W. S.This is a great camp ground. Pools, slides and jumping pillows are located around the grounds, with the communal BBQ area under cover and centrally located.
The camp sites are neat and well maintained, the bathroom facilities are always very clean. Some grounds have their own ensuites.
The pools are closed at 7pm which I think in the holiday season and summer is way too early.
The grounds also have easy access to an amazing beach.
We have been coming here 2 years in a row over the same period and will definitely book again for next year.
I would recommend trying Ingenia Bonny Hills.
J. O.Enjoyed a several day stay for a family holiday. The cabin was incredible, offering spacious living areas, good sized bedrooms and proximity to a quiet path to the beach and Ingenia's own pool area. The pool area, and other amenities, were well maintained. The park itself provides easy access to everything Bonny Hills has to offer. Some services were constrained due to staff shortages (Covid-19) and it took us a bit longer to get into the cabin than usual, but the staff were very accommodating in providing access to paid services (cart hire etc.) while we were waiting.
A. R.We had a family reunion in family units 87 and 88. Big comfy lounge area, bunks were well received by the kids - and they’re safe too! Large comfortable main bed with its own ensuite - great when the kids had their own toilet and we could have our ensuite to ourselves.
Park area is neat clean and tidy, and the staff friendly. Parking could be a problem if your family has a couple of cars though - but parking outside the boundary is pretty secure.
Pools are good - there’s a beauty for the kids, and another for us oldies!
Beach about 50 steps away - great for walking or jogging, swimming and surfing.
Overall, very well looked after and not overly large

We booked our cabin for 3 nights. 100m from the Beach. Our family will make this our premium Yearly Holiday destination & preferred accommodation.

Would love to go again. So many activities for the kids, or great for a romantic getaway. Either way, U will never be bored. Right next to the beach, swimming was lovely. Fishing was great, so much to see & do. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to visit, & a bit of time away from the city! Also, supermarkets close by, cafes all around the place, whatever your needs, they will surely be met. The cabin itself, was just perfect. Cooking equipment available, & also a kitchen, in case U want to go all out, & cook a lovely meal. BBQ's also avail. Thanks Bonny Hills, & Ingenia Holidays, just a wonderful trip. J. M.A well maintained park with excellent sites that mostly have fake turf that any rain just drains through. Just minutes from the beach, there is also a heated pool for relaxing and a cold plunge pool with water park for the kids to play on. A substantial camp kitchen with bbq, gas cooktop and undercover seating is a great space. There also a jumping pillow and games room. Lots of amenities and friendly staff who are very happy to help. A mix of older and brand new cabins are also available. A lot of work has been done recently to improve the lower part of the park to make drive through sites.
c. v.Great for kids, water splash park, walk to Bonny hills beach cafe. The negative was our site next to the maintenance shed and meant we were subjected to a loud leaf collector machine for a good hour or more as the man drove around many many many times to ‘sweep’ the road. Not necessary in my opinion to clear the leaves off the road.

Clever native planting over the years offered shade,birds and real appeal.
The magnificent Rainbow Beach is adjacent with the north side being dog friendly.
The staff are friendly and put the extra effort in which adds too the happy holiday experience.
We loved it so much we extended our stay.

I will not put the details of the concern in this review because I feel they're irrelevant. But, Alan was very kind and very helpful during the phone call and assured me the issue would not come up again. Good customer service if you ask me!

D. S.What a fantastic place for holiday!! We just spent 14 days at Ingenia Bonny Hills and it was a really relaxing vacation with lots to see and do. It was our fourth and longest holiday at the park. It must be good because we are seasoned travellers. When we holiday in our caravan we often take the grandkids. They live the water and making friends and at Ingenia they are able to do both, as well as riding scooters, playing mini golf and jumping on the inflatable pillow.
Ingenia has full water park and a heated pool plus a massive undercover self catering area. Oh, and the adjacent beach is patrolled and a great place to chill out. We are already planning our next trip and catching up with the friendly staff.

L.What a beautiful hidden gem of a park! One of our favourites on the coast so far. Nice and quiet within a beautiful bush setting.
The staff made us feel super welcome, the amenities were 5 star and there were lots of fun things for us big kids to do with a killer table tennis table and mini Golf.
The sites were really big with plenty of space between each caravan. There was a stunning beach a stones throw away and a supermarket just up the road.
We loved our stay and will be back for sure! Don't forget to say hello to the friendly horse in the paddock too!
T. D.The holiday park was nice. It was good to have a separate pool from the main one with the kids bucket area, even though there were kids in both. Check in was quick & easy with Covid-safety maintained throughout. Staff were very friendly. The cabin itself had a little bit of a smell when we first walked in but a couple hours airing it out with doors & windows open fixed that. Recliners were comfortable for 2 and the air con worked well. We would definitely stay here again. We were a bit disappointed we didn’t get a chance to use the little pedal karts as kids were hogging them, but we’ll be back for sure!

E. C.Been to Ingenia Holiday Parks before but this one is "Outstanding". Best holiday park we have been to so far. Exceptionally clean in all areas of the camp. Really lovely, friendly and helpful staff throughout the park. We had the perfect spot to put our caravan with plenty of room to sit out in the sun and next to the heated pool area and not one but two camp kitchens. An indoor one and a covered one. The park is quite bushy and well laid out. A beautiful beach was just a very short stroll through some more bush, and a really lovely cafe called Fat Fish overlooking the ocean, again just a stroll away. Fuel and groceries also close with supermarkets not far at all. Can't complain about anything in or around this Big 4 Ingenia Holiday Park. Will we go back? Absolutely we will.

J. G.Fantastic park, especially with kids, yet peaceful enough for grey nomads. The grandkids had a ball in the water park area, and we all loved the short stroll onto the beautiful beach. The amenities were spotless, staff couldn't have been more helpful. We'll be back!
B. D.The location and facilities at the park are great for families with plenty for the kids to do. The beautiful beach was less than 1 minutes walk from our cabin. We were initially excited to be upgraded to the spa villa, however our room was very dated with a rusted coffee table, a 2 burner cooker that took many minutes for the elements to heat up and a tiny oven not suitable for a family. The bathroom had moldy tiles a tiny, shabby vanity and shower recess (I'm 5ft 3 and bumped my elbows in shower) the wire accessory holder was rusted in places. The park has a lovely feel but the dated cabin was a big let down.

This lovely 'caravan/camping' park is so well presented for family and children, from toddlers to middlers to bigger kids.
We booked a cabin and it was very comfortable.
Very clean.

A short walk to the wide, white sandy beach at Rainbow Beach - yes, we actually saw a rainbow 🌈 out to sea when we were on the beach.

A. S.We love it here! Staff are lovely. It's great to be so close to the beach. We have both camped and stayed in a cabin and every time has been fantastic! Cabin was clean and tidy. It had a new bathroom, but the rest needs a bit of an update.
Our toddler would have easily spent half the day in the pool and the other half playing put-put and riding the go-kart.
Kitchen and amenities are very clean and tidy.
Definitely worth popping up to the garden centre/Cafe at the end of the road.
A. W.Amazing place to stay. Friendly and welcoming. Cabins were nice, clean and comfortable. Hidden from any neighbours. Awesome kids water park in one pool, a bigger pool attached, water was perfect temperature. There was also another 2 pools, both heated, one perfect for toddlers. Putt putt golf is a great idea for the family. Pedal karts were a lot of fun and a good price to hire. Beautiful Beach right nearby and a nice little town with cheap meals around. Loved falling asleep listening to the waves. Most staff were very efficient and friendly! Absolutely coming back as soon as possible!
K. M.Nice caravan park to stay at mid week off season, come weekend KIDS ON bikes and trikes , from morning to dark, watch out no rules we almost got run into a few times.
Level 3 water restrictions but in the showers you waste about a few bucks of water just trying to work out the mixer, and sometimes you have to have a cold shower. Could be more tables in the camp kitchen area. Staff are very friendly, amenities are very clean and tidy. Tight spots to reverse into with your van , if its busy, nice spot, sounds of the surf and super market close by.

We stayed in the garden villa with 2 young kids which was the only downside to our trip. Super small and quite old. In hindsight, we would have booked something bigger and newer. At night, the blinds offered very little blockage to the outside lights which made it really difficult to get a decent sleep for us and the kids. We had a couple of appliances (air con and fridge) die on us during the stay but the staff were super quick to fix and replace which was awesome.
All in all, great park, but wouldn’t recommend the garden villa if you have a couple of kids.
s. b.Typical big 4 park. We stayed in the safari tent and it was a little underwhelming but the price was on the lower side. Tents are centered in the van sites and not very secluded. Ensuite toilets where immaculate. Unfortunately we ended up near a very noisy and foul mouthed group of families on holiday that kept up right until 10pm, the park can't be blamed though.
Facilities where top notch and staff very friendly and approachable. The beautiful ocean sounds can be heard at all times. Very easy to walk/ride to any park facility and nothing was out of order etc.

The sites were a little smaller than we usually like (however I think our neighbours were slightly over) the main pool didn’t have much or any shade (that’s the reason this isn’t a 5 for us) they could do with providing shade on that pool. The beach was lovely and access was perfect. Next time we would like to stay her longer, a place we could easily stay for a week or more. Great park guys.

C.Our family bought our caravan and stayed in a ensuite site, nice clean facilities and great shower. Our young kids loved the water splash pool and slide and the separate heated pool. Enjoyed the hire bikes and jumping pillow and swings. Good location right next to the beach. Friendly accommodating staff this place suited all our needs and we will definitely be returning.

Friendly, helpful staff who very precisely explained over phone where to find our keys as we were checking in after hours. Water slides and other activities for kids to enjoy. The whole place was clearly well managed. Overall a really nice place for family holidays.

The amenities are nice but our last stay the shower went cold and had to finish washing three kids and me with freezing cold water which wasn't fun. A bit of a whinge i know but apart from that it's a 5 star park.
S. E.By far the best park we have every stayed at. Amenities were spotless and very modern (the kind of bathroom you expect at a nice hotel) the staff are so incredible! Extremely helpful with our late check in & the lovely gentlemen who locks the pool keeping it open a little longer (we are so grateful) so our little ones could swim while we cooked dinner in the spotless camp kitchen! I highly recommend this campsite to everybody!

C. C.The park has great facilities. The room is clean & tidy however could do with a make over. A paint job for the kitchen cupboards & bedroom furniture would help or a modern update. Appreciate the new frying pan but probably would replace the kettle it is looking a little worse for wear. The girls love the peddle cars and a great price at $5 per half an hour. The cleaner Kylie did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome with the towels folded into Animals shapes on children's beds. Love the fact that the beach is 50 metres away. Staff are very helpful. Close to shops.

Great location a short walk to the beach. The water park was a big hit with the kids, an enclosed water slide, large dumb bucket, smaller buckets, smaller slides and a deep swimming pool (1.2 - 1.8m). Mini Golf was free (deposit refunded on club and ball return). Air cushion for kids to jump on. Games room had a tv, ping pong table and pay for play claw games to win soft toys etc. Heated pool probably better in winter, toddler pool not heated. You could hire scooters ($2) and pedal karts ($5 single $7 double) for 30 minutes.
Built in BBQ on the family suite porch (press button gave you just over 8mins before it turned itself off) we stayed in, and ample room with 3 bedrooms, ensuite and large main bathroom (showers only).

P. Z.Poor wifi as with most big 4. Very noisy park. Had to call after hours manager for noise complaint. Very crowded pool. Probably great for families but if you want quiet try somewhere else. Also had chain smoking cigarette smoke drifting into our van.

Shower had a raised base which allowed the shower head to hit me in the nose and i had to duck to miss the shower curtin rod when leaving the shower. Im 5'6"..... Great water park and heated pool. All amenities were above average. Powered camp sites or byo van would have been 5 star. Still had a great time.

M. C.Honestly if you are young.travellers and you're looking for a little bit of luxury for a few nights, that is still well within budget. Get yourselves to this campsite. It it bloody amazing. There's nothing that it doesn't have. If you want to play minigolf, it's got it. If you want to ride around on an electric scooter, it's got it. If you want to just around on a big cusion called the jumping cusion, have a jump. If you want a heat pool that's outside, yeah that's right it's got it. The showers are amazing too. And it's got inside and outside kitchen. Get yourselves here!!!!

T. G.Stayed in a "Surfari Tent". My wife calls it "glamping". Tent was a little dusty and had a broken light but they fixed that. We loved it. It was all the good parts of camping with none of the bad. Private bathroom and outdoor kitchen, comfy bed. Brilliant.

The dishwasher wasn't working the toilets in the ensuite cannot lock and the toilets are not cleaned properly I think they just don't have good cleaners coz there were poo and urine in our toilets...
