S. M.Wonderful staff who were fantastic during my isolation. Nothing was a problem and food and drink deliveries were very prompt and left outside the door. The room was spacious and came with a wonderful view and very comfortable.

B. L.The facility was great, awesome location, room was nice only downfalls were that the room was a hike from the reception. Having to go in the lift, walk down stairs and we were unlucky to be located at the end of the corridor (there is another access door after the flights of stairs but unfortunately our cards didn’t work). Swipe cards were also a massive mishap. Ended up getting locked out of the hotel at 11pm Saturday night after using the cards all day. Called after hours service who let us in as there’s no 24hr reception. Walked to the room and the cards didn’t work. Called after hours again who had to get security to come and let us in. Security rocked up 30min later (after hours service said they could take this long) but he didn’t have a master key and had no idea where to get one so we had to wait another further 30min to get in contact with his boss to find out where the key was. Judging by the reviews we just happened to be the unlucky few but probably won’t be staying here again because on the swipe card issues.
R. T.I have stayed at the East Perth Sebel for many stays over the last couple of year, rooms are always very clean and tidy, bookings and checking out never a problem and all staff are very welcoming and friendly, hence I will continue to stay at the Sebel EP
R. C.Love this place. Close to Optus stadium and plenty of options for food and drinks within walking distance. Rooms are extremely comfortable with great views. Staff are awesome. Will be back again and again.

We had a river view studio room. It was clean and had a pleasant outlook, but the air-conditioning exhaust ran through our balcony and this was noisy early in the morning.
It doesn't have a restaurant, but there are plenty nearby.
Although it has a basic kitchenette, there isn't enough room for a table or chairs
S. W.The room was good. Disappointed I paid extra for a river view which I did not get and to get to the pool you either walked along the road or the board walk. This part of East Perth is beautiful.

Z. M.I called up tonight to enquire in regards to the on-site parking and if porta cots were available and I was answered from the most incredible staff member Scott! I received the BEST customer service from him. He was so caring and we had a great chat! This has been the best customer service that I've had in years and it was only a phone call! I cant wait for mine and my kids little getaway tomorrow night because Scott has already made our trip before even stepping photo in the door. The sebel must be so happy to have a staff member like him. Thank you so much Scott

Close to a myriad of restaurants and eateries. Convenience store over the road, bottleshop super close by. When can I come back?
A. B.Stunning location overlooking the water. My Room was above the royal Bar which had a stunning view. Wifi in room helped especially since I could continue working on wifi even when in the bar downstairs. Very handy.
Rooms are ok. Good amount if space but bathroom could be more modern. Location, views and convenience make it a great stay.
C. B.I stayed here for 10 nights on a business trip the service staff and location are wonderful. The rooms are very well appointed and there is plenty of food options within easy walking distance. If I was to come back to Perth for work disabled would be at the top of my list for places to stay. It has been a fantastic experience

T. M.A friend and I stayed here for 4 nights as part of a mystery holiday. Definitely the best value for the money. The cleanliness of the room was well kept. The best part is the convenience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Will be staying again and recommending to friends.
T. M.Close to free bus transport into the cbd and supermarket very close. The loction is the best. Everything, except the bathroom (which was designed for wheelchair access) was a bit weird. We asked to get put into a different room with a balcony ***** the river, this was amazing and was well worth it for only a small additional cost.
P. S.What an incredible venue for my extended stay in Perth! Magnificent views across the sheltered bay, beautifully appointed and perfectly clean rooms, wonderfully friendly staff and even a special welcome gift made for the best away from home experience I have ever had. The motel is in a quiet and up-market location surrounded by great dining, or hop on a bus for a 10 minute free ride into Perth City for all it has to offer.

T. M.I'm 47 , you pay $300 a night to stay in a nice hotel and you get treated like a child. The location was great for us as we were visiting friends in East Perth. Room smelled and didnt really have a comfortable feeling. Will be back at the right price.

T. C.This is called "Sebel East Perth" but when you arrive, you'll notice that it's named "The Sebel East Perth Residences" which immediately explains why this feels like a giant apartment building.
It was terrible for a short term stay like I had, but probably better if you're there for multiple days and want a more apartment like feel with a kitchen, etc.

P. K.Ideale Lage für den Zweck in der Nähe unseres Sohnes in Perth zu wohnen. Sehr praktisch sind die direkt auf der Rückseite des Hotels gelegenen Restaurants um dort zu frühstücken. Negativ war, dass das Fenster unseres Appartements nur mit einem Schlüssel zu öffnen war.

Gut gelegen am Seitenarm des Swan Rivers, neu gebautes Gebiet. Parken recht teuer. Gutes Lokal direkt am Wasser. Apartments sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, nicht ganz billig.
S.早上拉开窗帘阳光便洒满了房间，房间内有冰箱，烤箱，各式餐具和厨具，应有尽有。酒店附近就是24小时超市，很便利。
