We got the queen suite for our wedding day, everything was great! Location is great, everything within walking distance. Owners so welcoming. The only down for this place is if you are a smoker, you have to go outside the building to have your "before bed" smoke. But overall we had a pleasant stay. Love it.

L. M. B.Stayed for a weekend in april following our wedding day. Stayed in the king spa suite & it was absolutely AMAZING! Anne was great to deal with & very accommodating to all our requests.
I asked for something romantic 2 b set up for our arrival & she set up beautiful fragranced candles around the room & petals on our bed & a bottle of bubbly on ice waiting for us.. she even stopped traffic so that my hubby could reverse up the street to park in their secure parking. Anne even let us have very late checkout on our last day (2pm) when i requested it on our last day there.
Gorgeous place to stay.. a little piece of heaven tucked away in the heart of the city.. such a well kept secret.. we will definitely be back again ... definitely recommend them highly 😊
R. M.Im really enjoying my stay at New York on King. To me its boutique hotel vs upmarket Airbnb. My room is super comfortable, roomy enough with all the comforts i need. Location is fantastic and the building is beautiful. I love the balcony semi outdoor space i have added to the room.
I would definitely recommend and stay again. The only thing i can say that would improve my experience would be a smart tv with some Netflix or Stan connected.

It was better than expected very luxurius we had the king spa room exceeded expectations dealt with Gary who was a delight so close to everything in the heart of perth nice and secure not sure about parking we had a 4x4 so hard find parking over 2.1 m but will definitly reccomend staying and will definitly be going back on several occasions also very good on price thanks guys for having us and will be seeing you in the future Gabrielle
