G. M.Exceptional customer service and nothing to fault. The room was fantastic and the pool alone is worth staying for. It's better in real life than in the pictures! Definitely coming back.
I. S.Day 8 of quarantine and tonight I make my exit to self quarantine the remaining 14days at home. Yay!
However it's sad to be leaving.
It's been a wonderful stay.
10/10 and compliments to the Chefs and Stewards, Room Service Attendants, Hotel Healthcare and Wellbeingstaff, Receptionists and Security who tirelessly sat through the night making sure we didn't escape!...jokes...you guys were amazing doing twilight shifts and couldn't have been more safer here.
The food was great, tasty and colorful.
The rooms clean and decorative.
Accessories were to my needs

C. P.The room was 28m^2 and so fairly good size. Decor is quite good but a little outdated and worn, looks more like a 4 than 5 star room. The king bed was actually 2 singles pushed together which isn't so comfortable. The wifi speeds were good with ~50Mbps during the day and ~20Mbps in the evenings. There is the requirement to reconnect at the splash page every 24hrs though. HVAC worked well and actually offered cool and heat which is extremely rare. TV had free to air and Fox sports and a few others and so good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room amenities were good. The quarantine food was actually very good, they seemed to try and make an effort to make it healthy and quality was good. For a 4 star hotel it would get a 5 star rating but given its a Hyatt then the tired and worn look of some parts of the room means it gets a 4 star review.

M.Quarantined in this hotel over two weeks.Having an experience of quarantine in Howard springs,this place seemed nothing closer.The arriving experience was terrible, however they were chatty and considerate during the phone calls ....I guess their health derivatives are different from NT.Food was warm and tasty,except for portion size.Exit experience was smooth and the reception staff helped us with the luggage and taxi arrangements. We enjoyed our stay here and gotta bonus firework show from our room.

A. C.I'm on day 11/14 and I just wanted to thank all the staff here: they've made our hotel quarantene very easy. I came in injured, on a wheelchair and alone with my toddler. 🤦They've all gone out of their way to make sure we were both safe and happy. Rooms are spacious, food is good and always warm and they're really good with deliveries (care packages or take-away). Thanks guys! :)

R. C.Very kind of the staff to arrange a lower floor for my partner when she had to to serve the 14 days of quarantine. Unfortunately the food was a bit of a hit and miss... Some days where fantastic but some days it was really lack lustre affair. But overall she had a pleasant stay.

R. N.I’m on day 13 of a 14 day hotel quarantine and I want to take this opportunity to thank the team at the Hyatt for doing such a great job looking after us.
The first person I want to thank is the head chef in charge of the meals. Well done champion!Quite honestly the food has been spectacular. There has not been 1 meal I haven’t enjoyed and the variety has been great. It can’t be easy creating such a large menu to keep people interested and you folks have done that. The food has been a nice spark of joy each day.
Another great aspect of the Hyatt is the Boise separation between the rooms. Really good and didn’t here a peep from any of the Neighbor’s.
Great room size and view. Staff were accommodating and friendly. 10/10 and very grateful to have stayed here for Quarantine. All the best.

Good morning/afternoon/evening/night Hyatt Regency Hotel staff, how are you? Hyatt Regency Hotel reception staff was just excellent, friendly and wonderful at all times towards myself. The indoor fountain ⛲ was spectacular and lots of seating throughout the hotel. It also comes with 24/7 hours gym with limited hours on the Spa, Swimming 🏊♀️ pool and others. For a 5 star hotel at this price of $165 AUD plus an additional $20 for a big breakfast is just cheap and it has a king size bed with a big window to see the view normally it cost from $175 to up to $420, not during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The big breakfast for $20 was extra filling 😋 and delightful and done to perfection, it could be different to yourself experience as it could change from time to time.
Overall this hotel I will rank a 10/5 for its service, hospitality, atmosphere, cleanliness and others. Excellent and fabulous job to Hyatt Regency Hotel Perth. Plus I stayed for 2 nights.

C. C.Over the 12th June weekend, I attended the Philippine Independence Ball at Hyatt Regency Perth. I’ve not been here in a long while, and walking in, it dawned on me how much I have missed the grandness of this place!
The Philippine event at the Grand Ballroom was a success, with everyone enjoying the sumptuous buffet dinner and dessert service - very well organised on not 1 but 2 buffet stations, with 4 access rows, so that even with 400 guests, it went smoothly, with no unnecessary delay nor unglamourous crowding.
My friends and I booked a suite for an overnight stay and found everything immaculately presented. In the morning, we ordered a Big Breakfast, which again, did not disappoint!
All in all, a most pleasant weekend experience.

I was especially impressed by front desk staff named “Qahafa” who went out of his way to help me with stuff that I desperately needed.

R. B.Had a fantastic stay. All the staff were super helpful and assisted with our numerous requests (mostly as a result of travelling with two children under two). Some reviews noted that this is an older style hotel. In an attempt to settle the debate on this point, I didn’t feel that impacted our stay at all. The hotel is well maintained and our suite had everything we needed and wanted - it was large, quiet and very pleasant. I also found that the hotel represented great value for money.

b.When we got there the staff were incredibly welcoming and overall generally nice people. Our room was laid out perfectly and had a beautiful view of the stadium. Room service was amazing and the breakfast the next day had an massive variety of delicious foods. The gym had great equipment and the pool was like luxury. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay
n. p.Always wonderful service and polite staff. The cafe food was wonderful!! I'm vegan and the chef cooked me something especially and even provided me with a plate of vegan desserts. The room was a good size and very functional and comfortable. We'd definitely stay again!!

S. D.Have to stay here for two-weeks quarantine period. Room is comfortable and has everything for normal living. Good strength of wi-fi signal. Meals are good enough, delivered three times a day. Windows blocked, as it is quarantine requirement, fresh air only through conditioner, and it is working well. Nice view of Swan river is perfect gift when you are on self-isolation.
