Absolutely fabulous. What a warm inviting welcome, the accommodation was first class. The breakfast was awesome. I took my dog and she loved it. There is so much room for animals to run around. I will be going back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The whole setup gives a sense of style, calm and tranquility. Breakfast is delicious with home made bread. Ruth is super nice. This is a gem in the southern highlands.

Outstanding in many ways. We just had a lovely week end. The place is absolutely gorgeous and welcoming. Peaceful grounds and tastefully decorated. Clean comfortable rooms and a very very friendly and accommodating host - not to forget Mellie the pooch- we will be back

11/10.... best bed and breakfast place in Australia and we have tried literally scores of them... this is a 5-star B&B with outstanding breakfast... and huge 30 sq. Rooms appointed like a 5-star hotel with your own balcony area overlooking the gardens...great host.. many spacious relaxation rooms and decks in nearly 2 hectares of beautiful gardens encircled with pines and hedges for complete privacy, seclusion and quiet. A true home away from home where you can completely relax... with unlimited places to visit within easy reach... you can't do better in the entire Southern Highlands..

Totally beautiful and awesome. Charming host and little dog, beautiful autumn colour in the grounds, lovely spacious rooms. Not wheelchair friendly but I really recommend it and will return for sure.

Ruth’s service was wonderful and welcoming. The ambience of the lodge is warm and inviting without being ostentatious. Each space held its own in the house and it was almost like being at someone’s home that you enjoy going to. The breakfast was cooked for us to our liking and the home made bread deserves a special mention. The surrounds were peaceful and relaxing. All in all, we would highly recommend this accommodation. Five out of five for comfortable bedding and choice of goods. Same for friendly and respectful service. Great breakfast and all round great stay. We’ll be returning.

The staff, service, and rooms were incredible. It was a gorgeous location.The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Myself and my family loved the Bundanoon Lodge are definitely coming back. The rooms were beautiful and well supplied with everything you might need. The breakfast was beautifully made and presented, with a wide option of foods. There is a small library on sight and gorgeous outside areas. The lady who runs the lodge is friendly and talkative (in a good way), and the little dog who lives there is absolutely lovely. Overall, this is a perfect family holiday, peaceful vacation, or any other form of getaway. I would majorly suggest going here!

My partner and I just returned from a weekend trip to Bundanoon Lodge and we're already planning our next trip. Ruth is the friendliest BnB owner/host I've ever had the pleasure to stay with. She and her beautiful poodle Melly really made the trip for us. Breakfast is provided and the spread is amazing. She will even cook bacon and eggs for you in the morning! The room was fantastic and stocked with everything you could need for a weekend break. The lodge is peaceful and quiet and the perfect place to escape to from our hectic schedules in Sydney. Ruth you are a credit to the industry and I wholeheartedly recommend any one to stay here if you're looking for a place in Bundanoon. Thank you again Ruth, we will hopefully see you again very soon!

What a delightful stay we had at Bundanoon Lodge. Could not fault anything. Ruth is a beautiful lady and looks after you so well. Breakfast was just yummy, facilities and surroundings are the best. We cannot wait to go back and just chill. Thank you so much Ruth for making us feel at home.

Really enjoy my stay at the lodge. Was only there for a single night but everything was just perfect. Ruth looked after me well even catering for my very early morning departure. Room was spotless, snug and warm.

Ruth & Melly-Amelia are lovely hosts! So warm, friendly & welcoming. Melly-Amelia just loves guests and pats (she is the cutest little poodle and so quiet). Access can be tricky if you have limited mobility. There are 8 or 9 steep-ish steps (with rails each side) to get up to the entry. Once you are on the entry level, everything is on the same level. We stayed in the Australiana room with a king sized bed and a spa. Heavenly. The room has under floor central heating as well as reverse cycle air conditioning so you can be as warm or cool as you like. The common areas are so inviting. They are bright, open, spacious, welcoming, homely and cosy all at once. 2 common areas also have fire places keeping the lodge warm in winter. Breakfast is one of the best we've had at any B&B. Ruth not only puts on a spread of cereals, yoghurt, fresh & stewed fruits, she makes her own delicious bread for your toast and cooks bacon & eggs for you how you like! Bundanoon Lodge is so quiet, peaceful & relaxing it also became revitalising and was the prefect place for us to spend our 10th wedding anniversary. The limited mobile phone service (don't panic - there is wifi) meant we could spend our time together, not on the phone. Ruth is also an awesome ambassador for the local area. She was able to recommend places to eat and sights to see - including areas of the National Park with wheelchair access. If you are visiting Bundanoon or need to stop overnight on the way somewhere else, I highly recommend staying at Bundanoon Lodge.

From the moment we arrived the tasteful furniture the quiet beautiful music playing in the background, My husband and I new this was going to be wonderful. Then the lovely crystal lights came on automatically. Our Japanese suite did not disappoint everything anyone could ask for was their. Ruth and melly were wonderful hosts and our fur baby tabitha had an amazing time. The breakfast and in the evening the open fire completed our stay. Can't wait for a return visit. The lodge has an old world charm. The furntiure, paintings, ornaments, are well chosen and beautiful. It is clean and friendly and relaxing. The hot breakfast was ample and delicious. The staff were friendly, engaging, and respectful. I will be back more than once.

It feels and definitely looks like home. They cook breakfast for you according to your likings. The rooms are big and the one I stayed in has a good size sauna. It's such a lovely place. It's a perfect getaway if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday.

We had a wonderful two nights. This is a fantastic lodge with full accommodation and the breakfasts were great.They are very nice people and keep the property in excellent condition and if i get a chance then i Would like to go back again some day!!

My wife and I spent three nights at this delightful establishment in March this year. Everything about it was excellent: the massive bedroom with all facilities including, sofa, table and chairs, tv, dvd player and fridge; the enormous ensuite with spa; the tasty breakfast and the friendly and accommodating hosts. If you don't spent a few nights here, then you are missing out.
