all rooms are on floor 1 and 2.
no room service but has aircon and amazing beds
S.Quite, clean and tidy. Had a few issues at the start but the staff upgraded our room, and gave a discount. They were so friendly and did everything possible to keep us comfortable and happy for our 2 weeks stay. I highly recommend this friendly place. We will definitely stay here again when we return in June. Thank you shonnie and troy

R. C.Brilliant location - in the heart of Joondalup within walking distance of Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Center, restaurants & bars, Arcade Nightclub, HBF Arena and University. Parking is free, there is a massive carpark behind the hotel & close to public transport.
Rooms are large & clean however they are a little outdated. The room has a mini bar fridge, please note if you do drink the bottles of water, you will be charged for them. Rooms do not have access outside however if you are a smoker, there is a pinic table with bench seating on the ground floor as you head out to the carpark. There is no housekeeping on the weekend nor public holidays however a laundry is available.
Overall, it was a nice stay and I would stay again.

K. S.What a fabulous little hotel ! Clean, quiet, with brilliant staff. My stay was related to attending Joondalup Hospital for surgery. The staff were thoughtful, caring and made sure I was well looked after. This should be top of your list if you’re looking to stay at n Joondalup

S.Went there for the night with some mates. The food was alright better than average with some drinks. The staff were friendly enough but the daycore could use some improvment and needs more obvious parking.
