D. L.Comfortable, bland big-city hotel. Staff were friendly in a routine way, but without the genuine warmth of some smaller hotels. My room was comfortable, with good temperature regulation, a supportive bed, nice pillows and a clean, well-equipped bathroom.
M. B.For the entire period of my stay (4 days) only 1 out of 4 lifts was working. And no staff on hand to apologise or explain to the many frustrated guests waiting in the queue to use the lifts. How hard would it be to have someone man the service lift at peak times (as the sign indicated). Everything else was fine, but not recommended if you need parking. You will wait and wait for the valet service to bring it to you.

Unlike a lot of people, I had a very pleasant experience with the hotel. I travel to Perth fairly frequently and have done the rounds of hotels (that I will not mention) and then came here. This is by far the best of the lot that I had tried previously with neat, tidy, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff but not overly intrusive as some hotels can be. I hate unnecessary fussing. The location was great as I had walking distances to many restaurants and cafes, was easily accessible to my work locations at the Universities and Research Institutes. They still have the same problem as every other Perth hotel I have stayed in where the longer you stay, the more it costs during the week. Perth is soooooo expensive! I took a redeye flight to reduce the cost to my company of a midweek room cost. My company sends staff to Perth regularly and I will be recommending this hotel to my colleagues from now on. Keep up the good work.
p. a.Rooms are great. Service was TERRIBLE!!! Not enough staff on a Friday night.
Sat outside waiting for table service. After a long wait, decided that there was no table service and ordered at the bar and was informed there was table service but only one wait staff was seen. He was run off his feet consequently no service. Approached bar and got own menus and finally was served by waiter as he ran past. Not his fault but management for not employing enough staff for a busy Friday night. Pepper steak was wonderful!!
No information upon check-in what time or where breakfast was and no information about breakfast times in the room. Breakfast was shocking. No plates near beginning of queue which wasn't discovered until you came upon the food . Had to get out of queue to retrieve plates from other side of bar and rejoin queue. 2 x 4 slice toasters for all customers placed at beginning of breakfast queue instead of end. Certainly not enough toasters for the amount of breakfast goers. Placing them at the beginning of the queue created a bottleneck!!
There was no table service to order coffee. This was only discovered when after 15minutes of waiting I finally approached a person on the other side of the restaurant and placed an order with her. 15 minutes later - no coffee so approached the guy behind the bar who stated that the coffees had been lost and would have to order again!
Food was cold. Awful experience don't bother paying for breakfast. Go somewhere else.
