G.I planned a surprise stay for 2 nights for my wife's 40th birthday and right from the start everything went smoothly at check in 3 hours early and handling of bags to room before my wife arrived, bottle of sparkling and chocolates to assistance with special requests and guest arrivals delivered to our room staff were brilliant ,friendly and the whole complex covid safe, room was big and amenities well supplied/ mini bar stocked, bathroom products and cold air conditioning . Very happy with restaurants, breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend 👌 thanks for a great stay Troy
a. m.Pleasantly surprised and will definitely return. We normally stay at Crown Towers, but as that was fully booked, decided to stay at The Promenade. Our room was well presented and spotless. The bed was immaculate, fresh and very comfortable. I also particularly loved that the drapes provide full blackout offering me the opportunity for a rare sleep in. There was also a small table should you need to work and all in all I would definitely say The Promenade is extremely good value for money. The hotel staff were also lovely and well organised.
J. S.Pleasantly surprised at this great value hotel. If you want to be in the heart of the action at Burswood but want to save a few extra dollars for the tables, this is a great choice. Small buffet breakfast but all items ready and good quality.

B. C.Quaint little place. The rooms are a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room service is essentialy market & co lite menu. The gym is small but efficient with a view if the pool. The pool is small, the view of the back end of the theatre, optus stadium and residential places is ok. Nice place to chill.
Looks like the business center is good. Market & co for breakfast is good. Small walk to everything else on site.
H. I.Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and tidy. Couldn’t fault the room for the price except that the bathroom could do with a makeover. The shower is on top of the bathtub but it looked more like a nursing home/ hospital kind of feel. The beds were comfy although they were on wheels which moved quiet easily. The bedsheets were super clean which passed the missus high standards.
Good facilities. Has a small gym and a small pool but to be expected for this is the budget of Crown hotels. Awesome breakfast buffet at Market & Co restaurants downstairs.
Overall was happy staying here. The staff are friendly and although this is the cheapest of the crown hotels the standards are usual Crown standards like their other more expensive hotels. 👍🏽👍🏽
S. S.Stay was fine but be warned they now charge a $500 deposit on room bookings even if one night only and won't tell you until you check in (on the day).

P. I.Been visiting this venue since 2012. Always love the setting. The food and drink is excellent in all of the restaurants. It was very nice to feel human again after a year doing various requirements for quarantine and the likes.
My second tour of Australia 🇦🇺. Great catching up with friends and colleagues at this wonderful setting that caters for everything and everyone. Looking forward to coming back again soon.
I.The hotel & room are 6 stars but the pool is freezing & in the shade(2pm) which ruined it b/c that's what the kids came for

I get annoyed that they jam so much of the overpriced minibar stuff in the fridge that there is no room left. People could book the saturday night that I was charged $350 for for $100 less on the day.

M. B.We stayed here for the weekend for my mother's 80th bday. I remember years ago they would make a fuss if it was your bday.. not anymore. The facilities were great, the pool was extremely busy.. hard to get a seat, the pool staff were run off their feet. We had a birthday dinner in Atrium, our party was split between 2 tables which was sad, trying to mix with guests. I think the paying at the end needs a new game plan, people everywhere.

We waited over 45 mins for our car when our friends came after us and only waited 10 mins. It was organised chaos! Just kept telling us our car was on its way. A. F.Quite a nice place to stay, clean, nicely decorated, good service. They do need to brush up on their knowledge of Guide Dog legislation though. They tried to charge me a cleaning fee because I had a Guide Dog in my room which they thought was a pet dog. Apparently housekeeping had dobbed me in. They then punished me by not giving me any toilet paper!!
I would have expected more for the price I paid.
S. S.Lovely place to stay. We paid for new years prices, so a big jump, and we weren't expecting a 500 dollar bond. It was only 200 a few months ago, lucky we had 500 spare in the bank . Otherwise lovely and everything close by. Only gripe would be having to pay for a movie. With the cost of a room im sure a few free movies would be nice. Oh and ive just found a piece of popcorn under the bed, we havnt got popcorn. Naughty naughty!

M. T.Very clean and elegant rooms, with great knowledgable and helpful staff. Plenty of food establishments for all budgets. From higher premium restaurants you need to book, or the mid to cheaper ones you can just point your hungry self toward anytine. There are plenty of shows on and you have the usual slathering of casino games to everyone's liking. Great staycation for quick stay or book longer to see and do more. Staff is above all the highlight, amazing people.
T. T.What a great location, and so close to crown theatre. The rooms are well appointed and modern. And the in Room dining a treat from the restaurant below - Market and Co. The casino is just across the road from the entrance. And the fine dining venues are only a 5 min walk.
The staff were very helpful all the time, especially concierge and valet parking.
Be very happy to come back here to stay.

Sarah on reception made sure we were welcomed and we were given an upgrade to a suite which was beautiful and much appreciated. We also had a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates in our room which was a lovely gesture on our special day. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and Sarah also gave us late check out which was fab! Would definitely come back here, thankyou for a memorable wedding night.

G.Stay was good an it’s always helpful being closer to the casino, but the house keeping on the higher floors would always come make up the rooms way to late, would be out all morning an most the afternoon an come back to a still not cleaned room, gets a bit frustrating when 3 days in a row our rooms not getting cleaned till 4-5pm
C. B.A nice hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The rooms are a decent size and mine was very clean. This hotel is located in the casino complex and local food drink outside of the casino is not really within walking distance. The hotel charged me $100 per night as a bond for incidentals. As someone who travels extensively for work this is much higher than anywhere else I have stayed and was quite frankly.. A little over the top.
A. O.Our check in/out process was very quick and the staff were lovely. Our room was upgraded free of charge and we recieved a complimentary bottle of champagne shortly after arrival! The room decor was modern and the overall presentation of the room was impeccable. The reason we chose this hotel was the spa baths in room and it just happened that it was more affordable than the nearby hotels. There are lots of fine and casual dining options a short walk away and when we just wanted to stay in the room we used the room service option. The food was great and everything arrived hot and very fast. We acctually opted to order breakfast into the room as the food/service was so good through the in room dining option. Overall a great stay at the Promenade and was glad we chose to stay here and not at the other hotels in the crown complex. Will be recommending to all of my friends/fam :)
N. A.Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. 5 stayed in 2 rooms had showers to freashen up when we arrived but had to use same damp towels in morn when left. Would be good to have spares in wardrobe where extra blanket is kept. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely come back!!

s. s.Booked a Studio Spa for our 10 anniversary, room was lovely very comfortable, staff were fantastic.
Had booked a bubbles package but when we got to our room it wasn't there, we waited till 3pm (check in time) still no bottle of bubbles. It was there when we got back around 4pm. There wasn't any information in the room to tell you how to order room service (no menu) or to navigate the TV, couldn't find free in house movies I only kept getting ones you had to pay for. We had to call reception on how to order a meal, to be told its all on the TV. Wasn't till we went to sleep that you constantly heard the elevators rumble, as it was intermittent, it kept waking me up, you would think the room would be sound proof. Would not recommend room 319

A.It's my second night here with two more to go but I am already very impressed with the staff, with the lovely lady who helped me with my luggage yesterday to cleaning staff who helped me find a tooth paste this morning. I happened to call guest services twice this evening and both time they enquired if I needed anything else. To say the least I am very impressed so far, a splendid job Anthony.
M. M.Well appointed room and facilities. Much cheaper in price than other areas of the Crown complex. Bed and room were really comfortable, shower hot and the room nice and clean. Not much more you could ask for really.
Room was very suitable for business travel.

T. F.Pleasantly surprised with out stay last night. All staff we had interactions with were exceptional. Rooms were modern, comfortable and well appointed. Only downside was that we had no view except for aircon systems etc - third floor inwards facing room, but that's not a deal breaker. We would stay here again!
D. G.Good value for money. I would stay here again. The room was small but clean. The amenities reasonable. Nothing flash. The pool area was small and basic. But the staff were friendly and the location at the Crown Casino was great.
C. A.The rooms are very nice; decked with contemporary furniture but a bit on the small side (room size). One thing the hotel has going for it is it's location away from the noise, singing, and all other activities on going at the casinos and mall area. The rooms are not as nice or big as the ones in the Crown Metropol.
If you're looking for a convenient location that's quieter than the Metropol then this place is right for you. The gym facility was just okay but a bit smaller than I expected. There's also a nice pool located right beside the gym. I enjoyed the breakfast served at this hotel; the food was great. I loved the fact that as long as one was staying in the room, he or she automatically received a discount towards breakfast; more importantly the typical pre booking of the breakfast to guarantee the discount wasn't required. The discount was always available any morning one wished to eat.

M. W.Good modern hotel, free parking across the road. Rooms well furnished and clean, gym is quite small but has enough facilities as long as it’s not too busy. Infinity pool area is terrific. Crown complex overall has plenty of good food and drink options.

Always taxis available but seems limited for parking cars although only a minute to walk from main carpark. Proffessional staff. Very expensive mini bar or room service drinks if you were to stay in.

m. s.Enjoyed staying here to celebrate a Birthday the room was nice. There are 3 hotels located in the Crown complex this is the more budget friendly . That said its not budget by any means , high quality fittings well appointed rooms with good kettle tea coffee one of the best stocked mini bars. Bluetooth stereo ( a nice touch) The gym has top quality equipment and an infinity pool with loads of sun lounges. Best of all you walk out the door and your right at crown see a show , have fun on the gaming floor . Loads of cool bars live music. Heaps of dinning options. We finished the night dancing away at the Eve nightclub . Loved it will do it again for sure😊

I. L.Very busy NYE, took a while for keys to work in the lifts. Had to get them reworked. However, as a disabled person, we did get free valet parking. This was a real bonus.

J. D.Clean rooms that are well appointed, it is an easy trip from the airport. The Casino complex has plenty of options for a meal and somewhere to meet friends for a drink, with all of the gaming you could expect at a Casino. Movies in your room are À la carte at around $14.
A self service laundry along with a full hotel linen service, pool and gym are available.
The sports bar area has several “massive” screens for your viewing pleasure (Think a few building levels high and wide). With ANZAC day coming up the two up pit was fun to watch.
If the internet and bandwidth is important to you don’t expect much of the hotel guest network. The hotel guest and free wifi run at the same speed. Perhaps the business centre Or a “premium” service offers a “fatter pipe”? Tethering to your phone may be an option. This may be the only reason for me to not come again on a work trip and no doubt the IT hounds will point out that, “speed may be affected by your personal equipment etc”
The continental buffet for around $25 was very adequate, a small crowed will overwhelm the omelette chef so keep a wheather eye out for a gap in the queue.
Overall a very pleasant hotel with plenty of option for entertainment within walking distance and a short trip to the city. Well worth a visit :-)
M. H.The room appeared to he finished in a high quality, the spa was amazing. The Champagne and chocolates as part of the romance package was a bit of a let down. We only received three little chocolates in a bag and a jar of chocolate sauce, not quite the presentation I was invisiging, but a lovely night all round. Nice and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It was also a bonus that the package included valet parking because thats $50 on its own.

S. S.Since the refurbishment the Promenade is definitely an alternate night stay compared to the other Hotels in the area. Both cost, location and accessibility to uber taxis and public transport makes for a great location for visiting overseas or interstate holiday makers.
