S. S.We have access to the property as Accor Vacation Club members. It used to be a classy property. Now run down and lost the touch for attention to detail. We spent three nights recently in a 1 bedroom apartment. Appalling. Most the equipment didn't work , as basic as a microwave and had to be replaced. No clock or click radio etc etc. We pay hefty annual maintenance fee as part of our membership don't where that money is spent.
t. t.Sharnie at the front desk is all about genuine customer service. Nothing too hard; very customer centric. We were even given some great tips on where to go shopping. Made check in very easy and pleasant for me and the family.
R. D.Nice location for a weekend away. Loved the fireplace (gas) on cold evening and while in lockdown during the day.
Reception is but hard to find in the evening/night (it is just off the roundabout).
Wifi speed/reliability is terrible and is the main letdown while staying there. I understand they are planning to upgrade it so pls ask them before booking if you need good quality wifi during your stay.

These apartments make so much sense, are clean and tidy and have such amazing staff.
Plenty of space for entertaining if you and a couple another couple or friend choose to stay. Very private yet has a wonderful sense of community in the shared areas like pool and the bbq.
Walking the streets are very clean and are a great combination of feeling like home yet feeling like your on holiday. Highly recommend!

F.We enjoyed a lovely quiet long weekend at Chateau Elan. The rooms are spacious and clean with a view over the golf course. We were treated by kangaroos every morning and evening while having Sundowners and the hotel bar. The Hotel is situated in a central position which made it easy to get around and enjoy the best of the Hunter.
S. H.Accommodation is nice, setting is lovely, and reasonable value. However service is mediocre and bed/pillows were very uncomfortable (hard and lumpy). Served it's purpose for us, but not likely to return due to poor quality of sleep from bedding.

T. M.The apartments are a short drive to all Hunter Valley vineyards and attractions. Very comfortable apartment. The golf course and surrounding homes are beautiful. Guys at reception very helpful with suggestions on where to visit and dining out. Pity they forgot my dessert and we had to wait 1/2 an hour before they realised.

T. M.Great location in the midst of the vineyards and close to Bimbadgen for those going to concerts. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality fit out. We will definitely be back and we can't say enough about the service, facilities and meals. The price when shared is very reasonable.

T. M.Check in/out is a breeze. Pool in the actual complex is heated and a little too hot on 37days. The staff at the vintage, particularly the bar and restaurant concierge (fantastic guys) provided the best service I had ever experienced. We had breakfast the day we departed and it was lovely.
