C. M.You get a cookie on check in! I don’t think you are hearing me correctly! A cookie! A warm cookie on check in.
This hotel is amazing, the staff are very professional, helpful and friendly.
The rooms are well equipped and very clean. I will say that during the morning there was a little noise from the renovations but that will be over soon.
It is worth it to book a club room to get access to the club lounge for breakfast and to have a quiet spot to do some work.
I had lunch by the pool one afternoon as well, the food was really good, and came up to me quite quickly. Also room service at midnight was a life saver when i could not be bothered to venture out into northbridge on a Saturday night.

C.3 night stay over Valentines day. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Northbridge within walking distance to the city. The hotel is chic and inviting with excellent service and security. A long queue to check in was only a very short wait and the staff were super friendly and efficient. Hotel room (city view king room - upper floor) was clean, modern and well appointed. Rain shower screen complete with blind looking into room is very sexy and luggage storage was without compare. The space in the room is really well used with a super comfy bed. Most important to use is the excellent bathroom with lighting you can do your makeup in!! So many other hotels are so dark I am sure they don't want you to see what you look like before you go out! Fluffy bathrobes and towels are a huge plus. There were a couple of small issues which once brought to the attention of James the manager were dealt with very quickly to a high standard and I have no complaints!! I was even contacted by the manager via text to ensure my stay was meeting my expectations and got a very quick response and action. Room service was quick and to a high standard. Breakfast was included and Jaye in the restaurant went out of her way to ensure we felt personally welcome even remembering how we liked our coffee the following morning. We had some special requests which were accommodated by the duty manager James and Maya which I am very appreciative of. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Well done team!
J. T.Staff were so helpful, check in and out was a breeze. Rooftop pool looks so much bigger in photos, hot afternoon saw the small pool very overcrowded. Still such a nice setting with bar nearby and views of Perth skyline. Rooms decent size and very clean. Buffet breakfast selection was good. Would’ve loved to see better beer on tap options at rooftop bar, and music playing throughout the day(guests were bringing their own speakers up for music).

F.Lovely room with fantastic views and I loved the pool. Everything was perfect except for TV not working. For a solo visitor like myself it’s a big disappointment. I expected to be moved to a room with a functioning TV but no such offer was made. When I reported that the TV wasn’t working the staff member was abrupt and quite dismissive.

D.The photo is the view from our 10th floor window. The only negative was the fact that the windows were filthy and this obscured the view. Great location bang in the middle of Northbridge (which is OK prior to 10pm but gets feral after that). Nice room. Modern and new. Comfy bed. Enough space. Will stay there again.

Excellent rooms and furnishings but the pool is a bit small and can get a bit crowded.
Both the Perth Train Station and the Bus Port are within walking distance.

We loved the comfort of the room, bed and pillows. There were some very cool features like the dimmer and night lighting, the double sided wardrobe, rain shower with the electric blind that brings in beautiful natural light to the bathroom.
There were even beauty lights on the mirror and a ring light mirror, perfect for getting ready before an event.
The pool area was absolutely gorgeous, and beautiful city views at night. Very close to great restaurants, and the restaurant downstairs looked lovely (if we didn't have plans we would've eaten there).

We had a lovely stay and received some chocolates and cookies for my daughter during check-in. Also, we had a lovely birthday note left by the manager, Mayank when we arrived in our room. That was a sweet gesture. The view from our room was great. Truly an amazing experience. Will definitely have another staycation soon. I would highly recommend.
C. E.Had a fantastic two night staycation. Was greeted by the super friendly and professional Alyssa who was terrific throughout our stay. The room was spacious and modern and a slight hiccup in the bathroom was quickly remedied by housekeeping. Unfortunately, our shower blind didn’t work but that made showering a little more exciting ;0) Nice big windows with no buildings obstructing our view so we could leave the blinds open at all times but I would have liked a few more channel choices for late night viewing. Breakfast was great and the hotel was quite quiet leading up to Christmas. This hotel will definitely become our city go to.

Great rates meant it was a nice alternative and about the same price as catching an Uber two ways from the outer suburbs, with overnight parking at a very reasonable rate next door at Roe St CPP.

It is no secret after over 30 different Indian restaurants I was looking forward to this new opening. Why & what makes this restaurant any different to any other?
1st is the new menu, 2 fat Indian's have not sat back on their empire and now they offer you the same quality but with a new and an extra food and drinks menu. This new menu is totally fresh, with a hint of what you know. It has taken from what they have learnt and built up from their other restaurants. Then have gone the extra mile with their skill set to offer you a taste tingling, high class Indian experience that takes you to another level. Then and only then will you understand. This isn't an Indian restaurant. This is an Indian food place of worship.
North bridge isn't new, but this is the place is that place that gives you the experience that you are somewhere different on so many levels.
Food 10/10, service 9/10, Overall experience 11/10
A. B.My stay at the DoubleTree was lovely. Check-in was seamless and average to above average in speed.
All of the staff I dealt with at check-in, breakfast and check-out were very friendly and accommodating.
The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were too thick (for me). The desk in the room is very usable, with at least three power outlets and the nightlight lighting in the rooms is a game changer!
Overall I'd rate the DoubleTree higher than the Parmelia Hilton in the CBD and it will be my preferred accomodation in Perth going forward.

A. L.Comfortable hotel in a great location. The rooms are large and the facilities are excellent, with a great gym, swimming pool and bar/restaurant that serves amazing food and cocktails. Unfortunately for some reason the hotel has decided to charge a 'tray fee' of $5 for room service delivery, which greatly reduced my ordering of room service.. It's kind of like paying for your meal to be brought to your table by a waiter at a restaurant..
Fortunately the hotel is situated amazingly for excellent food and drinks at many restaurants and bars.
However this location means your amongst some of the busiest nightclubs in Perth and it gets noisy on a weekend, of which the bass can be heard vibrating into the rooms, even on higher floors.
The staff are amazing and always hospitable with a friendly smile. James especially on the front desk.
A great place to stay in Perth city, with public transport on the doorstep and a buzzing vibe from the bustling area.

We had an amazing experience at 2 Fat Indians doubletree Hilton. Loved their cocktails and their new additions to the menu are to die for! Hard to list my favourites as I devoured everything we had that night. My daughter absolutely loved the brownie with rabdi! Beautiful ambiance and we were treated like royalty! Highly recommend this place if you wish to spoil yourself and your loved ones. Theka is my new hangout place in Northbridge.

T. T.Doubletree Perth is a great place to stay with a really good restaurant for dinner if you prefer, like us, to relax and not rush out after a long drive. The rooms are clean, spacious and pleasant, and we always upgrade for a fabulous view of the city's lights.

호.I arrived in Perth yesterday, checked in at Double tree hotel and, as usual, received a welcome cookie. I always took it home for my hubbie and my children. Never tasted. The welcome cookie reminded me of my husband who likes cookies very much, so I said, "My husband loves this cookie very much."
As I checked out today, the hotel staff said, “Wait a minute. It asks me to check the memo.” He opened the memo chart and read it quietly. “Husband likes cookies”
He gave me 2 more cookies. It made my day.

L. K.Clean room and easy access to the sights and sounds of northbridge. Friendly staff albeit a little slow with service. (it was a weekday vaycay and was not busy). They need an air curtain or better control with air flow when the bin truck comes along and the smell flows into the dining space. Pool and sights of the city are exceptional but pool is not heated, might be more enjoyable if there was a bit of heating. They need a short term 15-30 minute specially reserved parking for hotel patrons to drop off their luggage. Overall if you need a clean room to rest for the night and spend the day in northbridge or the city, definitely recommend the stay

B. F. (.My only issue here was the ludicrous rate changes from night to night. Stayed for a week paying daily. Rate started at $140 and by day 6 was up to $236. With the explanation that "the hotel rooms usually book out midweek". Then how come it was cheapest when I first booked the room last week?
Other than that, I loved the place. Was a great hotel for my needs at the time.

d.We stayed a night for our anniversary. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The shower was a real star of the room which we utilised plenty. Pillows were comfortable. No minibar in the room but was able to order from the front desk. As this a facility I never avail myself anyway. The view was stunning the staff were friendly, and accommodating. The restaurant was also kind enough to to acknowledge our anniversary with a glass of sparkling wine. We will definitely be coming back again. 😊

Staff nice but a bit disorganised. Breakfast chaotic. Couldn’t get a coffee. One machine broken ( was also broken on a December stay), other machine dispensed frothy milk amd water. No coffee. Fruit bowls empty for an extended period, some chipped cups etc. under staffed and those working had no system. Expected more from a Hilton.
E. H.We stayed overnight and found the room clean, tidy and comfortable but missing the finishing touches- complimentary water or a mini bar would be nice. We thought there might be a coffee pod machine as most hotels of that standard have them these days. There was very little tea/coffee/milk and we felt the room a bit lacking. Lovely bathroom and great shower, however. My digital key was handy but not very reliable. Breakfast was decent enough with the basics available. Even on the 11th floor we could hear the bass of nearby clubs for most of the night, but this is to be expected of a hotel in Northbridge. Probably wouldn't stay again as there are much nicer hotels in Perth at the same price point.

M. v. H.Once a great hotel but downhill since 2020. Erosion of benefits for loyal guests (executive lounge permanently closed, no more bottled water in room for members, nor the nice little touches of chocolate or snacks for elite members on arrival). Gym and pool area seem to lack cleaning or upkeep, and was full of leaves during last visit July, 2020. Otherwise this is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms, and the staff do their best to assist always.

Returned from morning trip and the room not made up at 2PM. TV does not have all Free to Air channels eg SBS world movies, but has a lot of Chinese channels and pay movies $20. Convenient location but Northbridge surrounding area has two sex shops opposite and druggies sleeping in doorways nearby. David W

M. D.The hotel staff is treasure. Here is the hospitality of the top class. Rooms are ok, clean and cozy but not too spacious. Not too much space for your things in bathroom so if you have something else than toothbrush it can be hard to place your belongings.
It’s very cool the hotel’s management is encouraging guests to drink tap water for saving plastic but tap water even safe to drink tastes awfully so we ended with use money for buying water outside the hotel. Not really logical.

J. A.Right in the heart of Northbridge on James Street this hotel is in a great location to explore the are with loads of restaurants, bars and an active night-life. Check in was quick and friendly and a indeed service from staff throughout the stay was excellent. The rooms are a little on the small side and the furniture felt a little squashed in, the room itself was very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable and good pillows. The bathroom had a good size shower, with good water pressure and a nice rain shower head. The screen in the shower is a cool feature (try it).
The lack of anything in the fridge besides some milk packets was disappointing, was expecting some water bottles.
The other major negative for me was the noice. I stayed Fri night - Monday morning an every night esp Fri/Sat there was significant noise/base from the bars/clubs around the area at night. It may have been because I was on a corner room but struggled to sleep with the noise till 1am.
Overall a decent hotel with a great location if you want to explore Northbridge.
T. J. M.I’ve stayed here three times and the last occasion was great. The hotel is often maxed and still the staff find occasion to be polite and engaging. The street it is busy and central to Northbridge. If you have a street facing room ask for earplugs! No fault of the hotel that a wonderful range of night life prevails. Their exec service is great in range of tapas etc.

The hotel has heated swimming pool but I didn't check it out. If you drive, flat rate parking of $24 at the designated car parks nearby is available.

The rooms are bright and you will find quirky this like a switch to raise the curtain in the shower to let the light in and see the views. The different lighting arrangements in the room are awesome. The walk in robe set is a wonderful design. I love the electric light mirror in the bathroom and the mini fridge and cupboard is well thought out. They have use space saving ideas and it works well. Yet to use the pool and sleep but will let you know tomorrow. Lounge access is worth it to. Amazing hotel.

The view from the rooms which face the front of the hotel are the best, the back and side rooms are a little disappointing.Unfortunately, on my last stay it was 11pm on a Saturday night and the cleaner was vaccuming right outside our door, when I polietly approached her to turn off the vacuum as it woke us up she replied with "were you sleeping?" I know for a fact there were children on that floor who would have been sleeping at that time. Whether we were asleep or not... 11pm is extremely late to be cleaning a hotel.

A. W.When I arrived I had an almost overwhelming experience with the check in staff. They were extremely helpful, informative and accommodating. I was even allowed to take my welcome drink with me to park my car.
The hotel was well laid out and clean. The room was clean and well presented. The bed was firm but comfy. The TV only had free to air channels and fox news/sport.
It's in an excellent location and is close to all of the great Northridge restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

The room was a good size, the bed extremely comfy and the pillows so soft. Liked the walk in shower, not sure about the glass wall, fortunately there was a privacy shade.
We were on the 6th floor and while our view was of a brick wall it didn't detract.
Staff most accomodating, we were delayed so didn't arrive until almost 1am. Was able to o Der drinks on room service to the bar so we could watch the end of the cricket world cup.
Every day we changed our $100 bills for smaller change without any problems.
The welcome cookies were delicious.
Breakfast was included, buffet and eggs to order. There was a juicer so you could make your own concoctions which was cool.

The only drawback is on both Friday and Saturday which the hotel had a private event in the pool area and it was closed ard 5pm. we dont have much time to enjoy the pool time after a super hot day outside.

Breakfast was decent with everything u would normally expect at a buffet. The room itself is great with plenty of nice features and a great view out over the city. The only thing I could fault at all is the pool is a bit cold, need to turn the heater up a bit. Loved our stay and we will be back.

We were given a free upgrade (Hilton Honors) on our first stay, and were so impressed we’ve now stayed there twice since it first opened its doors, barely over a month ago.
I’m in Western Australia for a few months working in the country, and this hotel is not only now hands down my ‘go-to’ Perth hotel, it’s a home away from home every month when I stay downtown, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the new addition to DoubleTree.
Again, my praise for this hotel, and a massive thank you to the staff, we’re so impressed, and we’ll be staying here again before the month is up. Can’t wait.

S. C.Stayed here for 4 nights while on a business trip. Location is nice, located on a busy street with nightlife and restaurants. However I could hear some street noise on Thursday night. The biggest issue with this place is the no parking on location situation. They have an alliance with CPP Parking on Roe Street ($24/24 hrs, $48/48 hrs) which is only like 2 mins walk from hotel. On other nights, it’s free parking between 6pm and 8am on the street so keep your eye out.
Had breakfast in hotel one time, was alright but couldn’t do it more than once. Enjoyed the outdoor pool on 3rd floor and 24 hour gym. Room as you can see is very well decked out. Loved the master lighting (one switch to turn off all lights) and the USB ports next to bed. The bed is a proper king size bed and super comfortable. Bathroom was modern and shower head was adequate.
Very happy with my stay and will stay again when in Perth.

This hotel is not only new and clean but also boast one of the largest group of outstanding individuals that made my stay one I won't soon forget. I stayed here twice and the first time was excellent service but this time around they seem to take it to different level. From Claudia in the front desk who went beyond what is expected when my colleague lost his phone to Zee and Paula in the the first floor restaurant who every morning would make sure every one of my needs where attended to. The lounge crew Shawn, Cyonne and Andrew were available and willing to assists with anything we might need and everyone of these interactions felt full of genuine care. These individuals are a great asset to this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are adequate, clean and modern. Make sure you book a room with a queen or double bed otherwise you may end up with two singles as I did. (Not their fault)
Good coffee downstairs at the bar and adequate selection of beers, wines and spirits.
The restaraunt is actually very good with Omlettes to order for breakfast with your buffet.
Parking is away from the hotel in a multi level with a short walk across to the hotel. Validated cheaper parking.
Recommend dropping your bags first and then parking especially if you have a lot of luggage.
Definitely a good example of the Double Tree chain in Australia.

J. P.Great hospitality. Perfect location right at the middle of town center. If you are after Chinese food, you will be spoiled by options here. If weather is cool, the bell tower and Elizabeth quay are just 10 to 15 min walk away. You can detour to few malls like Myer and Target along the walk. As my stay was on Mon, very quiet with no noise from the shops down there. If you have a car, you can park at Roe Street CPP and validate your ticket at concierge for 24 or 48 hours. The hotel staff will give you a 1-2-3 guide on how to pay the ticket. 24 hours multiple entry or unlimited access is $24.

The hotel is very compact ideal for business travellers. No on site parking so the closest place to park is Roe St CPP. Morning breakfast buffet was good and the pancake was delicious. Staff was really friendly and security at night was good as there's a lockout after 10pm (you can't get in without a room card). It's in the heart of Northbridge and the city centre is probably about 10mins walk.

Pool is on level 3 but does get some nice windows of sun. Executive lounge is spacious and perfect to work from with free drinks in the evening.
The best part is all the staff will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable and are all an asset to the hotel.

Our work held an all day workshop and our first visit to try out the DTH Northbridge and its features turned out to be a fantastic experience.
Rebecca Murphy from Sales looked after us well and accommodated our last minute booking with grace. As we are an intimate group of 20+, we were given the lounge bar space, a beautiful private area with private kitchen facilities and airy space on the 2nd floor with a floor to roof window towards James street. I found out later that this was previously used as the Executive Lounge, hence the elegant interior design. We were welcomed by a big tray of the famous DTH cookies and coffee & tea upon arrival, a nice touch too.
Umair, Operational Manager on the day, also looked after us well during our breaks, and he was happy to cater to our requests promptly. The catering was also pleasantly healthy too for lunch.
Overall, a great first experience for our business meeting. Looking forward to staying overnight next time for a more personal review. 😊
