I was quite surprised the restaurant is closed on Sundays, meaning you can't get any breakfast. They offer to take an order from a restaurant nearby but will charge 10% for that extra.

Pleasantly surprised. Excellent staff, I was greeted with a very helpful and warm welcome. Highly recommend the Quest.

Everything you expect from a nice hotel room, plus a few of the simple modern touches, like modern appliances, a stereo with iPod dock that is current and my personal favourite... real coffee and a coffee plunger! It’s obvious that customer experience has been considered and prioritised! Will definitely stay again!
M. t. B.Fairly standard hotel experience. Rooms are kept tidy and look fairly modern. The self contained units are great. Unfortunately during our stay, some drunk clown had hit the fire alarm, causing us to evacuate the building. As this woman was not staying at the hotel, she left with out consequence. There was no apology on behalf of the hotel for this unfortunate event.
o. d.Very Comfortable and spacious rooms... Very quick checkin and checkout process.. Rooms are very clean and well maintained... Staff here is very friendly and helpful... It has enough cutlery for one decides to cook... They have Gym and Laundry facility as well .. I had a great view from my balcony on 15th floor. For travelling the bus stop is right in front of the entrance... Has verity of restaurants nearby and if you are tired they do offer to place order for you to get room service... overall I have enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back soon...

J. D.My apartment was nice except it was right above the gym so I was woken up at 6am when people were throwing weights around. The lifts are incredibly slow but the staff are very nice and helpful.

G. A.We had a beautiful, relaxing, private, executive one bedroom apartment, we were luckily enough to be upgraded too. As they had gotten our initial booking wrong. Sun soaked one bedroom apartment offered views of Perth CBD as well as the stadium. All kitchen essentials were provided as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bathroom provided hair dryer with attachment and toiletries which smelt pleasant. Service was a bit lacking as we tried to contact reception just after 5 but they did not respond. I had to go down to the concierge to have my request fulfilled. As note on Sundays they don't offer housekeeping All in all it was a great experience and would recommend to friends and family.

M. B.The Executive Studio room was lovely, but proved a little too small for two people and an infant (there wasn't a lot of room to out luggage). Suggest renting the larger apartment if there's more than one of you. Otherwise, pricing was fantastic for what you get - everything in the CBD is an easy walk away.
O.Second time i have stayed here, new clean tidy rooms with great amenities. Good options for charge back to rooms for food. Quiet rooms comfortable beds, thoroughly recommend the Quest.

B. S.Newly opened in late 2016. Very good location in east Perth CBD. Super convinient to restaurant, wine shop, supermarket. Good kitchen utensils in case you want to cook something. Coffee maker. Bread toaster. Washing and drying machines. We had 2 bedroom apartment with balcony facing Adelaide street. Helpful staffs. Super hot deal for the price spent in a such brilliant place.

C. Y.The location is excellent. There is no need for a car as it is 20mins walk to the city centre and a 10 min bus ride on the many buses which are free within the city. There is a direct bus to Kings Park also.
The premises are professionaly maintained by a housekeeping crew and the kitchenette is well equipped with induction stove and ducted holds. The latter means you can cook without having fumes in your apartment.
There is no on-site parking, so there needs to be some planning if you are treating it as a base for driving to Perth’s surroundings. There are many car rental companies within walking distance of the property. Avis and Thrifty are the ones with more global presence just round the block. Parking seems to be the cheapest at the Ambassador Quality Hotel just down the street. If you are up for the trouble, on street parking round the block is free from 6pm till 7:30am the next day. But if you are parking on Adelaine Terrace, be careful to remove your car by 7:30am
M. A.Average hotel with average housekeeping, in the 14 days we stayed they never once remembered to replenish all the amenities, there was always 1 or 2 forgotten, when enquiring about extra wifi the lady at reception was really not interested in selling more unless we insisted.
