B. E. (.This place is AMAZING! We stayed in the Summer House and it is so beautiful. The views and place is so peaceful. They give you everything you need to not even leave. Just bring your food to cook and make then you’re set. The pool is so nice and the spa in the house is nice to relax of a night. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Also added bonus you can bring your pooch along with 5 acres to run around.
W. W.Fabulous retreat, glorious countryside and luxury lodges. This was our 4th trip and as always, absolutely loved it. The whole retreat is looking glorious with some new planting and again as always, is kept in pristine condition. The quality of our house was superb, great bedrooms and bathrooms, and every convenience you could wish for. Being dog friendly is great for us, and I just want to thank Dom and Nick for running such a great place. Thanks and see you again!
B. K.We couldn’t praise Clarendon Forest Retreat highly enough! My family and I (i.e. 2 adults, 2 kids & Buddy the Labrador Retriever pup) stayed in the Summer House in mid-January 2022 and absolutely loved it. Everything you need is on your doorstep – in a truly beautiful setting. We made great use of the outdoor pool, in-house spa, nearby walking trails, the BBQ and even managed a family game of tennis during our stay! Thank you so much, Dom & Nick!
P. S.A very peaceful and tranquil retreat to get away from the hustle of the big cities. Everything is kept here for you, so all you need to bring (just as we done) is food for your stay. The properties and architecture is beautiful and built locally, a nice story to read upon your visit. There is a tennis court and pool to be shared by everyone on site, but because of the sheer size you hardly see your neighbours!
P. C.One of the best accomodations you can have in the area. All we needed was our groceries and that’s all. Everything else was provided and extremely accessible. Need a barbie? They’ve got one. But how do I clean it? They’ve got BBQ Wipe! Like what place has BBQ wipes for crying out loud!? It’s the little details that make it great. Need an updated TV and not a rusty ol’ television with analog setup and a glass screen that can survive a nuclear bomb? They’ve got one! I know you visit these places to go out and not trap yourself like a little hermit crab, but it’s good to know you can whack on your Nintendo Switch and smash some MK8 without any issues. Need to cool down with AC? Yep they’ve got one in every room. Need to relieve some stress and pat a horse? They’ve got the nicest horsies. Need to treat that old brittle vertebrae bugging you all day? Jacuzzi guys…jacuzzi. Lastly, but not least, need to walk your adorable Dachshund? They’re pet friendly and have the nicest tracks to walk. This was the biggest thing for us as we have kids and little Linguini that need space to play and enjoy.
Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Re-booking for next year!

J. L.Incredible stay. Waterlily chalet was beautiful, well equipped and so comfortable. Gorgeous outlook from the verandah and hot tub, and lovely to have the wallabies roaming around.
We were only sad that we were only staying one night!! We'd have loved to stay a week!

K.Amazing place to get away from hustle and bustle, went last year in June 2020 going back this June for weekend getaway. Took both our dogs, enjoyed the spa and the atmosphere. This place is heaven on earth. Staff are amazing and assist with anything you ask them.

R. S.Upmarket self-catering accommodation. A beautiful, secluded 40 acre property scattered with 8 individual houses of various sizes overlooking a dam. 2WD access OK. The Sanctuary is gorgeous. Enormous bed and beautiful furniture. Fully equipped. Our spa was heavily chlorinated, necessary but not appealing. Facilities include a tennis court and swimming pool.

M. H.What a wonderful place, I could have stayed hear a lot longer than 2 nights. We had just under 20 family members across 2 dwellings. All different but each with their unique qualities. Very peaceful and relaxing, just what we all need in this 100 mile an hour world we live in at the moment. Highly recommend staying for a few days.

A. F.Now this is something special. Tucked away in the bush off the main Highway near Foster. A very quiet retreat, self catering and you are left alone to enjoy the environment. Well worth the money and time.
