P. N.We booked for the Superior Villa, paid for (I believe) top dollars for the site. We did not disappoint. Short stay and for what it was, can't complain. Great reception, Clean premise, Fantastic location, even on a rainy day that happened to be All fit for purpose.
k. r.Amenities not kept clean, all walls and roofs need a good cobweb and bug sweep and a wash. They need to be cleaned more than once a day with Covid and just generally with all the people using it. For the fees the regulars pay they deserve better
C. M.Stayed in one of the lagoon lodges, and while the amenities and accommodation are basic, they are clean, well stocked and service is friendly. The holiday park itself is great for families, offering resort style pools, a pool with a sand bank, water park, mini golf, tennis and basketball courts, jumping pillows, games room consisting of skill testers, toddler play centre, rides and table tennis. You can rent bikes, stand up paddles boards and other items for a great weekend stay. There is parking included with the room in which we stayed, albeit a little narrow with the influx of plants surrounding the area. Overall 5 stars as we had a great weakened.
B. G.Park itself was great with many facilities and activities for the whole family. The lagoon cabin we stayed in only had half the lights working (main light in bunk room didn't work) and the kettle handle was half broken and hard to use. There was bare minimal in the kitchen, would have liked some basic essentials such as a foil, oil for the BBQ. Rooms themselves were clean.

m. h. (.I love this place, excellent for kids, adult, relaxing or adventure. This area full of activities.
Thr cabins are super clean, convenient location and great views. The kids can just wonder safely to the jumping pillow or arcades game area with ease.
Kangaroos all around, and don't forget the lorikeet coming to your balcony so make sure you get some sunflower seeds from the local grocery shop to have a blast of an experience.
They have clean BBQ for you to use. Ensure you get your meat from your Boucher.
The lake is shallow, I didn't get the big boat but I guess a nice small boat or dingy will navigate the lake with ease.
Will certainly come back but will need to spend more time to make the most of the trip.
We caught few good size fish but considering the water flooded with fresh water so less fish biting according to the locals.

P. B.Just spent a week here!! What an amazing place, so much to do for the kids and the big kids. Take your bikes, best way to get around, although everything is a walk away. Swim, fantastic splash park (although seemed to be turned up really high), jumping pillow, tennis, basketball, play equipment, fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, the list goes on!! Highly recommend this place, been to a few parks around NSW and this is certainty at the top of the list. Super friendly crew which creates a super friendly environment. Big thumbs up!!
N. E.This place is fantastic!! My family had a wonderful time. The kids always had something to do. Between the 2 splash parks, pool, play ground, tennis courts and kayak the kids had a blast. And it meant they were exhausted and slept and us mums and dads had a very much appreciated peaceful hour or so to ourselves. The cabins we stayed in (lake view apartments) has great views and lots of wildlife. Joe who helped me organise the trip was amazingly helpful and lovely to talk to. Thank you so much Ingenia.

The park needs to have someone go around and enforce the rules of quiet time. People in cabins partying and running around the park until 1am in morning is not appreciated by anyone.
S. L.While the park’s wider facilities are wonderful and very family-oriented, the lakeside apartment we stayed in left a lot to be desired. Cleanliness was not great, especially in the kitchen and its utensils. Basic items were not included in the self-contained kitchen (e.g. chopping board). Maintenance around the apartment was dearly needed: the showers were dreadful and sprayed in almost every direction but down, the main bathroom door lock didn’t work, there were holes in the main bedroom walls, curtain rods had been removed and not painted over. There was just a shabby feeling to the accommodation. We were also in a big group and our leader had organised us to all be in adjacent cabins - well, she was lead to believe she had. This didn’t happen the way we expected and we weren’t given any help or apologies. Overall, we were disappointed. We would have loved to come back again if we’d had a better experience.
M. B.Lovely place right next to the lake. Pleasant time when booking in, staff very courteous and knowledgeable. Large caravan site, could do with a few more. Had a look at the water park, looks great, too cold to try, the kids would love it. Large BBQ area next to the swimming pool and water park.

A. A.Stayed for a week, nicely set and quite a few things to do to keep you busy. Loved the pool, splash park, and lake being on our doorstep. Furniture could be updated a bit in the cabins, the after hours emergency phone numbers are pretty useless as no one gets back to you and the lodge we were in wasn't serviced at all for the 6 days we were there.

Z.arrived here at dusk after a cloudy raining day in last winter. reception building is very impressive and check-in was smoothly. we've stayed a two bedrooms cabin for three night, there were not many guests during our stay but kangaroos & hatching duck at doorstep reminded us that we were not alone. bedroom size are little bit small but living area are huge and lake facing deck is massive. understand why people love this park, some camping spot can be very hot in summer, but this is well compensated by plenty water activities. winter is usually quite season but last summer bushfires & ongoing pandemic had made the situation much worse ~ especially Conjola area, May God bless here!

M.Great location on Saltwater Ocean inlet, calm waters good for swimming and canoeing, easy bike riding around area, caravan sites situated amongst cabins, some with matting, concrete or grassed areas, amenities modern and clean, kangaroos, rabbits and an abundance of ducks in park, swimming pool area very modern a kids delight. Limited shopping in area , Ulladulla 20km away. Staff friendly and helpful.

D. C.Very nice place. Highly recommended. It's very clean and tidy. We stayed at one of the cabins. The views of the lake are awesome. We were 5, sleeping comfortably. The only thing that I would change is the kitchen ware. We couldn't use any of the pans. They would stick. The pool area is very nice. The small water park is a blast for the little ones. It's very well suited for biking. If you have a kayak or boat and like fishing, you will enjoy it. Overall we'll repeat. Thank you Ingenia Holidays!
V. P.Stayed for 3 Nights! Room was good and renovated. Extra toilet would have been better. Very quiet location for families with kids. Nice Lagoon rooms with kids recreation. Pool facilities available but no heated pool, hence of no use in Winter.

We stayed in the premium sites as our regular sites were changed into caravan space. They were good but too close together and we really loved our old site so that was a shame.
The premium sites would nicer if you had a better view of the lake as the trees block most of out.
The water park 100% the best thing in the caravan park! The kids can spend hours there and it is all age inclusive.
It is far enough from town that you feel relaxed but close enough to quickly drive and get essentials.
Overall it is a great family destination with seperate parents rooms for bathing. Plently of bathroom around the park and laundry services. The park is keep clean and toilets are cleaned everyday.
There is a fair bit of kangaroo and duck poo, but this cant be helped.
Bring some food for the bird and they will land right on your head!
a. c.Lovely location, excellent facilities and clean. Stayed for 3 nights no coffee pods for the machine - other cabins we were staying in had them. Toilet seat not secure and only had half a roll of toilet paper. Lucky we read before we left that we need to supply some.
M. A.Very well presented location. Landscaping and general cleansiness of area is well above standard. Pool and activity area is very modern and clean. This area is priced very well too. This location is very nice however it lacks the freshness and vibrancy of a coastal location. Nevertheless I would highly reccomend this location. It is very very clean, quiet and isolated. Here are some factors to consider; it is 25min to the nearest grocery store, kayak hire and kiosk close at 330pm, kids trampoline is deflated at sunset (exactly on sunset, like on the dot). S. N.First time staying in cabin at a family holiday park and in Lake Conjola. We loved it. It was clean, very well run and had everything we needed. We felt safe and relax. We hired a boat out and let our son experience fishing for the first time. He managed to catch our dinner too. The pool/splash park and jumping pillows was a big hit. Next time, we will bring the bikes and scooter.
M. P.U haven't been to a place which makes you feel better. Such a beautiful and soul rejuvenating place. You can have your own comfy houses, cook, stay the nights and enjoy the area. They have multiple activity areas and you can see kangaroos hopping around! Must visit. A perfect escape from the monotony!
H. C.Fantastic family holiday park. Even though just my husband and I - could definitely see families/grandchildren here in the waterpark. Beautiful. Our cabin was really spacious. Had everything covered - even a capsule coffee machine with 12 capsules provided (we were only there for a weekend! ) will be back. Recommended to daughter who spent 3 days there - again - spoke very highly of the park.
M. S.Beautiful place, very good for my kids. The room we stayed actually outside the lake view. Big balcony, Queen size bed two bathrooms and another room for double and bunk bed. It can fit for six people. Awesome in the morning you’ll see kangaroos, ducks, rabbits and heaps of lorikeet. The only thing is I made the bunk bed no linen. And the ceiling fan in other bed wasn’t working and I told them and fix the next day. This place really great for school holiday, we went two weeks before the school holidays so it wasn’t that busy. Also bring food it’s easy specially if it’s your first time to come, pretty easy to get lost to find things, there some store for grocery but they close in the afternoon then open again.

Eventually I had cooked BBQ place. So i was shocked. But Others all good.
Very closed with nature and clean.

D. B.Fabulous location. Lake is beautiful with shallow spots for kids to paddle. Park is clean. Great areas for kids with water park, pool, jumping pillows, kids room, tennis courts, cycle cars and lots of space to scooter and ride their bikes. Wildlife is divine with the friendliest Kangaroos, lorikeets and ducks. Only downfall...water areas are not heated...so unless the weather is amazing it is cold to swim/play!
K.Fabulous Park, Beautiful location, lots to do for the kids. We stayed in a Wave Cabin which was well appointed, modern and very clean. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way for us.
J. B.Fantastic holiday park for families. Quick and easy check in and out with friendly staff. Plenty of affordable accommodation options. Some beautiful bush and lake views. Resident ducks and kangaroos. Waterpark and jumping pillow. Fire pits for hire. Our unit had a generous kitchen and a massive verandah with a built in bbq and outdoor sink. Couch and tv were huge. Only complaint was the cold. The heater in the living room couldn't reach the bedrooms. But otherwise a great place to unwind with the family. Club up the road and Woolies deliver to your cabin. Short drive to the beach.
A. T.Good place to stay, we will be back. Bring your kayak, as it's a very nice kayak trip out to the beach. When I was there, the lake was closed off from the sea, but it was possible to pull the kayak up on the same and walk around the beach. They do allow camp fires as long as you bring your own wood and your own fire pit that catches the ashes, and has a spark arrester on top. Fire rules must be viewed and signed at the front desk.

I. I.Great place. We've visited it in the middle of August, when the days are warmer and the nights are still cold. There is a heating system that keeps your cottage warm and cozy. The place is quiet - in winter time there is absolutely noone, apart of birds and fishes lol. Good deals in winter. Lake side accommodations are so gorgeous and looks even better than on the photos. Everything is clean and well maintained.
There is everything in your kitchen, the only thing we've missed was a grinder :) so if you use it-bring one from home. Apart from that, the cabin is fully equipped with everything that you may need.
There is also a coffee shop and many activities for the kids (reopen at the end of winter).
M. C.The water park is a major highlight. Especially as the pool has a mini beach for the kids. The indoor play area is super clean and well thought out. Milton IGA isn't that far either to get more supplies. Cabin was a little tired but you could see that was just from high a occupancy rate. Very quiet at night.

S. D. T.Well equipped cabins with new appliances and it's looks like they have been recently renovated. Pool area is nicely laid out and has a sand area for kids. Lots of Kangaroos and Larikeets for the kids to look at. Book early as holidays for 2017 are already booked.

Definitely the hardest bed ive ever slept in which didn't enthuse me for another 4 nights.
The missus padded it out with spare blankets and sleeping bags. Theres no oven as such but there is a convection oven. Loved the dishwasher.
Double shower is great, the bbq on the deck was good.
Lots of activities on site for the kids,although i feel there are to many dos and donts for the kids to be alloed to scooter and bike.
