S. F.I can’t thank Jennifer enough for being such a gracious, warm and welcoming host. My husband and I were greeted on arrival with a warm pot of tea and homemade shortbread. Our room was so warm, cosy and immaculate in condition. Breakfast the next morning was so delicious and fresh.
The gardens were so picturesque and beautifully manicured. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Wanting to escape the hustle, bustle and daily grind of city life? Then look no further than Glenburn House.
My husband and I can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much Jennifer for your warm hospitality!
J. H.Glenburn House is just lovely! Gorgeous leafy setting, attractive rooms, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, pretty garden. Jennifer made us very welcome and provided a delicious cooked breakfast each morning. The communal areas are nice, inside lounge and outside seating area with bbq. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

D. K.First time stay in this beautiful part of the world. Very comfortable well appointed rooms. Chilly evening forgotten while sitting in the front room in front of a toasty fireplace. Jennifer treated us to a fine breakfast with fresh local produce that set us for the day’s planned walk in Mayfield Garden. Strolling in the gardens early morning was a brisk experience. Can only imagine how it will transform in spring. Glad we found this hidden gem.

After our long day decided to eat in using Jennifer’s bbq and dinner by the fire in the front room. Beautiful evening ! Breakfast was fabulous and we so enjoyed strolling in Jennifer’s cottage garden. So impressed with all she has accomplished ! Loved our stay.

t. h.Brett & I stayed at Glenburn House for the first time last week. It was like an oasis surrounded by lovely lush garden. The hostess, Jennifer was lovely and welcoming particularly to our dogs.... which is very important to us. Our room was well appointed with a large modern luxurious bathroom. The rest of the house was elegance personified, clearly decorated with much love and taste.I will most definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to escape the stress of city life.
M. W.Easiest 5 stars ever! We really enjoyed our stay at Glenburn House. The host Jennifer is very kind and welcoming. The house itself really well built and you can tell that it was a labour of love from the many little details that make it so cosy and warm. On top of that, we brought our telescope to Glenburn House as it is located in a dark sky area which makes it ideal for night sky observations. Thank you, Jennifer!

Ms. Jennifer Prineas is an exceptional human and considering the numerous occupations of Gardner, Chef, Local Guide, Pianist, and Hostess that she constantly juggles; her affable hospitality is unparalleled.
Far from a typical B&B, I would say Glenburn House is a B&Best.
It is possibly off the beaten track, but a clear indicator of why we should depart from that proverbial route and embrace a unique location like this.
J. G.My sister and I would Highly recommended Glenburn house for a getaway. We stayed there for 2 nights with our corgis who were attending a Trick Dog Training Clinic with Amy Curran. The setting was just idyllic and the rooms were warm, inviting and spotless. Jennifer, our host, was so friendly and kind, we felt very spoilt. Breakfast was delicious. The corgis loved roaming around the garden as did we. The drive up there (from Geelong Victoria) was relaxing and so scenic. We would definitely stay there again and certainly hope to do so. Next time we'd like to stay longer.
m. m.A very nice gate away for cold days of year, Jennifer is very nice, polite, organized and welcoming lady who is running the guest house by her self and she is absolutely doing great. I would be more happy if we had wifi signal in the room, which is available in the main house.
I. Y.My husband and I booked to stay there for just a night on the 6th of June 20. Jen was very friendly and helpful. She met & greeted us with nicely handmade fruitcake, shortbread and coffee which was the best I ever tasted. The house was cozy, artistic and comfortable. She even accommodated us for an earlier breakfast. We’ll certainly go back again.

j. p.What a truly beautiful accommodation I have written many reviews of accommodation in Australia and overseas we have found a warm well appointed bed and breakfast the property is run and owned by Jennifer she is so accommodating and knows area well the rooms are boutique well appointed it is close to Mayfield gardens which are magnificent and frankly so are the beautiful cottage garden at this bnb I can only recommend to fellow travellers as in 5 star range definetly worth staying but make sure you book early we were lucky
