Terry & Greg are wonderful hosts and so talented! We were a group of 9 and had such a great time. The welcome drinks and nibbles were a lovely surprise, the dinner delicious, and then the Sticky Date pudding, well❣️🥰. The rooms are just beautiful, as is the whole place. I wished that we’d had more time to explore but we’ve decided on a return trip and will factor this in. Thank you for such a lovely stay

Lovely peaceful setting by the Clarence River. Terry and Greg are wonderful hosts. Dinner and brekky were simple and delicious. Rooms are impeccably clean. The resident kangaroo was also a charming bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful BnB has to be seen to be believed, in a out of the way location the landscapes and views are incredible. Looking at all the wood design and attention to detail to every part of the property it's easy to see this place is loved and cared for by the owners. The bed was beautifully made and extremely comfortable. I was greeted with a glass of wine and cheese platter that made me feel instantly special and welcome. There was a huge bath in my room and lovely balcony looking over the property. There was nothing that was missed in the room and everything you could need was carefully thought of. The wildlife is incredible and a highlight was a lovely little kangaroo who came right up to the table for a greet. I had a great breakfast (especially the coffee) in a amazing veranda overlooking spectacular river view. The grounds are simply amazing. I was very well looked after and cannot recommend this enough.

Stunning timber handcrafted everywhere, beautiful river views in this peaceful location. Warm, welcoming hosts. Delicious country breakfast. We will be back for a cooking retreat next time!

Hands down the best place in Grafton to stay. Beautiful scenary and very welcoming hosts. Terri and Greg have made an absolute gem of a place. The craftsmanship that Greg and Terri has put into the place is jaw dropping. This is by far in all my travels the best place I have stayed. Also the food was out of this world amazing, thank you very much Terri and Greg for an awesome stay, we will be back next year!

If I can click 10 star , I will definitely give it to Clarence River Bed and Breakfast. What an amazing place - would have missed knowing this place if wifey didn’t look up for a last minute holiday plan . Just love the whole package including the hostess and the host . Best part is the home cooked breakfast provided by the hostess . We will definitely visit this place again .

Just 15 minutes from Grafton town centre, Clarence River Bed & Breakfast is really a gem you can’t miss. Very peaceful and nice surroundings. We were greeted by a lovely wallaby, Molly, when we arrived. The couple who run the B & B were very nice and friendly. Our room was upstairs with a balcony facing the river. We sat there enjoying the welcoming cheese platter and wine. After that we soaked ourselves into the salt and bubble bath, so relaxing. We also had our dinner here with the couple, we enjoyed our food had a nice chat too. The breakfast was simple but good enough to start your day. Before we left, we walked around the place and it’s really a nice place to stay for more days. Suitable for family too. One thing my partner and I love most are the timber furniture made by the owner, so unique and special. Highly recommend!

A very pleasant stay, with an amazing host.
My room was spacious with a nice bathtub and great wooden theme.
Communication with the host is as easy as exchanging SMSs or phone calls.
You will enjoy your breakfast with an amazing view of the river and you can stroll in the property and play with their rescue joeys or hope to see a Koala up on a tree
It is about ten minutes drive from town which means you're far away from any noise or light pollution so you can enjoy the night sky at peace.
Would highly recommend this place.

Terry & Greg our gracious hosts, made this easily one of the most memorable stays of any holiday I have ever had, and I have been to a lot of places in the world. You can see and feel the pure love poured into this beautiful home and setting. Being able to cradle a baby wallaby in my arms, having squirrels tugging at your trouser bottoms and watching all the other animals that terry and Greg foster bringing them back to good health, romp around their immaculate grounds was truly magical. Please put this B&B on your list as THE place to stay. Its very clean, fresh and more than welcoming and what a joy to sleep in one of Greg's hand made beds. Chris and I thank you so much for a awe inspiring holiday. Chris & Jasmine - Cape Town, South Africa

This place is a gem. As soon as you drive through the gate, you’ll see so many beautiful wildlife casually walking around. The hosts were incredible, they made my partner and I feel very welcomed. I also got to feed one of the rescued joeys. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The accommodation was pristine, comfortable and the deco is aesthetically pleasing. Customer service was superb and the view is spectacular. What more could you ask for?! Will definitely come back again!

We had two nights at this lovely B&B enjoying the serene garden setting and the riverside location.
Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and efficient - the delicious breakfasts and dinners were a bonus!
The next time we're in the Grafton area, we'll make a point of staying here again.

Terri and Greg are lovely hosts with a beautiful property in the country. I got to hold 2 baby joeys that they are fostering as their moms died in the fires. They were so cute. What a special experience! Spotted Roos and echidnas on the property as well. Would love to take a cooking class there and return one day!

One of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed. Highly recommended! It's a little far from the town but you can bring your own drink or snacks but nice and easier to have dinner there about$25/pp. The place is amazing and very clean.

It's such a peaceful and tranquil place. Terry, Chris and Greg made us felt as if we were at home.
Kayaking in the Clarence river is very relaxing. We felt close to nature as wallaby, water dragon, birds, and well maintained garden heal our tired city life.
The main deck commands a good view.
Great breakfast, delicious dinner, beautifully hand crafted timber furniture.
The cottage rooms are fitted with great appliances. Clean and considerate in all aspects.
Coffee machine is a thumb up.
We absolutely loved our stay there. We will come back one day.

A real treasure, 5 star luxury without all the glitz. Set on the banks of the magnificent Clarence River, the rooms are first class with all the trappings, food excellent, and super friendly hosts - nothing was a problem.

We stumbled across this place about 7-8 years ago and absolutely loved it. It was so precious to be in the area again, a good 7+ years on and find it in the exact same beautifully maintained homely state. Gorgeous timber interiors with ample room for friends, business colleagues or romantic couples; this bed and breakfast is stunning, affordable, well settled alongside the river and run by an absolutely lovely, down to earth couple. I cannot recommend it enough and am so glad that so many years on, it's still so busy and yet secluded enough to stay that extra bit special. We arrived in late and Greg and Terry even offered to cook us some dinner and in the morning upon waking we were made a huge fresh breakfast, with fruits, bacon, eggs, tomato, toast etc. The rooms are gorgeous, with lovely natural soaps etc, spa bath and all the interior trimmings which make this a personal accommodation favourite. Not to mention ridiculously high thread count sheets...yes, we noticed. Stunning!

We enjoyed a two night getaway. We were in search a peaceful environment to unwind. We could not have found anywhere better. This far exceeded our expectations! Could we find fault?? Not anywhere! Serenity, great room and comforts, excellent food. Terry, Greg and Chris made us so welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble. We will defenitly be going back. For any couples wanting that special break, you must visit Clarence River B&B.

A great getaway nestled right at the top of the river loop, well away from any thoroughfare. It's like a craftsman's gallery inside and out with hand crafted hardwood for furniture and fittings - great feel to everything.
They are looking after some baby wallabies and pademelon which you can hand feed. There are also a few tame wallabies hanging around too, one of them held onto my hand it didn't want me to stop tickling it!
A trip down the river in the 2/3 man canoe is good too, we found a great picnic spot on a rock ledge.
Just wish we'd have had a slightly longer stay ...

How do i start ☺
I picked this BnB because of its reviews and im so happy i did. Ive stayed in a few motels, hotels and apartments in my time but nothing had compared to this hidden gem which is a ten min drive from Grafton but gives you the feeling that your the only person around for miles. The owners are so welcoming and accommodating, food was healthy fresh and tasty, coffee was on point. I honestly can not fault this place. My partner and I had the best time and will be coming back. Oh and the clarence river is spectacular!! I dont want to leave ☺
