G. C.Beautiful rooms, we had a king sized and there was a beautifully sized bath and standing shower. Downside would probably be a lack of gluten free options for food, while there are some it is somewhat lacking.

C. B.The rooms here are so awesome. Really big and beautiful. Had a relaxing stay and loved the bathroom size with 2 sinks and a bath, separate shower and toilet. The only downside was we had to queue to check in and it took 25 minutes which was way too long. The reception staff didn’t appologise for taking so long and their customer service wasn’t great. Apart from check in, we enjoyed our stay.

K. S.I stayed here 19/11/21 for one night in the king deluxe room, on level 14. From the fantastic interior to comfortable bed and lavish marble, I was impressed. Rooftop Bar was very bougie and fit well with the hotel overall. Was given slightly early check in and the 11am check out was very appreciated!

K. S.The room was stunning although a little dusty. The room service food was a let down. Extremely overpriced for what you get - the burger I ordered was dry and cold, chips were cold and it cost me $28! Would have been better off getting Mcdonalds. Also - no staff offered to help me with my bags when I arrived and I had great difficulty getting them all up to my room alone. I ended up with a huge bruise on my shin from having to operate the trolley alone. Apart from that it's a beautiful hotel in a great location. The bath was my favourite part.

C. T.What a outstanding hotel, I absolutely love there black n gold colour choice throughout, I stayed here for the weekend and it was such a lovely experience from the moment we walked in. I also love there roof top bar and there quality of there cocktails n long Island ice tea was to die for. I only have one minor complaint with the room we was is and that was I found the lighting in the bath room to be a little dull even with them all on itade it hard to see in the mirror and there pillows where to puffy so I had to sleep without one though the night, but other than that it is an outstanding place amd I would be happy to stay here again

The only reason I didn't rate it five stars was due to no makeup/shaving mirror, no extractor fan in the bathroom. Not eco friendly, still using individual toiletries.
We couldn't get into the restaurant on the Saturday it was fully booked as it is very popular. Tried to book for the Sunday it was closed. The cafe in the lobby was also closed on the Sunday.
My Husband enjoyed the breakfast.
Overall an excellent hotel stay thank you to all the staff.

There is a rooftop bar which is worth visiting, the view alone makes it worth checking out. We really enjoyed out stay at QT and we will stay again. The breakfast was delicious also!

D.While the rooms are beautifully appointed and the roof top bar does give superb views of the Perth roof tops, we found this hotel to be expensive compared to other high class hotels in Perth and the customer service lacking the quality that was expected. It was a special occasion for my wife and I and we had made previous arrangements, but on arrival found that local coordination was almost non-existent between the departments of the hotel.

J. P.Amazing experience! This hotel feels amazing to stay in. My partner and I went for fancy weekend getaway and the QT was half the price of Crown Towers and we were so glad we picked this one. The rooms had a very boutique design and the bathrooms were to die for!! Hotel even has a rooftop bar and restaurant. If you are wanting a fancy stay that is not too expensive then this is your choice in Perth!!

A. W.It was fine- the room (a deluxe king) was well styled as the QT always is. Though it’s important to note it’s nowhere as nice as the Melbourne Qt hotel.
The woman who checked us in was polite enough, if not overly friendly. But on their website they said they had parking, which when we got there was clarified as ‘there is some limited customer parking- first in best dressed’ so we ended up parking in a dodgy looking garage. I asked if we could use the parking tomorrow and she said they wouldn’t reserve it or let us book it. I asked about valet parking as it was advertised on the website and she said they have stopped doing that. Super annoying- we would have caught an Uber had we known instead of paying for unsafe city parking.
A. T.Pretty good stay but not one that truly wowed me sorry. Friendly staff but check-in experience was average and I felt the lady was grumpy and didn't ackowledge a special occassion booking. Also rooftop bar closed during time we were there - understandable due to COVID. However, excellent location and a 5 star hotel for sure - rooms were glamorous.
J. S.I had the pleasure of staying 3 nights early in the week. From check-in to check-out the concierge staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The decor is stunning throughout the hotel including the 1st floor bar. The guest room was a great size and the bathroom area was a dream. The tub was deliciously oversized and the rain shower combo was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the amenities great quality. The only negative was the coffee and service in the cafe. Not the friendliest bunch and the in-room nespresso would have tasted better.

A. S.We had a really lovely stay at QT. The check in experience was welcoming. Our room, on the 14th floor, had fantastic views of the Murray St mall, with floor to ceiling windows. The room felt luxurious - a French boudoir vibe - and the bed was amazing. I also really enjoyed the huge bath.
For the price I was a bit disappointed at the beginnings of shabbiness starting to creep in to this relatively new hotel. The decorative bowl on the coffee table was broken; the globe was missing from the light fitting on one side of the bed, and the whole fitting was missing on the other; the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and there was soap scum building up around the shower.
Other things I didn’t love: the bathroom opens up on two sides onto the bedroom with sliding doors, which is great and means you can sit in the bath and see the view, but it also means a real lack of privacy when using the loo...everything can be heard! An exhaust fan would have helped a little! The bathroom is also a wet room, so when you go to the loo in the middle of the night, expect to get wet feet! Also there were no slippers!
We had breakfast in Santini the next day. It was really busy and service was slow, but the staff were lovely. The coffee was terrible but the food was good.

I'm in Sydney and amazed at the service and the ease of it all even taking payment to shout a mate couple beers for their arrival . Y. M.Good quality hotel at decent rates. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely design. The bathrooms with bathtub feels quite luxurious and can be open to the room. Ideal for a staycation or a weekend break in Perth with the added bonus of an excellent rooftop bar.
R. M.The hotel whisked us through reception, and acknowledged our anniversary on arrival. The room was very clean (Crown Metropol take note, you could learn something here) and well appointed with bath, shower, minibar, TV. It is very close to the centre of Perth and a wide range of food and shopping opportunities. Pier St carpark is very close for parking, exit on the Murray St side and walk towards the mall, the hotel is on the left.
V. M.My hubby and I stayed at QT last weekend and had the most amazing time. Rooms are beautiful, the staff are so efficient and friendly and they really helped to make the QT experience a special one. We had breakfast at Santini Bar & Grill on two mornings which was incredible on both days and also ate at the restaurant on one of the nights - we loved it. Can't wait to come back, thanks for an awesome weekend 😀

THE UGLY: Ordered Pina-Colada at Rooftop Bar which was horrible, the staff member took it back and refunded it, which was good. The worst was a drinking glass had not been cleaned properly by a cleaner with lipstick marks still on edge of glass! In this day of Covid 19 correct cleaning is paramount, so this is inexcusable!!

3. Internet connection speed: average. So important when u r looking for get away.
4. What is there to do? Unless u plan to stay in room “activity-ing”

N. P.We had an amazing time for my birthday, the staff where amazing the hotel is beautiful. We loved the roof top bar such a great atmosphere. Only downside was the lake of water in the room, one glass and tap water unless you wanted to pay, only 1 tea bag for your morning cuppa. We did have room service again a little disappointed, no vegan or dairy free options, the tea was non drinkable. But we had a great time and will return hopefully once some small tweeks are completed. Thanks for making my birthday special
r.Outstanding hotel staff! Hotel rooms are nice, clean and well maintained. Conveniently located in Perth city center. So if you're looking for a great hotel in a great location, this is the place to go. There is only one thing that can be further improved on. It will be better if the rooms lighting are brighter.

Reception staff: Accomodating and knowledgeable. The hotel is very quirky, cheeky and dark humoured. I loved it, but I can see why other reviews say different.

Food and beverage.
Rooftop bar: Good selection of drinks/cocktails/wines. Staff were friendly, but shy and run off their feet. Had the cheeseboard and the sweet potato fries, not worth the money. The bar is detailed nicely with cool finishing touches, wallpapers and furniture. The view is pretty decent as well. I recommend to check it out. One of a few in Perth, designed beautifully!
Breakfast: I had breakfast included in my room rates... I was trapped. The food was horrible, the selection disgraceful (unsuitable for vegetarians, certain religions and anyone who wants variety), I ordered breakfast, half the ingredients were missing. What's worse is I had to ask for my bacon and bread. I almost had to beg with the inattentive wait staff, who then tried to have a joke as she handed me my bacon; as I finished my meal? haha I get it. I was very disappointed in the breakfast and the staff, I blame management.

Color palette in rooms very dark and lighting needs upgrade to counter this but otherwise excellent.
M. L.If you like a hotel with style, panache and personality - this is the one. The stylists have gone to town on every inch of the hotel, from the carpet rugs in the hallway to the leather backed chairs in the room.
Super clean housekeeping, comfortable bed and good options on TV, we enjoyed our stay. Only minus - the room could be more sound proof. It was muffled but we could hear the rooms above and next to us, plus traffic on the street. One suggestion would be for the hotel to move to larger pump toiletries instead of the tiny plastic tubes to save on waste.
Service was prompt and casual, plus the location can't be beat.
B. T.We came here for a 2 night stay for our 31st wedding anniversary. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel so happy. The rooms are very modern and chic, we loved it. The down side was my wife thought there was not enough light for putting on her make up, and I agree even having a shave in the lighting is a bit trying. Otherwise a great location to in the city easy walking distance to all the great cafe's and restaurants in the city. The roof top bar fantastic, the hotel restaurant the Santini Bar &Grill, fantastic, cant wait to come back.

The rooms are great .However man some of the male reception at the desk need to have a better attitude when we ask for help.you would think I just snatched gold from them...we were not even asking for help in a rude way we simply just wanted our room cleaned it was almost 5 pm for God's sake? Overall,when you get over the the rude male reception at the desk on valentine,it's a great place...and other things I won't say,other than that,it's a great place.

They were hugely professional, efficient, courteous and just all round nice. My partner left her iPod behind and they were so helpful in finding it and posting it back to us, a situation I can assure you is unusual for hotels, who once you have left the building, ignore you....well done all round.

Centrally located, the main shopping strip is literally at your day - not that you hear it! The ferry to Rottnest is a 10 min walk away.
a.Great Hotel. Central location within walking distance to town. Very friendly and helpful staff who really enjoy working there. You will always see them smiling. Hotel rooms were a bit dark ( due to their lightings) but other then that, no negative reviews. Their bed were fantastic, so so comfortable n soft which I enjoyed so much.

L. Z.One of the most beautiful, quirky hotels we've ever been to. As soon as they realised we were getting married they offered two free drink coupons at the lobby. When we got to the room, a complementary bottle of champagne and a lovely personal note. The staff were so friendly through all entire stay. When we forgot our toothpaste they brought some to our door.
The room was gorgeous with beautiful fixtures and excellent facilities like the iron, kettle, Nespresso machine. The bed was also very comfortable with great selection of pillows.
J. B.My mother and I spent three nights in the QT hotel in Perth and loved it. Great location, easy walk to everything in the city. The room was lovely, like the rest of the hotel with it's modern quirky decor. The beds were very comfortable and there was a choice of pillows to add to the comfort. The bath was huge and the shower luxurious. Our only complaint about the room was the lighting is dim which isn't a problem until you are trying to put makeup on. We breakfasted every morning and had dinner one night in the Santini Grill the food was spectacular and one thing is guaranteed you will not leave the Santini Grill hungry. The thing that makes the QT hotel a stand out, is the fun, friendly, professional, considerate staff. From the happy valet parking attendants and helpful front desk staff, happy to fix any concerns, to the meticulous, attentive wait staff. There was not a day we weren't greeted by a crew of smiling faces wishing us a lovely day!! After all a hotel is only as good as the people running it and this one is run with style!
M. T.My favourite hotel in Perth. I've stayed here now five times as the service is just impeccable. There's a rooftop bar with a great view over Perth. Santorini's breakfast is superb if you have the time; otherwise, the cafe in the lobby also have good breakfast options and make what's my favourite latte in Perth.

V. H.This is a great hotel and a shining example among the PGR group. The service was excellent, the room was perfectly clean and well furnished, the roof top bar was packed on a Friday night and had excellent atmosphere and the restaurant was quiet and comfortable for breakfast.
Areas of improvement - some kind of clear/large signage about where arrivals should be sticking their cars so they can run in to check in and either valet or park else where would be a big help. A single car bay at the front of the hotel in a very busy part of Perth where there is unbelievably limited street parking was a big pain upon arrival. The valet staff were very genial and helpful though!
Physically smaller menus - in the restaurant the menus we where handed were just really big, like 1m x 1m boards. It seemed really unnecessary and like they were large for the sake of being kooky/different/fancy.
V. P.Beautiful hotel. Got the hotel for a special deal in the paper. And even thou we got it for a good deal the staff there were amazing, so friendly, kind and helpful especially the staff that moved our vehicle to the underground car park. They always had a smile and were very accommodating. Our break fast which was included in the deal was very delicious and fancy. The room was amazing and the bed so comfortable. We loved the room. Your right in town there with some amazing restaurants nearby and train station and bus stop 5 minute walk away.
I have never rated a hotel in the past but couldn't not write how amazing this one was. I give it 10/10.

B.My boyfriend and I stay here frequently. Because of Covid a lot of our plans had been ruined and postponed so in the meantime we stay here when we can. In the beginning there were a few hiccups when it came to mini bar chargers etc but was looked at and sorted. Overall, the hotel is in the perfect spot and is close to literally everything, It’s become very homely to us, very modern, we love the vibe of the rooms, the bath, the views and the overall atmosphere. Only ever eaten at Santini once for valentines and it was AMAZING the service and food was so good, highly recommend. Haven’t been on the rooftop though and during covid I don’t think you could have, but I can’t wait to check it out. Will continue to come back :)
J. H.This was the one night off we had from being busy parents of twins - the hotel is really well located in the CBD, which seems to be having a revival of sorts for dining and partying. The decor and styling of the overall offering is fantastic, only comparable with Hotel W brand, which is significantly more expensive. The rooftop bar and restaurant for breakfast were well staffed and offered quality service.
The down side was the patrons of the hotel: noisy at around 2-3am. Then someone setting off the fire alarm at 6am. This cant be controlled by the staff but being woken up and having to evacuate at 6am on our one morning off was very disappointing. No follow up, no complimentary anything, this wasnt good enough on the customer service front.
Overall the hotel is great for younger, trendier crowd that want to make use of the rooftop bar and enjoy its prime inner city location. However, for a relaxing inner city staycation I will look elsewhere in the future.

K. W.Every year I choose a hotel in Perth for a short stay during our Fringe Festival. I could not have chosen better on this occassion. QT is a very funky hotel with modern rooms and surroundings, bang in the heart of the CBD. The room was clean and in good repair. Bed was super comfy and there was a good choice of entertainment on the television. Hotel has a really nice rooftop bar and we enjoyed a nice lite lunch and a beverage or two; at night time it was pumping with afterworkers. The staff where ALL friendly and helpful (I interacted with cleaners, bar staff, wait staff and reception). The Kevin.Murphy bathroom accessories are delicious.
R. H.Stayed at the QT for 7 nights so we had plenty of time to enjoy its amenity and make some considered comments. The staff were terrific. Always friendly and efficient and some really know how to spin a mean hula hoop. Beds and pillows are to die for. (They even sell King Sized beds which we would have gladly purchased if it hadn't been for our restricted baggage allowance back to Canberra.) Room air cooling/heating quick and effective. Hotel atmosphere is truly trendy; view from our 11th floor room was great; rooftop bar was airy, with impressive views. The hotel is really, really well located right next to Hay and Murray Street Malls, only 10 minutes to Perth railway station, about the same to Elizabeth Quay and the great Ellington Jazz club is about 20 minutes walk towards Northbridge. Not far to the Mint either. My ONLY criticism: the shower in our room: it was quite impractically 'open plan' with no screen on (effectively) 3 sides. Even a sedate shower saw water unsafely spraying to the basin/ drying areas of the bathroom. Rooms 5/5 otherwise.
M. S.Great place and amazing rooftop views but waiting in line to get in can take over an hour. Once you get in after a long wait you find that the place is almost empty and then you wonder why because so many people are still waiting in the lobby to get in. (Too empty even for COVID standards)
Also expect to have your credit card taken away by waiters if you want to order anything. You will not get it back until you are ready to leave. Also they appear to be unsecured which I didn't like.
You cannot walk around or you get told off by staff.
You cannot sit anywhere, only where host tells you.
Overall the interior of the place is nice, the views are amazing, prices are bit heavy but still ok, customer experience is disappointing and very hermit like.
T. F.The valet parking was a mess.. if someone was parked in the only spot then you had to circle round and round before getting service. I had to call so someone would be waiting out the front to get my car.. The roof top bar is excellent. The rooms are really good.. but for the price you pay the toilet paper could be nicer, just little things that could make the experience more worthwhile, such as lighting in the bathroom (so dark) etc.. food was excellent in the restaurant.
T.Hotel was very trendy, its whole design made you look everywhere you went.
The fact they had a small ironing board and iron in the room made life easy to quickly iron out the crinkles before we went out.
I loved the black and gold bathroom with a big tub! Although the toilet did not have its own door it was still a nice design.
The bed was huge but a little stiff and uncomfortable (I have a husband that launches himself when he rolls over in his sleep).
The minibar was packed even though we didnt use anything they have a lot to offer. We did have breakfast included in the morning and I did like the set menu for breakfast you could pick instead of just a peice of toast and coffee. Defently recomend the Avocado toast + Poached eggs.
The staff where very polite and always wanting to help.
I will defently stay again :)
Tip for people with cars:
You can only park 2 cars out front to check in, then get valet parking for $40. Parked a street over in overnight parking, cost us $16.
C. N.Rooms a good size with fantastic bathroom you have a choice of freestanding bath and rain shower or a double rain shower. I got a room with a bath which was nice and deep and big enough for two just. Rooftop bar was nice and cosy with some nice views. Room service was ok had the bone broth with was amazing but the hand cut chip(not hand cut) didn't come with the sauces and they need to be a dessert on the room service for a 5 star hotel it bit of let down I shouldn't have leave the hotel late at night to find a dessert. Other than that will stay again
J. C.Chic funky hotel located pretty close to the hustle and bustle in Perth. The restaurant had some different options available, but was still good nonetheless. There's a bar on the top floor where you can get some basic meals, but it would be cool if there was the option to get proper dining up there as well. The bar downstairs had really friendly staff who are really accommodating. Fitness centre is also good.
Would stay again for sure!

My room had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable king bed. Room was modern and well designed. Bathroom was massive!
The only negative is the lack of street parking. The hotel offers onsite parking but it’s certainly not cheap.
R. H.Feels like an expensive rooftop bar but easily one of the best rooftop bars in Perth. These should be way more common and QT is probably the best one around if you're looking for good views. They do nice cocktails and are a little more upmarket in atmosphere than most other establishments around.
B. S.Amazing hotel! It is still very new so everything is just beautiful. The bathroom has two sinks and is finished in black marble. It is also connected to the actual room which is a good size. Queen size bed fits in nicely, flat screen tv, minibar supplied with great quality snacks and alcohol, like Belvedere and Patron. Central location makes it very convenient. Highly recommended.

F.I can't give it a totally 5 star. But it could make a 5 star only if one thing can be done to get it. The hotel is new and has great ambience and dark coloured theme to the room. Has an open shower concept and a bath tub which is big. Lighting is decent and normal. You can control abit of the brightness in the restroom. Other than that all is well and great.
Now the only thing that is bad about it is. That it has too much dust particles. Really need to vacuum every inch of the entire room. As just moving a pillow or naturally placing it on the bed. You'll be able to see the amount of flying dust particles shoot up and fill the entire room. Just have a dark foreground and light shining through the sides or sunlight. You'll be amazed at the amount of sheer suprise floating around. Made me have to wanna wear a mask now.

S. E.Good location and very close to train station. Fancy style with unique, huge "vault doors" that cover the main entrance after hours. Room was well sized, clean and super quiet. The Louis XIV/Trump-style black marble and gold bathroom decor is a little too much and too dark, but hey... every man to his taste.
N. M.New. Chic. Funky. Arty. Such an awesome fitout throughout the whole hotel and the a la carte breakfast in Santini Grill was spectacular. The thick cut, crispy bacon was divine! We had a quick and very reasonably priced stay in a twin room with a great view across the city. Oh and the views and cocktails from the Rooftop bar are outstanding.

My only gripe was how hard it was to find the entrance for the valet parking. Had breakfast at the restaurant and there was no continental breakfast. The breakfast menu was very limited (I.e. no eggs Benedict). The food quality was really average. $40 for santini breakfast with coffee (eggs, asparagus, tomato and mushroom). Coffee was average too. A bit pricy for that quality.
Second day, I asked for the second toast and it came with an extra toast and eggs with no extra charge 🙂 however, in both days the toast was burnt. I wouldn’t put the toast like that in customers plate 😕
In general a very good hotel but you might want to try food somewhere outside.

Thank you so much for putting me in a room with a freestanding bath - most greatly appreciated :) I loved the bathroom - so spacious, chic and luxe. The robes were comfortable, and I also loved the toiletries provided like rum body wash :) Praveen was so professional and friendly on the check in process, even ringing me to advise that my room is ready. Thank you for the pilates session at Heartbeat High too :)
The gym on level 2 is also well stocked with water bottles, and mats to practice a few crunches on. The king bed was so comfortable, and overall I loved my room. Well designed and trendy. Thank you for the free wifi and movies :)
The only downsides was when staff interrupted to check the mini bar, when they could have just checked this once upon check out, and when housekeeping were in the middle of making my room at 2pm on the second day - yet I know that the person making my room had only started her shift. The check out process was ordinary too. It is unfortunate that there are many homeless people in this area of Perth City too.
Otherwise thank you very much for having me as a guest in your wonderful hotel, enabling me to recharge from being burnt out in my business, where I've now got my spark and energy back. Well rested here, cheers.

The decor is very dark throughout the hotel & the rooms so makes the place seem very subdued.....
our booking included a 'hot breakfast' but when we turned up for breakfast in the very fancy santini restaurant this morning we were directed to a table with toast, a selection of sweet pastries, a cold vegetarian frittata & a bowl of paleo muesli with a bowl of yogurt, also nothing to say if it was greek or not....
no hot food, no other types of cereal, one type of jam with no name tag, no marmalade, prepacked butter & the fruit selection was a bowl of strawberries......not even a few cold meats & cheese, we questioned if this was it & were told there was other choices on the menu if we wanted to pay extra......!!!
we got a reasonable deal when booking but the hotel drinks & food prices are overly high to warrent spending time in the hotel.... many other cheaper options nearby ...

Einzig und allein die Gestaltung des Bades mit Schiebetüren war nicht so mein Fall, zumal die Tür im Bereich der Toilette bauartbedingt immer einige Zentimeter offen stand...
