C.Beautiful beach and great caravan park. The facilities such as toilets and showers are adequate, possibly need a little update. The sheer number of on-site vans is amazing.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The booking was easy and fast. The caravan and camping section was excellent and the access to the beach was also very good. The beach is nice and shallow for the less confident.
B. S.Location was fantastic, right near the beach. 2 bedroom unit was a great size. We were told we had booked "the newer units" - they must be at least 15 years old though so the others must be even more dated. The beds and linen were fine but the overall cleanliness of the unit itself was appalling! The shower was slimy and mouldy! The toilet leaked badly and must be wasting 100's of litres a day! Both shower taps fell off every time you turned them on! The exhaust fan was filthy and looks like it hasn't been cleaned since new. The sliding entry doors were falling apart and could not be placed back on tracks! The dishes and glasses, cutlery ect were so bad we had to wash everything again before we ate anything from them. They left us 2 towels for a 3 night stay and it slept 4 persons! IF they could get some decent cleaners and attend to some very outstanding maintenance issues we would stay again because of the location but at Christmas rates of over $400 a night they should be ashamed of how they present these units at this point in time!
A. K.Stayed 4 nights with the kids in one of their beachside cabins. Fantastic location with a very kid-friendly beach. This park is smaller than most, with many permanent sites, which seemed to help with the very chill atmosphere. Close to modern shops.
N. Y.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Each cabins were well spaced overlooking a communal BBQ and grassed area. The grounds are maintained daily. The cabins featured 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living and kitchen area, very comfortable for my family to stay. There's plenty of wildlife nearby and the cabins are a short walk to the beach. The beach is pretty good for fishing. The park features a pool, heated, although you'd have to go in the afternoon if it's a chilly day as the water takes time to heat up. There's games rooms and laundry facilities. A minutes drive theres an IGA which has everything and another 20 min drive you will be at Batemans Bay town centre. The staff are so sweet and manage the site very well. They managed the covid period very well especially. We had a lovely stay when we went in December and we will happily return.

D. T.The location is good, right on the beach at Tomakin. Great for a family retreat. The Tomakin Sports and Social Club shuttle bus picks you up from the front gate of the Barlings Beach Holiday Park and takes you to the club where you can have a good meal and a drink then drops you back home later that night.
The accommodation was good although a little pricey.
Worth a visit!

J. L.Cannot complain about this accommodation. We are staying in the Ocean Breeze Villa and they’re so clean and neat - perfect for a family of 4.
The pool is unreal and the kids playground is perfect for the little ones.
You can hear the waves crashing as you lay in bed and for a city dweller, this is nirvana. And it’s just a short 2 minute walk through the dunes you’re almost assured a beach to yourself.
The kitchen is well equiped with everything you’d need to make a meal and there are great bbq facilities on site.
The mobile phone signal isn’t wonderful but you can get by and I can’t fault the Holiday Park for that!
We enjoyed this place so much, this is our second stay in 4 weeks.
A. M.Amazing place to spend with family down near Batemans bay. Amazing snorkeling and diving areas on the beach side with cabins being barely a two minute walk from the beach. The facilities are pretty good, with the cabins being recently upgraded in the last two years. Good for families with it being pet friendly and bike friendly, and only a 5 minutes drive from Tomakin. I highly recommend Barlings Beach Holiday Park!

Camp kitchen has the lot,laundry with dryers & clothes lines,heated pool,BBQ area,kids playground,games room & easy access to the beach. 2 amenity blocks..even a fresh water shower so you can rinse off after a dip in the ocean. Tent sites are large & all facilities are clean. Staff are great & friendly too.
C. M.Beautiful place with a great location. The cabin we stayed in was nicer than all of the parks we have stayed in and the girl at the reception desk (can't remember her name) was very friendly and gave us so much good information about the area and were we could go diving. Highly recommended!
J. R.Very close to the beach, private and quiet enough to disappear from your neighbors but community enough to meet people at the shared BBQ area. Very low speed limit inside the park (5 km/h) which means that kids can ride their bikes and explore the park. If you don't fancy the ocean, the swimming pool is great and large enough for lots of people.
The cabins are spacious, well appointed and comfortable.
We've been coming here every year for 4 years for our summer holidays and love it!
A. D.Really love taking the kids here; it is literally right next to a beautiful beach. If it's reading or to cold (we also stay here in winter) they have a great playground, a pool and a games room.
And to top it all off, the cafe at reception does awesome fish and chips.
Can't recommend enough.
B. S.Okay place. A bit overpriced and comercial compared to other spots along the coast. The beach is very quiet and pretty. The fire cost 10$ extra. The rooms where clean and beds comfortable. They charge 50$ for late check out after 10 am. Our regular spot doesn't usually care. So we will give this a miss for now.
R. M.Good family holiday they are right on the Barlings beach only a short walk to it between sand hill water is fairly calm that end so great for children just short way to middle of the beach where surfboard can be enjoyed
J. B.Access to a great family friendly beach. The staff was great. The pool was perfect. There was an incident with someone stealing some stuff off our porch, we reported it. Staff was really helpful and quickly responded and took down all that happened.l. It did not ruin our holiday, we would come back.
T. M.Beach is beautiful. The park is oriented towards cabin accommodation, with only a small area for caravan and camping sites. Some may like what it has to offer but I've been to more touristy type parks that suit what I'm looking for myself. The park is large, tidy and clean. Located next to Barrings Beach Estate, Moruya airport, horse and car race track venue only a short drive away.
A. W.Loved our time here. Park camp sites are shaded from morning sun and very flat. Bikes are a good option to get to amenities from camp sites. Water options are superb, huge pool, small wave beach, great for kayaking, snorkeling, sup. Tomago river close by is also a gem. Definatly go back
J. M.Nice place and the tourist cabins are decent. It friendly and quiet. The beach is quite close and its lovely spot that is not overcrowded. The location is also near to things you can see and do such as mogo zoo, botanical garden etc. The local IGA is close by if you need to stock up.

P. Q.The rooms here are great value for money. The park is clean, has great service staff, a huge pool and a gentle beach is very close. The beach orientation also offers lots of opportunities for sunrise/sunset photography.

L. H.Located right on the beach. Quite a large park with a variety of cabins (more liike little houses). A lot of permanent residents. Bot a lot of powered sites but we had one in between 2 permanent sites where a cabin used to be. Nice and quiet. Close to amenities.
Amenities are quite good.
They have a pool, camp kitchen and games room.
There is a cafe that specialises in pizza. They even batter their own fish.
Free dvd's available at reception.
Only downside is there aren't a lot of food options close by. Sports Club was booked out. Rivermouth cafe not open at night. JJ's at the Moorings is hideously expensive.

Top camping für Rad Reisende- Küche mit allem was man braucht!! -waschen, schöner Rasenplatz, für 19 Dollar ist voll Ok! Ca 4 km bis zum supermarkt übern Berg, besser vorher einkaufen!!
