L. B.The premises boast a double story hotel above a barbers shop .The hotel is decorated boutique style and is spacious. It is not a typical hotel or bed and breakfast. It hosts maybe 5 guest rooms and large dinning room.With security parking. It feels modern and has young staff who keep the premises clean . The atmosphere gives the impression we have tried 100% to make your stay enjoyable. My partner and I liked staying there. The staff was so accommodating changing our room to ground level because my partner's bad knees. We had room 1 and it included an en - suit. I read reviews about omelet for breakfast , I informed the cook that I didn't eat eggs. I was offered cerial and toast which I enjoyed. My partner confirmed the omelet was very tasty . The hotel is in a good location and very reasonably priced
M. G.Stayed here a few weeks back. Staff really friendly and made breakfast & coffee each morning during our stay. Room good size with brand new clean bathroom. Car park is a bit small but felt safe with the electric gate attached. Would gladly recommend.

B.On our first day we left early in the morning to attend a Funeral and returned late afternoon to discover an unmade bed, when I asked the owner why the bed had not been made she didn't appear to understand what I meant by daily room service the bed was not made by anyone the 3 days we were there. Although breakfast is in the rate there was no printed menu and meal size small. There were food odours through the building the location is noisy with buses & cars passing. We could hear people talking in other rooms. This is not a purpose built hotel it is an apartment building. Our room was modern, clean & a comfortable bed. We would not stay there again.
b. r.My wife and I were there for three nights for a wedding in Waneroo and reception in Quins Rock. We both were impressed with the comfort and ALL facilities there. Had a lovely simple breakfast each day. Very happy we found this hotel.
C. H.Staff were lovely. We did find that there was no milk or water in the fridge, even though tea and coffee was supplied. There was no top sheet on the bed either which was a bit uncomfortable. Once the renovations are finished the place could be better.

A. I.Definitely a great value. The room are spacious, very clean, and stylish. You enter in this hotel like if you enter in a house. There is Wi-Fi, car park and breakfast included with access to the kitchen and fredge if needed. With a little plus because the owner will cook you breakfast with table service. Very warm welcoming. Loved it.

J. S.I've paid $200+ in other chain hotels and motels just for a room.. I got a room here for $120 and these rooms are bigger, stylish, fancy, modern, super clean.. I was very impressed. Better then the hilton for an overall rating!!.. upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcoming.. after payment the host took the time to take and show us everything they have to offer and ensured we settled in nicely.. free parking.. free wifi.. breakfast was included... when we got up to have breakfast the host came and cooked our breakfast fresh while we sat and caught up on the news... I felt very spoiled for what I paid for.. we were even waved off goodbye at the gate when we left.. after this experience I know where I'll be coming back to and I know I won't be staying at any chain hotels in the future.. I feel ripped off at other places after staying here.. these guys deserve more then 5 stars and need to be recognized for who they are and what they are about.. loved it!!
