service is far better than Crown Towers. Staff go out of their way to please you. And you get SERVICE.
T. W.
Stayed in a king luxe view room, clean, great view of the stadium, river and city. Firendly staff and a complimentary bubbly and chocolate as my wife and I were there for our 11th wedding anniversary. Had a great time will stay again.
H. S.
Excellent room, food and service. It is expensive though. It would have been excellent experience if the person at the reception would not insist that I should use my own credit card for company booking and waste my half an hour.
S. W.
Stayed over night in a north facing Room. Had a good view of the river and the pool.
The room was spotless and had a nice comfortable feel to it.
There wasnt much noise from the hotel itself even though it was a saturday night.
Lateish checkout, and breakfast buffet at the Atrium was good.
Staff were friendly and serviceable.
While on the expensive side, as we didnt book early, there is the chance to snag cheaper rates.
The only reason its not a 5 is the price compared to comparable hotels.
Worth a stay.
J. S.
Attending a wedding at the beautiful Astral hall. Service was very impressive and the food was excellent. The experience was a full 5 star luxury affair and the Crown Metropol made the event lavish. The only issue i had the overflow of people (drunk) from the casino which took away some of the magic of the night. However, i would definitely recommend the Metropol for anyones events.
M. X.
My wife, daughter and I regularly stay here when we visit perth on the weekends.
It is busy but the rooms are nice. The people are attentive. Buffet is expensive but great for variety. Short sitting times and you do feel hassled through. No difference between guest or visitor. No personalised service.
The pool is a letdown. With such massively high rates of skin cancer they charge for tiny bottles of sunscreen! Ridiculous. Broken moral compass on pursuit of $$
Good variety of restaurants but nobu is like the pool. The carpet is dirty and the food mediocre. Given the price.
S. M.
Absolutely disgusted that the concierge of a 5 star hotel would stink of stale cigarette smoke. Apart from that the stay was pleasant.
D. M.
YES! What a stunner of a hotel! It's even better quality than its sister in Melbourne! Stunning decor with all the amenities, enough space in the bathroom for a party of your own and delicious in room service from Guillaume downstairs 😍
T. C. S. S.
Served by the Lovely Amber. Smiles from start to finish, polite, we'll mannered spoke to us as human beings not as just customers which is a rarity in many hotels. Fantastic work Amber well done.
C. G.
Just spent 2 wonderful nights here to celebrate my Wife's Birthday, great Hotel spotless rooms, complimentary Valet Parking and Breakfast at the Atrium, highly recommended
K. L. B.
All staff have been extremely helpful. We have our 6mth old baby and nothing is too much trouble. Our room is large with a beautiful bathroom and spa, plenty of places to eat with baby. Atrium all you can eat buffee was a must!
T. M.
Had a great stay midweek for our 7th wedding anniversary. There is a free shuttle BUS from the hotel to railway station to go to the city by train in few minutes and tickets at the station. Room was more expensive than I would normally pay but was going for location.
D. K.
Nice hotel, good pool area for kids. Check in takes a while, thought hotels would make this easier like airports have.
B. M.
Our second home. Family love coming here. The pool is fantastic and all of the surrounding restaurants are amazing. The staff always go above and beyond. Can't wait to come back again.
R. S.
Nice check in and room. Makes for a pleasant way to spend a birthday
J. M.
Very efficient and professional service from the valet parking to the accommodation provided by Crown Metropol. A special thank you to the staff and also to Laura (Duty Manager) at the Metropol for looking after me and my husband for his 50th birthday celebrations, you made it truely memorable.
f. p.
Fantastic pool area and well appointed, stylish room. Really enjoyed that the restaurants and entertainment were all just down stairs. Great weekend getaway, would go again
D. H.
Great hotel with all the facilities you need for a great stay. The pool is fantastic. Breakfasts are excellent. Love staying here
s. r.
Staff are very prompt, helpful and professional. The rooms are very clean, bright and modern. Had a great weekend and will definitely be back soon.
D. C.
Good service and facilities. Friendly staffs. Only downside is some things are not working to the expectation of a 5 star hotel. I guess from the amount of people going in and out of there. There had to be a high amount of maintenance.
E. C.
The best hotel in Perth is Crown Metropol Perth. The view of the river was exceptional. The bathroom was beautiful and opened out into the spacious bedroom and lounge area. The swimming pools were amazing, lots of areas for kids and toddlers. Everything at this hotel is pristine. Going down the glass elevator you can see the Atrium Buffet Restaurant below you. The Casino is a 30 second walk from the elevator doors... Good Luck!!
P. H.
Unusually we had to move rooms as the first was in an awkward place with airconditioning making a noisy thumping. But quick change and next room was ok. When i went to look for the usually supplied cotton buds etc. There was none. No chocolates at night either. Perhaps they are scaling back but, it would be nice to let us know what we need to pack next time.
A bit dissapointing as we visit 2-3 times a year. Also lost all our points as due to medical reasons we couldn't visit in t the 6 montg period we usually do. Will think hard before going back again
E. H.
Very nice hotel. A large room with 2 beds. The bathroom has 2 sinks, very convenient. Complete bathroom accessories. The lifts are very fast.
e. s.
Stayed for a business trip. The room was spacious, comfy bed, clean with fine amenities. Breakfast was great. Overall, I thought it was a good experience.
N. G.
I stayed in 2015, at this time the rooms could have done with a bit of updating, but otherwise rooms were very cozy and well put together. The amount of restaurants made this a must stay location. Plus, seeing Wicked made the weekend here!
K. W.
Service to each room is a little lengthy 😏
A. P.
The rooms are good.
But boy, what a spot this Hotel is in. Everything to do at night in Perth is rite here!
Lobby area is great, the Restaurants and Bars are all here and the Casino!
T. S.
Great service,super quite room
Room was bit damaged/run down which is surprising as it's been closed for 3 months I thought they would have freshener up the place in the down time
A. S.
Another stay at the Metropol in Perth. Try and get a room in the x25-x40 range for views of the pool. Only disappointing part to the stay was the sub par service at breakfast. The food was great but the service from the wait staff to the chefs were okay at best.let a shoe taste to an otherwise great visit
A. J.
Hotel is smart. Nice lounge and lobby area.
Quieter now that the construction is finished.
Plenty of restaurants in the complex.
No interest in the casino.
tip - parking is free in the car park just across the road
S. K.
Came here for a conference. Corpotate facilities were great to accomodate 450+ participants. Place is very modern everything you would expect at 5 star hotel. Airport was very close which is a bonus.
A. F.
All is great. High rating. I give 8 stars out of 10 for the service. But why are the restroom have no locks? By that, I don't have enough privacy.
I. T.
Room 618 is becoming dated, carpets very dirty and stained. Not what I expected for the price.
A. M.
Room was a bit too close to the lifts and toilet had a constant drip all night. The night concierge staff were somewhat rude. Other than that was good.
R. W.
Haven't stayed before and was highly impressed with how up to date the rooms were. Beautiful views and the food at the Atrium was amazing. Will definetly stay again.
R. W.
Wi-fi unsuitable for reading the age online newspaper, so not suitable for much other than maybe a Google search.
Room a/c cannot maintain a temperature below 24 on days above thirty. First day in the room the AC could not get the room down below twenty seven. It caught up overnight but still really underpowered. Still its the best hotel I've stayed at in Perth.
Very good selection of restauraunts, good service, friendly staff.
J. T.
Trezona- We enjoyed our two nights stay, the staff were both helpful and courteous. Both aged eighty they accommodated our needs and our room was selected for our convenience. Joyce
J. R.
Great service, clean and tidy rooms, plenty of dining options in a great location
비.
The wall of the hotel room must be as thin as a paper. I have stayed at Crown Metropol (Perth) a few times in the last 12 months. They have been pleasant until the last few stays, thats why I change my review to 3 stars. I can hear Guests next room talking, laughing, playing loud music, thuds, on my last 2 stays, that happens twice in a row! One gotta wonder, is the wall that thin - sound travel - or is it the window not being sound proof enough?
Simply the hotel is being too old? Unfortunately, I have already made another booking for next week. Let's hope, on my next week's stay, history is not repeating itself! Crown Promanade appears to have better sound proof room (windows being flat instead of ducking out like Metropol). Or I was simply being unfortunate two times in a row?
P. S.
Great meal at the Guillaume Bistro. Walking through the casino....wow.....how the dress standards dropped.
K. R.
The pool is amazing and the rooms are lovely. The service was a bit disappointing though.
J. S.
Newly renovated and looking great. The pools are awesome and gives that resort feeling. Restaurants are really up to par and the food is top notch. Well worth a visit.
W. B.
Always love the comfy beds and dark rooms. Always a good sleep
M. G.
Very well presented. Clean and staffs go above and beyond to make your visit a memorable one.
C.
As nice as the rooms are, and they really are nice, in a nice hotel there is much to be desired if you are young and tech savy. The TV was locked so usb storage devices and chomecast are rendered useless and charges are applied to movies so they essentially hold you hostage in reagrd to entertainmemt. It wouldn't bother me so much if the price of the rooms were so high. And don't be fooled by the acclaim of free wifi, it isn't. The complementary wifi is fine if your looking at emails and basic browsing. If you want to stream anything of any kind you will have to fork out $16 for it, your better off using your data as the free wifi sucks. The greed of Crown is sensacible so be prepared to break the bank and get little in return.
A. B.
The nicest hotel I've stayed at in Perth. I come to Perth often and have stayed in many hotels and this is the best I've stayed in by far. Rooms are spacious, clean and upmarket. Free parking nearby helps as well! Plus location for food and fun is great.
P. O.
I have stayed at the Crown many times this last year with my husband Greg Shaw, my two daughters and many other friends and family. I am sadly palliative and therefore making the most of every day in any way I can.
The Crown has never failed me and every visit has been simply magical.
I hope to spend as much time as I can there. I would recommend the Crown to anybody.
P. R.
Luxury, V.I.P. treatment, gorgeous rooms and suites with excellent amenities including top class golf, ex quisite food and beverages. Reasonably priced and a very short walk to a great casino top shelf.
d. f.
Ate at the Atrium. It's been better. Pre-covid was 4 stars but choice and quality has suffered - particularly the breakfast :(
T. M.
Staying at Crown Metropol has always been a treat for my partner and I. That's okay, I clean it as best I can. Soaking in the tub and drink green tea and relax Convenient location. I rang and had to wait to get a shower cap which made me late for an appointment which I needed to shower and change for.
S. P.
Have found plenty to do at the hotel and the room is nice enough, we are on a low level so no real view but there than that it is nice. Little far away from shops and other entertainment but the food and staff have been fantastic.
A. A.
Perth no.1 resort & entertainment hub
D. P.
My husband and I went to the Crown Metropol for our Wedding Anniversary & his birthday. Loved everything about it. Will go again ( when we have enough money that we can lose at the Casino.....lol)
M. N.
Great food
Great value for money
But when did burswood become a kid's playground at 8.30pm at night.
Kids jumping on tables running around screaming and jumping on furniture !!!!
Obvisously no respect
If you cant control your children stay home !!!!
C. O.
Was nice but I think it was very pricey for the amount you can eat for each person.
My husband and I didn't eat $78s worth of food each.
A. M. C.
Love this hotel. Check in a little bit slow but really what a great experience. Nobu is delicious too! 5 stars
V. C.
Had a number of Xmas get togethers at Crown in the last couple of weeks. Loved how they have decorated the lobby and put up 3d photo spots. Went to Atrium, Nobu & Merrywell. Food is great and staff always friendly.
E. F.
Fab hotel! Beds are awesome, pool is great too. Large baths the open out to the rooms. Nice amenities and even stationary letters etc
T. M.
We stayed at the Perth Crown Metropol in a Loft Suite and can definitely recommend if you are planning a special occasion. Service at front desk top class. Weather as usual NICE and PERTH as is well known has the most sun shine and most day light hours of any capital city in Australia.
T. M.
Restaurants are expensive but definitely worth the money. Quality food and a variety of dishes add to a fine dining experience. Rooms are very nice and spacious, and hotel service is excellent.
G. F.
A superb hotel, staff can't do enough, the concierge are the best, bus and trains, sports events any thing about perth the know or will find out for you. The sports bar is great and restaurants and fast food all here. I would book this hotel next time in Perth won't even look at another.
M.
Great Service, great beds, dinner room service food all divine. Great views from my room. Room hasn't really changed since it was Burswood.
E. P.
I personally prefer Crown Metropol over The Towers at the casino.
The rooms at Metropol are lovely, cheaper & closer to everything much better value.
G. B.
Rooms lovely and drink is very reasonably priced even the mini bar! Check in queue was poor and adding 1.5% to credit card purchases is just rude. Good otherwise
Z. D.
I visited a friend who was staying at Crown. The amenities and accommodations are amazing. Unfortunately, I'm partially disappointed towards their service. Overall, it is a good place to check out, but I won't recommend staying at Crown Towers.
S. C.
Luxury Escape Package excellent.
T. M.
Great Hotel, great services, great location and with FOC parking for in house guests!Great room size for family travelling and Hotel was exceptional to offer us a bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary!
t.
A great hotel, with good facilities, good food, and a very nice pool. While some rooms are poor due to their location, this hotel is still great.
s. m.
Beds were very comfy. Only one cake of soap and tiny bottle of shower gel for a family room😦 Hot buffet was COLD. Very disappointed for $40 a head!
J. F.
Beautiful hotel, rooms and grounds. Lovely and helpful staff
S. B.
Wonderful hotel, lovely staff, fabulous service! I would love to stay again. Exceptional deal via the Crown Direct site...you should check it out.
K. N.
Great motel within the casino. Clean and comfortable rooms. As long as there is no work going that will wake you up in the morning everything is ok.
K. J.
Went to Atrium for dinner and absolutely loved it. Food was delicious, the chick pea curry was surprisingly good. I definitely didnt eat $65 of food but had a lovely evening.
C. W.
Always a great place for a staycation
C. P.
Really felt spoilt .Very good service and lovely room with beautiful views .Thank you Crown Burswood .
P. H.
I stayed here a few weeks ago and although not the newest part in the Crown the room was still very clean and excellent service was provided to me throughout my stay.
G. H.
Still fantastic. Just need to do a better job keeping the place clean during the day. Ince a day cleans dont cut it when tables chairs are turning over 10+ times a day.
G. L.
Room was quite fancy, luxurious and comfortable. However the plumbing can be loud and you can hear the water running when its being used in the adjacent rooms.
M. H.
Fun place to stay, but for what you pay it's a little underwhelming, especially if you end up on level 1. I'll go back though, it's convenient for a nice night at Crown.
A. M.
Fantastic hotel! Staying at the festive season, atmosphere is great and staff very courteous. Will be back.
A. H.
Lovely hotel, very clean, excellent features in room, very comfortable bed. Staff could smile more though
T. M.
Enjoyed our stay at Crown . Food was lovely and we couldn't fault the service .Have already booked another visit to this hotel thank you Trip.com
B. L.
Lovely rooms but not that comfy pillows and expensive buffet breaky.
R. K.
Enjoyable stay, clean rooms. The rooms were beautifully designed. Buffet at the atrium was good but busy.
L. B.
Overnight stay 7th floor views.

Very comfortable hotel and incredibly built. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Food is hella expensive though
J. G.
We stayed at crown for our honeymoon and the service was amazing. From upgrading our room to finding chocolates everytime we came back to the room. Very happy
D. H.
Great stay, everything was wonderful. Staff even looked after my fat bike in storage during the stay. Kids loved the pool!
B. M.
Great hotel with amazing rooms and awesome buffet breakfast. Free parking in the big carpark and lots to do at the casino
R. H.
Lovely comfortable kingsize bed and nice big screen and shower but toilet was not well cleaned. You will see what I mean on the last photo.
W. M.
A great place to chill out
M.
Beautiful place although not the most convenient to park at so plan ahead. The foyer is classy and comfortable with a great choice of bars and restaurants near by.
C. D.

I. S.
Loved every moment of our stay here, the service was great
S. N.
Checked in for a birthday celebration. The service was impeccable but credit goes to Daniel at Reception who made it even more special. Thank you Daniel. Sharon
B. L.
A fantastic resort/hotel worthy of its star rating. Minor complaint is the lack of children friendly cheap and cheerful restaurants.
B. L.
The service there was average to below average considering its a 5 star restaurant. I had to ask 3 different staff to get a glass of hot water.
K. T.
Very nice hotel, great polite staff, good selection of restaurants ... i wish wifi was a bit stronger... great overall expetiance.
B. T.
Buffet diner was a huge let down, told to leave certain areas by the pool informed those seats are for hire but they had forgotton to put up sinaged restrictions...
M. S.

Lovely day with friends for the Pink Gin High Tea. Just yummy. 10 / 10. Worth having.
B. W.
Simply exquisite! Superb views, fantastic in room facilities and 9 Lounge was worth the entire stay in itself.
J. H.
As a guest, the room was great and the food was excellent. As an under 18, my experience was a little limited however.
J. M.
We stayed in a loft room which was really nice, would definitely recommend, crown offered it to us at a discounted rate, excellent customer service.
A. J.
Location is 20 mins far from Perth city. Room is clean and modern. Service is the best than other hotels in Perth.
E. B.
Love staying here.
The rooms are modern and the bathroom amenities are great.
P. C.
Dropped by the Atrium Restaurant for lunch. The menu hasn't evolved significantly since the last visit. Dessert bar is still solid though.
G. k.
We got the SAME room as last time at Metropol

K. S.
Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and great amenities
s. w.
Didn't stay in the hotel but was at the atrium down stairs and it was amazing. Great food great service
T. M.
Larger rooms in good condition and very handy when going to a show/event at Crown. Packages offer the best value.
K. L.
Was staying 3 nights there. Hotel room and service is nice. However, the food for breakfast is the same for 3 days.
P. G.
Excellent high Star rating hotel. Watch out for their discount packages otherwise too expensive for your average West Aussie
J. D.
Stayed overnight at the Metropol. Very professional place. I stayed in the LUXE King Suite, Room was fantastic and when I needed assistance from Guest Services the support was there.
L. M.
Check in was quick and friendly.
Arranged a packed breakfast for an early next morning.
Great customer service
C. W.
Top notch rooms, great entertainment available and even better restaurants. For that special occasion dont think twice, its not all about the casino.
e. e.
The standard of food and accommodation has come down a touch since we were last here.
H. C.
We visited for the Atrium buffet, which was excellent, and very good value for money. Only draw back is being in out in the sun part of the time.

Because I'm not much of a gambler the reason that I keep coming back to the Crown is because of the pool. It is the ultimate in relaxation to sit by the pool with a tasty beverage.
p. m.
Stayed here for a conference next door. Room was very good and staff extremely helpful.
D. G.

Overnight stay. Comfortable. Hitting you for $6 for a coffee in an already overpriced breakfast is just greedy.

My only complaint is that in the foyer you can smell cigarette smoke from this areas that allow smoking. If they fixed this would rate it higher...

Depending on where your room is, it can be noisy. The rooms are spacious and comfy.
