I was greeted by Penny at my car in the carpark. She was fantastic!!! She brought out a trolley for out bags took us up to our room and even took our bags from the trolley into the room. She was more than helpful and polite. She was fantastic with my young son. Breakfast was more than we could ask for, from freshly made pancakes made in front of you to toasts bacon snags eggs cereal juices fruit fruit Salads and more. The room was great air con and fans fresh clean blankets and extra towels.
Even after my child threw his toy off the balcony the grounds keeper was most helpful to retrieve it.
I will 100% stay here again. All the staff were fantastic I commend your customer service thank you so much for making my stay so wonderful. ❤

The breakfast buffet in The Courtside Restaurant was impressive with a wide range of breakfast selections. The service provided was welcoming in the restaurant, particularly by Mary on Wednesday. She was exceptional in the way she made us feel at home and was not afraid to come into our space to check we were being looked after. Thank you Mary!
The name of this place means 'Nest' in Japanese and it felt like a nest away from home to relax in! The room we stayed in was just right and had everything we needed. It was close enough to the city, but still had the atmosphere of being somewhere completely different. We would consider staying here again in the future!

G. S.Though we did not stay specificly at the appartments managed by Nesuto we stayed within the same Mount's Bay appartments managed by another party. Long story short, 1st day in Perth with the family for a week I loose my wallet. Search extensively over a number of hours and days though in the end gave up all hope loosing faith in the good of people. Then a couple of days later I am at the pool with my 2 daughters and notice the reception for Nesuto. As such I enquired on a long shot and the burning thought within, that there is still good genuine honest people amongst us. YES I was right the good man behind the counter checked the contents of the wallet against me and I was reunited with my lost wallet with all its contents. Thank you who ever you are for handing my wallet in, I wish I had the opportunity to thank you in person, as I hope our paths will cross to enable my sincere thanks.

I recommend the pizza and cheesy garlic bread! So good.

Neil was amazing and sorted the situation in the face of an overwrought and sleep deprived shift worker relocating from interstate. Great location in heart of city and close to Kings Park. Modern amenities. Parking is a little tight but available, which is great for a city stay.

L.👌 THE best fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment to stay in Geraldton, with single car park all inside gated underground carpark so great if you have a vehicle though wouldn't suit 4x4 vehicles simply due to entry height and maneuvering in the Carpark but if towing uncertain if you could uncouple and store it during stay. Literally can park and wall EVERYWHERE city, transport, sporting venues, river cruises, whole city. Lovely hot and buffet breakfast daily if required and will bring it to your room which is extremely helpful for work and during COVID19 pandemic when you may not wish to eat with others in the dining room, sample toiletries, Fold out sofa, full bathroom, laundry with linens, bathroom & pool towels, in fridge water and milk on arrival, sink in vanity in toilet area is very helpful, clock bedside,
Suggestions: bedroom ligjts need to be much brighter e.g. LED's, needs more towel rails in bathroom please, needs scissors in kitchen, needs more power points especially at both ends of the sofa lounge and a few 4 socket power outlets so everyone has plenty of places to charge phones, tools, etc would be very helpful when travelling for work and leisure. Would stay again.

We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment (one bathroom had a walk over bath to get in shower) and the other was a walk in without bath which is what we requested as the person I was travelling with has a physical and intellectual disability and it was a big struggle for him getting into the shower. Please note-The shower cubicle is very small, not suitable for someone with a disability.
Ample space in kitchen, lounge and balcony areas.
Car parking space was incredibly tight, the car park I was allocated was also difficult getting in and out of.
Cleaners were prompt with servicing room however on the day that we were checking out they walked in to service our apartment around 9am yet check out is at 10am.
We were both in the middle of getting dressed as they walked in. I reminded them that our checkout is 10am.

The staff at the Nesuto Mounts Bay apartment were so helpful you can also have dine in or room service meals which came in very handy. We will definetly be returning visitors.

Very nice place to stay for long duration, the apartment is well equipped: you will find all the electronics you need such as dishwasher, clothes washing machine, dryer, microwave, water boiler, hair dryer. We stayed there for 1.5 months and we felt like we were home.
J.Convenient location to Kings Park and city, though air conditioning was a single split system for a 2 bedroom apartment. This meant bedrooms were hot as the stay was during summer. Also bed not very comfortable.

D. C.A well located and affordable apartment. Just a couple of issues. Why the steep steps up to reception?, they are not easy and almost dangerous to navigate with heavy bags. Some of the decor requires finishing such as correctly fitting the dishwasher and general areas of poor over painting. However all together a good visit.

We were able to have both Bridal parties get ready for the wedding with stunning views . We were also be able to be surrounded by family and friends from around Western Australia and Victoria, sharing tea night before the wedding and breakfasts to make it even more special. Huge improvement since it changed its name to Nesuto. Parking bay is now included and visitor can ask for temporary parking permit. Breakfast is superb. Excelent service, staff is very quick to response to any issue. Highly recommended Place to stay for a family. Not a fancy place but it is very good value for money.
2017:
Location is five stars. You can easily walk to the downtown. Parking is a big issue if you have visitors. Room is standard. Not wheelchair friendly though. There is no wheelchair access from the main entrance.
A. N.Pictures on website don’t match reality. Points for convenient location (near convention centre, free transit zone, bus stop out front), comfortable beds but apartment is dated, in need of an upgrade. Carpet looks old, dishwasher has rusted racks, toilet taps are rusty, washing machine leaked and has rusted base. Outdoor dining area not usable as dusty and cobwebbed. Reasonable price. May consider staying here again. Good value for large families/multiple families. Just adjust your expectations.
L. S.Had 8 days at this property. Fabulous location. Free bus outside 2 stops to city centre. One stop to trains. As an older couple, this suited us nicely. Room was fully equipped & clean & bed comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Special shout out for Abraham who was very polite & informed. Just one comment is that there were no handrails to aid getting into & out of the shower which was over a high bath. We had to help each other. Recommend this property.

Although the rooms do look a little old and the toilet cleanliness can be improved (i.e. there is residual soap layered in the shower floor left by the previous occupant). The layout of the bedrooms could also be further improved - the sockets in the twin bedrooms are covered by the beds, causing inconvenience. The double bed is also too small to fit 2 people. Nevertheless, it is still a decent and comfy place to stay over for a holiday!

The hotel is in a good position close to public transport. Secure parking for one vehicle is also offered. Only thing I would like to see improved is the access to the reception area, there are only steps, which makes carrying luggage a bit difficult. M. C.Most equipped rental apartment I've ever stayed in
1. We are family with young children. Stayed there for more than 2 weeks in 2 BR
2. Location is 20 mins walk to hay and murray streets. 10 mins to Elizabeth quay. (You can take any bus free of charge to EQ. The bus stop is infront of the apartment area).
3. Utensils and kitchen tools are very sufficient. No need to buy extra if you stay for long period of time.
4. They have small swimming pool. Gym and tennis court (you need to book in advance)
5. Washing machine, dishwasher and dryer are available in our apartment. And they replenished with equipments soap everyday
Cons :
1. Cleanliness of the apartment Is poor
2. AC only available in living room. Nothing in the room. It gets really hot over summer time inside each room.
3. The sofa was the most uncomfortable to sit in
4. Wi-Fi is not totally free if you reach to a certain limit.
M. B.We only stayed one night but found the apartment to be clean and well equipped. Lovely hot water and big bath. Our main meals at the restaurant were very tasty and well presented.All of the front office staff were friendly and professional.

A. D.Very well organised place offering apartments in the city. They have a pool and 2 tennis courts. The 2bdr 2 bathroom apartment was spacious and clean and quiet. The shower in the ensuite was a bit small. The beds were comfortable. We self catered so I don't know what the restaurant is like. Mounts Bay Rd is just at the front with public transport available and 10mins walk into the CBD and Elisabeth Quay. Kings Park can be accessed via a set of stairs in about 10mins too. Great value for money

J. B.Stayed 2 nights in August. Apartment roomy but bed was 2 singles pushed together. Some fixtures need replacing badly and the light and power switches were filthy. Warning: hot water was dangerously hot. Could easily burn someone. No instructions for Foxtel in room. Reception told me Restaurant not open for lunch but I then saw staff collect a meal and hand to someone at Reception anyway. Overall good apartment.

D. M.Rooms are a fair size and cleaned daily. Beds need new mattresses and doubles should be doubles. Not two singles pushed together. Service at reception on check out was lousy. We asked for two maxi taxis being a group of 14 and were told before a phone call was made to the taxi company that there cannot guarantee two maxi taxis from the morning but instead can call them when required later that evening. Later we asked a lady to call us a taxi. She said said the same thing and offered us 5 small taxis instead. Costing us three times as much. We then Googled our own company and when she called it they confirmed two maxi taxis. Taxis orders appear commission based here instead of being based on customer needs. When our taxi arrived we saw a commission deal being set up between taxi driver and receptionist.
Focus should be on customer needs not on the incentive from taxi companies.
Disappointed in the staff member who was less than helpful until she was going to receive money for doing her job and offering a simple service of calling us a taxi. So with that I give three stars. Location about twenty minutes walk from city centre
