H. I.Stayed here for 3 nights right before NYE. Nice hotel that was cleaned and well maintained. Has 2 double beds which can sleep 4pax. Has a small gym and their pool is just adequate. Their restaurant was closed when we were there but there is so much food options around the hotel. Location is pretty good in the CBD. A short walk Murray street, Raine Square. Always ask to be on the top floors as the views are awesome. Overall loved the artsy feel and ambience of this hotel 🏨
M. P.Stayed at the Adnate with the family between Christmas and New Year. Had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again. The location is perfect with everything you need close to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Probably the best customer service I have had in a hotel. Pool and bar is a lovely setting with great drinks on offer. Will definitely back and look forward to our next visit. Thanks again to the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable 😎🥂
E. M.Nice clean spacious rooms. The pool area is definitely a bit smaller than what it looks in the pictures, and not enough room for pool loungers. Limited room to sit by the pool too. Otherwise efficient, friendly staff, overall good stay.
J.Such a good place! Staff are so accommodating and friendly. Really close to everything, awesome views with super up to date tech in the room. Tv does Bluetooth, Chromecast and screen mirroring so you don't have to watch stupid free to air. The pool is a little small but honestly the hotel as a whole is fantastic enough to not need to fret about someone else being in the pool. We changed our check out time twice with the hotel being super friendly and able to do that for us. Very glad we got to experience this place, will be back soon I'm sure!

Super clean rooms, feels great to stay here. If TV is your thing when you're staying in a hotel, probably the most comprehensive TV menu which also has Chromecast. Connected to Bluetooth system
for music.

K. S.A great place to stay in the centre of the city. The rooms are spacious, modern and the artwork creates an ambience like no other. Breakfast was delicious with gluten free options available, with the setting overlooking the pool creating an oasis in the city. Dinner was most enjoyable, presentation superb with an array of cocktails on offer. Exploring the city, Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay are all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

J. S.My partner and I booked the Adnate for my birthday as a "staycation". We absolutely loved our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive and gave friendly, personalised service. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, we really appreciated the decor, coffee maker, the Byredo toiletries and the view - it was fun to see our city from a new perspective! The location is the perfect base for exploring Perth and Northbridge, seeing a show or heading out for dinner and drinks. We have visited the bar and pool previously and it was one of the reasons we booked the Adnate, so we didn't let the rain get in the way of sneaking in a quick swim and a pool-side cocktail. The art throughout the hotel is obviously a huge drawcard, and sets the Adnate apart from other hotels and adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the staycation exprience.. Thanks so much to the wonderful staff at the Adnate for making my birthday weekend truly enjoyable and memorable.

L. F.I stayed here because I appreciate Adnate's art, I am a fan and I also love Art Series Hotels. The hotel has not been open long but it really hasn't disappointed. My room is clean and tidy and the artwork just sets it off, even down to the shower screen.
I had a couple of drinks in the bar which was as good as expected, but there needs to be care taken when events, or areas of the bar are being taken up and residents can't use the facilities.

J. M.Really nice, modern hotel that is nearly brand new. Quirky art theme makes it a bit more interesting than the average business hotel. Great central city location. Food menu is a bit limited but there are lots of restaurants nearby.

C. S.Update- we had a do-over. Wifi connected immediately as we walked into the hotel. Fantastic sign :). Google chrome worked well :). Went to see shows at Fringe which were a 10minute walk away- drinks at the bar were great. I would definitely stay at this hotel again knowing that the issues we had last time were a once off. The Art is fantastic, location is great- plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms are beautiful. Service was great.
Look, it’s a nice hotel. Good rooms and prices but for our night here we had a young child with us. There was no wifi at all for our whole stay. Couldn’t use the tv at all. Lovely to have chrome cast as a feature except you cannot use it when the wifi is down. Couldn’t even get free to air tv with the wifi down. So at bedtime we are all huddled around a phone screen watching Netflix(using our own data) to lull the kid to sleep. Honestly, I wish they had told us that the wifi would likely be down for the night so we would have had the option to go home and grab something more appropriate like an iPad with a downloaded movie instead of us burning through a massive chunk of our allowed data for the month. We got 2 free drink vouchers instead. Nice but not what we needed. Husband had trouble sleeping so he was using data as well and a tiny screen rather than what the hotel is supposed to offer. Also at 9am when my daughter was changing from the pool there was a knock at the door. Scared the life out of our kid when the door was opened. It was housekeeping who reckoned we had checked out. No towels at the pool. Spot for them but it’s always empty.
c.The room was excellent with an amazing view and the room had a lot of space. Good location. The only downfall of the experience was the room service. The rooms after a day or so became very dusty and I could see that the cleaning wasn’t very good.
B. B.Stayed here on Saturday night for a city getaway and absolutely loved it. The hotel was very modern, rooms were amazing, staff were friendly, and the pool area was great to hang out at with a great vibe. Would definitely recommend staying here.

D. M.Good Location, but bed/pillows weren't comfortable. Room was ok, but to much outside light. Liked the TV with included Chromecast. Staff were pleasant. Bar Fridge was to small. Nice that they had a Nespresso machine. But for cost it was average.
M. H.This is a wonderful hotel celebrating street art and I was very keen to stay here. The rooms did not disappoint - its comfortable, functional and tastefully furnished with a wonderful book showcasing Adnate’s work. During check in on 9 Dec noon time, the front desk could not find my Agoda’s booking but the manager on duty was able to sort this out by giving me a room first and he dealt with Agoda separately ( luckily there were rooms available). Was impressed.
However during check out on 11 dec morning, the lady on Accor desk had such a bad attitude it totally left me the final and worst impression of my 3 weeks vacation in Australia. This was the worst hospitality I have ever received from any Accor hotels I have been staying worldwide. Or any hotel till date. period.
Also to note, The hotel also charged a surcharge for credit card payment which was strange as its typically a practice by small businesses to recover the fees.
It will be also be great if the hotel could provide complimentary drinking water at least during check in especially given summer heatwave.
Much as I love the hotel, I hesitated to stay again due to the checkout experience.

N. V.Good location rooms are a good size. Gym pool and onsite dining. In heart of Perth so parking is horrible. Staff very friendly and helpful. 4 USB charging points and 2 power points next to bed and wifi is good. Recommend this hotel for business travel!
P. K.Listen the new Novotel was NO vo bring of tel-iphone, NO vo F&B and I ended up here. The staff were awesome, the food was as close to an orgasm of food that one could hope for. The steak was perfect, the cocktails were great, the entertainment of the pool was entertaining for dirty old men and honestly the vibe of the place resonated with a classy new age version of the penthouse mansion with a beach house theme. Hard to describe really. The art is on the walls as much as it was moving around the hotel. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle this is the place to be. 50% off food for Accor Plus (Advantage Plus A+ or whatever accord membership is called next year).
C. F. L.We r staying at the adnate hotel for about a week. The housekeeping is efficient and fast. When i ask for extra shampoo, body wash, a glass and shower cap, it came straight away. The front office was also helpful. I asked for an adaptor plug and the got it for me fast. The rooms are clean and well kept. I would recommend anyone to stay at the adnate hotel.
P. R.Wow. Brilliant hotel. 5 star breakfast. The big brekky and the pancakes were out of this world awesome. The hotel bed was so plush and comfortable. The art in and around the hotel is brillant. The Tv is huge and has foxtel channels. The rooms are spacious and brillant. The hotel staff are super friendly and very effecient.Of the hundreds of hotels ive tried. This is a standout no.1.

M. I.Great price. Nice hotel. Central location. Pitty bar and restaurant was closed both nights we were there. I think due to covid regulation. Only four coffee pods per day provided. Coffee machine malfunctioned with 3 pods. Plenty towels, robes and slippers. Fan in Bath had mould growing on it and parking system is a bit silly because if you coming and going you can't use the hotels $25 voucher. Would definitely stay here again. Like I said the price we paid was fabulous.

N. D.This is a fantastic hotel. The hotel is themed on the street art by Adnate and there is a huge mural of 4 faces on the side of the building and many murals and artwork by Adnate. Rooms have all the requirements and they are really nice.

H.We had been booked at the Novatel for 6 nights while my husband had lung surgery, we received a phone call on our way there to inform us that they were taking mandatory isolation people from international flights and cruise ships and said that if we didn't want to stay there they would arrange alternative accommodation at a sister hotel, we were sent to the Adnate and they were amazing asking after my husband each day while he was in hospital and even giving him a card and gift box when he got out of hospital, the staff were incredibly caring, nice and helpful we will stay there again, they even allowed me to use the gym each day unlocking it and cleaning after I finished
