S. S.Quest Kings Park, whether you are staying for business, lesuire or self quarantine this is the perfect place and close to the CBD and from the bautiful kings park. I can not stat enought how welcoming they have made feel due to self quarantine in WA. Didnt treat me like an outcast, assisted me with the booking, a shout out to Andrew who went above and beyond customer service. The room are spacious with everything you need and easy for uber eats or groceries to be delivered. They have excelled in everything that they do and ensuring you have a safe, comfortable stay. I want to keep this place a secret but have to let it out for others to discover.
J. H.The walk was a little further than I expected to get to restaurants and bars, but that's my own fault for not googling the distance before booking. That said, getting delivery was easy enough.
The check in and out was quick and easy and the room was fine - everything needed for a business trip.

Service was great.
Rooms were clean and modern. However the shower in my room could not keep a consistent temperature (varied by like 2-5 degrees so did not really bother me).
Right outside was Kings Park, which, in my opinion, is one of the greatest highlights of Perth. Highly recommend staying here just to be close to the park! It's a treat if you like running (or walking).
The parking space is quite small though, so if you have a large car, maybe call to make sure they have a larger designated parking spot.
V. W.I only had an overnight stay but these apartments are perfect for a longer stay. Decent sized fridge and freezer, plus good kitchenette facilities. Comfortable bed, quiet at night with decent block out curtains. Shower head too low for a tall person, the lighting is very harsh (dimmer switches would really help) and the view of the neighbouring building wasn’t exciting, but everything else was great.
Helpful and friendly staff member, beautifully made room by housekeeping, great toiletries (Milk brand) and a comfortable bed with a nice hot shower. I’d happily stay here again.

P. D.Very comfortable, modern, clean room in a very convenient location. We got a very good deal on our room, perhaps because it is a bit out of the city - but the free buses in and out of the city stop practically outside the front door.
Not much in the way of restaurants, stores or bars nearby, however.
T. M.Great place to stay. Layout of the room very well thought out and practical for self catering. Proximity to Kings Park (opposite) was an advantage for exercise walking or jogging as well as appreciating the wildflowers. I often walked to the city but it is just as easy to catch a bus.

T. M.A newly presented but basic hotel apartment. The reception desk is covered from 7am until late in the evening with friendly staff willing to share advise on where to go and what to do. All was really easy from this location. I will stay here when I next travel to Perth.

T. M.I booked at the Quest Hotel on Kings Park Rd because it was the perfect location for my needs. The facility is recently new. Try the slightly more expensive rooms facing forward and looking over the park. The walls were well insulated so there was no outside noise at all.
T. L.I've enjoyed my stay here for the past week. Great place as it have all the facilities that an apartment should have. You got yourself washer and dryer for your clothes. If you cook then there is a kitchen too.
Not to mention it is close to King's Park and CBD area is just a 5 mins ride away.

R. S.The rooms are nice and cleans. They have an Open Kitchen with some pots, bowls, knife, spoons, forks etc all basic kitchenware, oven, microwave, fridge. They have a washer and dryer. The rooms are maintained well and kept clean.
