We had a great experience at the resort, however disclaimer: we only stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding at Bunkers Beach House. The location is absolutely 10/10 with beach views and a short walk to the beautiful Bunker Bay Beach. If you’re a bit nervous about swimming in an open bay, you can also swim in the pool which has a stunning outlook over the beach. The complimentary breakfast also catered to all tastes, including if you had small children. Would definitely stay longer next time to take advantage of the location and the great accommodation.

Absolutely thrilled with our stay. 2 bedroom villa was lovely, clean and well maintained.
All staff from check-in, bar, restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance all welcoming, happy to assist and all say hello when walking throughout the resort.
Our room included breakfast which was lovely, lots of selection, food was fresh and delicious.
We will certainly be back!

Stayed here for our mini honeymoon. Service was great right at the start. Staff are polite and friendly. The place in general feels really relaxing. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, we liked the bathtub. Room service was good too. The pool overlooking the ocean was amazing, and it's heated as well. I think if you love nature, you will love this place. The only downside were the possums. We heard occasional scratches behind the walls and ceiling, like dragging sounds. We thought they were cleaners doing the jobs but the manager said they were possums. Overall, a really nice place to stay and relax.

The best beef burger I've ever had!! I'm super picky when it comes to food and how it's cooked (perks of being a highly trained chefs daughter) but this place nailed it in every aspect. Pricey on first glance but when you finish the experience you'd be willing to pay double for the same experience, it's that good!!

Eco-friendly resort in an awesome location between bush and ocean in one of the most picturesque locations on earth. The service has improved markedly over the past 9 months, every staff member during this stay was friendly, helpful and efficient. Not much to complain about really
- perhaps the slightly dated rooms and tiny gym…

Was very underwhelmed considering we paid $1500 for 2 nights. Ordered room service and waited over an hour for cold food. Didn’t sleep very well (expected better quality pillows for what we paid). The pool was lovely, breakfast was nice and pool is nearby. We won’t be back here again for the price we paid.

We have really enjoyed our stay, but it is the staff who make any business successful and Denise from both the Bunker Bay Resort Resort and Bunkers beach cafe has been outstanding, making my family and friends time at both venues immeasurably more enjoyable. She went out of her way to help at every turn and is a gem of an employee for you. Thankyou Denise. Justin Pitts and family.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights for my 70th birthday this Feb 2022. Pullman staff have welcomed me with exceptionally nice service. This is the 4th resort we've stayed this 5 week tour. The service, which I describe as making you feel an important guest, is exceptional. We've stayed in up to 100 four and five star hotels & resorts over the past decade, including for example The Fullerton in Singapore, but have never experienced the pleasantness so endemic here. All staff (except one) including reception, cleaners, restaurant and bar staff have obviously been trained well and know how to make guests feel important. Some of the staff are European (perhaps French and Spanish speaking), some Asian and some Australians. We had three delicious dinners at the Moon Restaurant here, and even though fairly booked out the kind staff found time gaps we could fit into, such as going early. Unfortunately on our last day the senior morning restaurant manager couldn't find in her personality to say no in a kind and generous manner. Nevertheless we've given 5 stars today because all the other staff are magic, perfect and marvellous, and the resort is beautiful and relaxing and has every nice thing here. The best though are the 99% staff who are so pleasant to their guests and make you feel valued. My adult children stay here and have future reservations and our friends are planning to too.
PS: Appears it could be difficult to get a dinner booking into the restaurant. We were fortunate with very helpful evening staff to be squeezed in for 3 dinners, but the unhelpful lady morning restaurant manager told us at 8am we had to go online at checkin in order to reserve a table if we want to get one. You've got no chance with her, even when you're staying longer like we have. She gave us every excuse we've heard elsewhere on occasions and sternly offered zero hope or encouragement 😪. This was the second time in three days we've suffered her. All others are superb.
Update: 5pm an extremely nice gentleman in the restaurant provided my wife and I a table for dinner. He has helped us for the past 3 days with fantastic service. The restaurant is nearly empty right now so we are very happy for a good dinner at The Moon Restaurant at Pullman 🥰
Update: The gentleman is dressed as a manager and I think he is the evening manager. He and his staff (such as Juan) provide the best of friendly service. The 3rd dinner was just magic 🥰

Staff are exceptionally professional and very friendly. Room was great and housekeeping prompt. Maintenance man came in minutes when we had problem with A/C which turned out to be user error! . Dining experience was also extremely good. Delicious food 2 nights at dinner and breakfast very reasonable with plentiful options. Overall we had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Thank you.

Great accommodation and friendly staff!! Loved the villas and the pool! Wish the restaurant had a few more veggie options for us vegetarians. Nice and close to the bunkers bay beach. The place to go if you want a quiet get away! The staff were so sweet to send us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary!

Excellent customer service, the best I’ve ever experienced. Dinner was devine, large portions, tender, fresh. Prime location, views ++, perfect beach. Comfy bed (medium firmness). Foxtel. Prompt housekeeping.
Buffet Breakfast needs more fruits and veg. Would have been nice to see avocado and poached/fried eggs presented.
Shower fan extremely dusty.
Needs spikey things on the lake view room’s roof for the seagulls are very noisy up there scratching around!
Outdated decor.
Heavy room doors.
No mini bar.
Overall it was a fabulous stay, just a few improvements needed for me to feel the cost was worthwhile. Will definitely be coming back though.

We called in for lunch and were not disappointed. It was delicious from start to finish and the vanilla creme brulee was in my top 3 and I've eaten dozens of them. Staff were friendly and laid back which made us feel comfortable.

It's pullman resort. So i have a high expectation about this place but sadly many aspects are disapointing. First of all, shower is old like 90s house. Secondly, pool is too deep for some people or kids. Lastly, very minimum choice of breakfast and have to cut a bread, toast yourself.
5star?? My experience is 3star.

Great service!!’ Shane was very helpful as well as the reception staff. Our stay here at the Pullman bunker bay has been amazing! We unfortunately had no wifi due to the storm but the hotel had reimbursed us with a voucher to dine at the restaurant which was very nice of them.
I want to say thank you to Kay and Madeline on the front desk for their excellent service. When we came to the Pullman last year October we had a waiter named Amanda at our buffet breakfast she was a trainee back then! this time we have come she was still as friendly with great customer service skills! The cleaning staff are very efficient and friendly Especially Cristian what an awesome guy that is so genuine and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Pullman bunker bay we’ll will definitely be back! thanks again to all your staff for a great time!!! 💯💯💯

We cannot fault our stay at the Pullman Bunker Bay Resort and the treatment of their wonderful staff!!! We had our wedding in November and everything before, during and after was amazing!
Once my husband and I had decided Pullman was going to be our venue, we were put in contact with the lovely Donna, the in-house wedding planner. She knew what to organize from start to finish. I was able to email or call if I had any questions or concerns and got a response straight away. The day before our wedding day, Donna had everything organized and ready to set up, accommodating to all our requests. The day of, Donna came to pick us up and coordinated with the celebrate to ensure the ceremony ran smoothly. During the reception, Donna and her staff treated us and our guests with absolute respect and class. We had the most friendly staff around us at all times and so accommodating. The restaurant was decorated beautifully and the food was out of this world! Donna and her team packed away all of our things and kept them safe ready to be picked up when we were ready.
Overall our experience at the Pullman was superb and our wedding experience was more than we had ever imagined. We cant thank the Pullman team enough for their excellent service and accommodation. And a special thank you to Donna. You made our experience of wedding planning exciting and stress free! I would definitely return again and again and again!!!

Nice setting, breakfast was average have had better.Apartment was lovely but had no water.it was fixed but it was too slow to fill the bath.Top it all off ,possoms were in the roof and kept us awake. This was only worth a 50% refund. Not a first class experience.

Stayed here for the start of our honeymoon. Not a bad place at all. I felt this was more suited to families than what we were after. We had a great time none the less. The service was great, the rooms were a good size and being so close to the beach is a big win. The breakfast was nice in the morning too.
We ate once in the restaurant at night, it wasn’t amazing but was nice.
T. M.
I would recommend Pullman Bunker Bay to anyone looking for time in a
Secluded and relaxing setting. Everything is top class. Service, staff, accommodation and location are the best. Loved my stay here.
A. O.
Service wasn't great, missed cleaning our room. Restaurant service was lacking, took an hour to get the mains, the sides arrived after we finished. Go to the Wise winery instead.
T. B.
Stayed here as a wedding gift. The food was absolutely fantastic... especially the desserts. The pool was lovely, with a stunning ocean view. The room however was not particularly nice, especially considering the price. Furniture in the room and restaurant was chipped and damaged, rubbish around the restaurant. Our room overlooked a “lake” that resembled more of a grubby mosquito swamp.
Thoroughly appreciated the gift, however, if we paid ourselves, we would’ve been VERY disappointed.
S. H.
Really enjoyed our stay and the staff were lovely. The views to the bay are beautiful.
Negatives
- rooms need some tlc
- mould and discolouration of tiles in bathroom
- vents all dusty as were some parts of the villa
- our heater was cracking and creaking all night
- no car parking at your villa so it’s a long walk to the car park but they do have buggies that can come collect you, just call reception
- for the price you pay, breakfast really should be included
- more variety on the room service menu would be great
N. J.
Um... Wow!! This place was gorgeous. We had booked ourselves a standard studio and on arrival we were upgraded to a 2bdrm apartment... 😳 Shane helped us with our luggage via buggy, super friendly and so helpful - he is genuine with his services! We loved the pool just be careful with the bees that hover over the pool.. 😅 that didn't stop us though ! We enjoyed our buffet breakfast every morning. Food is very tasty and they have great coffee. We loved it so much we tried to extend lol but unfortunately they were fully booked on the weekends. Get in early and make sure you book more the 3 days at this place ! Our only regret was not being able to stay longer.

Peaceful and well landscaped resort. Helpful polite friendly staff. Love to visit again

Pullman Bunker Bay Resort is an absolute treasure of a place in the heart of our beautiful South West of Western Australia. The amazing staff they have working there are beyond measure. Their friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail are sublime. Nothing was too much trouble and they try to accommodate each guest and their individual needs.
If your thinking of having a beach wedding then I highly recommend Pullman Bunker Bay Resort. A wedding was the occasion that saw me for the first time be at Pullman Bunker Bay Resort and my experience there was definitely 5 star. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Whilst 10 or so years ago this was a prestigous "resort" it is lacking when compared with more modern accommodation. Rooms are adequate but a bit dated. (No make up service after 1st night stay?)
Staff training/capability and attitude vary greatly and can range from excellent to inept, condescending and/or indifferent to customers. Facilities of the "resort" (pool/tennis court/spa and out door seating for bar/coffee) may be adequate for 20-50% of capacity but appears woefully under-catered for larger occupancy days and no longer presents as good value for money.
On the upside the evening meal we had at the restaurant was very good.
b. a.
Exceptional service.. very warm reception/porter; staffs are welcoming and friendly. While waiting for our room (as we arrived early), we had lunch at the restuarant great food (the seafood pasta was superb). I was notified that room was ready.... villa was excellent. I must commend the cleanliness of the room and the hotel. It's topnotch. You'd see the staffs consistently disinfecting public areas; same with the rooms when they clean it (nothing is missed out). So far, thats the best I've seen. Given this pandemic, it assures guests of their safety in the hotel. I like their breakfast set up as well - it's q delicious buffet with server (again, for safety reasons). The experience deserves 5 star commendation. More than the product and service; their commitment to safety is indespendable. To the entire team - thank you!!! Exceptional service indeed. Cheers!

The staff are friendly and prifessional. No hassle. Great place. Love to go there again.

I had my honeymoon stay at Pullman Bunker bay resort. I was disappointed with the overall service, for the amount of money they are charging for the stay.
I requested numerous time to have coffee pods for the coffee machine but for our two nights stay they never arrived.
The cleanliness for the bathroom after first night stay, still hairs and water spots everywhere.
It was hard to get in touch with reception to order the buggies to transfer our luggages to the car but we ended up walking our heavy luggages to the car park ourselves. While checking out receptionist answered call which was bizarre as we didn’t get the same courtesy.
Overall, the food was quite good but the communication with the service staffs was difficult and had to repeat our food order couple times.
Hope this doesn’t happen to the next guest because it will take away the beauty of the environment around the experience staying at Pullman.

The resort is in a nice and quiet spot, about 15 minutes drive from the shops. The one bedroom studio that we had was spacious with a modern bathroom.
In terms of staff, the concierge person (Shane) was great. Everyone else did the basics right and did not really go the extra mile to make the experience more enjoyable. Admittedly it was busy when we were there so have to take that into consideration. We found the restaurant staff to be frosty at times which is totally unacceptable in my opinion, especially when you compare this 5 star resort to neighbouring SE Asian countries' 3 star accommodation even.
To finish in a good note, the resort was clean, spacious, close to the beach and about 5 minute drive to the renowned Meelup beach.

A very special place indeed... the location and facilities are fantastic. The staff are exceptional and the room service deserves extra mention for choice, quality and affordability.

We love this hotel! The location is the best and the service is fantastic!

Great Hotel with good food and drinks. We drove from Perth to stay for three nights. We really enjoyed Bunker Bay a lot. Living around truely nature is so relieve. Walk to the beach at the back of the hotel, so close and easy. we had a great long walk along the beach. Wish to revist there again.

Thank you Leighton and your amazing hotel Team at the Pullman. Our much needed week's holiday was excellent from the moment we arrived.
Breakfast buffet was delicious, staff were ALL wonderful, views were as breath taking as I remembered from my solo visit in September 2014 and we have to say, the Room Service food was fantastic - fresh and delicious!! THANK YOU !!
We have returned home feeling refreshed and ready to take on 2021.
Perhaps a couple of more cocktail options at the bar - and I was a little surprised there was no Midori - not a criticism though. Rather a suggestion.
VIE SPA - you get your own comments.
Firstly NONE of these 5** are for you. You get a BIG 0.
We don't know what system you have going there but the service and experience and blame was nothing short of appalling.
For both of us to be there TOGETHER last Sunday after breakfast and book in .. TOGETHER... and decide on 2 treatments... TOGETHER... and for it to be confirmed to BOTH OF US (btw we don't care if the woman who invited us to sit and decide our treatments and then take our booking and put it into the computer while we were there was a therapist or not .... IT'S NOT OUR CONCERN!) for 2 x 90 minute treatments in the COUPLES ROOM for Thursday at 10.00am - well that tells me WE had a booking.
Add to that the confirmation phone call we received on Wednesday where you said "we will see both of you in the morning" - well that again tells us we had a booking for 2.
So to get there at 9.50 (as requested) on Thursday morning and find the booking was only for 1 was a huge C*#K UP. AND to add insult to injury... the Receptionist said we only booked for 1 AND kept insisting we only booked for 1.
And no, there was absolutely nothing they could do!
AND the icing on the cake was watching a rude, pushy woman and her husband get taken through ... into the couples room.
Yes, the Manager refunded the 1 massage my partner had and was kind enough to offer us some product (which wasn't necessary) BUT this should never have happened.
You need to have a very, very, long hard look at your systems and processes rather than blaming the guests for your mistakes.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The breakfast selection was great and the rooms were clean with good amenities.
Our room was one of the furthest away from the lobby but it was only a leisurely 4-minute walk. They have a buggy service when you check in and out so you don't have to struggle with your luggage.
S. R.
This is a true 5 star resort. The resort has been around for a while, but was built to an executive level and maintains it appeal. The people are very efficient and friendly.
Food is excellent.

The Pullman Bunker Bay is an exquisite resort in a beautiful location. But what makes this place truely special, are the management and staff. My husband and I arrived for a 4 day stay with our 2 children as part of our longer 2 week trip to WA from Sydney. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the resort's very personable manager Chetty, and made to feel very welcome and at home. We had an amazing few days waking up to breakfast, exploring our surrounding areas, and returning back for dinner each day at the resort. Our intention had been to try other restaurants in the area, but our first day dinner at the restaurant was so incredible, that we didn't venture elsewhere during our stay. The dinner menu at the resort is very diverse and each dish has great attention to detail(we ended up trying every single dish on the menu during our stay!). A few days after our arrival, Perth went into lockdown for 4 days due to the rapidly evolving covid situation. Perth was to be our next stop after Bunker Bay. As we sat watching the news and contemplating our options, we received a call from the resort team offering assistance, as they were aware our next stop was Perth. Chetty and his staff went out of their way to accommodate us and we ended up extending our stay by a further 3 days to avoid the lockdown in Perth. We spent those days visiting wineries, going on walks, as well as swimming and fishing at our beautiful resort.
Yesterday was our last day here, and my younger son had been feeling quite glum about returning back to Sydney. He is turning 10 in a few days, and his birthday usually falls during school holidays. But this year it was to be during the first week back from school holidays, so he has spent the past few months waiting in anticipation to celebrate with his friends at school. With Sydney in lockdown - this will probably not eventuate. And he is also aware that as his parents are both healthcare workers - he will likely be spending his birthday alone at school, while his friends study from home. Due to our professions, both our children have had to attend school every day even during lockdowns in the past 1.5yrs, most days being the only kids at school. They have always taken this in their stride and not let it faze them....so it was very unusual seeing our 9yr old without his permanent cheeky smile. We ran into manager Chetty on our way out from breakfast and had a chat about our onwards travel plan/ flights back to Sydney etc. My son mentioned he was not looking forward to going back.
Later that morning - we were surprised at our villa by one of the front desk staff(Pip) who presented my son with a beautiful little birthday cake with a message from Chetty and his team. Such a beautiful and caring gesture! To say this absolutely MADE my son's day is an understatement!
We are checking out today and heading back to Sydney and to lockdown - but I can't thank the staff enough for everything they have done to make our stay so memorable. Everyone, from the reception staff, to the friendly waitresses and bar staff have been amazing. We have travelled the world, and stayed at some incredible places - but the Pullman Bunker Bay is definitely one place we will be returning to. Heartfelt thankyou to Chetty and all the staff!
K. H.
The resort looks great, but the service in the bar and kitchen area is terrible, won't go back.

Overall we enjoyed our stay - accommodation and location wise. It was lovely having the sound of nature and ocean in the background. I do think bathroom lighting could be better. As a female its very difficult to see yourself to do your makeup. The thing we were let down about was the level of training and professionalism the restaurant breakfast staff have. I come from a F&B background and expected better standards for the price we paid for our accommodation. For example staff should never lean over a patron to pass the other patron their drinks or cutlery. It should always be done at their side, anyone in the industry knows this. Simple manners, presentation and professionalism really lacked from some of them (noting not all of them though). We thought that maybe this was just a Dunsborough thing, but went to a few different restaurants and received exceptional service.

Pullman
Amazing resort to stay when you are travelling down south. Very comfortable and well designed rooms. We booked 2 Studio Villas for 4 adults and 2 kids. Amenities are excellent. View from reception area and restaurant is amazing. Short walk to private beach. There is also a Library, kids play room, function room, tennis court and business centre. Staff are very friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast are great too. Kids love the pancake machine. As an Accorplus member, we had a suprised Anniversary wine and chocolate gift even though we did not mention anything about our Anniversary :). We will definitely come back again very soon.
L. A. R.
Let me preface this by saying that every staff member was lovely and very helpful. The food we had was fantastic. Our villa was nice and clean.
Let me also preface this by telling you that if you wanted to stay here tonight our villa would cost you 580 dollars, a night.
Firstly, there is no mention on the resort's website or Facebook page that the resort is built on a hill and that you have to walk everywhere as you cannot access your villa by car. We ended up parking a good ten minutes away and it was all uphill from the villa. We are both able but I think it would be a poor show if you had any disability. We did secure the service of a golf buggy to move our luggage to and from the car. The parking arrangements should be plainly stated in any, and all, advertising and communications.
Now back to the 580 bucks per night.
The villa is only serviced every second day, meaning that on day two of your stay, you don't even get the bed made or the bins emptied. Ridiculous.
Can't wait for cruising to start again. Why? Because, for around 200 dollars per day, you are fed watered and entertained and your suite is serviced twice a day or on request. Based on staff interaction, the food and the villa itself I would probably have scored this higher however, because of the parking arrangements not being disclosed, I can only give 3 stars.

This resort surprised me with how quietly the architecture sat into the environment. The choice of natural materials (wood, tin and local stone) made for an incredibly relaxing environment that is perfect for its beach location. It fits the location so perfectly that from the beach you can’t even see roofs of the buildings.
The restaurant hit the spot and the infinity pool looked lovely.
Although it doesn’t have the flash foyer of some overseas resorts; this is actually my favorite resort I’ve ever been to.

We decided to stay at Pullman Bunker Bay to celebrate my birthday, to rest and relax and also because we needed to utilise our ACCORPLUS membership points before they expired. We stayed at the one bedroom lake view villa - it’s a nice size, very spacious. We could appreciate the interiors and the idea that went behind it. It all flows well with the exterior environment and surrounding landscapes of the place. However, we do feel like the villas need an upgrade. We were warmly welcomed to our villa with a bottle of local wine, a box of chocolates and a birthday card - very thoughtful. The staff of Pullman Bunker Bay were accomodating, polite and professional - when we called the first time to request for some olive oil to cook eggs in our kitchen, it was delivered to us very promptly, and the second time when we called because we had an issue with the air conditioning unit, help came by very quick too! This surprised us because in most other hotels, we’ve had to wait forever for anyone to pop by our room. We also really appreciate it when staff are happy to fill up our reusable bottles with drinking water (which definitely was the case here at Pullman) because we prefer to not rely on single use plastic bottles. The views of the ocean can be seen from above in the restaurant and lobby area, however not in the villas. But Bunker Bay Beach is just a short walk from the resort - there is also a private path for hotel guests to use to head to the beach. Our only issue was the quality of food at breakfast, most of the selections and quality were actually quite bad and not appetising. There was also no salad bar, which was different to me as I’ve been to many other Accor hotels in the past, and they all provided salads at breakfast. However, we really enjoyed our stay overall, it was something we really needed. We highly recommended staying at Pullman Bunker Bay for a relaxing time.
Y. Y.
Stayed here for our honeymoon in WA. We loved our stay here. I know it’s distance from the shops and nearby town. But short driving distance for many winery and shops. It is so quiet and relaxing. Beach is right in front of this place. Come back again for sure once this covid thing goes away. You need a car to get there. I’m not sure if there is any transport service though.
N. L.
Had a wonderful 6 night getaway and will definitely be back. The staff were so helpful, our studio villa was clean and comfortable, the food was great and reasonably priced. The perfect opportunity to relax and recharge but also enjoy the things to do in the area without feeling like you were still surrounded by people and shops. Definitely recommend to others wanting some time out (especially when interstate borders are closed).
N. H.
We stayed in a garden view villa which was so beautiful, private and well equipped. Cleaning staff to be commended. The restaurant is superb with excellent breakfast options. The desert menu must be tried! Great staff attending to guests and very welcoming. Can’t wait to book again!

Unusual times as these we chose a quiet mid week mon to fri day getaway... these were the annoying things. Still charging full rates and some services not available. Lack of information in room
Bad reception etiquette when checking in. Room servicing was supposed to be done every second day and on the forth day they weren't going to do a service only a top up. There was no provision for recycling. Also tried to charge a $5 delivery charge for room service without notice ????. And can someone please clean the shower exhaust vent. Overall good stay, room was nice and tennis court great. Staff were all pleasant.
K. J.
Location, staff and food are excellent. However, at $600 + per night the 2 bedroom villas are tired. The fan in the main shower did not work, the tumble dryer was faulty, the toilet to the main en-suite was leaking and the attitude.... “tell maintenance “. I would expect these things to be in good working order prior to my arrival for that price.

Did a weekend getaway/staycation @ The Pullman Bunker Bay.
Beautiful location, well facilitated and staffed for all your needs.
The Moon restaurant is excellent, very good food and service.
Bar and Drinks selection is great.
The rooms have been modernised.
Might be worth taking some eye masks for an extra sleep-in as the sun can beam in on early mornings.
Other than that, top notch resort, few of its kind in WA.
Definitely a place to go if you havnt been. A++
Z.
Awesome place to stay, amazing villas, amazing views. Best breakfast I've ever had. Short walk to a very clean beach. The whole complex is very tidy with an amazing feel to it, best atmosphere with plenty of aussie plants.
S. B.
Beautiful location and grounds that the resort is on however it is overpriced for what you actually get. For a 5 star resort at $300 a night what you actually get is quite a small, basic room. Breakfast was above average however when you have to explain to three different waitstaff how to make a cold long black it's concerning. Was left disappointed.
E. D.
Probably the best 5 star hotel in WA outside of Perth..... and better than most in it!!. Great staff, grounds and amenities. The rooms are fantastic. Very clean, spacious, open and modern.
Z. L.
It was a wonderful stay with absolute hospitality. The Pullman Bunker Bay team has gone beyond good gesture in accommodating our stay and satisfying our request. During critical times in covid, the team has done a perfect job in keeping stringent precautionary measures for the safety and comfort of guests but still guaranteed enjoyable stay. We also had a fantastic dining experience with Other Side of The Moon Restaurant and especially amazed by the mouth-watering desserts by the French Pastry Chef - Romain. My husband and I were very blessed to celebrate his birthday here in Pullman Bunker Bay and we will be coming back.
C. Y.
Upscale dining and drinks. You may eat here without being a guest at the resort. Outdoor seating looks out over the trees and you can see the water in the distance. Staff was very nice and helpful. When sitting outside we got to see many different kind of birds. They did not bother us when eating so don’t worry about that. Their drink menu was pretty extensive and delicious. Perfect spot for a romantic dinner or fancy place to take a group of friends to dinner.
T. C. L.
Villas are located away from the car park so you will need a bellboy with a golf buggy if you have a lot of luggage. It was quite difficult to get hold of one. We had to “tip” $5 to an imperious Frenchman to get our luggage to our villa. He was also not helpful with actually carrying the luggage from the buggy to the unit, which caused me to sprain my back. Room service is on alternate days, which is poor, but when they clean, it's done properly. The two-room villa we stayed in (212) did not have any curtains in the living area (although it had electric controls for the non-existent curtains) so it was glaring in the daytime (fortunately we left the villa early most mornings and only returned after dusk). Kitchen white goods were old/ worn (the bread toaster is horrific!). Parking was inconvenient so we had a few longish rainy treks from car-park to villa and vice versa (middle of winter with 80 km/h winds on a memorable evening). None of the units are actually on the beach - but the so-called "beach" villas are only a short walk away (from the beach). Pricing was expensive for what it turned out to be (about A$1,000 for 3 nights). Advertising over-promises the quality of the accommodation and service.

Adequate but very disorganised for check in, rooms need a refresh, buffet breakfast good, great location near the beach.

Great place. Food presentation is good but taste is not that great.

Three stars for the amazing location and views. It had been a few years since our last visit and disappointed to see it looking a little unloved. The outside areas of restaurant have very uneven (safety hazard) and dirty tiled flooring, not enought tables and chairs of an evening. One thing we noticed on our 3 night long weekend stay was two of those night they were hosting weddings. This meant we could not use the restaurant area for dinner nor the large outdoor space to sit and take in the lovely summer evenings. Staff were overwhelmed just trying to service the wedding leaving normal staying paying guests with terrible service. Half hour wait for a drink from the bar, then it was wrong etc, care factor for staying paying guests was lacking. Sitting in the one well worn outdoor lounge that was allocated to all guests not attending wedding was noisy due to wedding alongside which was outside with no walls or doors to form a barrier. I think if weddings are being conducted during stay, paying guests should be notified in advance that they will not be able to use all the facilites in the evening. Being in a peaceful remote serene area there is nowhere else close to go for a dinner, so not to have all the restaurant area open for guests was unacceptable and limiting to the overall experience of our stay. Staff were happy and polite, but some tender loving care is definitely required to bring this resort back to the status it verbally offers in its marketing and to match the prices guests are paying.

Fantastic location and great set up of beautiful resort. Lovely rooms with very good amenities. Just beware of your balcony door key shut to avoid the creepy crawlies. Breakfast was Good, and like the barista coffee. From your room the walk to the beaiis few minutes on a well raised decking. Amazing to watch the whales doing their splashes. Food was moderately priced. Service has been very good.

The facilities cannot cater for the amount of guests, shortage of tables for breakfast and dinner. No place next to the pool so unless you were staying in your room or going outside the resort limited what you could do Dining room staff was slow at clearing tables and taking orders. Extremely disappointed as I was looking forward of spending some time relaxing and not having to get into my car. Beach is beautiful but unless you take the umbrellas and chairs yourself to the beach you go there for a quick dip and back.

I love the vibes that Pullman Bunker Bay Resort. The rooms are spacious, cozy and has a beautiful view. The room was clean and well maintained as well as the pool area. I love the pool area of the resort the most because it helped me relaxed a lot which I needed. The food was so delicious. I appreciate the staff because they were very polite, friend and nice to me and my husband. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to take a break.

This is an excellent resort - in a fabulous location. The staff were friendly and helpful . The breakfast area and balcony offer a lovely location to begin & end your day — great views. The buffet was excellent . Our room was spacious - especially the bathroom & we had a lake view. The resort is rather hilly though & although there is plenty of parking it can be quite a way from your room ! But to their credit you can arrange golf cart transport if required. Very relaxing stay.

The hotel location is perfect for a good break. The villas are very comfortable and very well equipped.
However, the bar and the restaurant is in the hallway right bu the reception, and every time doors open a cold wind (in the summertime/ Christmas week) is sent in making in not only very uncomfortable but not enjoyable. Way too many tables and too many people in a small place.
The restaurant needs to be booked and even if you are a guest, you are not given priority.
Staff is helpful and friendly.

We recently got married at PUllman Bunker Bay and is was a dream.
The food was amazing the set up was perfect, Donna you did the tables perfect your amazing and so is Darren. We can’t thank you enough seriously everyone said how amazing the food was and how gorgeous the whole set up was and that was all thanks to you and your team.
Also please thank the chef as the food was to die for and so much of it too no one walked away hungry that night at all.
The rooms were beautiful the service was great staff were so friendly and chatty. We can’t wait to come back down and stay here again
Thanks Pullman Team

Love this place with beach just nearby. Buffet Brekafast is fairly good. Kitchenb in the room is fully equipped but rooms with little bit more cleaness would be great as we can find a lot of dead flies near the curtain area.

My rating is mainly based on the location which is the best thing about this resort. I love the beach and Bunker Bay Beach is one of the best in the world. There were a few issues at first, but resort management attended appropriately and with a kind manner. Rooms are a little tired and some kitchen items need updating, however the natural surroundings of the villas in bush environment was just beautiful. It is very well designed - both in architecture and style. The evening meal we had at the restaurant was sensational. I was impressed that they use local produce for all food items, supporting businesses in the SW region. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay, just what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are clean and cosy. The restaurant is great if you want a romantic dinner. Nice cocktails too. It doesn’t matter if you stay in summer or winter it’s beautiful all year round

Stayed here as a 'babymoon' and it was lovely and relaxing. The rooms were basic but clean and the bathroom was really nice with a big bath. The pool was amazing and warm even if it was cool outside and it was next to the small gym area. The walk to the beach is also short and it's a beautiful, peaceful private beach. Room service and the restaurant had delicious food which is good cause there wasn't a whole lot of food close by, breakfast was also delicious. The spa was also amazing and had a pregnancy massage which was fantastic. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat.
J. L.
We come at least once a year and it's always great! Rooms are nice and spacious, food offerings are excellent and it's located only a few minutes away from the beach! Things have started to change slowly and they now have room service and upgraded their TV service and TV screens (I think). Also check-out their Accor Plus program, it's got heaps of perks!
D. M.
Nice hotel with a great location. Rooms are spacious & comfortable. Very comfy bed - loved it! Kitchenette is well equipped. I think the rooms would benefit from a makeover, as they are currently looking a little dated (especially the bathroom blinds) The hotel also has beachfront access to a gorgeous beach. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had something for everyone, from cold to cooked options. Pity barista coffee is always extra charge. We have stayed in less fancier hotels internationally, and even they offer barista coffee at brekky. Beware, the bar lounge area can be taken over with dining tables in the evening, limiting seating options if you just want enjoy sundowners. We found in this situation, the staff on duty were not very accommodating but otherwise the reception & breakfast staff were friendly & helpful.
C. S.
Lovely staff. Probably better in summer to take advantage of the pool. Still almost at full capacity.
Perhaps surprisingly, no ocean views from any chalet. I don't think it is claimed in the literature but the location insinuates it. The whole resort is hidden in beautifully landscaped native trees and bushes on a steep hillside.
I scored down on location because the drive to Dunsborough and anywhere else can get tedious.
P. H.
My wife and I stayed in room 402 for six nights to Sunday 2nd August.
There's no parking at the room you stay at hence a lot of walking.
The place is built on a steep hill so be prepared.
The day we checked in was raining and windy.
We arrived at 2pm and didn't get to our room until 4pm.
A two hour process was largely due to having only two porters working. Not a great start!!!
The area around Cape Naturalist is unique and amasing.
Its the Byron bay of the west and in some ways better.
Bottom line......
The place is sold and priced as 5 star. Our experience was at best 3 star (food and room) and at worst zero star( check in!)
Given the array on accommodation available we were disappointed the customer service was not really 5 star at all.
Would we stay here again?.....No.
Would we return to this area. Absolutely
D. M.
Fantastic resort, friendly efficient helpful staff. Beautiful setting.
The only slight criticism is about the restaurant. Would have liked more variety of selection, more daily changes, some sauces we found them too strong.
P. R.
We just stayed in villa 227 for a week with two kids and had a ball. Over all this is an excellent resort with very good facilities. The pool is excellent as is the Day Spa. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and ok for breakfast. The service and scrambled eggs need improving to be rated better in the morning. Over all the staff at the resort were fantastic. The beach is stunning and the over all setting first class. We do highly recommend it and will be going back again at some future point.

This weekend we visited Pullman resort with my wife and a friend. The sevice was excellent, the coffee great. The experience will allow you to relax. Highly recommended. I spent some time reading the various reviews and it is encouraging to see regular responses from the resort. Only comment is on the food, which was somewhat average and lacked taste (not what I expected, McDonald's makes a better cheese burger and I hate McDonald's). That being said, coffee made up for it. It's my mistake for not raising the average food quality with the Pullman team at the time. The resort is close to the Cape to Cape trail, which is recommended (photos are were taken along thr CTC trail). Pullmam team I recommended you taste the food and provide some positive criticism to the chef and kitchen team. They need feedback to improve (preferably not from the guests as the damage is done). Alternatively visit Wise close to Pullman for a 5 star food experience.

Long review, apologies... Check our previous reviews; we like a good 5 star and do our research, but in this instance, given our usual clear cut experiences, it's a conflicted review given this was meant to be our premiere 'splurge' stay in WA on a 3 week trip. Such potential with so many positives. But also, given calibre of resort, price and what we've stayed at many times as an equivalent... A little disappointing.
Our night at the main 'fancy' booking-only restaurant, despite two people having to come confirm our order, They got it wrong. That was ok until Table next to us put in dessert order: Waitress "really good choice. I haven't tried it, but let me know how it is"... Patron after waitress left "how can she say 'really good choice' when she doesn't know what it is or tastes like". Despite a chuckle amoungst everyone, Couldn't agree more and it summed up service over 4 days.
Whilst Amazingly friendly staff, (don't get us wrong, lovely friendly people), for a 5 star resort, attention to actual service and ensuring guests needs = hardly 3 star. Room service too, not great (let alone cost. $20 for just 2x small bao, shamefull).
Throughout course of our stay at eg. breakfast, the bar, or dinner (when not in main restaurant) we had to get up multiple times to try get someone to come see us, notice we were there, proactively ask us anything, or take our order. Many times being told yes, I'll get someone, nobody comes within 10min + wait. Really frustrating and unexpected. Wasn't even busy at times. Seems more a focus to not serve, but just look busy and clean.... Often times we just got up in exasperation to ask someone to take our order on the spot. (even then, order came out wrong 2 times despite us seeing it written down correctly).
Having said that, guys at pool bar on Sunday-Tuesday afternoon, amazing, attentive and friendly. As were some of the dinner staff on couple nights. So sadly just very hit and miss.
Main restaurant, had such promise with beautiful local produce and flavours, however, compared to what we'd experienced in the surrounding region, it was good, but not great. All fell sadly flat given amazing produce on offer and potential! Especially for price and reputation!
Nevertheless, incredible location. World class. Beach to match a tropical island. Amazing, quality accommodation juxtapositioned with nature and class.
Our tip. Don't stay if you want a romantic adults only stay. No separation of areas as other resorts have, as there were a lot of loud kids everywhere throughout day (dive bombing in pool etc) - nothing against, but more just a note. Location though, great, couldn't beat! ... But worth the money? Hard to say we'll be back and not look for somewhere else especially given service.
Other 5 star reviews we respect, and why we booked initially. But we challenge this is a 5 star stay at a resort if you've not tried others for this price. Though, if you're a family with kids. It's great! Really depends what you're looking for :)

Extremely slow service and took forever to get food. Good food but very slow service which was at times frustrating.

A wonderful place to stay and great staff. An amazing experience. This is one of the most beautiful beaches and locations I have been to . Our family keeps coming back. The resort rooms are well positioned so that you dont even know the hotel is full of people. The natural gardens are peaceful, the birds visit us, the children play on the best beach in the world only a 2 minute walk away, heated pool, & tennis courts. The staff are always helpful, happy and attentive, which makes the experience even better.

First weekend after restrictions lifted. So restaurant etc limited. But locstion rooms and general presentation excellent. Rooms are well equipped and tidy. Service and staff all top notch.
No issues. Great walks and scenery close to hand

What a location, took a midweek trip with my family and stayed at Bunker Bay which was recommended to me by a friend, it did not disappoint. Accommodation was well presented with all the amenities a family requires, beds were comfortable and the kitchen well fitted out. The resort is beautiful with a magnificent pool overlooking the gardens with a view to the sea. Tried the restaurant food was delicious, service was a bit slow but worth it when it came. Enjoyed a few drinks at the bar whilst there, overall a 10/10 experience will definitely be back.

We were extremely well looked after by all hotel staff from even before we arrived, to going through reception, to entering our wonderful lakeside villa. In fact, it was the absolute commitment by all staff to attend to any of our needs with a big smile on their faces, that ensured that our stay would be memorable. The quality of the hotel was also substantial. It was clean, excellent food , quality surroundings. The only downside was that the buffet breakfast was not hot enough ; however, the a la carte breakfast is thoroughly recommended . We loved our time here and are planning to be back again next March.

Room felt luxurious, staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Parking was VERY difficult to find, and we had to circle around the carpark for a while each time! Nice pool area, with bar service. The resort also offers a massage/day spa service (which I didn't get a chance to try). The breakfast buffet was impressive - thoroughly enjoyed it!

I emailed this to you on the 16 Aug 2017. Please let me know that you got this email.
In short Simon the stay at Bunker Bay was terrific. Both myself and my wife commented on how tremendous the staff were. They were helpful at all times and best of all whenever we talked to a staff member anywhere in the Resort they were smiling and happy to help. I loved it that many of them had a sense of humour and were not afraid to show it. My wife and I also loved it that any staff member (Room attendants) that we walked past as we walked either to the carpark, the restaurant or the beach always had a nice polite hello and a smile. Shane was a great example of a happy and content Resort employee even when it was raining, blowing a gale and freezing cold he was only too willing to transport us to our room or to the restaurant in the golf buggy with a nice friendly chat on the way.
The breakfasts we had were terrific with an enormous amount of foods to choose from.
The dinners we had were terrific. One of them was to celebrate my wife recent birthday so we were both very happy to receive the complementary drink at our table and also the bottle of wine in our room - thank you for that, oh and the hand written card, how good was that! :-) We also loved the wine and food function for the AccorPlus members on Saturday night.
The rooms were great.
The grounds were great.
The entire Resort inside and out visually was great.
It was a wild and woolly weekend weather wise so it was nice to sit in your bar area and relax watching the wind, rain and waves through the window :-)
We will be back to stay at some stage. In fact I said to my wife we will come back and get one of the rooms on the lake :-)
Now most importantly, as this request is for my wife and we all know a happy wife means a happy life! :-) The muesli at breakfast, could you tell me if the Resort buys it locally and if so where they get it and can I have their contact details? If the Resort mix it themselves then could you give me the recipe?
Thanks for a great stay :-) My wife and I would be only too happy to know that you have shared this feed back with the Resort Staff, they deserve it. My wife own’s a substantial business that is service orientated and I just sold a retail business that was Australia wide and had nearly 700 staff so we both recognise good service and love to compliment the staff when we experience it.
Unfortunately finding people who have the right attitude and personality is difficult so I compliment the person hiring at the Resort also. Its obvious that management recognises that staff make a good business and that they treat their staff with respect which in turn creates a great culture - well done!
Kind Regards,
Chris

Amazing location, friendly helpful staff. Dinner was sensational at the bar with breathtaking views over the ocean. Complimentary water bottles, cot and beach umbrellas for use.
No oven tray in oven so couldn’t use. On call staff took quite a while to arrive when requests made. Rooms could do with a slight upgrade.

Had a lovely time away from the 25th of October to the 27th of October 2020 at the pullman bunker bay. Got to the hotel for 2pm as we were told our room would be ready then as it was for our 22nd year wedding anniversary. We waited until 3.30pm to get into our room and as it was really hot we were really looking forward to a swim but that wasnt happening as they put us in a room that the aircon didnt work.not happy. Then we didnt get into another room till 5pm.great start to our anniversary .

Great resort in one of the most beautiful areas in Australia. Very good service with great food. The infinity pool is lovely and is heated. They also have a gym of you wish to use it.
S. M.
Cute and cozy room with good amenities. Great pool, good location and great bar with friendly staff. Disappointed with the breakfast for the price since the first thing I got was scrambled eggs and it came with a long hair in it, didn’t expect to get coles microwave waffles and croissants along with “fresh fruits” such as tinned peaches and apricots. Expected more options of fruit and pastry’s only positive was the juicer and coffee machine. Also for a 4 star hotel I would expect more attention to detail instead of dusty blinds , loose taps and dirty windows. The mini kitchen in the room was really handy and appreciated the fridge being empty so I could put my snacks In it.
L. B.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good is amazing, however this visit our food was 50 minutes in the waiting and cold on arrival. However there was a function on that night too, so they were pushed for time. They did apologise and brought us coffee and cake for the mishap. The beds are extremely comfortable. High standard of cleanliness. Highly recommended.

Stayed there for 3 nights but I booked 2 nights by Agoda and extended an extra night through the hotel directly. I had already paid for the 2 nights on Agoda. On check out day came back home and was charged again by the Hotel more then what i paid on Agoda.
*Updated
Was contacted by hotel manager and COO of Accor with a written apology and was promptly refunded.
Hotel it self was pretty good to stay at but they could have a better system looking after the guest details, so people don’t get overcharged.
Breakfast and Dinner at restaurant were great.
Only other things was Venetian blinds did not work in bathroom and a few weeds in courtyard.
H. T.
My experience was amazing. The buffet breakfast was the best I've ever had. The rooms are spacious clean and well equipped. The staff were helpful and very polite and the easter eggs and bunny on the Easter Sunday was an added bonus. The catering and organising of my sisters wedding was splendid. Thank you for an exceptional weekend.
I. H.
A lovely secluded and tranquil spot. Good quality accommodation of generous proportions. Nice restaurant and bar. Most units are self contained so you could cook if you wish. The resort is just 100 metres or so away from a lovely sandy beach and there are multiple scenic spots within a 15 minute drive. If you like wine, the Margaret River wine region cann easily be done as a day drive. You will need at least 3 days but preferably a week in this resort.
S. B.
The emails before we even arrived of asking if we wanted anything in particular supplied was amazing , the staff on arrival and whilst there and checking out are the best in the world. So personal and caring. The restaurant was outstanding, even getting to talk to the pastry chef. We loved how its so quiet in our rooms, you would think we were the only ones there, so sleep was peaceful. The cleaners and men running around so personal and chatty too. This resort is 100/10 for every dept. The ambience, food, just everything. We have stayed here 4 or 5 times now and will keep coming back.

My wife and I are on this one week holiday in WA, to celebrate my wife's birthday and at the same time, have a bit of wine tasting around the Margret River region.
The service provided from moment we checked-in and throughout the stays, till check-out were wonderful and pleasant. Staffs were friendly, courteous and helpful. Happy with the buffet breakfast each day, the variety of food and drinks on offer may be fairly standard, but definitely satisfying and have nothing to complain about. And we especially appreciate a very nice gesture from the hotel with a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in the room on our arrival for my wife's birthday. That is a very nice touch and truly appreciated.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The beach is perfection. The grounds were immaculate. It was great that the resort is "Car Free" so there was no fear walking with the kids from our room around the resort. The Service ( reception, porterage and restaurant) was outstanding. The staff are WONDERFUL! Your biggest asset :) The rooms are well appointed but a bit tired - there were chips in the cabinetry, the bath facet leaked, the remote for the bedroom TV did not work, The couch was a bit lumpy. But these things are to be expected with use. Overall we had a brilliant stay and made so many memories with our children.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We travelled to Bunker Bay from our home in Perth and were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were looking for a relaxing break in a scenic location and the Bunker Bay resort delivered absolutely in full. Located in what must be one of the best locations in WA towards the end of the Cape Naturaliste headland and surrounded by natural bush-land with Bunker Bay itself directly in front. Meelup and Eagle Bay are both minutes away and are as stunning as Bunker Bay.
We stayed in a one room lake view villa and it was extremely roomy, modern, had a full kitchen and was located right on the edge of the lake with a 30 second walk to Bunker Bay. We stayed in winter so made full use of the reverse cycle heating and the in room spa. The room was so good that we ended up coming home from a day out and self catering in the room over a couple of nights instead of eating out.
The fact that the resort is car free was also a major plus and made walking around a pleasure.
The restaurant was good but more options for on-site evening dining would be a plus as, on our first evening we were after a snack type bar meal as served in the bar only to be told that these meals stopped at 6pm and we ended up having to have a more expensive option. The food was good but choice was fairly limited and the customer service wasn't as good as expected . Offering a better selection including the bar meal option all evening would be a real advantage and would encourage more people to eat at the resort. This is particularly important for guests with children as the current options beyond 6pm don't cater for all tastes and potential limit the appeal.
Breakfast was excellent but should include all options everyday and not just on weekends but was very good overall with the muesli particularly recommended.
Overall, our stay at the resort was fantastic and we'll be back for sure as the overall experience was absolutely fantastic. If you want a relaxing stay in a fantastically appointed and located resort, Bunker Bay is highly recommended for both locals and overseas visitors alike. We'll be back and are looking forward to our next stay..
J. H.
Breakfast great, Pizza and kids menu meat balls with pasta quite overprized for what we got accommodation nice, but resort was half empty and we still had guests next door. They were quite noisy in evening and our son may be a bit noisy over night for them. Tv set very out-dated remote control does not work properly In our room./ Staff very helpful on front desk and with transport to accommodation. I would expect to have sauna or water spa pool with jets available for all guest free of charge in Hotel of this size. Beach is great and access to beach is great, swimming pool is really nice and clean gym is only basic Thanks
S. B.
Nice secluded location, backing right onto the beach which is stunning. A 10 min drive from Dunsborough, and 5 min from the lighthouse which has some nice walking trails. The pool is really nice, but unfortunately not heated. The weather was quite cool despite being summer, so going for a swim was not really appealing because of this. The rooms are spacious and have a neat kitchenette and a huge bathroom. The on site spa, Vie, offers a variety of treatments of which we had the massage. It was very relaxing and while it is pricey, all resort spas are expensive. You definitely need to book in advance to get your preferred time (or perhaps any time!), ideally a few days before you arrive.
A. L.
We really enjoyed out four night stay, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate and we used the carts to get our luggage to and from room. We stayed there particularly to photo the birds and were not disappointed with the variety.. such a nice winter escape, the aircon was the best ever in any hotel/resort we have stayed in. The beach walk are great as well
j. c.
Great service. Indulgent buffet breakfast overlooking special view. Currently can see a few whales float past. Nice to lie by pool. School holidays maybe better to avoid if you don't have kids. I enjoyed the bush talk and walk by lovely aboriginal last.
W. S.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room and the bed was excellent. Aircon was quiet and unobtrusive and warmed up quickly on a very cold night.
Room service provided us with a meal so we didn't need to venture out into the cold night. Top marks to the delivery lady who was prompt and cheerful.
Loved the buffet breakfast and the dining room with lovely views. We only stayed one night but would definitely return. Thank you for such excellent service. It was much appreciated.

My partner and I were looking for a little get away for August and I had been dying to see what the Pullman was all about.
From the moment we arrived we were in awe. The scenery was incredible and straight away before even checking in we were contemplating which was more luxurious the Crown Towers in the heart of perth or this secluded resort.
The whole resort was car free, so we worried about having to carry our baggage to our villa, However they took care of this by giving us a ride in a golf cart! We were beyond impressed.
Our studio villa was incredible, and felt so luxiorious. The room contained a living area and bedroom in the one area with a separate bathroom. Containing two TVs so that you had the comfort of watching by the couch or in bed. The cooking facilities were great however a stove would have also been appreciated! The bathroom stole the spot light with a nice free standing deep bath tub.
The restaurant on premises was lovely and of high quality however had very few options to choose from. The home made tartlets were the highlight of dinner.
The pool area was serene and perfect to sit by and relax.
The staff were super friendly and made the stay even more pleasurable.
I can't wait for the next stay.

Bloody expensive for what it is. Rooms need some work. Had an average clean. Windows were dirty.
You can tell they have a captive market. Flys were atrocious. The really to give out fee cans of repellent. We were their for wedding. The setting was brilliant. The function was on the deck. Hence the night photo.
D. A.
The resort was fantastic, probably the best I've stayed at in that area. In a lovely location down near Cape Naturaliste and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The staff were brilliant: friendly, helpful and engaging, clearly enjoyed their job. The villas were very well appointed, modern and clean. Would definitely go there again and would recommend it to anyone.

it's a beautiful resort, possibly the best in that region. For the one night stay, we were a group of 5 people, I felt the 3 bedroom apartment fell a little below our expectations. It was mainly maintenance issues which was minor. However, I felt the lack of curtain in the living room, letting in all the sun could heat up the house too much, and compromising the privacy too. I must mention that when these matters were brought to the management, they were most concerned and helpful, so it's all good at the end. I was disappointed at the breakfast offering, it's relatively small and not really international. Overall, we did enjoy ourselves here.

Three pleasant days at beautiful Bunker Bay - two couples staying in two bedroom villa.
Staff friendly & efficient. Accommodation spacious and well designed.
Only negative: website advised a casual & fine dining restaurant.
They are the same space & casual food menu seems only to be available during the day.
So we were 'coerced' into eating from the fine dining menu two nights in a row (which diminished the experience on the second night which was to celebrate a birthday - same menu both times.)
However, the food was exceptionally good! Be sure to try a dessert - the pastry chef is French......

From the warm greeting to the fond farewell my stay at Pullman Bunker Bay could not be faulted. Excellent friendly service and beautifully well appointed and clean accommodation. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow me to use the pool, which looked so enticing, but I did make good use of the spa bath in the room. A quick walk to the pristine beach should not be missed. Lovely food and wine too.

We stayed for 2 nights. We enjoyed the fact that everything was available in one location. The Vie Spa was amazing, and very relaxing (well worth the spend), and their skincare products are very good.
Dine in at the restaurant for dinner was fantastic, reasonably priced for the quality and dining experience.
We did have lunch at the bar, which was a little disappointing as food seemed to come out of the same kitchen and carried similar price tags as dinner but was something you'd expect to find at Fast Eddies.
The rooms were amazing and very well laid out.
Customer service was fantastic.
K. P.
Right from the start it was unforgettable, made so by the excellent staff. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. We were looked after from the reception, dining and room service by cheerful and obliging staff.
Bunker Bay is a beautiful area and the location of the resort takes advantage of that and to have such great staff compliments this and immediately puts guests into a positive frame of mind to enjoy their stay. Staff such as Susse, Alex, Mossimo, Shane and Justine to name a few made our stay so enjoyable.
C. H.
The floor was still being vacuumed while we were having lunch, screeching on the floor😬

Excellent location . Perfect views. Friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation was spacious and of excellent standard. The bathroom facility was very large & we had a very comfy bed . The pool area was very relaxing with a great view & the balcony was lovely of an evening to unwind. A very relaxing stay

This is not a 5 star resort!!
Rooms are finished off with low quality fittings, room service charge $5 per delivery, chocolate mousse was served in a plastic cup and delivered to our room in a brown paper bag! We asked twice if the pool was heated and were told yes, it is freezing cold. There is no mini bar in the rooms. Had our daily room clean and they left the plates and rubbish from dinner in the room. Even though it’s peak season and they are fully booked this weekend, the pool bar isn’t open. We were told to call from the phone at the pool - there isn’t one. Guests using their mobiles to call the bar to order drinks. Rooms have instant coffee, no Nespresso machine that is standard in all other 5 star hotels. It’s just not worth the rating or the cost to drive 3 hours from Perth.
The saving grace is the Vie Spa. Staff are professional and massage was amazing.

The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, courteous and obliging.
The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've seen. The variety and quality of the food was excellent. However the overall condition of the apartment was very disappointing and not what I have found to be the standard at Accor properties I've stayed at. I understand that it is not easy to keep appliances and furnishings in good condition due to the fact that people are rough and careless but I think some money should be spent to freshen the rooms up so they match the pictures advertised. The location is lovely so I think the expenditure is warranted.

I booked a Studio villa but upon my arrival I was told I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa, which was really amazing, I was not expecting it. Thank you!!! The villa was absolutely lovely, modern and super comfortable king bed, it had everything we needed. Very clean and cozy. The food was so delicious as well. It really felt like were on holiday even though it was just for the weekend. Our concierge (Shane) was such a lovely, friendly person and assisted us with places to go to in and around Bunker Bay.

We just spent Sunday, Monday here. Beautiful place, as Accor members we were warmly welcomed , and received our complimentary drinks .Miles the Bartender was very helpful and helped with our light lunch order. The accommodation was very nice , modern, and very clean. Food here is amazing, very fresh, and the quality of meat is so succulent, and tender,Tanya looked after us very well.Breakfast again is very good, a lot of selections to choose from .To summarise , the service was 1st class, and very friendly. Being 5 star things are expensive, but with our 50 % member food discount it made it much more affordable , so thanks to everyone for making our short stay so enjoyable .

This isnt exactly a 5 star resort, starting to become run down and tired looking, we had a dodgy door leading to the outside that kept opening, it had a missing locking mechanism. The pool isnt warm, the staff are mostly backpackers and some are great and some are average.
The price is definitely too high for the area, lots of nicer places nearby.
The beach is great and the Cafe down the road was good.
If you're looking for fun and excitement, I'd stay in town, if you want a nice place to relax and you are loaded with cash, this may be for you, but you can spend your wealth in better places.
J. E.
Was superb satisfied with the room assigned to us. It was spacious enough for my kids to run around. Aside, I love the kitchen area and bathroom. My kids were so excited for the bathtub.
We were so enjoy the peacefulness in the resort and also we walked to the nearby beach.

My fiancé and I love the location set within the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. We stayed in a one bedroom lake view villa and was surprised at how large the space was. The villa has all of the creature comforts including a medium sized fridge, small dishwasher, 2 air conditioners, spa bath, Nespresso coffee machine, laundry facilities, king sized bed just to name a few. My fiancé and I loved the location and facilities so much that we have booked our wedding here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pullman Bunker Bay Resort to anyone.

I used to stay here a fair bit when I lived and worked in Perth. But having moved back home interstate 10 years ago, it's been 5 years since I last stayed here. I do love the resort. It's a gorgeous location and very relaxing. It is a gorgeous complex and gardens with fantastic, friendly staff and amazing views. I absolutely love this place. The pillows were firm and the bed relaxing.
However, this visit, I did notice a few signs of "ageing" that would be nice if they were fixed or repaired (e.g. timber looking scuffed, plug hole in bathroom sink was tarnished).
I also noticed the compendium was not up-to-date, as it didn't include the room service menu, as it said it did. And there were no in-house movies to watch (even though the compendium said there were) just by clicking on a specific blue button on the remote. Wasn't possible, so a little disappointing.
Also found dead ants (about a dozen) spread out across the shelf above the kitchenette, around the crockery/tea pot, etc. And live ants walking around the cooktop and on the exhaust fan.
Light didn't work on the overhead exhaust, which was also dripping liquid into the pan.
As said, I realise these things are not major but it was a little bit of a letdown, having stayed here many times before in the past, to see these little ageing issues (not that I'm "ageist" or anything!! haha).
As someone who loves this place, I did supply these details to the staff when checking out. Not as complaints but as some feedback, in the hope they might be improved because I want to see this place stay gorgeous. I'll keep coming back. :-)

Great accommodation. Bit of a walk to car park from rooms, take luggage on wheels. Terrible terrible flies. Delicious food in the restaurant. Rooms comfortable with a great bath.

My husband and I stayed for a week in August and our stay was Superb. We chose a studio Villa with a King Bed which overlooked gardens. The welcome message on arrival and the complimentary bottle of Red Wine was a lovely welcome gesture as was the pistachio treat on our departure. The Studio was very spacious and the decor lovely . It was an open plan design which contained the Bed and a lounge area. We had two tv's - one in the bedroom side and other in the lounge area. The studio had a kitchenette with a cook top, microwave and mini fridge. Should you wish to stay in and cook a meal there were plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and cooking pots. There was also tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom again was spacious and had a deep bath and a separate shower. Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel and Body lotion as well as a few other incidentals were supplied. There was also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board supplied in the room. We were lucky enough to have breakfast included with our package which was delicious. There was a buffet breakfast each morning however we could also ask for fried or poached eggs and they were cooked accordingly as we wished. Whilst having breakfast on our last morning we even were lucky enough to see a whale frolicking in the ocean. We also had free Wifi in our room and the Hotel lobby. All the staff were so warm and friendly from checking in at reception until check out. This certainly added to our stay. We found the Pullman Bunker Bay Resort to be a great base to visit wineries, breweries and lots of other places. We will definitely be back again. Thank for such a lovely stay.
J. T.
The staff, led by Chatti were generous with their time and the Lakeside King Room package. Magnificent setting in Bunker Bay.
C. P.
Everything you could want from a resort...Good facilities, good value food... My favourite was the prawn linguini. Short walk to the beach and fantastic access.
Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is definitely a highlight! Great stay

We have stayed at Pullmans Bunkers Bay 9 (nine) times. The villas, the restaurant and bar, the pool and direct access to the beach, the service from international wait staff make us feel like we are in the Mediterranean every time. The best place in the world, and its right here.
A. T.
Did not expect (based off the photos and descriptions from the website) that the pool would be swarming with yelling children. Wouldn’t book again, especially for a honeymoon.
Service was fine, but $5 coffee (average quality) and $10 for a beer in a plastic glass.
Won’t be coming back.
A. K.
We recently held a conference with ~170 delegates and it was a pleasure to work with the Pullman team. The staff were very responsive to our needs (thanks especially to Darren and Patrick) and they made various modifications to accommodate our large group. Food and service were both fantastic and many of our delegates commented on how good the venue was. Elder Bill Web who did our Welcome to Country was marvelous. The only minor problem was the Wifi which was a little flaky but I'd say no worse than other venues in similarly remote locations.

Overall enjoyed the stay and found the staff helpful and friendly, breakfast and dinner was lovely.
Was disappointed at the extra charges required for in-room movies and internet usage.Coffee bought to take back to room was burnt, though the waitress offered no option for a replacement and inferred it was sitting to long on the table before we left which spoilt the taste.
Overall room presented tidy and clean though only one decent wine glasses( though this was champagne flute) .
Breakfast and dinner was superb food was very enjoyable with lovely selections. Great service, was offered, and was not charge on a pre dinner drink as the order was delayed for 15 mins.
Feedback was provided to reception staff and restaurant staff which was pleasantly actioned, on the evening that the women's toilets were very untidy, bins overflowing, drinks spilt and glasses left on the vanity , this was also the case in the outside foyer area where bins were also overflowing with rubbish (takeaways rubbish and beer bottles.)
Would highly recommend the location and the views, would be a lovely visit in summer months utilising the pool and the beach access.
K. H.
In general and to be fair it was good.
The room 102 was a little tired and would do with a makeover. The bathroom only had 1 sink plug in the bath / spa this is a common occurrence in Australia which I can never understand being that water is claimed to be scarce.
The gym was good and in a working condition however a majority of the bulbs required replacement.
Breakfast was good with plenty and good choice.
The restaurant and in particular the service was very poor to the point that I felt like cancelling the order and driving to Dunsburgh for a meal. The service was inconsistent slow and was a bit chaotic. The meals were ok however one of the meals had vegetables that were not the best. We became fed up complaining.
As always I enjoy my stay at bunker bay mainly for the locality and activities in the area however on this occasion we did feel that overall standards were not as before.
E. T.
We came here for friends wedding. Stayed in the one bedroom villa. Very beautiful place with private beach. Many nice winery and brewery nearby. Good place for kids as well and my wife really like the K-mart for shopping.
J. S.
Have stayed here twice a decade apart. First time when it was a Quay West, now it's a Pullman. It has slightly aged but still holds as one of the best winery hotels in Australia. The breakfast was fantastic. On our lucky days we can watch the whales while we eat. Easy access to Bunker Bay beach from the resort
L. I.
I highly recommend, quiet and relaxing place even with a toddler. Our favourite is the infinity pool area. Buffet breakfast is good and the Other Side of the Moon restaurant meals and service is definitely 5 star. Close to all the most beautiful swimming spots in this area ❤️
C. O.
Beautiful setting and accommodation. My only complaint would be that unfortunately the restaurant was very over-priced for what it was - the food was uninspiring with small portions for the price! I paid $43 for a small piece of barramundi with no sides, that wasn't cooked particularly well. Aside from the restaurant, no complaints - beautiful rooms and pool, only a short stroll down to the spectacular Bunker Bay where we saw a school of dolphins feeding only 20m off the beach on Sunday morning. Generally I would also expect free wifi in a hotel where people are paying high prices for their rooms, not an additional $10-20 per night.
H. D.
The rooms were very clean and lovely. We enjoyed our massage not the best we have ever had but very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly. The food was very disappointing our dinner the veggies were undercooked, I got plastic in my icecream, and room service was very very slow and the meals were just as disappointing - not worth the money considering the food is very pricey - do not mind paying if the food was worth it. Breakfast however was nice and I loved the range.
P. N.
A wonderful venue, great accommodation. Love this place.
L. C.
Clean and beautiful resort. Staff are friendly and helpful.
M. O.
The stay was good although it would have been preferable to have had a unit closer to the reception. I have a morbid fear of snakes and there was a lot of greenery to negotiate to get to the unit at night. The bed was comfortable. The facilities in the room were good except the lighting could have been brighter. The breakfast had excellent choices and was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and efficient.
C. J.
Lovely property and the staff at the resort couldn't do enough to ensure we felt welcomed and had a wonderful stay. It was great to have every convenience available to us as a resort property, as well as the option to self cater if we wanted to. The on-site day spa was also beautiful.
G. F. D.
Great resort. Kid are welcome and rooms are excellent
A. M.
Absolutely fantastic from check-in to check-out. All the staff at the Bunker Bay resort were attentive and very polite, including the garden and maintenance staff, in their dealings with us. The room was comfortable and the resort had everything we could have wanted. We will likely stay longer on our next stay. Thankyou to all the staff for an enjoyable stay.
J. P. &. L.
The Hotel Service ,Decor, and Position was amazing.
The Area and wild life was truly breath taking. The design of the cottages and the outdoor alfresco heated pool was unbelievable. Let alone the views from the restaurant dining to the Entry. The Dining I must say is a little limited and priced a little high but the presentation and Service is awesome.. Truly a must go & stay experience that must not be mist. Thank you A+

Freindly, helpful staff, great setting, beautiful quiet beach at the foot of Cape Naturalist.
The pool is relaxing, and that well stocked.
The room/apartments are clean and well appointed. Considering the bush setting we were wondering how they keep the spider webs under control.
The spa is booked out weeks in advance so if this is part of your plans, book before you go.

The location is magic, facilities are excellent. As a villa owner, I will always pick minor maintenance issues and suggest fixes to management so as to improve the experience of our guests. I am not happy when I read that some guests have encountered room cleanliness issues which I admiiedly have seen about 20% of the time. Over 13 years of regular visits I have seen a steady improvement across all fronts (service, bar, restaurant) and a real effort by management to improve things. May I suggest that if you don't like something you tell management during your stay so they can get it fixed. They cannot fix problems they are not aware of.
Anyway, about our family stay. The villa was clean apart from a few light fittings which got done as soon as it got pointed out. The dishwasher was functional but in need of maintenance to better secure it in place. The rest was good but by no means perfect (maintenance issues for an admittedly picky owner). Restaurant service was excellent and the Chef's specials were superb. The pool was clean and warm and the kids enjoyed their Easter Egg Hunt, this time using maps and clues to find the eggs rather than the traditional free for all dump the eggs on the lawn and watch the big kids rob the littlies of their head start egged on by a few knuckleheaded parents.
I'll visit again for the location, the atmosphere, the restaurant and just to see how things evolve in the future.
Happy Easter to all guests and staff!
H. M.
The restaurant and bar have a beautiful view over Bunker Bay, and the beach itself is absolutely stunning. Unfortunately the rooms are a little dated now, it seems they haven't had much love in the last 10yrs or so. Double bed was two singles stuck together, not uncommon but was frustrating there was no mattress protector or fitted sheets. Also we were situated next to the boardwalk on the lake, so it was hard to relax with so many people walking past. I'd recommend getting a room up on the hill with a view if possible. Frogs can be a little noisy at night in the lake too.
J. L. B.
The resort is a little run down for a "5 star" place but has great potential. Our room was not adequately cleaned: it had had a once over and that's it. We got to change rooms but it was the same story. Reception staff didn't smile and seemed bored with their jobs. The restaurant food was really average and the service was slow. Again, not what you expect when you're paying 5 star prices. When we complained to the manager she took our complaints very seriously and compensated us. We were thinking of having our wedding there but changed our mind after this experience. A great pity, because it's in a world class location.
T. M.
I really like the hotel itself. The hotel itself is located in a great area. We had a great time doing just that and beautiful bunker beach is at the doorstep. The burgers however were very good. We enjoyed the bath. There was ample staff at breakfast making sure everyone was attended to.
s. v. S.
Facilities are great, if not somewhat dated and in need of better upkeep and attention.
Service was nice but not exceptional; a bit delayed in the dining room; however housekeeping was very good.
Most resorts are more generous with toiletries; Pullman Bunker Bay only replaced small 1 set of shampoos.
S. M.
We had an amazing time had at Pullman Bunker Bay. One of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed in on so many fronts. Spacious well designed rooms, beautiful landscaping, attentive service and magical views out to the Indian Ocean where we spotted dozens of migrating whales. Also enjoyed the complementary yoga & tennis facilities. A great breakfast buffet too!
M. M.
Wonderful stay atthe resort. Saw whales breaching and dolphins surfing in the waves at Bunker bay. Great service and free champagne was a surprise. 🥂❤
K. L.
Great place to stay if you want to be close to the best beaches and trails. Rooms were good and the heated pool was also appreciated. Was not all that impressed by the inside gym and the additional buffé breakfast. Staff were friendly but didn't seem very experienced.
C. C.
Hotel on the beach. Amenities are modern and clean. Excellent hospitality from the staff with buggies to drive you around the resort.
The studio room we stayed in was well maintained and more than adequate with all the household items you would need.
Would definitely stay here again.
J. S.
One of the best beaches in Australia - and you get to live on it's banks. Bunker Bay is a special place, and the Pullman Resort there is special too. We come here often, and like all aspects of it - winter, spring, summer or autumnn
L. Z.
What used to be an exclusive ultra luxury getaway for couples is now a more weathered (but still expensive) family friendly resort. Wifi Internet is slow and intermittent during peak: and given mobile data plans these days I'm not sure who'd pay the $35/day for in-room movies. Overall we best remember the still fantastic dining and *that* beach.
S. H.
Was fairly pleasant. The gym was quite small, and the equipment needs maintenance or upgrading. Cleaner cleaned the gym when I was inside and being that it was pretty small, that was not very pleasant. Breakfast buffet was amazing, short for the flies that were surrounding alot of the food. Staff were warm and welcoming, might be a little short staffed in the morning though.
F. d. V.
Nice resort style hotel with self contained units as well as hotel rooms. There is a good sized pool and direct access to the beach. The pool gets quite busy in the afternoon. The restaurant serves a good selection of food in the evening and a breakfast buffet in the morning. Overall a good option near Dunsborough.
K. H.
Room was lovely, some staff could be better trained. The restaurant food was great and service very attentive. Sitting outside on the deck however it was hard to get staff attention for drinks orders and they took quite a while. Some cultural differences were a problem too - a pre dinner glass of bubbly turned out to be a sparkling moscato (way too sweet). I am a little concerned about safety notices. There are good and clear notices about snakes but my husband and I went swimming on the beach until locals told us about shark sightings over recent days. Similarly, there is a large and rather defensive/aggressive male kangaroo in the grounds. I would have thought some warning signs or notes would have been in order about both these, particularly the kangaroo in relation to small children. I reported the roo, but found it very difficult to have non-Australian staff take me seriously that he was a possible danger (again, probably a cultural thing). The studio room we had was gorgeous and very comfortable and we loved the pool area too.
C. B.
Excellent service, great rooms. All the people there are happy to help with anything you need. Buffet breakfast and dinner were lovely. 1 minute walk to a great beach or the heated pool. The whole stay was awesome!
K. W.
Very nice atmosphere, views etc. Friendly staff and good food
P. C.
Loved the 2 bed villa - great design features and very quiet between bedrooms. 2nd bathroom is very well placed. We were there for a conference, with friends, and found it was well organised all round. Loved the landscaping, great pool which my husband used every day. And the location is unsurpassed.
M. D.
Truly incredible. Will always recommend coming here. Service is great and the resort itself is faultless. Location is beautiful all year 'round. Rooms are large enough, clean, modern and beds are comfortable. Have been here multiple times and have never been disappointed.
J. S.
Fantastic Family Experience. Breakfast was a great spread, and the pool was good too. Walking to the beach was easy, just follow the path through the resort and you're there! Will hopefully be returning next Christmas too!
P. T.
From check in to after service. The staff was amazing.
We left an ipad when we checked out, called the resort and they kept it safe for us till we went back to get it.
The weekend we were there, the resort was at full capacity. Apart from a hectic breakfast, the staff tried their very best to accommodate and make our stay a pleasant one.
b. r.
Greeted politely by all the staff. Found our King size bed , in the form of 2 singles. OOPS.
Loved the heated pool and I felt that the kitchen actually cared about what they produced. Good effort. In sone respects i found that some of the flora was overgrown on the walkways and the paths could use a sweep, this may avoid a customer slipping. The wooden walk bridge to the beach should be replaced as it is a trip hazard, cosidering the age of some of the clientele. A look to refurbishing some of the ageing facilities, eg: the stained lounge chairs in the bar area , wouldn't go astray.
C. A.
Very Good. The resort is in a beatifyl setting and the rooms are large. Accor must be careful that the estate becomes tired. The nice wooden sun beds at the pool were replaced with cheap USB common plastic beds. The furniture needs attention.
We were quite shocked how fast one of the staff are driving on the walkways in the property (not the cleaners). At one moment one we had to shout stop to break the staffs speed as our son was allow walking on the pathway. After breaking the person was again speeding off. There must be a speed limit of 5km/h for all.
K. H.
Nice place, wouldn’t rave about just ok considering price, had dinner at restaurant Saturday night and all agreed could cook better at home two of us had fillet steak ok needed a sauce dry, other two had half chicken my husband wasn’t happy said like it cooked then reheated, which is probly right even at breakfast nothing hot dinner Luke warm and everything at buffet cold, on checking out we thought we would have surcharge for weekend $80 of one night which is outrageous, but on checking out got it for Sunday night as well because long weekend but no where on paperwork does it mention Sunday night, then checking with our friends who bought same package didn’t get charged not sure why ,same package same price well lucky them , won’t be back, and after returning to our room on Sunday after being out all day the cleaners left sliding door open, room freezing and not to mention left valuables in room.
I. D.
A nice setting with cute villas but the hotel is tired and tatty in places. We would stay again (on a deal) but the hotel needs to address issues in the room - our curtain was a bit broken, a lightbulb needed replacing in our room and our bath plug was broken. Oh and don’t advertise a heated outdoor pool to 26 degrees when that’s not true!
G. M.
Overall Ambience is good. Good room service and excellent maintenance. But few things I have to bring to your consideration,
1. Everyday same breakfast menu
2. Missing the phone calls and there is no call back option
3. No much indoor / outdoor activities like snorkelling kit, Glass bottom boat, campfire, swim pool for kids, play area for kids & adults etc.,
4. I have missed an item in the villa and I mentioned I can collect on the way. But they took much time to respond me back, by the time I reached home.
Thanks :-)
L. K.
We had a lovely time from the moment we arrived. Jade at reception was a pleasure to deal with, and Shane was very friendly while showing us where to park and giving us and our luggage a lift to our room. The one bedroom studio was beautiful, and very spacious. Perfect for us and our 2 year old daughter. Also very happy that kids stay and eat breakfast free, quite rare to find generosity such as this.
The only negative was that it was quite rainy (predictable given the time of year we stayed), so not being able to park close to the room or walk undercover was a little inconvenient. But luckily Jade and Shane had both told us to call for a lift if we needed, and we did so a couple of times to avoid getting soaked.
Would definitely love to stay again!
B. T.
Dinner was great. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. Food delivery was prompt except for my steak which arrived slightly cooler than my liking.
The front desk who assisted was friendly what I found disappointing was my request for a late check-out was disapproved. Also, overall, the team manning the front counter looked a bit tired. They weren't smiling.
The room we stayed looked in need of an upgrade of paint, softer lighting, old room furniture, sagging bed (middle portion). Also, the flyscreen door had a long cut and the exterior front door light was not working. This made the corridor leading to our apartment very dark. I suggest pathway lights be on automatically for safety and security of guests.
The lake could do with more wildlife. Perhaps I wasn't looking hard but I do believe I couldn't see fish there.
I've been to this resort around four years ago and to me; most of it, looks the same.
Overall, I expected more from a Pullman brand. Because of this, I wouldn't be in a hurry to come back. Thank you.
C. T.
The pool and location are the best parts about this place. Set on a beautiful coastline you really can't beat going for a walk at sunset. The pool is lovely too and it's a really relaxing spot to read your drink and have a glass of bubbles. Our room was fine but nothing outrageously awesome.
B. F.
The 2nd time we stayed here was just as amazing as the 1st. It is a great location for a weekend getaway. Breakfast is well equipped, the pool is heated and the gym is 24 hours. It is also right on a lovely beach. Sadly we didn't get to try out the spa as it was fully booked.
T. P.
Nice quite location, good size rooms and nice bath and bed. However resort is looking a bit outdated and needs a refresh refurb .
Good customer service and nice breakfast too.
Dunsbrouugh not great and night a bit rough out ! but pleasant enough during the day with cafes and shopping.
W. A.
Wonderful staff and such comfortable villas, with everything available if one wanted to self cater.A la cartel evening meal was delicious.
C. N.
The concierge service was excellent where the staffs were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I must say this gentleman by the name of Sean who explained to us the weather condition with his mobile apps was very fascinating and the pictures he took around Margaret rivers was very beautiful. I would suggest that you can have a gallery of all the beautiful photographs taken around your vicinity. This will allow tourist like me to appreciate your surroundings. All the staffs indeed made our holiday a memorable one. We have been raving about Pullman Bunker Bay since to all our friends and we will definitely come back. Well done!!
a. Z.
Loved our stay at this location the only reason I didn't give five stars is I didn't feel the photos on the internet were same as room provided
G. M.
Last holiday here was great. Service has sadly gone downhill again. Waited for service at the bar on the first night for 30mins, after 2 approaches to waitstaff went to the bar and ordered drinks. Waited a further 20mins for drinks. Second night visited the bar for the advertised local wine tasting to be told it was cancelled - come back instead next Saturday - very funny! Asked for a second doona for the bedroom 3 times over the trip - still waiting. A pity - we thought the service had really improved last time and the hotel had finally turned the corner but it looks like it has slid back again. Also, broken, weathered blind in the bathroom should really be replaced.
H. D.
A friend of mine suggested this place for me and my mom to visit. Lucky that there was a vacant room at the time that we arrived. The place was so lovely. The view was exceptional. The place help my mom relax a lot during our stay. The staff were very kind. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for such a wonderful service!

An amazing location near Dunsborough. We stayed here on our honeymoon in 2007, again in 2012 and a third time in 2017 for our 10th Wedding Anniversary and it never disappoints. Awesome views, great quality rooms and a fantastic restaurant, plus a beach that almost feels private. We plan to come back every 5 years.
S. R.
Great hotel, beautiful lobby. Large rooms, big bathroom with a nice bathtub for soaking in at the end of the day. Nice pool and heated. Hotel situated in a private area, short walk to the beach. Amazing views of the surrounding nature and sea. Buffet breakfast not really worth the $37 price. Friendly and helpful staff
S. V.
Beautifully set. Spacious rooms with gorgeous tubs. A tasty and fresh banquet breakfast. Good cocktail and bar food list. A short stroll to Bunker Bay beach. Overall a great getaway.
A. N. (.
We had a nice 2 night stay. The meal we had at the restaurant was fantastic and the location includes a STUNNING beach.
E. P.
Had a great time away. The hotel even gave me a bottle of wine on the house for my birthday along with a hand written card....lovely surprise when I entered my room. Good value for money. Buffet breakfast was so yum! Had a great stay, I'll be back!
J. F.
Had amazing service and food here! Staff went above and beyond for us.
T. M.
We booked last minute; just securing a room considering everywhere else in the region was fully booked due to school holidays. The pool, gardens and outdoor eating area are lovely. We chose not to eat at the restaurant because of the poor reviews but had a drink at the bar which was nice.
b. T.
An amazing resort near cape naturalistic! Everyone has their own little villa (we stayed in a two bedroom) just minutes away from the beach. Breakfast is great, you can sit outdoors and look out to the pool and beach area. 10/10 will stay again.
S. J.
Had a 2 night stay. Lovely place beautiful beach. Whales swimming in the bay. The room was night but quite a few things broken in the room. The spa was totally broken and the couch was very old and uncomfortable. Meals were small and expensive.
B. W.
The Pullman resort was all that we desired and received. Great rooms, a special mention of the bathroom's makeup and we were satisfied with the room and amenities. Great little veranda, nice to sit there with a glass or two. Lovely gardens nice and green.
The only comment we both had was the lack of handrail up the steps leading to our unit 133. We are both in our late stages with handicaps and we both had some difficulty with the steps. A handrail would have been the answer to the problem
M.
We totally enjoyed our short stay, which was a quick little break away from the kids..
Loved the locality, the rooms were luxurious and extremely clean.
Just need to replace light globes and remote batteries but otherwise a perfect escape.
l. f.
We had a very relaxing stay at Pullman, we got our exercise walking up and down the hill to and from the lake view room. The restaurant food was very good and the service was great. it is a hike (11km) to the nearest shops and the start of the Caves Road area down to Augusta, but ideal for rest and relaxation. Would stay again.
T. M.
The hotel is up to 5 stars standard. The beach is only about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Free parking is provided. The villa is big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the restaurant has beautiful seaview.
P. W.
Outstanding beyond excellent service. Attended wedding outdoors and it rained, Director of hospitality and staff without a word set up a new location as if it were part of the plan. Thank you so much for the memories we can keep forever
T. R.
I couldn't be happier with our stay. Even though it was the middle of winter we enjoyed amazing bush walks, walks, on the beach, played tennis & even had a swim in the outside pool! Waking up to a yoga session on the Saturday morning was perfect too. Our only negative would be the cooking pans, they weren't non-stick & everything we cooked stuck to them!
J.
TOM - what a pleasure it was dealing with him, such a lovely, friendly, well mannered young man! Our second time staying at Pullman resort and it won’t be the last! The rooms are clean/spacious and the breakfast buffet is one of the best Hotel buffets I’ve had!
N. S.
Our stay was very accommodating, lovely villas but the dinner we had in the restaurant on our first night was very average considering the price we paid, the vegetables in the chicken dish weren't cooked, we could tell that the gnocchi had been frozen and the beef cheeks had zero flavour. Overall all it is a fabulous place to stay but would not recommend the restaurant.
M.
Great Hotel, excellent access to nearby beaches, friendly staff. I spent 5 nights and it was brilliant. The villas are big and spacious and the restaurant and other facilities are awesome. Great hotel overall!
T. C.
Fantastic staff, extremely welcoming and accomatating in all areas. We are regulars and feel that Alannah and all of the reservations team/in-house team, restaurant staff, spa and everyone else really made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back and will continue to recommend the resort.

Only negative was a evening entree of scallops - 3 very small, overcooked, and $25. Very disappointing for otherwise such a fine meal. I even mentioned it to Reception when we were leaving.
Our room was excellent, - clean, quiet, roomy and comfortable.
Slept blissfully.
E. C.
Ideally you want plenty of time to explore the resort and the surrounding attractions and towns. The resort offers a lot for families; the restaurant prices are reasonable and service throughout is friendly and efficient. A very memorable stay and highly recommended.
A. P.
Great service and the rooms are excellent. Our room had a big bathtub which the missus loves. Excellent views and 5 mind walk to the beach.
S. G.
We were not staying at the lodge however went out here for lunch whilst on holidays in Dunsborough last week. Food and service were amazing. Definitely worth a visit!!
C. P.
Villa was clean and had a nice outlook onto the lake. It was well appointed but only instant coffee is provided. The biggest disappointment was the number of guests with young children who were staying here, which meant the amenities we're often noisy. Check-in also took longer than usual due to the receptionist being a trainee who wasn't supervised closely enough.
T. A.
We did not stay at Bunker Bay but had an excellent lunch.
Whilst not visiting in high season the food and service was exemplary.
Wine choices were great and offered great WA wines.
The great thing about Bunker Bay is that it is not crowded and that there is not much close by, so it is really relaxing.
N. H.
Wonderful location, lovely rooms that are very well laid out both inside and outside. Excellent service from friendly efficient staff, and the food is great too, with a nice French lean for a change.
R. C.
Whenever I’m feeling stressed Pullman Bunker bay is a nice quick getaway. I really enjoy it here in winter. (unusual to most peoples opinions). This is because I find it more relaxing. It’s nice to sit by the crackling fire and enjoy a red and tapas board. I noticed they recently have improved food. The view is spectacular and there nearby picturesque surroundings by foot are a treat for the mind and sole. The decor is timeless and very suited to the region.
K. H.
The location of Pullman Bunker Bay is stunning, however we both felt that they are trading on the location. Our room was average for what we paid. Little things like the shampoo and conditioner had the seals broken so we ordered more .. obviously this is not why we are staying but when you are paying over $1000 for 3 nights you would expect top notch everything. One of the days we came back to the room and it had been serviced but the teapot and milk jug were still sitting on the bench uncleaned .. really at this sort of establishment?? There was also some sort of rodent in the ceiling and when someone came down to have a look his answer was "well you know we are in a natural rural setting" again not really good enough.
T. M.
We've travelled all over, Singapore just a week prior and we were impressed with our stay. We found the rooms to be clean. On this occasion we had ocean glimpses from our villa which was nice. What really saves Pull*** is the fact that there are some extremely helpful staff members.
L. J.
Pleasant. Attractive surroundings. Well furbished accommodation - other than the el cheapo plastic hot water kettle, and the mismatching glassware.
View from our chalet into the neighbour's chalet was not as attractive as the scenery presented in your advertisement.
$10 daily Wifi (advertised in your brochure and in the in-room literature as free) was insulting and offensive. We managed without Wifi, rather than cough up. Really, in this day and age, and at the prices that you charge...
Breakfast, however, was absolutely sensational, and the dining room staff helpful/friendly/polite. Thank you.
L. K.
Beautiful building and grounds but service levels rustic and sporadic. Either not enough staff or poorly managed. Staff were nice but felt neglected at both dinner and breakfast. Customer service needs a good overhaul. Processes inconsistent and disappointing. Communication poor throughout experience between departments and staff.Easily sorted if willing to invest in improving customer experience.
T. M.
The room itself, landscaping, wildlife and beach made this a really enjoyable place to stay. All the staff we found more than willing to help or give advice. The lovely lady on the phone was very pleasant. The team was professional from the minute we placed the reservation.
M. L. F.
Overall a great relaxing stay, rooms weren’t as clean as you would expect though, hair in the bath etc.
Great facilities.
K. K.
In a lovely natural environment, this stay was just so relaxing....lots of wildflowers and native bushes and wild life to bring to back to nature and a simple life. There are many walking trails nearby with great views of the coastline and ocean. We were lucky enough to see the whales migrating...we saw many just sitting on the terrace of the resort. Fabulous!
J. B.
Had a nice time at the Pullman bunker bay. It is situated in a bushland setting very near the water. The resort is spread out and it can be a bit of a walk to the main Hotel Area. The room was spacious and well set out with a great bathroom. A very nice Hotel set in a unique setting
S. M.
The following was our email sent directly to Dunsborough....
Attn: Linn,
We wanted to write to you and the team at Pullman Bunker to say “thank you” for a wonderful two days! We loved your resort and enjoyed our two dinners in your restaurant. We could have stayed five nights to try the entire menu!
I have attached a couple of photos of Massimo, Romain and Hanna. Would you please pass these onto them. And a big thank you to Hanna and Romain for going the "extra mile" to make our evenings more enjoyable!
We have already told many people where to stay in the Margaret River region. We also intend putting a review on Trip Advisor as well. Needless to say, it will be a positive one!
Y. A.
We have stayed here five times, love the bay and surrounding area, beautiful walks along the beach
Was very dissapointed with the restaurant this time, the breakfast was delicious, no faults. The restaurant in the evening, the menu was disappointing, didn't feel the choice was very good, ordered the scallops for entree, $25 for three very very small scallops, I have never seen scallops so small, needs to be addressed as this is not acceptable, also ordered the beef cheeks, tasteless and boring.
Needless to say we ate some where else the following night.
M. C.
A must stay for anyone visiting WA! Rooms were nice and well kept, serene and quiet atmosphere except for one night when a guest decided to have a party till midnight! Beautiful location by the beach and friendly staff! Definitely worth another visit!
B. L.
Area is beautiful. Rooms are decent but not necessarily 5 star. Room service food is not very good at all. TV on demand broke. Not really a 5 star hotel (not even a mini bar) but if you want a beach that is gorgeous that you can venture on at night this is the place. Staff is friendly. But Nevertheless you would expect more from a 5 star establishment.
M. P.
It is just all of the things and more. Fab staff. Ahhhmazing food. Every meal was faultless especially dinner at 'Other side of the moon'. Beautiful rooms and surroundings.
Next time we go back it will be for much longer!!!
M. C.
This is my favourite place for breaky. Usually go for a swim early then up to the resort for an array of practically whatever you want. Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon like WOW. Coffee is insanely delicious and a variety of teas. Own juice bar makes it a must.. Public walk ins welcomed
n. s.
All time favorite running route is up and down and up and down again on Bunker Bay Beach. .Great beach front accommodation. Nice pool. Great rooms and yummy breakfast.
R. C.
Nice getaway south of Perth at Margaret River region. Great resort by Bunker Bay with first class facilities. Located within easy driving distance to restaurants, wineries, artisan crafts and fantastic beaches. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway.
D. B.
I was disappointed with the resort this time after our last stay. The dinner menus were trying to hard to be on Masterchef. That said the pork belly was delicious, but NO CRACKLING? C'mon, it's the best bit.
Z. J.
Pullman Bunker Bay Resort exceeded all of my expectations.
I loved the decor and style of the villa we had.
i loved the vibe of the main building and the common areas.
I loved the location and the setting amongst nature.
Take me back, please.
N. G.
Way out in the boonies, a 5 star resort run by the French Accor chain gang. Nice. Everything you can expect from this famous hotel chain. And they speak English here too!!! But no smokes, no pokies, no live music or dancing, just a quite seaside getaway. BYO your own vice if you must 🤣
J. H. H.
Amazing place. VERY nice bungalows. Great pool. And the Beach!! Good breakfast. Limited dinner menu (would get a little same-same in a week...)
A. P.
Nice view of Bunker Bay, especially with Willie just offshore.
M. S.
Everything you would expect from a Pullman resort. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location and setting and clean rooms. The buffet breakfast is very well equipped and dinners in the restaurant AND the bar were delicious.
J. N.
Great location and staff are very nice and accommodating. Room is great and proximity to beach and local towns is great too. Good has been nice although expensive if you don't have an Accor membership.
G.
Amazing time spent at the lake side unit. The staff and food was amazing .
T. H.
First time we had stayed here and we were impressed! Beautiful rooms and lovely staff. We went on to stay at a hotel in Perth for two nights after this and were so dissapointed. We wished we had had another night or two at Pullmans instead.
A. C.
Was fantastic. Was only for 1 night to attend a wedding in the area. Receptionist was perfect. I didnt catch her name but was from sweden and a trainee. She was lovely, charismatic, professional and caring.
Room was great. Room service great.
Will be back
G. B.
2 western ringtail possums outside our balcony near the lake. The resort has everything you need and the staff are very kind and friendly but its the way its all been laid out that is truly amazing. Planet 21 and PUR project is demonstrated here with the old peppermint trees covering the villas and walkways enabling a thriving ecosystem, especially at night. Do yourself a favour and get back to nature, in style.
M. j.
As usual the Pullman Bunker Bay did not let us down. The staff (a lot of them new since our last visit) were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our bedding configurations were as requested and the provision of assistance with our luggage upon arrival was very much appreciated.
S. J.
It was a lovely stay. The facilities are amazing. The rooms spacious and exceptional.
The location is also the best. Walking distance from the beach and each room is quite private.
J. C.
Love the way this resort is tucked into the natural landscape. Staff are professional and contribute to our enjoyment. Food at the restaurant is delicious.
P. s.
Yes, the room is a little dated and at least 10km away from nearby town but you will still have fun due to direct access to beach and lots of facilities in the inner resort area.
T. B.
Great views, good looking resort, but way too expensive. Service was quite lacking, nothing is included (seriously, no WiFi for 400 a night?) 30 dollars for a breakfast buffet, coffee not included.
A. R.
Really well thought out design which uses the landscape to advantage. Restaurant views of bay, each room feels secluded and has solid enough fitout to not hear neighbours. Great setup for kids.
E.
Lovely place to stay with the family. Food is great in the restaurant. The pool is heated which is a big plus with kids.
D. Z.
The stay was good. The location is impeccable and beautiful. Though the pillows in the room needed to be changed as they smelled old and sweaty. The restaurant was not the best experience either as the food is mediocre and not reflective of price
A. G.
Lovely place to stay. Staff are extremely helpful. Food is very good. I definitely recommend a stay here. We will be back.
M. S. M.
Everything was great but only except the part of busy buffet breakfast that from the chinese tour group. And some of them were so loud during having breakfast. All of my experiences here were great and will difinatly come back again.
R. G.
Other than being woken up at 7:30am by housekeeping who opened the door to clean the room on our last day, everything was great. Loved the small refinement of one different dish every day at the buffet breakfast.
G. M.
Beautiful accommodation in an amazing location. Short walk Bunker Bay beach, short drive to Dunsborough town center. Quiet, serene environment with excellent facilities. Rooms are well equipped and able to accommodate families and couples.
M. R.
Absolutely amazing service very clean rooms and incredible staff. Spent 2 nights for my birthday and received a free desert with candle, such a special little gesture. Highly recomend. Thank you
D. F.
We love this resort, beautiful location, great food, friendly staff, highly recommend .
A. T.
Lovely place. Great service. Good food. Ideal escape for couples and families alike.
D. v. B.
Lovely resort. Great position. Great rooms. Poor experience at the restaurant ... They lost our order. These things happen, and they were very good about it.
T. W.
We ALWAYS have a fabulous experience. We come back every year and we did get a complimentary bottle of wine when my husband was celebrating his 60th birthday at the resort. We love the natural setting, which is what attracts us.
E. M.
Beautiful resort including room and pool. Good breakfast. The beach is also stunning! Lots of flies in the area early December
S. C.
Wonderful resort! Service was impeccable and amazing! The studio also had everything one would need during a stay, it was simply amazing and very comfortable! Completely wonderful!!!!
K.
Love everything about this place. The rooms are excellent. The views are amazing. The bar and restaurant are top notch. Such a beautiful part of the world.
s. r.
Room service food was overpriced and really not the best. Room was ok. Our son loved riding his bike around and the pool. Staff could ask at check out time if everything was ok with our stay.
C. M.
My friend and I recently visited Pullman Bunker Bay for a couple of nights and had the most amazing visit! Special mention to the reception team who booked us on a wine tour at the last minute after our booking was cancelled late in the evening!
D. C.
Very nice resort and well situated for attractions in the area.
The only problem was the wifi connection which kept cutting out as couldn't connect to server. Ended up using our Telstra connector 50% of the time.
J. W.
Very nice place for a relaxing holiday thats not to far to drive to. One observation is that the lighting around the complex was inconsistent. There were blown bulbs along stairs to the main hall which made it hard and unsafe to see the steps.
G. E.
Accomodation was great with villas in the bush and beach, natural wild life, great path walk to the beach.
Staff service was very good. Evening meal was really good. Buffet breakfast was Ok.
j.
Just, awesome. Food was good, villa was good, check out the beach! Service was class, staff friendly. Would recommend.
N. W.
Cool calm and collected!! Wonderfull food and service. Virginia And Solomon both outstanding on the night. 10/10 👍
E. T.
Pullman Bunker Bay is a great weekend getaway from Perth when you don't have the luxury of time to travel overseas. We felt like we were in a complete different place when we checked into the resort. I believe it would be more wonderful if it was summer time or if the weather was warm enough to enjoy the pool and also the "private beach". Will definitely return in summer time!
D. G.
It is an awesome hotel, very clean and tidy. Great promp service. I think the only thing missing is a playground area for young children. I noticed a lot of other children there besides mine and the only thing for them to do was swim.
J. B.
Nice enough but a 3 star place masquerading as a 5 star. Over priced due to the tired status of the resort.
Cleanliness needs improving and facilities seriously need a face lift!
J. N.
Beautiful location. Nicely equipped rooms. Awkwardly out of the way. No other dinner locations nearby and No hot tub! Beautiful pool but why wouldn't you have a hot tub?!
A. T.
A beautiful resort nestled in the scenic Cape Naturaliste area. Worth a stay if you have a car and deep pockets for the room. Oh it's got its own private beach too
S. S.
Stayed with my daughter over a long weekend, and we had a wonderful time at the resort. We felt really well looked after! It was definitely worth coming down for a weekend!
R. P.
Beautiful setting amongst the surrounding Bunker Bay and Cape Naturalist National Park. Amazing facility with all the amenities, great food and service, clean and well maintained grounds and lovely friendly staff. Top quality.
R. F.
Darren Lauder was incredibly helpful for our recent conference. The place is beautiful, the beach pristine and the service is awesome.
C. N.
We had a wonderful four day experience at Pullman Bunker Bay. The breakfast was amazing. Our accommodation was very stylish and comfortable Thank you to all the staff.
N. R.
Great food and service. Amazing views of whales in the bay. Thanks for accommodating us and letting us host a birthday.
E. C.
Stayed there in winter. Lovely cottage resort with direct access to beach. Located at a secluded area with nice view. Great for a quiet getaway.
R. A.
Loved the stay once again, just a bit disappointed with dinner at the restaurant when after we placed orders for entree and main the waiter came out, not once, but a few times to advise they had sold out. That said what we eventually did order was fantastic.
S. G.
Great place with really friendly and helpful staff. Room was great and very clean. Breakfast was great but they need better coffee at breakfast. Would definitely go back again.
A. L.
The resort self is beautiful and the service from staff was great. Ample parking around site. Depending on which chateau or room you have for the stay, it can be a fair trek to get to you room.
Room is spacious and kept very clean. Considering the adjoining rooms are in very close proximity the noise is well blocked out. It definitely feels very private.
Facilities are great. Lake walk, tennis courts, bar, restaurant it’s all good!
s. w.
The hotel is really nice and staffs are friendly. The dinner here is quite delicious and I pretty enjoy the atmosphere of the dining area.
N. L.
Loved the resort ! Definitely could do some renovation in the rooms and the food at the restaurant could do some improving ...
S. A.
Pricey but worth every dollar! Retreat like no other. Peace, quiet, serenity, lovely food in the restaurant, easy beach access, awesome pool area, private own villas.
P. B.
Fantastic staff, great rooms. Could use a bit more variety in the restaurant menu but cooking facilities in all the rooms so no need to eat out.
A. L.
Lovely resort, close to the beach, great pool and all staff are very helpful.
K. M.
I still haven't found a better resort anywhere in WA that is better than this one. And we've nearly tried them all!
Great for couples without kids who want to wine, dine, pamper etc
P. S.
A lovely place, however I wouldn’t call it five star resort, it is more like a 3.5 star.
E. A. F.
This resort is my favourite every year I love to come here, everything in this resort it's perfect and beautiful
W. B.
The resort needs maintenance in the rooms with updated furniture.
The cleanliness in the rooms, mainly the bathroom where there was mold in the shower box is not acceptable for a hotel of this cost.
B. a.
Beautiful hotel with amazing beach only few hundred metres from your room .
Stunning food for dinner but the breakfast buffet is really needing improved.
O. L.
Good. But unfortunately I have requested two new towel from the date of check-in, still not showing up at the date of check-out.
D. H.
Really nice hotel. Staff were awesome and attentive. Beautifully situated next to the beach
Z. L.
Fabulously enjoyable, exceeded expectations. Staff are friendly, quality of food, decor and vibe were delightful. Great location with beautiful beach access
T.
Great resort. Most staff are very polite and helpful. However we had a very unpleasant experience with the lady that checked us in.
T. M.
Very comfortable stay, hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is good. Very good breakfast spread with fruit juice. Highly recommended
J. J.
The view out back and across the water is world class
R. G.
Warm welcome and a Beautiful area, this was a great location to relax and a base to visit all the local sites.
We went up to the local light house and caves, we also enjoyed and visited many local coves, all in all we enjoyed the tranquil resort.
J. S.
We had a really great few days here. The bar menu does need a little bit more improvement though. The restaurant menu was excellent.
F. R.
Beautiful place inserted in nature and forest, close to the beach, good amenities. My only cons is overpriced food at the Restaurant. Overall experience good.
W. M.
What a fabulous hotel. We stay at least once, if not twice a year.
The location is stunning, from eating in the restaurant overlooking the Indian Ocean of Geographe Bay, to walking to beautiful beach.
The staff are always friendly, and the greater region is always a pleasure to explore.
L. B.
Service was excellent. Well trained staff who know how to look after customers. Accommodation was again exquisite and the location was brilliant for wine tours and relaxing
A. C.
Great location during winter. Will be busy and different during easter and summer. Lodges around a central Reception, Restaurant and Spa. Come and go as you please while enjoying the wine.
D. S.
Good quality lodgings, well appointed rooms. Easy three hour drive from Perth. Location makes it worth the trip.
A. B.
One of the best Resort in WA , we stayed there and loved it , staff was very friendly and helpful and neat and clean apartments, and everything you need ❤️❤️❤️❤️
E. M.
Celebrated my wife's 50th birthday last night. Staff liked after us superbly well, food was great and location was magnificent
J. A.
Bar & Restaurant service lacked any excitement or quality. Meals served not to menu. This area needs great improvement if you want to claim it a resort at bunker bay. :(
S.
Great spot. Villas are well equipped and heated pool. Beach and hiking trails at Cape Naturaliste are amazing!
T. M.
The hotel is Beautiful, right by an amazing beach with no One in it. The pool is amazing, and the rooms are huge and wonderful. We had an amazing stay.
S. T.
A beautiful place to stay. We should have stayed longer. My partner and I shared our meal at the restaurant and it was devine!
C. D.
We enjoyed our stay. The food was lovely.we enjoyed getting up and walking across the beach in the mornings. The staff were friendly
S. c.
Amazing place, nice staff good food.
A. K.
Sophia is the absolute best waitress I have ever had. Along with David, Mark, Massimo, Constantine and Maria, our night was complete as they tended too all our needs.
G. S.
Lovely place for a relaxing stay. Beakfast included was a bonus. Nice clean rooms and facilities. Right next to beach.
K. T.
Nice and quiet. Short walk to the famous bunker Bay beach. Close to Dunsborough si very convenient. Service is good as well.
T. S.
Literally one of my favourite places for a getaway. Awesome breakfast spread! Spectacular surrounds. And perfectly designed accommodation.
P. G.
A lovely resort in a wonderful area. A nice pool and a beautiful beach. Great service and food. A perfect place to spend time with the one you love ❤
P. B.
Good scenery, but rooms are not that great good facilities like swimming pool, tennis courts etc but food is not good. Overall stay there if you like to swimming pool or tennis courts view is great but food and rooms are bad and expensive.
m. m.
Spent 2 nights here whilst on holiday. Had a 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent facilities. So peaceful. Great staff. Highly recommended
N. H.
Fantastic venue, great for families with direct access to the beach. Unfortunately they let drunk wedding guest run rampant with golf buggies on the resort causing chaos and damage
J. L.
A really luxurious experience with beautiful ocean views.
A visit in August is a little cold and wet but will definitely come back again for one of the most chilled out holidays.
S. J.
This secluded location providing access to the beach and great food sees us return and enjoy.
A. J.
Very nice with generous rooms but lighting needs to be improved. You can't read a book in the lounge room. Breakfast was excellent.
J. S.
Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic and the views spectacular. Right next to the beach too!
P. R.
Rooms are amazing, great views, no problem for in-house service
K. P.
I was only there for one night, but every single aspect of the stay was perfect and I was just so very impressed with the high level of genuine customer service from every single staff member - amazing!
J.
Beautiful part of the world, loved our stay. Yoga in the morning, fillet steak to die for, fantastic dinner and cocktails, watching the whales ahead of us. 😀
m. a.
Nice resort. Good location to cover Margaret river area. Beautiful beach. Nearby to the light house.
R. Z.
Lovely setting. Large rooms well maintained. Very close to wineries. Great breakfast.
P. K.
It was really enjoyable. All staff were friendly and efficient. Our villa was clean and tidy. All amenities all clean. Location just beautiful
K. R.
Beautiful venue, right on the beach, close to Dunsborough, great food and lovely staff. If you want to treat yourself, head here.
M. F.
Very comfortable, beautiful property, lovely staff. Getting into the restaurant for dinner and breakfast were difficult, very busy best book in advance.
K. C.
Its approximately my 12th stay here and as always it's amazing. That says it all really. The fact that I keep coming back over and over again. The place, views, rooms, staff, facilities, everything is amazing.
I. H.
The best of the best. Access to bunker bay and good amenities provided by the hotel. Very close to many attractions too. Definitely will be back in future.
M.
Fantastic customer service and food. The staff could not do!! I think it may be about time the couches in the rooms and foyer get replaced apart from that nothing changes and that is the best thing!!
J. D. F.
Great place to stay. Close to nice beaches. Friendly service. Good food. Clean rooms. Good for couple's or family.
G. M.
tranquillity and a healthy climate conducive to exercise = good hearty breakfast and fine dining in the evening.
Staff were helpful without exception
B. C. T. (.
Very nice environment, friendly and helpful staff, great food, worth tbe money
N.
Hit and miss with the rooms. I've given up and just book for the time away from the city. All cottages are individually owned (strata) therefore not all are maintained properly.
R. G.
Amazing staff, best food ever.
C. H.
Beautiful venue overlooking the ocean, great facilities and stunning restaurant... clean comfortable chalets and abundant wildlife, easy access to the beach as well
J. C.
Ended up here for lunch quite by mistake one afternoon and glad we did. Tasty food, great friendly service and stunning views from the deck
J. D.
Holly and her team at the day spa were incredible, thank you for looking after us so well.
s. d. S.
Nice place better set up for summer than winter but great setting and very relaxing. Rooms are big but a little cool when it's winter.
P. Y.
Friendly staff from the moment you walk in, every so helpful.
Food was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend.
E. O.
Rooms and location are really nice however the stay is really let down by the food and restaurant options on site. Overall I would say a bit over priced in my opinion.
A. L.
Hotel room and the facilities were lovely and the staff were very welcoming - particularly Shane who went above and beyond to assist with my elderly mother in getting around the facility (giving a contact number for him to pick her up from the beach area and take us back up the hills if necessary) and he provided great assistance in recommending the local sites that she would be have the ability to look around.
M. H.
Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, nice area, very private, great breakfast a bit overpriced for an average room and breakfast.
M. C.
Delicious food. Peaceful accommodation. lovely view and beach access. Dinner and breakfast service could step up a notch.
M. T.
What a palace, it will cost you an arm Nd leg, but will be worth it! Stunning views of bunker bay and surrounds all nestled in a cozy but very elegant retreat!
C. V.
Rooms are great in a small coastal bungalow style but modern architecturally designed. Great views and lovely staff.
L. F.
Beautiful location and styling. The setting is very relaxing and the views from the restaurant are spectacular
J. H.
We were warmly welcomed and advised of an upgrade, which was lovely. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was amazing.
I. B.
Fabulous place, brilliant accommodation, very friendly and professional staff, great food and fantastic facilities only 100m walk to the beach.
A. C.
Clean well stocked 2 bed chalet. It takes a while to walk to the car which was inconvenient with kids/babies. Good service.
A. W.
Excellent location. Very friendly staff and good food. The beach and the surrounding is stunning.
A. B.
It was ok but no better. They have loads of villas but the hotel facilities don’t match the potential number of guests, particularly the dining and bar facilities.
T. V. Z.
I would've given a five star rating if the air conditioning didn't make my beautiful steak cold before my red wine warmed up enough to drink with it.
R. P.
loved the food. Staff were friendly. great access to the beach. Lovely rooms
N. B.
Friendly, efficient staff, delightful accommodation with stunning surroundings and great amenities. We had a lovely break - thank you Pullman
J.
Always great to come back. The most comfortable bed ever! Average overpriced food. Stay here but skip the food.
B. F.
Nothing special to say or not say. It was a quite pleasant place to stay. Even if the coffees orders this morning were not that great after all
T. N.
A little far from the town but the rooms were nice and comfortable and spacious. Nice breakfast and dinner at the restaurant.
R. B.
Great place for a break. Dissapointed with the restaurant though. Menu pretty basic, specials the same for two days running. Desserts are fantastic.
P. G.
Access to the beach, great rooms and lovely pool. Good BBQ facilities also. Best place I have stayed at in WA
