Quarantined here after returning from O/S posting. Staff have been amazingly helpful and kind. Room is spotless and has enough space to workout. Food servings were a little small for my size and training so staff were more than happy to assist with extras. All in all very pleased to stay here.

Really pleasantly shocked with the amazing service here. So many times you go to a hotel and feel like just another customer. The staff were amazing and very accommodating - we flew in at 8:30am and were able to get into a room to wind down before heading back out. They also provided us with extra bed linen instantaneously for the cold night. Central location is excellent, and a short bus ride into the city and train station. Would highly recommend getting the breakfast buffet included. Huge selection of freshly cooked food to suit everyone, barista made coffee and again, beautifully attentive staff. Will definitely stay at the Novotel again and will recommend to family/friends.

We stayed on a Saturday night with breakfast, it was great couldn't fault it. IT was a great place to stay and the staff was very helpful but the only downside was the toilet, had rung to have it fixed and was said it was but noticed the water continually running and tried to press the button but it was stuck again. Told staff at time of checkout and hopefully it will be fixed properly especially when you have to go to another part of the hotel to use the toilet.

First of all, Novotel had always been great and consistent. This one is excellent, delicious breakfast with several different food options including plant based milk alternatives for cappuccinos or any coffee drinks. Happy to see a pancake machine that produces large pancakes. In all seriousness, the staff was helpful and friendly and rooms were clean, comfortable pillows and good solid wifi connection. Had a good short stay. Room was spacious and modern. Bed was super comfortable. Room service menu is okay. Staff is helpful and polite. Location is great. Many things to do around the hotel. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with wide spread selections.

From check in to check out cannot find one area for improvement. The room upgrade was fantastic - first time in WA so loved the river view. The room was perfect - large comfortable. I loved the bath. The service was fantastic - all staff friendly, professional and listened to us. Breakfast in buffet was awesome - so much choice and the pastries from France were an added touch. Also liked the Irish Pub as part of Novotel - I liked the choice of Irish Pub food and entertainment to the intimacy and fine dining of Senses. Service very quick. Overall great 4 night stay.

Good hotel. Only complaint is that the bathroom set up is still old and not upgraded. No hand shower so it is hard to shower for kids and lady who does not want to get her hair wet. The WC in my room already had a hairline crack. No one spotted. (Time to change it as it is a danger to the guests) The staff are excellent and very attentive. Further, their breakfast is good. Cannot be missed. Also NO free WIFI except at the lobby. (But you can get free Wi-Fi if you join their Le Club Accor)

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff at reception were excellent.. Bar/restaurant very friendly but had to hunt them out for service... The rooms are very nice. certainly slightly dated. Bathroom need far more lighting!! no mirror lighting at all. A better shower would be great too... Very comfortable bed and pillows. PLEASE get some better coffee!!!! those freeze dried packets are disgusting and then to have a day with only decaf made me get dressed and go downstairs to buy a coffee very early in the morning!! good parking facilities.. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent and very reasonably priced. Certainly better than most hotel restaurants... Overall very good stay and will definately stay again..

Really enjoyed the experience. We arrived early (10am) and were told we were being upgraded to a better room which was very generous. As the room was not ready, the person at the front desk said she'd call when housekeeping had completed their preparations. We didn't get a call, but were busy anyway so weren't too concerned about this. Had our timetable been different, this might have annoyed us. We were also treated to a welcome drink which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was excellent even though we had to eat quickly due to a sleep in. It would have been more relaxed if breakfast service finished at perhaps 11am rather than 10am. Again, not such a big issue. The only thing I'd say would need improvement about the room would be the lack of available power points, particularly near the bed. Also the light switch for the lamp by the bed was not easy to get to. Overall, a very good stay and I'd recommend this hotel.

Update - they take $50 a night (3 nights) from your card for incidentals when they don’t have a mini bar and everything has been prepaid including breakfast and the conference room for 2 day event - they already have full credit card details and ID. Ridiculous. I travel around the country and OS and this has never happened for a place with no option to attack the minibar etc. oh and they hold it for 5 days. A well located hotel that has a few dining options. The breakfast caters for all of your requirements however when you are fighting with large tour groups it can get very busy. There was a mould smell on the third floor which is overpowering yet disconcerting. The property needs an upgrade in all areas from conference through to rooms. There are opportunities for improvement.

My wife & I stayed for 3 nights in a Superior King River view Spa Suite, which was v spacious & comfortable. The river views (11th floor, 180 deg nearly) were spectacular, especially at night. While the hotel is aging the facilities were all functional & clean and the staff were excellent. The bed was v comfortable and the WiFi was a reasonable speed. The kitchenette was a little light on but the night we ate in delivery was quick. We had the buffet breakfast twice and ate at their restaurant Sense5 once. All the food was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Parking underneath was tight and nearly did not get a spot on the Sat night.

We were made very welcomed by the first contact. The Junior Suite was lovely very spacious with breath taking views and a spa. We mentioned when booking that we were celebrating our Anniversary. After enjoying the spa we were relaxing in the large living area when we had a knock on the door to our surprise a staff member was standing there with a bottle of wine and chocolate cake wishing us a happy anniversary. This made our weekend to think that a large corporation like that would think of doing such a nice thing. Other hotels we have stayed at have always charged us for the little extras we have never been given complementary wine before so thank you Novotel . As we booked out with a lovely late checkout time we were surprised once again to be given free parking which was going to cost us $15-00. These little extras make people feel important. The Novotel overall was lovely with staff that were very attentive and helpful.

This hotel is one of our fovourites, it never dissapoint. Staff are always smiling and willing to assist, rooms are clean, food is good and the price is good. Its always my 1st choice when staying in Perth.

Overall it was a happy stay at Novotel Perth Langley. Room was clean, comfortable and hotel staffs were very helpful. Few days before I reached, I requested a king size bed room for my 21 months toddlers to be able to sleep between me and my husband, it was wonderful that the next day hotel come back and confirmed a king size bed for me. Besides, I would like to mention that the hotel restaurant also served delicious food, we had tried few dinners and one lunch here and every time it did not disappoint us. The chef even accommodated to my special vegetarian requests and make me a excellent cheesy pasta with different type of fresh vegetables. I was enjoyable with my stay here.

The breakfast was always enjoyable and had very good fresh bread and pastries. The range of food on the buffet was very good. We used the Senses restaurant several times and found the quality of the meal to be exceptional. The restaurant staff were excellent. We will stay here again next year.

We had a wonderful time staying at Langley this weekend. Perfect service as always, friendly and staff listen and remember what we have talked about, not just idle chitchat. The rooms are always in order, and extra needs provided. We love the roof top spa, even though one was out of order, we can see all over the river. The bar, resteraunt and pub are all wonderful food and service too. Later checkout at 11 is perfect for a good sleep in. Thankyou

My wife and I stayed for two nights for a family wedding in a standard room. First off the good. The staff were amazing the whole time. From check in, to room service to restaurant staff. Always friendly, accommodating and professional. Really can't fault the staff at all. 5 Star service all the way. Now the negatives. Parking is terrible. For $25 a day you'd expect a reasonable amount of parking bays. You'd also expect a normal car to fit in the bay. The spaces are so tight is really pointless to park anything other than a small corolla or something. The hotel is old. Despite renovation attempts, it doesn't shake the feeling that hotel is old and tired and in complete need for proper refurbishment. Decent beds, better decor. The Room service menu is extremely limited. Especially after 11pm. Only 3 options, one of which is a pie with mash potato for nearly $30. We always order room service when we stay in hotels, and I've never minded paying higher prices since it's expected. But I don't like paying an exorbitant amount for a small meal. That definitely needs to change. For a cheap stay it's not bad. But for a slightly higher price I'd go across to the pan pacific, or in my opinion on the best hotel for your money in Perth, the Hyatt.

Our experience was absolutely amazing from the moment we stepped into the hotel. The manager Laeticia Durand was so friendly, helpful & so accommodating. The room was great. Very neat & clean & my-oh-my, what a comfortable bed & such wonderful "poufy" pillows & duvet/doona. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was "magnifique" with the service there & the food so fresh & tasty. The maitre D - Gerard was also very friendly & helpful. Breakfast on "Banana Day" was just a wonderful experience. The ambiance was so jolly & fun. A definite A+ for creating such a lovely & welcoming atmosphere. The manager Jesserson is definitely an asset to your hotel. Such a wonderful, full of life young man. All-in-all, what an great professional team you have working for you. Each of the people we interacted with made our special nights away from home even more special. So THANK YOU VERY MUCH. We will definitely be returning (& bring our daughter with so she too can experience a wonderful weekend)

It is extremly well decked out. King size single bed, room with all you need and nice and spacious. They have spar, exercise equipment and sauna free for guests. The staff are ever so helpful and make you feel welcome. And brilliant food. I loved every minute of my stay.

My husband and I had an overnight stay here for our anniversary. The manager had a nice chat with us in the lobby when we arrived and asked what our plans were. We told him we were celebrating our anniversary and he had a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered to our room. The room was very nice, but no slippers which would have been handy to go to the spa.The breakfast was good but the staff looked a bit lost. The power went out on the coffee machines.But overall we had a nice stay.

Really enjoyed my short stay. Nice clean room with plenty of information regarding Perth etc. Good to have a choice of eating places within the hotel. You can choose either the restaurant or the pub. I went to both and found both very good value with great choice of meal options. The staff were very good. The Irish girl in the coffee shop was just so engaging and friendly.

The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Housekeeping staff kept it top condition. Always look forward to the breakfast there because the staff at the restaurant always take good care of me. I'd like to compliment the nice lady (sorry I didn't get her name) who made coffee at about 7am on the days I stayed there. She has a wonderful smile! The other person I would like to compliment is the boss Irish lady who kept things ship shaped and had a greeting or farewell for everyone! Internet access was great and had no problems making conference calls from my room. Only downside was that the room had a tiny little heater fan which didn't really heat up the room that much as I was feeling a little cold.

My experience was better than what I expected from the time I checked in to the day we checkout where staff was professional. I must say my family has really enjoyed having daily breakfast @Senses restaurant where we dealt with fantastic staff there who greeted us with warm kindness and top professional services each morning. The staff member or Team Leader @ Senses 'Sarah' and her staff was outstanding with her top class services which I was very impressed with. Stayed at Novotel Perth Langley for seven days, the staff are professional and attentive to our needs, free biscuits and rocky road at reception, free WiFi for Accor members, car parking (pay) is available, big cars may find the area a bit snug . The hotel is in need of an update, well presented gym the view from the hot tub area is outstanding however needs maintenance, I think they could utilise the area for something else to take advantage of the view. Breakfast very well presented and full credit to the team and especially the breakfast manager with her Irish accent (sorry forgot her name) ensuring we were well catered for. Sen5ES were also very good in particular Fenians Pub, which is accessed from the lobby, and boy what a fantastic menu and traditional Irish music to be had with a Guinness or two. Will I stay again yes.

Stsyed here for a business trip. Was upgraded to an apartment which was nice. Room very clean but a little dated - especially the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and a wide range of programs on the TV. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great. I would definitely stay again.

The conference room was a good size but there were electronic issues. As such the audio didn't connect to the equipment. I also found the screen positioned too high for the closeness off the seating. It would have been better if lower down. The catering was great based upon a free event. Staff were friendly. Positioning of the service areas could have been better located away from the service doors.

We only stayed for a night and had dinner at the restaurant. Was very enjoyable and the food was great. Our room was very cosy and had a comfy bed and pillows. Pillows are very important when you are away from home and can either give you a good experience when you wake up or not. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone staying in the city, close proximity to shops, cafes etc.

Overall a great one night stay. Arrived early to try and secure a parking bay, arrived but ticket machine stated full. Drove to main entrance to ask for help on where else to park, reception informed us ticket machine malfunctioned and will open boom gates manually if we went back. Plenty parking, no other issues. We had a free upgrade to king room and surprised us with a chilled white and cheese platter for our anniversary and partners birthday. Hotel room facilities clean and adequate, bed comfy. Hotel is nice enough. Nothing fancy but it is functional. Parking is available but costly. The rooms are poor and in desperate need of an upgrade. The shower/tub arrangement is dangerous and there are no fixed grips so slipping in a reality. The pub is ok. Food does not look great. Would rather walk down the road to a proper establishment. Our stay at Novotel perth was a good one. The check in was easy and the ease of parking was a real bonus as was the reduced parking rate of $15 as it was the weekend. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The location of the hotel was good as it was near to bars and shops. The breakfast included in the deal was much better than expected.The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the young man who served us in the bar on the evening and then was taking names at breakfast. Only a couple of minuses...There were a couple of cockroaches in our room (one hiding in the bath towel!) no big deal to us but could freak some people out. A water jug in the fridge would be a nice touch as to purchase bottled water from the mini-bar was quite expensive.Over all agood comfortable hotel which I would not hesitate to book again or recommend to friends...Thank you Novotel

Our room was accessible, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample and varied. The service provided by all staff, particularly Sarah in the breakfast area, was outstanding. Both my wife and I were ill during our stay, with me being hospitalised overnight toward the end of our stay (not caused by the hotel). When hotel management became aware of my plight, a beautiful box of flowers was delivered to our room courtesy of the hotel. This was greatly appreciated along with the offer of additional help should we need it. Unfortunately due to quarantine laws in South Australia, we had to leave the flowers behind but asked they be displayed for all patrons to enjoy.

My room was clean, plenty of space, comfortable bed. The hotel is within walking distance of the CBD (about 10 minutes). The interior was a little dated, but by no means unpleasant. Some rooms must have a nice view of the Swan River, however mine was a pretty uninteresting view of buildings behind the hotel.

They were warmly welcomed, presented with champagne and balloons and were made to feel special by amazing staff. I had a work trip to Perth and stayed at the Novotel for 3 nights. My room was upgraded however it really wasnt set up to be user friendly, especially for business. The room had one powerpoint at the desk (wasnt even a double) which meant I couldn't charge two things at once. There was a powerpoint under the desk but it had the lamp and clock plugged in. There were no powerpoint beside the bed and the only other one was above the fridge. The wifi was painfully slow and at times I had to hotspot off my phone to get decent internet. The bathroom had a shower in the bath with no soap holder which was a little annoying. Also the phone in the room would crackle so badly it was unusable, I had to call front desk from my mobile. I had a day in my room where I was trying to get through a bunch of work and it really ended up being no-where as productive as I would have like and much of this had to do with the room not being fitted out for doing business. The plus side was the staff were all really nice and the food was great. Not sure I would be picking this as my first hotel though next time unless the rooms had been upgraded.

We book 1 room and there are three of us (my wife and my brother-in-law) including me. We stayed for 6 nights from 26th June 2017 until 2nd July 2017. Check-in process was smooth. My 36th birthday was on 27th June 2017 and the room was decorated with ballons on the floor. We even got champagne/wine complimentary from the hotel for this occasion. However, being a muslim we are not able to consume it. We just leave it there. We redeem our welcome drinks at the Sen5es restaurant. I think the breakfast selection can be improved. For 6 days, the breakfast menu was pretty much the same. The facilities in the rooms works as normal except for Wi-fi. We keep get disconnected from time to time. The hotel is very close to Langley Park and within walking distance to city center and other amenities such as bus stop, convenience stores, coffee shop and car rental office (AVIS). The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. I definitely stay here again if I go to Perth in future.

Coffee provided at the event upon arrival and was available readily all through the day. The staff continually removing the dirty dishes and glassware from the table without interrupting the event. I have special dietary requirement that was not an issue at all for the chef to cater for and staff have been advised that I will be in attendance for next two days and I will have an individualized meal available then for me as well. The only "issue" I could say was some of the toilet lights appeared to be really dark or out but I don't need a light to be able to go to the bathroom so apart from that it was an excellent experience

I found the staff at the Novotel extremely helpful and efficient. My one bed apartment was comfortable and I had a good view of the Swan River. Breakfast was well layed out with many options and again staff coming to ask if you want tea/coffee etc. I ate twice at Senses and was satisfied with the experience and service. My only criticism and not a biggy, but the bar ran out of cointreau which was an ingredient in the cocktail I prefer and was not getting any in until Monday, when I left, although they checked Fenians, they had none as well. I actually went across to the Pan Pacific for the cocktail I wanted. No big inconvenience but would have preferred to stay in my own hotel to get the cocktail and I'm sure you would have preferred my business stay there as well. But on the whole enjoyed my stay with Novotel and enjoyed the experience.

Love this place for the bar and food. Rooms are fine and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is the winner though. Eat in the hotel resturaunt or the Irish Bar attached and you will not be disappointed. It's all coming from the same kitchen so you are choosing the ambiance. Live music at the weekends in the Irish Bar. Really worth a visit.

Actually i wanted to feedback this at the hotel itself before i leave but due to my busy schedule i couldn't, all the staffs are very professional and good customer service, starting from lobby front desk to breakfast restaurant, all very nice smiled and greeted nicely, shows high level of professionalism. i was very much impressed on the service. i wanted to tell something that happened in the car park, one of the day when i arrive to hotel around 8pm, all the car park lots were taken, but the security officer who was there, managed to find me a car park and ask me park in that space for the night rather than ask me to leave and find a car park lot myself outside, very much impressed.

Night time food service is average, I tried to order food at 10pm but they never answered the phone, I had to call reception to put the order through even though I was at reception 5min earlier trying to order food while I was there on my way back from being out

Upon arrival at the Novotel Langley, The reception staff were polite and efficient. Staff in the Bar Feniens couldn't be called friendly or helpful by any-mean, we had 2 complimentary drinks however only revived one. The room was nothing spectacular for a king bed apartment, we got one complimentary bottle of water, the shower whilst great pressure when everywhere almost flooding the bathroom. Not all channels worked on the television. The presentation of one of our meals served in Senses Restaurant was like I would serve myself at home and the other whilst presented well was difficult to eat. Breakfast was fine, however long wait for fried eggs that were served to another table who had not ordered eggs actually they had finished their breakfast. Check out was fine however there was an issue with the on line booking that was rectified by the hotel staff that was appreciated.

Novotel Perth Langley is one of the best places to stay if you are visiting Perth. Location is outstanding and very central to main city attractions. The hotel has well appointed rooms at great prices. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and special.

Room was great and as expected. It was nice to have a view out over the Perth CBD foreshore. Room was a good size and well appointed and clean. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was in good condition. Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious with a good range of well made food. Only complaint was the toilet occasionally run water during the our stay which disturbed my sleep a bit.

We stayed twice - 1 April and 7 April. The staff were great: very helpful and very professional. The only hiccups were the times we were trying to order at the lobby bar, which seemed to be understaffed (or indeed unstaffed, as others had to go and round up a server, who seemed to have duties elsewhere), and the smell of tobacco smoke in the kitchen area of the apartment we had on 1 April. That however is hardly the hotel's fault, since it had clearly labelled the areas as non smoking.

Novotel Langley is a really comfortable hotel, the rooms are generous in size with comfortable beds, and a decent ( but dated) bathroom. The staff and onsite amenities are fantastic. While the location wasn't the most central, it was a short walk into the city. The foxtel / television channels left a lot to be desired, but of course - I wasn't always in the room so this wasn't of major bother.

I stayed on two different dates in different rooms First 26 Sep Second 04 Oct 26 Sep:The room was not ready even though I did the on-line check in The Safe had no batteries (not working) When I was in the spa and I turned on the bubble jet it came out with a very intensive odor like sewage spoiling my relaxing time (the worst spa ever) 04 Oct The room 905 has a bad body odor smell I had to ask the reception to put some deodorant in the room. I had a similar bad experience with the spa in this room. I suggest you to check the spa as probably it has not had much use and the water has stayed there for a long time.

Nice stay overall pretty good, great restaurant and breakfast standard but the rooms are a bit tired with a little mould around the shower and chips out of the bath enamel, with the bathroom especially seeming in need of a bit of a spruce up. Not a huge fan of the the fact you cant open a window for fresh air, breathing in air-con pumped in air for a week tends to make you feel a little dried out, but overall a good and satisfying stay.

Staff were very helpful, particularly those at breakfast and check-in desk. The foyer was modern and provided areas for reading and brochures to inform our activities. Unfortunately the room was very stuffy and hot for the entire stay. The air con was on the minimum temperature and highest fan speed but this made no difference. I asked for help after the first night but nothing changed. After three sleepless nights I asked again and was provided with a fan. This helped with sleeping on our last night. The corridor on the 9th floor was noticeably hot as soon as we exited the lift and it didn't change through our stay. I have to say the room temperature impacted our stay due to our lack of sleep and the difficulty in dressing and blow drying hair in such a hot, stuffy space. We did meet other people, on different floors who complained about the lack of temperature control in their rooms. The location provided easy access to the city and tours and was very easy to find, having never been to Perth before. Breakfast was good, as was dinner in the hotel restaurant. The room was quiet although we could hear any corridor noise.

Consistency and personal relaxed service was experienced at reception, the breakfast service and pub from many staff with a going out of their way to go over and beyond their minimum service. Qynne from reception and Samantha at the pub were exceptional. I really appreciated being a LeAccorClub Platinum member to be provided with a room upgrade, some complimentary Easter eggs and a bottle of sparking wine with also some Accor group hotel research from Qynne at reception and a daily smile on the way out. Samantha also went over and beyond her service at the pub with providing additional information on the LeAccor Club membership program to provide forms and information. I would be happy to stay with Novotel in Perth again on my next visit.

I booked a standard queen room with a queen bed upon entering the room I see it's a double. I went back to reception to inform them I was not happy as i believed I was booking a queen bed. I was upgraded to a king room which was very much appreciated. There was some stains on the sheets and the bed was poorly made for a 4 star hotel I expect the blanket to have a cover and not placed between two sheets also the sheets were not tucked in the bed properly. Aslo the black strip of the window is filthy I noticed this as I was stretching and placed my hands on the top part of the window.

The service could not be any better when we stayed for one night at the hotel.Consideration was given to my wife and myself.We booked a room at 7am ,and arrived there a half an hour later the same day.And they provided us free breakfast which was very kind and thoughtful of them.Previously earlier in the night about 12am ,we were booked then for a flight back to Brisbane, but we were told it was cancelled and there were no more flights by that airline for that day.So we had booked for a flight back the following day.Novotel Hotel also gave us complementary breakfast parcels to take with us at 4.30am that day we were traveling back.
