S. F.What a lovely spot to stay, lawns and pond very well maintained. The camp ensuite was very clean, van site roomy and manager very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

We had 3 adults, 12 month old baby and 2 dogs. Cabin was great, everything you needed, clean tidy and right in front of the creek/pond area with plenty of room for the dogs to run… Ron was very welcoming and was made to feel like home…

C. G.Though a little more expensive than most parks, the small lake lawns and shady trees were much appreciated. Each site has an ensuite but they are very basic and not well finished.

E.A good little caravan park with clean, comfortable cabins and friendly owner. Also pet friendly so we were able to bring our little 4 legged friend. Can recommend a stay here if you are exploring or passing through the upper hunter.
R. T.A shady park with lots of open space. All powered sites have their own ensuite. Nice. Only a short walk to town where we enjoyed great coffee at Fresh Denman and wonderful meals at Denman Hotel. The sites are a little tied but totally worthwhile given the facilities and its location. We stayed 3 nights and will certainly return.

J. P.Thank you Rod & Gaynor, Reg & Jenny for having us. We have spent 4 great months at the Denman Van Village, along with our fur baby Ty. The park is neat and tidy, lovely bbq area, especially great for morning tea catch ups! We did have the best site in the whole park, with many different types of colourful birds coming to visit us and entertain us. The park is a haven for birds of many different varieties thanks to the trees, shrubs and water way. The en-suite are old and tired but totally functional. Thank you DVV :)
C. B.Can't fault this great buget place to stay. A little out of the way of hunter valley but still a few nice wineries in the vicinity which are a lot lower key than hunter valley itself. We had a 2-bed superior cabin which was compact but fairly well kitted out.
C. S.We stayed at this lovely little park recently. It is a real gem of a park set in beautiful surroundings.
The park itself is all grassed and each bay has its own en-suite,small but adequate. At the bottom of the park there is a lake with lots of ducks on it and it is set off by trees and greenery behind it. Ther is a path at the end of the park which takes you to the local bowling club, which serves beautiful meals (10 for $10) several days a week. If you have a problem the park owners are immediately there to help out and rectify it.

A. E.Really enjoyed our stay here. Nice quiet location. Bit of view with the small lake , trees and Gazebo with Bbq. We came in a campervan and it was handy having the private shower toilet room ensuite to ourselves rather than having one big communal shower block.
r.The place has been tidied up since we were there last . Ensuite sites at great rates ... a great free bbq next to the man made " lake " . We will be back as some new wineries have opened and the pub down the road has a fantastic new chef

Circuit breaker tripped all the time doesn't do it at any other park but owner blamed my van????
