We had very last minute booking in Christmas and just surprise by their customer service and friendly attitude! The room was clean and cozy and the cafe's food was fantastic. We definitely visit again. Thanks for your excellent hospitality.

Great location,good service worth a try when at the entrance. The diggers club next door is good because if you have a few drinks you don't need to worry about driving. Now I'm a regular guest here.Arron gives great service.

Loved our short stay of 2 nights at this hotel. Room was small but it had everything that's required. There was a microwave near the reception so heating the leftover food was easy. The staff at the reception was good especially the guy who was ok with our early check-in as the room was cleaned and available for check-in. Location is good if you want to explore the places near The entrance. we don't have a car so buses were our option and the bustop is right outside the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Friendly helpful staff. Good for a night or two getaway. Chose the package option with the free welcome bottle of wine. Continental breakfast was very sparse. Not the expected help yourself.

Clean and newly renovated bathrooms - good water pressure and hot water. Great value for money and plenty of parking. Connected to the diggers club next door (enter via level 2). Close to the jetty (very walkable and go at sunset). Room was extremely clean (we bring our own disinfectant wipes and found very little dust and dirt). Short drive from the entrance and not far from other nice areas (Toowoon Bay, Bateau Bay, Terrigal, Avoca Beach etc). Due to covid, elite benefits are now "in room", we enjoyed the tim tams, water, bottles of wine and the thoughtful handwritten note. I highly recommend the ibis styles if you are planning on visiting the Central coast.

Good, clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff My only point of criticism about our particular room was that it has an interconnection to the adjoining room - and the door on our side lacked a barrel in lock - so access depended upon the security of the door to the interconnection from the adjoining room Full breakfast was not available on the night we stayed, but there is signage advising that it will be available from tomorrow, 1st November

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good rates. Good location. The spare pillow was obviously 'pre-loved' and had not been checked, it smelled of sweat and had old yellow stains on the cover. These should be washed after each occupancy. I asked at reception and it was replaced without fuss. We were on the first floor, in a room two doors from the entrance to reception. The lift was at the furthest end of the passage way and therefore everyone - staff and guests alike - had to pass every room to access the lift. Very poor design!! It was extremely noisy at all hours of the day and night and very annoying! Excellent being next door to The Digger's Club with great food and drinks, and excellent receiving temporary membership. Easy access via internal lift / corridor. We would stay again but definitely NOT on first floor or near lift.

We stayed 2 nights, I have to say we found this hotel is in a very convenient location it’s beach on walking distance plenty free parking & internet, also internal access to the diggers club and get members discount on all food purchases. It’s not much to be entertained there but if you are looking for a relaxing weekend walking around the beach you got the right location. Unfortunately most of the shops in the area looks like COVID 19 left a heavy mark so let’s go there give this guys another chance 😢

Lovely welcome to the Ibis, explained rooms, entrance & how to get to Hotel for meals or the like. Gorgeous room, spacious & extremely refreshing. Huge bed, king size & lots or pillows. Wonderful shower & they say Ibis is supposed to be down market. I thoroughly love the facilities, gym included. Smells delightful & I will be staying here more often... has everything🤩🤩😎😎

Easy check in and check out. The area was clean. Staffs are accommodating. It's a good location as it is just a few minutes drive to The Entrance and walking distance to Long Jetty Foreshore reserve which we really like.

Well maintained hotel with good pricing. Attached to RSL club so no need to travel for food. Rooms are very good and clean.

The hotel itself is clean and modern in a great location, it was spoilt by an expletive ladened evening staff meeting held by a uniformed manager in the car park right under our window with two kids under 5 hearing the F word & C word yelled repeatedly. Guests don't need to hear or see that. Very upsetting.
